recently (1 st week of Sept) i ordered to change the battery of my water filter,but the water is having very bad smell i have complained several times but the company has sent a beautiful funny message that the 'ADDRESS IS NOT FOUND', the fact is for the last 2 years the company reprsentitive coming to my house to change the battery,now when i have lodged the complint my address is not found.

    i have purchased pureit make water purifier in the month of May,2010 from the dealer M/s.Ganga Jamuna Electrical, Kharagpur, West Bengal with joy and confidence that atleast my kids may get fresh water. but i feel very regret that till date i have not received purified water continously for seven days.water supply by Kharagpur Municipality is fitted in my house. very frequently it gets out of order. your service system is so poor. dealer has tried his best but service engineer or any other apointed by the company has not responded. presently my purifier set is lying idle due to non maintainance by your service engineer. Experts dose not want to visit. they try to convince or repair by telephone.

    the whole thing is that - service of pureit make purifier is so poor and it is established in the market.

      I’m a consumer of your Water Pure IT device bearing Consumer # [protected] since last two years. My battery kit got changed on 04/05/2010 by your Laxmi Enterprise of Serampore your authorized service provider (Retail Invoice# IS10/[protected] which is supposed to be equipped with the capacity to purify 2250 litres of water, to my surprise the said kit went out of order after filtering 550 litres of water to the higher side. I have called up the helpline at the start of this August2010 and lodged the complaint with the support executive and requested them to replace the kit with a new one absolutely FREE OF CHARGE.

      An executive visited our place in a couple of day’s time to change the kit with scheduled charges which we didn’t allow him to do; his name is Mr. Dulal Sikari probably from your Serampore Unit. Following his visit I received a sms survey where I mentioned that I’m not satisfied with the service; to my delight a lady called up and assured me that she will send somebody and will get my kit replace in a couple of days time.

      Post that I have logded several complaints at the helpline brearing the following reference numbers:
      1) C[protected] on 17.08.2010
      2) C[protected] on 05.09.2010
      3) C[protected] on 17.09.2010

      None of the executives has visited my place though I have been receiving messages regularly that somebody has attended your complaint!!!!!!!!!

      REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST AS WE ARE CONTINUING DRINKING UN PURIFIED WATER EXPOSING OURSELVES TO HEALTH HAZARDS.

      Hope this mail will receive due care and my problem will get resolved in a couple of days.

        I ordered for a pure it germ kill battery on 13.09.2010, they told me that their workers will come and fit the battery with in 48 hrs. but they din't come even after 3 days. again wen i called them today ( on 17.09.2010 ) , i got a surprising news from them that, they have not at all registered our complaint and told that their workers will attend to us within 48 hrs. this thing happens whenever we order for a pure it battery.. one of the worst service providing company ever i come across....

          I am Surinder Kumar resident of # 129 Vill Maloya near Sector-39, Chandigarh made a request for change of battery kit on 09/09/2010 till date the same has not been changed. I even visited your local office at Sector-38, Chandigarh on 10/09/2010 and they promised me that I will get the same within 48 hours, I dont know when their 48 hours will complete.
          If you will provide such type of services nobody would like to purchase your product rather I will tell my neighbours and my known people not to buy your product due to your services provided to me.

          Pure It — Non replacement of battery

          I requested a replacement of battery of my pureit on 13 th April
          No action taken from your side, . Again I made requet on 1 May.
          Till today( 6th may) nobody is responded.

            This is Pradeep Parulekar, customer of HLL's pure-it water purifier.I have ordered for immediate replacement of Battery Kit, since it indiates the same. My customer-id is [protected].

            On 24th July' 2010 (Order No:S10/PUN[protected], I placed my request for a new battery. But as on date I have not received anything from them. Daliy, I approached them again the answer was “Sir, it will take 3 working days, that too the date which I requested for battery, wont count as a working day.” Kindly advise me what I have to do now. Because if this is the service what they can provide, then I would like to go for other products other than HULs.

            I am sorry to say, but HLL's after sales service is very pathetic at the moment.

            Pureit Water Purifier — Very pathetic service

            This is just make my fellow citizens aware of the bitter after service from this company staff. They do not deserve to sell this product anymore since we will definitely end up as loosers. I had to go back to my old ways of water boiling, since even after 10 days of complaint no 'expert' turned out to check though I made an effort to daily call them up and following. Rather it was really irritating to listen to their false promises and keep waiting for the so called visit. More upsetting is the fact that the top branded 'Bosses" go on hiding when I try to ask about the false promises. None of them show any integrity of their words.

            Pureit water purifier — Service related

            Dear Sir,
            This is about the shoddy services being offered by Hindustan Unilever Ltd for its product called Pureit. They have got a service center in Sector-8, Rohini, Delhi. I lodged an application for replacing the chemical of the machine. They gave me a time and recorded my address. Next day, they did turn up and asked me for 900 Rs so that they can go back and get the material issued from the stores. They gave me a receipt for the same. After few hours, another of their representative turned up and said that earlier person was not sent by their company and they are not responsible for the cheating. Also the incharge of center misbehaved with me and my family telling us that its out fault and we are trying to fool them I just wanted to know that how come my address and time of visit was leaked from the centre. At which they just said they dont know. I have not heard from them again. As a consumer i was left harassed.

              I have never seen worst customer service as this, I ordered battery kit on last monday and its still not delivered despite of calling to customer care for more than 4 times. Its just crap I can not use it because there is no battery and I can not through it as I just spent 2000 rs on it means its useless now and I have to borrow the water from neighbours until this crap service gives me battery kit. Worst of all for first time they told me they visited but I was not there. Now I am waiting at home since last 5 days just to get the kit installed and nothing happens and everytime I call customer care there are new reasons ready with them. Just a crap.

                Hi,
                I am using a Pure it from Hindustan Unilever for since 2007 (customer id - [protected]). In Pure it a battery is used and the battery is supposed to purify a certain litres of water like 1500 lit or 2250 lit depending on the capacity of the battery.
                Recently I felt that the battery is not purifying the amount of water which is specified. For the last one year I am making a note of this thing and with my utter surprise I found that the battery which is supposed to purify 2250 litres of water is actually purified 1591 litres of water and the battery which is supposed to purify 1500 litres of water is actually purified 555 litres of water.
                When I lodged a complaint regarding this the answer was given by the person who attended is like the battery was installed on 10th June, 2010 and it was worked till 26th August, near about 3 months, so it is expired.
                As the battery was sold by telling that it will purify an given amount of water it should do so irrespective of the duration. In my family we are only 3 persons and we can use it for as many years as we want unless it purify the specified amount.
                When I lodged another complaint no one bother to come and third time when a complaint was lodged a person came and gave a feedback from outside my house that he heard we lodged a complaint regarding leakage and he did not even bother to come inside my house.
                I lodged my first complaint on 28th August, 2010 but I have no received a proper clarification till date.
                Want a proper justification for this incident.

                    My name is Deepak Chauhan & my Pure It No RPB[protected], which I had purchased in Nov 2007 & I had never ever complain before now. I heard your advertisement that pureit gives us 2250 liters water for 4 to 5 months, much better from 1500 liters battery, whichI oredered regularly. But it only works for One & half months & battery has became red, poor performance than my old battery kit. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect. I had complaint numbers of times from last 15 days & my complaint nos is C[protected] Dt 29/08/10, C[protected]Dt.30.08.10, C[protected] Dt. 02/09/10 & C[protected] Dt. 03/09/10 but not a single action taken against my complain. every time says that our executive visit tommorrow but I have still waiting for my battary kit while I am a old customer & I refered & you had installed more than 10 Pure it to peoples, and now I am fed-up because me son is ill due to drunked unsafe water. so it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty niether I shall published all the details in my city & that can prevent your companies good will, which I already explain at your customer care service. So replace the battery as early as possaible.

                    Pure It — manufactring defect

                    I am using the water purifier since Jan-09. Since then battery has changed 2 time. when kit was replaced 10 days before your executive told upper(top) mesh also has to be replaced so that it will help for longer duration of kit. same was replaced by him on payment basis. yesterday we saw that water dropped in mesh is filtering very fast then on removal we came to know that the lower portion of this is torn out. on complaint your executive Mr. pathak came and told adamantly and rudely that it was our mistake and he will replace only on payment basis again. you can see the condition of mesh it is totally new and it is totally a manufacturing defect .Kindly do the needful and arrange for replacement. now we think by initial investment of Rs.2000/- is less and reoccurring and maintaining of this pureit is costly. we are only 3 members at home and i am at office, how battery is showing red so frequently. Further this mesh problem of manufacturing defect.

                      PureIT are not able to deliver the refill cartridges on time. Sometimes you have to wait for more than 10 days. The service is very poor. No point in buying this product. I am going to check out the Eurka Forbes one now.

                        Hi, I am using Pureit water filter since last 2 years and I didn't get any complaint regarding this but now the situation has been changed. I was orderd a germ kit battery (GBK)in Rs 510(2250Ltrs) in the month of March end and it was installed within a week.we are having two members using this filter, every month our uses is approx 200 Ltrs, so total sum of filtered water since april to Aug is around 1000Ltrs,but according to the pureit research team it will filter 2250Ltrs water.but now germ kit battery is showing red indicater now within 1000Ltrs.Even i was logged my complaint in pureit helpline, and even also i was talk to Mr. Yoginder and Mr. Manoj who is sitting in Khanpur office, but they are denying to replace the battery so please have a look in this matter otherwise i will sure go for consumer fourem. I am sure for that.

                          I had bought a pureit water filter in Feb 2010. This stopped filtering the water in 15 days. After I complained, a person came over and got me to change the filter and charged me Rs. 55. Then the filter worked for another 1 month. After this it started giving dirty water. I complained to the company and told them that I wanted to claim the 1 crore rs. they were offering but they told me that the life of the battery was over and i had to replace the battery which would cost me another Rs. 500. I want to ask the company how it can claim that the Rs. 1 crore has not been claimed. I would like to get the money and stop them from conning the people

                              My name is Ashok Kumar & my customer ID 23252716, I have purchase a Hindustan Uniliver Pureit 14/06/2010. From your advertisement we have known that pureit gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but within two months & 15 days our germ kill battery has became red. In the pureit warranty details you assured us that in addition you cover the customer with a 6 months warranty against manufacturing defects & my case is nothing but a manufacturing diffect because two months maxim 300 liters water is used in our pureit filterso it is your responsilibity & duty to replace the baterry in free of cost & save your companies warrenty niether I shall published all the details in my city & that can prevent your companies good will. So replace the battery as early as possaible.

                                I ahve purchased one Pure it on 01/04/2010.Its germy kill battery is not working proper from the first day now its turned red.

                                I am continously calling to the given no. i.e. [protected] but it is switched off.
                                Local dealer is also not interested to help out..
                                This can not be expected for a company like HLL.. we are bound to drink unsafe water due to the carelessness of the co. Kindly resolve the problem ASAP.

He assured me that within 72 hours company executive will deliver the same to my given address. But till now I did not get any call from your executive.                                     I am Very sorry to say that yours customer care executive response is not good
                                    I have purchased your Pureit product of r.s.2000/= as on dated 15/08/10
                                    at the same time we have complaint to your delivery man water is not useable which is coming from Pureit machine he told me that it is a new machine so after 2 days you will get good tasted water just like boiled
                                    but till date water not useable which is coming from your machine

                                        MY SELF VISHAL MAHINDRAKAR, CELL [protected]-PUNE. i have trusted your product because of the strong reputattion of HUL, but i'm exxtremely sorry to say i'm highly disappointed by the response to my service , i think people at your place are of such low proffessional standards, that they dont know the purpose of your product, its rainy season and tap water is highly contaminated,

                                        my story goes...
                                        i have a problem in my unit the baterry is new but water is not flowing in down compartment, so unable to get clean water from the tap?????
                                        ive loged my first complaint c[protected], but person did not took prior time and reached home wheen we are at office at 1:00pm, i could not come home in office times i asked him to come at evening, but complaints was closed without attending....
                                        then again i loged a second complaint c[protected] .no one called but i got a sms for my feedback for yoour service increasing my anger, its just a hopeless service from u'll, hope i get a positive response now!!!!!
