Pure it — Delay in Battery Replacement
i purchased PUREIT long back and my battery time over, i made a call to your customer care for replacement of a battery and i placed the order January 2009. No body turned up yet and 4 days back again i called up and placed order for batter, she said with in 2 days representative will come and replace the battery, again no body came. my order number : S09-BLR[protected].PURE IT people are showing more interest in selling and not in service.
