Replacement of Battery kit

I have been booking10 times to replace battery from the month of may to till date, every time i getting register number and told that it will replace with in four working day, then after a week i get message as

I order battery kit of pureit water purifier on 9/07/10.and they told me that product will be deliver within 72 hours but 5days have been passed but the situation is same that is product is not deliver to me till now., When i call to pureit helpline they always say that the battery kit will be deliver to me as soon as possible....

I requested pure it help line to replace battery for my water purifier.
