Dear Sir/Ma'am, Its been months since I had first requested a Dehradun retailer about my demand of the battery replacement, to which I was told to contact the Mussoorie service center. In-spite of my calling on to them approximately everyday, I am yet to get a proper reply from them, and the battery indicator is nearly dead!!?? Other time the phone numbers don't work. Kindly help me. It is not expected from reputed companies like Hindustan Lever. kindly see to it as I am ready to pay any nominal amount of extra charges required for the services. thank you,

Pure it — Delay in Battery Replacement

i purchased PUREIT long back and my battery time over, i made a call to your customer care for replacement of a battery and i placed the order January 2009. No body turned up yet and 4 days back again i called up and placed order for batter, she said with in 2 days representative will come and replace the battery, again no body came. my order number : S09-BLR[protected].

PURE IT people are showing more interest in selling and not in service.

    Replacement of Battery kit

    I have been booking10 times to replace battery from the month of may to till date, every time i getting register number and told that it will replace with in four working day, then after a week i get message as

    "DEAR CUSTOMER, YOUR COMPLAINT NO:C[protected] HAS BEEN ATTENED.PLEASE GIVE YOUR FEEDBACK AS SER '1' IF SATISFIED OR SER '0' I[censored]NSATISFIED TO [protected].TEAM PUREIT"

    AM I A FOOL R who

    NOBODY ATTENTED BUT SOME BLODYFOOL IS SENDING MESSAGE AS THOUGH THEY ATTENDED,

    WHY THESE PEOPLE KEEP ON ADVERTISING FOR NEW FILTER, WHETHER SEARCHING FOR NEW IDOITS

    WHAT TO DO WITH THIS WASTE BASKET KIT PURCHASED FOR 2000 RS WITHOUT REPLACEMENT OF BATTERY?

      Within a day of my complaint here and other various allied sites & a phone complaint made
      Yesterday, the Technician landed and cleaned the unit and filled up water. Service here at least is prompt - only solace I get. Just after he finished, i asked him what was the sediment. To my utter shock he replied " Sir, it is not dust as you are thinking, it is just fungus formed". I told him (I am still wondering) "how is that you show in the Rs.1 Crore Ad wherein the person pours contaminated water in top chamber and is able to get pure water from the tap, down below. Is Pureit company supplies a magic wand along with the unit now a days?". He could afford only a hearty laugh, got my sign in the call report and left.
      Kudos to HLL for spreading this product through out India.

          I BOUGHT A PUREIT WATER PURIFIER LAST YEAR. WITHIN A YEAR THE BATTER KIT IS UNUSUABLE. I ORDERED FOR TWO BATTERY KITS LAST SATURDAY I.E. ON 10.07.2010. EVERY TIME I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEIR TOLL FREE NO. BUT THEY JUST PROMISE TO SEND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEERS WITHIN 48 HOURS BUT THEY DON'T TURN UP AT ALL. THEY HAVE FAILED TO CALL ON ME SO FAR. THEY PLAY THE TRICK OF SENDING SMSs AND ASK FOR THE FEEDBACK ABOUT THE SERVICE ENGINEER'S VISIT. THEY EVEN CALL ON MY MOBILE AND ENQUIRE AS TO HOW THE PURIFIER IS WORKING WHEN, IN THE FIRST PLACE, THEY HAVE NOT SO FAR TURNED UP TO REPLACE THE BATTERY KIT.

          I HAVE BEEN BUYING WATER CANS AND SPENDING MONEY OVER PURCHASING WATER FROM THE MARKET.

          I HAVE A FEELING THAT THE PEOPLE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE OF PUREFIT HELPLINE ARE WORKING AGAINST THE COMPANY I.E. HINDUSTAN LEVER LTD. SO AS THE SEE THAT PUREIT LOOSES ITS DEMAND IN THE MARKET.

          CAN SOMEBODY REDRESS MY GRIEVANCE AT THE EARLIEST LEST I WILL BE FORCED TO THROW AWAY TWO UNITS OF PUREIT I BOUGHT AND GO IN FOR SOME OTHER PURIFIER WHICH GIVES CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, DURABILITY OF BATTERY.AND BEST AFTER SALES SERVICE.

          HUL Pureit — Worst Customer care service

          As my query was, one of part has been lost during the relocation within the city, I need to know which part has been exactly missed out. So that I can order the same to start my PUREIT system.

          I called up the customer care guys 5 times and describe the same. They told me their executive is going to visit my home (Below is my mailing Address), but nobody came till date to resolve the issue. I even received as SMS from TD-pureit saying.
          “Dear Customer your Complaint No: C[protected] has been attended. Please give your feedback as “SER 1 “if satisfied else “SER 0 “i[censored]nsatisfied to [protected]. Team Pureit”

          SMS says they already attended the said request. This is totally unacceptable.

          Please look into this at the earliest.

            Hindustan Unilever/pureit — Non availability of germ kit-poor response

            We had ordered for a New Germ Kill Kit on 22nd May,2010 as the old needs to be replaced. But till date no one had visited to replace the same or called up to confirm the exact date of replacement. We had followed up with the call centre number of times in alternate days, but every time got the same response that some one will attend the next day.

            We have no other option other than throwing our (IM)PURE IT water purifier out and also suggest people not to use or buy the product otherwise it will become a lifelong liability...

            This is Akhileshwar, customer of HLL's pure-it water purifier.I have ordered for immediate replacement of Battery Kit, since it indiates the same. My customer-id is [protected].

            On 21st Jul 2012, I placed my request for a new battery. But as on date I have not received anything from them. Yesterday, I approached them again the answer was “Sir, it will take 3 working days, that too the date which I requested for battery, .

            I am waiting for this but no one called me and when i have called again in ur call center on 24th july then excecutive has assured me to deliver by tomorrow but still i am facing same problems, no one has called me. I have again called trice at call center but nothing has done & waiting for germi kit as well as call back

            I am sorry to say this is very pathetic service is being given by HLL. then I would like to go for other products other than HULs.

            I am sorry to say, but HLL's after sales service is very pathetic at the moment.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I had posted my complaint day before yesterday about my water purifier of Hindustan Uniliver Ltd. (Pure it). Your service personnel came to me and rectified the problem on temporary basis. After half an hour, it has again become dump. Presently, it is not in working condition. The personnel said, the upper chamber of the water-purifier is out of order and i will replace it. But next day he came again, but he had no component for changing. In fact, he demanded us, to give any old upper chamber. It means, he has changed the upper part but damaged one and our water purifier is not working.The water in these days we are drinking is not safe. It contains bacteria and germs. Who will pay for our health. So please send your service personnel again and replace the desired component. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                  I am using pure it water filter 4 months, and their is always problem when the battery exhausts, I have made number of complaints for the replacement of the battery on date 08/07/2010. but still waiting for their response. problem is that they dont have any other customer care number or any other contact no where we ask for the battery or near by service center from we can buy the battery. I have called so many time to customer care and they said they will resolve with one day...i got alot of masssges.. as susch you are satisfied our services sent a massegs Y/N. but still problem is as it is.

                  Request to all of them who is planning to purcahes this company, beware that kind of services. they cannt able to manage his customer.

                  i am requesting please revert my money how much you can and take your product. ill go someone esle.

                  Iam not going to suggest some else to use, that kind on product.

                  Pureit Water Filter — Worst Customer Service

                  Worst Company and customer service I have ever seen. We bought PureIt. They delivered the product without invoice. When we asked for invoice they said within a day we'll provide the same. They didn't provide it till date. When we asked the sales personnel they behave very very badly by just shutting down the phone and customer care behave the same way. No response.
                  Not agree, noboday come for replacement...we puchase from market it..directly

                    I bought a HUL small water filter Purit, everything is fine till the time i have not required a battery kit to replace it is almost 15 days i have not reveived the same, it is creating problem for us because the supply water is not drinnkable, inspite the commitment of delivery in 3 working days, and his custcare is having most irresponsible people, they know nothing other then regreat and raising a complaint on urgent bessis and nobody is resonsible for that urgent complain, he has no updation on that why a urgent bessis complain is pending for so long, customer Id for HUL-[protected], and i have applied for battery kit on 1-July-10 and still waiting for the same....

                          HINDUSTAN LEVER/PURE IT — Fungus in Pure It Water Filter and not working thereafter

                          I purchased Pure It Water filter after glancing it at Trade Fair in Nov. 2008. I placed the order at the Stall itself. I was amused to get the deliver of Filter within two days at my home. Initially it worked very well. But later I noticed that there was fungus collected at the base where water collects after filtering process and from where it comes out from tap. I contacted the Pure it Complaint Centre at [protected] on 07.06.2009 and apprised them about the fungus. They assured me that their personnel will come and fix the problem. Therefore, i stopped using the Filter to show fungus to the company personnel. No one turned up from the company and therefore after waiting for about fifteen days I thought to clean the fungus so as to make use of it atleast. After using it for about fifteen days (after cleaing fungus myself) it stopped filtering the water. I again called up at the above number and one Mr. Sidharth attended my call. I apprised him about the problem and also informed him that no one turned up last time to fix the problem. After checking the records he confirmed that yes there was a complaint from my side. He further assured me that someone will attend to my filter within a day or two. Much to my dismay, till today no one has attended it.

                          Is this the kind of service the company wants to provide to their customers.What is the use of providing attractitive TV ADS with raincoat when their filter does not send a drop of water even AND WHEN THEY ARE NOT KEEN TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM WITH THE FILTER . Is it for befooling customers with such attractive TV ADS.

                              We have lodged the complaint on 7 July for berakage of battery cover & pot.
                              We are following daily basis. The promise given by call center is that person will be deputed today. However no person visits for repairs. Our experience is very bad for commitments for repairs. We observe that normaly service rep. attends the call after 2 to 3 weeks, if you follow closely. We will be very much interested to know that is the standard of Hindustan Unilever. Can some senior officer respond to our complaint.

                                    What to write about such product because i have read plenty of complaints before filling this complaint. I am Mandeep from Hisar (Haryana). Actually, the problem is, i have bought the pureit water purifier last year and till date, i have replaced battery kits several times. Means ( approx one battery - one month). Few days back, the water purifier was not working so i made many complaints but no action is taken yet. On the other hand, if we order to change the battery kit then the person come immediately. to Now the position is, i have recently changed the battery from the dealer(to go there). but still it is out of order. I have informed telephonic-ally several times but still no action has been taken. Now the thing is, i want to change it. i don't want to keep it long. Very-2 poor product with poor service. I am also thinking about to file a sue in the court, if no action is taken. If anyone, can help me out then do it very-fast. Otherwise i will take some stern steps.

                                    I had bought the Pureit Water Filter on 10/08/09 and the filter no. is RPB[protected]. I am sorry to state that the filter is not workig since the red sign for replacement of battery has not yet been displayed. Besides my kids have frequently fallen ill during this period. Is this your guarantee of Rs 1 crore.



                                    You people should be ashamed. On contacting your customer care tel. no. and going through the police type enquires they have asked me to wait for 3 days ie. I have to suffer for three more days.

                                      Yes finally it is been done. I am thankful for the kind service from HUL and this blog but not the dealer. Dearler was again giving reason to visit next day but I managed and made him to visit the same time. Dealer office was located just 2km away from my residence and he was give lame reasons. Please ensure you higher the right attitude dealers so that it will not affect the company name and brand.
                                      There no propet response from the distributor in mahabubnagar dist. There is no proper supply of pure it purifiers within the district.

                                      Hindustan PURE IT — Water Leaked from the middle

                                      We Buy the Hindustan Lever Water Purifier on April-2012 they gave the one year warranty
                                      yesterday the purifier begins leaked from the middle of it i want solution where i want to Complain for my Problem
                                      I ordered GKK on 12th Apr but no body delivered that and they closed the order once again i ordered on 22nd Apr after that i got msg within 72 hrs GKK not delivered this should be FREE but after 2 days i calling call center 4 times it cost around 58 rs for phone bill, they come and installed on 28th apr and taken money i asked about free as per meg they behaving like very harshly and there service is very poor, please dont take this product please help me i want money back of GKK,
