I am an user of hindustan lever water purifier PURE IT from last one year. Several times we had tried customer care number but every time we only received automated recrorded voice. From the day of installation till date no body is coming for servicing of this product. Now the battery is expired and we want to exchange it with new one. I am very unhappy with this type of poor sevice. Pls. send somebody to replace the battery and for servicing of our PURE IT water purifier.

    I bought pure it 3 yrs back. Main problem I face is change of battery. Last time also after intervention of Customer Care Manager battery was changed after 3 months. This time also I am trying to change the battery since last 4 1/2 months but in vain. No one comes. Now a days we don't get customer care. My telephone no. [protected]. Pl. help to change the battery at the earliest or without any further delay.

      Battery replaced after 15 days and thts also defective, water tastes as some new plastic cleaned four times still the same taste.
      very bad responce from customer care. No action taken in 6 days.
      After repetative calling Customer care asked for paid service.

      Really a worst case.

      The product is of no use to me wasteage of money.

        I have purchased a Pure It (water purifying system) from hindustan uniliver 2 years back. During this period I have changed the germ Kill battery two times with all the great efforts. In both the cases I got the replacement in more than 15 days while they must come within 48 hrs after getting the request.

        Now again I have reqested them for the replacement of the same approx 20 days back. But still I am spending an hour daily in reminding them. My family is drinking normal tab water without filtering it. Everytime I call, customer care people feel sorry & use to assure me that the Kit will be replaced in "NEXT 48 HOURS".

        Please help me out.

            I have ordered for a battery replacement of my PureIT C.S [protected]. The manager and the staff of the PUREIT call centre misbehaved with me and my wife and laughed while logging the complain. The order was placed 2 days back and the battery was not replaced as on 1st Feb.Now the manager is telling me that it will require another 1 day to deliver. I cannot tolerate this delay as I have my son 1 year old in my house who require germ free water the most.
            This PUREIT company does not bother to deliver things on time and moreover misbehaving with the customer. Hence I would suggest no customer should purchase any product from them going forward.
            Please take serious action against the manager of the Pune call centre and the staff(name: Vijayendra). Pune call centre no : [protected]

              Pureit from HLL is supposed to be worst brand that i have ever seen. Even a state level company never done with me as this multinational company did that there guys are irresponsible and reckless.I dont know whether the top officials of this company are aware of these complaints ,but if they are then they are also the culprits in defaming and ruining this colossal company.I think that company should ameliorate its service providing sections.Workers in this section should get penalised for not performing their duties properly.The workers in these sections are reckless and making false promises with the customers regarding replacement of GKB which turned into red before the time claimed by the company.I used it(gkb) under the conditions at which company can replace it.But whenever i make complaints i get nothing but complaint numbers.I have made several complaints but no action has been taken by the company yet.I want to know ,actually when my battery get replaced.

                I have given atleast 5 complaints in the past 15-20 days on replacing a battery kit along with a missing part called WES Nut which has not been attended to at all inspite of calling the call center to inquire about the status of the complaint. There is too much of communication problem between the call center and the office that has been assigned to replace the parts. The people who visit our house to provide the services are very rude and the call center people are cold to any complaints you give. They just keep giving false assurances that the problem will be taken care of but in vain.

                Hindustan Unilever- PureIt — pathetic customer service

                This is a subject of abject misery that a company like Hindustan Unilever takes no guarantee of the products sold and make its customer suffer without any rectifying support. I bought a PureIt filter from the compnay franchise in first week of October. My mother got the installation done. The sales guy installed a defective piece with bottom portion of filter leaking profusely which we got to know later. The sales personal did not even showcased entire flow during demo. in the evening when we lodged a complaint at customer service they promised to send a technician. The series of calls at customer care and with the sales guy 'Dilip Kumar' continued for 15 days. finally the technician name 'Dushyant' came and certified that the bottom part is broken. It has been another 1 week and I have not yet heard from anyone from the company. Dilip does not pick up the phone and Dushyant puts everything on his head. The worst was today mornig when finally Dushant agreed to send some other person. He kept me and my husband waiting for 2 hrs and still when called asked for another 45 mins to reach our home. I am really frustrated with the quqlity of their product, the recklessness in the attitude of support team and the insincerity. I will definitely report it in customer court and would like to warn all the prospective users about probable consequences. Please make a wise choice for this utility item.
                This happened with me.
                In Fact in the present scenerio it is common that the sales team behave differently after sales.Before purchaging the product you will be assured for everything but lateron their attitude will be different.We the poorcustomer feel cheated by the big companies whom we believe that they are good and caring.I too have some thing to tell to Hindustan Unilever about pure it.Are they listening? Ye Bharose Ka Swal Hai.
                The Pureit call center just keeps assigning complaint numbers but nothing seems to be done about addressing the issue. I have been given the following complaint numbers C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], and Order Details are S10/MUM[protected]. The pureit executive turned up twice to my place with only the battery kit but not the other missing part which would not help and mentioned call center has not given any instructions on the WES nut which I have clearly mentioned on all calls to be replaced on high priority. They just donot seem to follow instructions and are not bothered about customer problems. They just need to sell their product and after that they don't care what and how the customer suffers.
                I am also facing the same problem. Order to change the Germ Kill Kit one month back but nobody came to replace the same. Now when it was completely red then again placed the order 5 months back and even after giving 20-25 calls nobody came to change the same and as Mr Drgirijapati mentioned, I am also facing the same problem.

                Guys, I would suggest that dont go for Hindustan Puriet, their service is very bad even Government Office services mey be considered better than HUL.

                I had booked a Germkill Battery on July 07, 2010. The order number is S10/DLI[protected]. I was told the delivery would happen in 48 hours, as usual. When it was not delivered, I called up again and lodged a complaint. The complaint No. is C[protected]dated 9 July, 2010). I also placed order for another one- vide order number S10/DLI[protected]dated 9 July 2010). So in all I have ordered for two. Till date not even one has been delivered. Subsequently I inquired about it ten times more and complained as many times. These complaint numbers are: C10242035, C[protected]. Surprisingly after one such conversation I got text message stating your complaint has been attended to and is being closed. It also asked for feedback to which I responded saying I am not satisfied. I don't know what "complaint has been addressed and attended to" mean, as the underlying point in that complaint is non-delivery of the Germkill Battery, which is still due. You may find all my correspondence against my mobile number [protected] in your system. I am surprised at the attitude and level of service provided.

Now i am in need of battery kit.(old model battery)But i tried pure it help line and there is no response.I tried Kanchipuram office phone also.(for our area battery kit is supplied from Kanchipuram only) Whenever we tried that number,always ringing.There is no response at all.

                      We have purchased PUREIT water purifier product of Hindustan Unilever, In this purifier one have to replace its baterry kit after specific time. Our battery kit is expired 2 weeks back. We have ordered new battery kit 2 weeks back. They have not delivered the battery kit yet. And we have to drink impure water in this monsoon.
                      I call customer care everyday they give me assurance about delivery but they dont deliver the kit.

                      Hindustan Unilever/ Pureit — No supply of GBK/ Nonsense Customer Care/ Asking Service charge for replacement of battery

                      On 17th of may I have ordered battery kit through the company's helpline no. And the person other side told me that it will be delivered within one working day...immeidately I have received a Sms from the company that battery kit will be delivered within 72 Hrs(I thought may be company's one working day is of 72 hrs), I have waited for 3 days nobady has deliveredthen I again phoned at their helpline no. a lady other side told no need to complaint somebody will deliver the kit within 1 day because if you complain it'll take another 2 days...after waiting other 2 days when no body came to me then I have compalined on the company's helpline no.then received Sms from company that somebody will attend the complaint within 48 hrs...nobady came to me and nobody deliver the battery to me but a Sms again received from company that "your complain has been attended if you are satisfied with our service type 1 or not satisfied type0 and reply to us" I was very much disappointed with this and again complained on their no. as this is the only way I can do because Battery is not available in market one has to depend on the company for the battery. Again and again i have ordered and complaint regarding the same in the company's helpline they feel sorry and nothing they done. Finally I have sent a mail on the ID given in the website of the company a phone from Pune executive regarding the delivery of the battery I told him my problem then he has called his counterpart in Delhi then again a person from Pureit delivery boy called me and asked more than the price of the battery kit, what else I have to give extra buck to him because he was not willing to give the battery on the actual price and threatened me to not deliver the battery. Because without battery the system is just a Pot.

                      It is requested with you that What can I do in such conditions where after sales service is zero from company's side. I have stated you what has happen was very disappointing to me as in the advertisement they offer Rs.1 crore challenge regularly.

                            I have purchased Pure Compact in 24th April 2010. I have two family members as Me, My wife & My 2Yrs old Son. Now the issue is as per company the Pureit will provide 1000 pure ltr and then that the kit will turned RED for change. We will have a maximum use of pure water is 3-5 ltrs. in a day and total in two months it will come arround 300ltrs and the Kit gon down RED. Now its a huge diffrence bettwen Company commitment of Pure Watre and the actual delivery of Pureit.

                            I have complained[protected] on customer care for the same and they have logged the complaint and send it to their local agent for checking. Today I got a call from their local agent-[protected] and as per him will not help and I need to buy a new Kit.

                            You requested to pl take care of this, because it a Customer Harrasment and company need to pay for this.

                              I have Purchase a Hindustan Pure It last year my customer ID No.[protected] Name Manoj Sharma. it’s germ kit was expired dt. 12.6.2010 & I have call customer care at that same time that our pure it germ kit was expired & provide me a new germ kit (he said two type of germ kit available one small Rs. 365/- & one big Rs. 510/-) then i ordered a big germ kit worth Rs.510/-. we pad also Rs.510/- companys sales man against Retail Invoice No. IS10/[protected] dt.[protected]. but We have received a small germ kit worth Rs. 365/- from there side then I have call customer care 3-4 times ( REF No. S10/INR [protected] dt.18.6.10 mr. ahmad & secound complain no. S10/INR [protected] dt.21.6.10 mr. rajkumar & third time mr. gaurav ) that I have not received the rite kit worth Rs. 510/- he will reply me that sir you have loge a complaint of our executive & will provide you wirh in next 48 hours after that not receive the same till yet. Again I have call & that call center person tell me that sir will provide you after your 2nd complaint (with in 48 hours) but I am not received a big kit till date 3-7-2010.

                                have bought Pure It sometimes back and within very short time it become a pain for me.

                                I had booked a battery kit in 1st week of May. When the same was not supplied even after about 10 days I booked a complain and finally got a kit of 2250L on around 16/17th May.

                                To my surprise the Kit which should have lasted at least 3-4 months was exhausted by 24th of June even though half of this period my entire family was out for holiday trip.So, I have booked a complain (C[protected]on 25th June and placed a fresh order (S10/DLI[protected]on the same day.

                                I have got sweet reply during the process of the same and got very promising message that the problem will be attended within 48 Hrs and New kit will be supplied within 72 hours.
                                When instead of sweet promises none of the above was resolved I had to lodge a further complain (C[protected] ON 1ST JULY.

                                But, till now the matter has not been resolved. When I tried to lodge a complain through Company's website I found that the Complain page of the website is not working and showing the following error message

                                Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerParserErrorException: The message received from the server could not be parsed. Common causes for this error are when the response is modified by calls to Response.Write(), response filters, HttpModules, or server trace is enabled.
                                Details: Error parsing near '<table width="100%" '.

                                While checking the net I have found the same complain against Pure It from all over India. It is nice to know from company's website that Hindustan Unilever got 6 consumer awards from CNBC instead of those waves of complaints (may be by not registering the same!!!!).

                                If they do not have the capacity of give proper service why do they at all sale this product???

                                I have also gone through the same experience with Hindustan Lever's PureIT.
                                They have the worst after sales service for their product.

                                I got the battery (with larger one) replaced in the month of February. The person attending didn't even give a receipt for the purchase and said he would give it on the next day. He never turned up.

                                After running for 3 months the battery changed color from full white to full red overnight.
                                Even after complaining 3 times from the last 4 days no one has cared to turn up. We have to depend on mineral water. They promise that some one would come in 48 hrs to check and that complaint number will be sent on mobile as an sms. But none of the two happens.

                                    i have purchased pure it 18lit from baba electronics&home appliances,trunk road,NELLORE on3/6/10 but appliance installed had leakage problem that had been informed to shoppe owner &customer represetative on the second day of installation but no action had been taken after that ihad call helpline too complaint no c[protected]after making the phone bill of 80RS they reply me that they cant trace mine address all are making foolish &by hook &crooke earn money i have paid money for the installationto the consumer representative but according to norms installation is free now the battery also dosent work due to leakage problem from 20days before informed to all of them yet no action had been taken we are using mineral water can purchased from outside since past 20days we are facing to much of problems

                                    I have pureit in my house. i have ordered for the battery kit and the fillter mesh .They deliverd only the kit telling that they will supply the mesh fillter next day. i went to there office in Thiru vikr nagar on the same day and they said that they will supply tommorow since they dont have the stock and never supplied . after two months again i contacted the customer service and placed order for the same. when it is not supplied again i contacted the customer service to my surprise they told that i have not placed the order at all.They told about the rate also @55/-
                                    This is the state of service if the compny feels not to supply other than kit atleast there should be stockis. But this not my first expereince your dealer never keepo the stocks on hand.At least now you see that the fillter is supplied immediately.my particulars are as follws

                                      I am V. K. Mittal ([protected]) from Ratlam (M.P.). I had ordered a germkill battery kit for my Pureit water purifier about 20 days ago, I was told that it will be replaced within 3 days but no action. I contacted local person also and he also assured it. But no action I again booked for new battery kit about 10 days. The story was repeated.
                                      Since then I have contacted there call centre as well as local person for more than 10 times but all in vein.
                                      Now I am forced to drink raw water.

                                      I suggest all friends that they shouldn't purchase this white elephant because at the time of purchase the company bosts of its services but after sales services are very poor

                                      Pureit Water Filter — non supply of germkill battery

                                      I am Sathiya, mobile no.[protected], placed an order for germikill battery with Pureit helpline [protected] on 24.04.2010. Assured me of supplying the said battery within 72 hours. Due to non response, I called the helpline on 25.04.2010 and again I was assured of supplying the same within a day. As there was no response, I called the helpline and registered a complaint on 27.04.2010. Having registered the complaint, I was informed that the matter will be taken on top priority and necessary arrangements would be made within 24 hours. After the assurances from the customer care personnel on helpline, no one contacted me nor the battery was supplied/delivered I again called on 28.04.2010. The customer care person on helpline again and again kept on assuring me that they have taken up the matter on top priority. Till the time of sending this mail, I have not received any call from your personnel regarding the status of supply of the battery.

                                      Further, to get the customer care person on line through the helpline is an hectic task, that I have to hold the line for more than 30 minutes loosing my valuable money. After getting the person on line, there will lame excuses saying sorry and the personnel with get in touch within 24 hrs or 48 hours or immediately can expect a call.

                                      I could not understand whether you are interested in supplying the battery. If not you may please make necessary arrangement to take back the filter as the same is of no use without the battery.

                                      Look forward to hear from you about the action taken.

                                        I am Pushpa Yadav,My contact no. is:[protected].I had heard and seen a lot about pureit on television.And because of pureit making such strong challenges about pure clean ,hygienic drinkable water,I got intrested to make a purchase of a pureit water purifier.I intentionally did so for my children,so that they get to drink clean water throgh pureit in mumbai's heavy monsoons season,when the water supply in the taps is non drinkable.I purchased pureit through a customer care helpline number that flashes during its advertisement on tv.Afterwhich i got a call through some Jalaram Agency,whose delivery bvoy delivered pureit at my doorstep and he took the entire payment in cash mode amounting to rs.2000(including vat).Since the day i have made the purchase,i have been dismayed and disheartened as the water is as dirty as it is through a normal tap supply and inspite of regular refilling and cleaning,the water is mot getting filtered.I have made innumerable complaints on pureit helpline-[protected],but all goes in vain.My model number is-pureit-M05IWPS BLUE,device sr no-RPD[protected].I request you to kindly return my money back or else I wou;ld have to move to the consumer courts.
