    hello sir i have order to change a battery kit of 2250 liter that is Rs 510 on 19 of April but your executiv come on 27th april and change the batery kit of 1500 liter that is Rs 365. my wife told that th battery kit order of Rs 510 then the executive told that the order place of Rs 365. that he is telling lie. after that i talk to executive then he told sir i will replace on tomorrow you not pour water on purit purifire but today when i want to contact ur executive he not pick my phone. if he will not change my battery kit then i will go to consumer court that ur executive telling lie . so pleas i request to u change my battery kit of Rs 510.

    I ordered Battery kit one week back & the the executed told me that they will get it replaced within 1 working day. Nobody contacted me even after 5 days. I again contacted Pureit & they again confirmed me to deliver the same within 1 working day. Again nobody contacted me.

    Hindustan Lever should not sell PureIT if they are not capable of providing the services / parts to their customers.

      Dear sir,

      I Syed Sharfuddin Ahmed Quadri Purchased Pureit, But Its Not woking Properly somany time given the compliant nobady trunup till now. It is under warranty but the previsely charged by pureit technican when they visit our place nearly Rs. 1100/-

      this should against law, this time i want replacement completly without any charge otherwise i will go to consumer court in this regard. invoice detials mentioned above.

        I have buyed a HINDUSTAN UNILEVER pure it compact WATER PURIFIER for Rs 1000/- on 04/04/2010 from pooja steel,Thakur Arcade,virar(west).When purchased I did not receive any customer ID from the retailer.Pure it is showing a red indication and water overflows from the germkill kit. This is from date:23/04/2010.
        Company technician visited our house on 26/04/2010 at 8pm. Total members in our family are three(3) only but then to within 20 days it has become defective. I expect a free of cost replacement of the product from the company as early as possible. Now when we are trying to contact the customer care they not receiving the phone calls.And no one has come to replace it.

        Pureit Water Filter — No response for changing Germ Kill Batery kit

        I have booked for a HLL PureIT Battery Kit a month back and so for those executives didn't deliver me with one. My repeated phone calls to the Customer Care and mails were in vain.

        I never seen such a bad response in my life so for. And i don't know where to move from here.

        YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PERSONS are not providing further contact nos. for derect complaint point. They disconnect the line . They issued me a complaint no. too [ C[protected]] Delhi call entre Nos. [protected] BUT REAMINED UNACTIONED.

        hindustan lever pureit — Not supply of battery kit more than a month.

        We have ordered for a battery kit on 5th june 08 vide their order no.S08/CHN[protected].Till date, we have not received the kit yet.
        Mean time last one month we were buying water from other source.
        we all in the family was sick.and i have complained on 23rd june to your Mr.Daniel .The complaine no Co8492321.no response till date.
        Being a big company if you can't supply the kit, please take back the unit.We have 3 units with us service for all is really pathitic.
        If we donot get the battery kit within 24 hours, we may have to go for a cosumer court.

        HUL Pureit water purifier — Germ Kill Battery Kit

        I placed an order for Germ Kill Battery Kit on helpline on 11th July, 08 (Friday)vide No. C08572966 and I received a reply for replacement on Tuesday i.e. 14th July, 08. But I am very sorry to say that I have not yet received the same. Inspite of lot of complaints every after 2 days I get assurance of replacement in another next 2 days. When I asked for nearest agency's Phone No. they are helpless saying that they are not having any agency's phone No. After having lots of trouble I make to find out one agency's Phone No. There also I contacted several times and I got the same reply. I was surprised when I heard that Battery kit was issued on my name 2 days back, but which is not yet received by me yet .

        Therefore, I kindly request you to look into the matter as the battery kit is expired already. I have purchased this product of your esteemed company because of trust in you but I am very disappointed with the nature of your agency executives dealing with the customers with no response at all and having no care for the customers.

        I know that HINDUSTAN LEVER is know for its quality products for the past several decades, but they should also take care of their customers throgh good agents or service personnel who they appoint.

        I extremely sorry to say that you have some incompetent sales men and Group leader who do not know how to behave with a customer. When they want to sell they "somehow" push the product and dump it on your head but after that they care a dam about the customer. I if you sales people like this you will definitely lose customers like us and we will defintely pass on this poor customer service to our friends.

        I work for a repectable Multinational company and we do not behave that way with our customers. I also continuously voice my opinion in the press regarding poor customer service in THE HINDU.

        Please make note of earlier complaing sent a few seconds before and do the needful.

        I hope you would call and enquire with Vishwas Sales Corportion, Ashok Nagar, Chennai Mr Ganesh their Group leader who spoke arrogantly over the phone.

        In spite of assuring me over phone that the exhausted battery of my water filter will be replaced within a couple of days, the compliance is still awaited for more than ten days. Even my complaint under Docket No. C[protected] five days back failed to evince any result.
        As without the required battery the filter does not work, my family has to consume unfiltered water and, hence, is very much vulnerable to health hazard.
        Hope, some result may come through this expressed grievance.

        I would like to inform you that the complain was started two three days after the purchase of Pure (purify) I have do Sixteen complain Pure (purify) helpline no. [protected] and [protected] I always request them please change my Pure (purify) but till date i have not received any responsible answer from Hindustan Liver.

        The Complain continue till date.

        sir,
        on 2006 I purchased one PUREIT water filter.One water filtering battery fitted
        inside the product must be replaced after 1500 litre of water. The company also
        promised lifetime supply.When I placed order to replace the battery on[protected]
        over phone No.[protected] the attender promised to deliver but not done so far.
        Water is essential , that too in hot season, how long can wait for that. please do something

I don't know who many topics you have pasted the same thing and giving promises. Is pureit giving you money to get hold on this forum? Rather solve the problem and the customers will give there feedback on comments. You don't need to give false promises.

        I ordered the water storage chember ( transparent chember to store pure water ) on 29th may 2010, but till date nothing has happened and no one even called me, I have logged the complaint with their helpline complaint number C[protected], and then also nothing has been done,

        ya the complaint is very true.The same thing is happening with me in JAMMU region.
        I am using of HUL Pure It for last 2.5 years. We are 4 persons in our family. In each three months the germ kill battery turns red and it needs replacement. In each replacement the minimum cost for new kit is Rs.519/-. Thus I am spending minimum Rs.2076/- extra as recurring expenditure per YEAR(filter mesh and other parts like germkill cover clips also need replacement in a year which is extra burden to consumer). So, though the Filter looks cheap initially, on long term use for its added recurring expenditure the filter is costly.
        While I told to the customer representative about the matter, he indicated the water quality I use. But the truth is that we use filter to soften the hard water or under ground water, not the Municipality supplied "Treated drinking water" which is already soft in nature.

        Hindustan lever, Pure it water filter — Part not delivered

        I have ordered for a dwell chamber on the 1st of September and I have not received it till date. The reference number is ss10/mum[protected].

        I called up the call centre again on 4th September and asked them to send the part. They initially claimed that the part was delivered and later on apologized and said that it will send on the 4th at all costs.

        It was not delivered till date. The complaint number for the 4th of September is c[protected]. I have repeated the complaint every two day C[protected], c[protected],

        Pureit Water Purifier — battery and filter to be replaced

        I purchased a water purit purified 4 years ago, I am begging the service person to come and change my battery and filter which is in a very bad state, till date, no one is responding properly to my complaint.

        When I call up they give me a number and ask me to contact, if contacted the service person will assure me that the concern area person will come in person, but unfortunately 1 year is over, still I am not using my purifier.

        I would highly appreciate if any service person attends to my call in royapeetah at the earliest.

        Pureit Water Purifier-Hindustan Unilever — Wrong information about Battery Kit

        Hi, Recently we had ordered a GermyKill Battery Kit of Rs.510 from Pureit a water purifier manufactured by Hindustan Uniliver. Thier technician came up with the kit & took Rs.510 from us saying that he had fitted battery kit that we had ordered. Later after 2 days thier another technician came to our home & after inspection he said that our machine has fitted with battery kit worth Rs.365. I was shocked to hear this from him as we always believed that they are fitting correct battery kit as per our order but now we are feeling cheated. When I enquired with their service dept they were asking about the name & identity of the person who came first whihc was not tracable to them in their record. After this incident we feel that there is something wrong in thier order processing dept. It seems to me that information of order is leaked somewhere & got in wrong hand.

        Pureit Water Filter- HUL — False Promise.

        I got Pureit-M05-1.1. GK Battery installed on 10.02.10 with an assurance of 2250 ltrs of supply. To my surprise, it's all over after supplying 1238 ltrs. only. It has supplied lesser water than the lower model is supposed to supply. Even that mode is to supply 1500 ltrs. Earlier battery life was also short. Except the orignally supplied battery with the filter; no one has worked properly.

        I'm contacting their Customer Care but no action. No senior marketing / Quality Engineer has contacted me yet despite no. of complaints.

        Hindustan Unilever is a MNC & its products should deliver what co. says.

        Co. can't survive on false promises.

        I Mr.Sachin.S.Dhumal bring to u r notice that i had purchased Hindustan unilever Pure it 18litres water purifier worth Rs.3200/- on 2/10/2010 from jalaram agency(Kandivali S.V road(W), mumbai).They gave me an assurance regarding the battery kit life for 6 months or 1500 litres of water whichever early.But my battery kit got expired on 15/11/2010 i.e.only in one & half month.Our usage is also very less as there r only 4 members in family.Inspite of giving several complaints there is no responce.So pls do the needful

        Pure It — defective germkill

        The replaced germ kill was a defective one i mean it has been already used and painted with white paint and very bad customer service
        HI, I bought a Pureit waterfilter for Rs. 1000/- from Arihant Store, Bolinj Road, Virar West. I changed the battery just 2 weeks back and it is not at all filtering water at all. and the shopkeeper, is not helping out in way. The customer care no. provided on the website is not correct.

        Water Purifier — Filter to be changed

        we are getting cheated by the engineers who provide us Germkill battery kit and we are dissappointed with the co.
        we were using pureit for 2.5 yrs but after this time we were ditched 2 times with the germkill battery kit and we are cheated.
        i have been using Pure it compact form last 2years. i am fully satisfied with its functioning.the best part is that it stops automatically when it needs new germ kill kit.it can be replaced at home without help of any technician.

        Not refining the water properly

        Pure it is not refining water and impurities can be see in water. I am very much depressed from performance of pure it. Please change the same ASAP.

          The customer service is not providing the local office address and telephone numbers and names of the responsible officials so as to take a follow up.

          I believe that the company is making false claims about service and purity of water etc at the time of sales.

          I had ordered Pureit Water purifier Germ Kill Battery on 24 April 2010. They say it gets delivered in 2 days. But Nobody bothered to call and deliver the battery kit.

            its so unfortunate to be with pure it these people love to talk all kind of they can give to customers but they will never come back to you on lodging a complaint. do not buy this product and i will throw it out of my house today.

              Respected Sir,

              It been a very niggling experience with HUL Pure IT battery Kit. I booked the battery kit on 19th April, 2010. My order ID is S10/HYD[protected].

              With repetitive calls to the Hep Desk they informed we are immediately going to replace it within 24 hrs or 72 hrs. Next I received an SMS saying that your battery Kit has been delivered, please confirm by SMS. I replied to the SMS but again all in vain.

              Next day I called up the Help Desk replied they are going to do it soon, but how soon is unknown.
              Furthermore, every time I called the Help Desk they insisted in malpractices of taking the higher end battery kit, which cost nearly double.

              I would request you to kindly look into this issue very seriously about their Services they are following and drawing people to their knees to get the battery kit.

              Please teach them a lesson so that this is not followed in any case or any customer.

              I would also like to state that for this non-availability of service I have to purchase mineral water which amounts to Rs 45 per day and that HUL must be forced to deliver this recurring charges, till the battery is delivered.

                    HLL Pure it — No service

                    Dear Sir / Madam,



                    For the last five day i.e from 10/04/2010 I am calling customer care and requested too kindly attended my complain for my puerit which is having a problem. I have recently replaced the filter kit on 1st of April and know the water tastes bitter and it smells like chlorine.

                    The call Center service is also very very poor as to contact you on phone it takes 45min to 1hrs to stay on line to speak to your executive and register the complain who is going to pay our phone bill.

                    On top when a complaint is been booked the next day i get a SMS saying Dear Customer your complaint No.C[protected] has been attended. Please give your feed back as 'SER 1"if satisfied als "SER 0 "i[censored]nsatisfied to [protected]. Team Puerit. How do I expect this type of service from they side as the complain has not been attended.

                    Till date no service person has attended complain and no call are been made by they service dept as to know the address or what is the complain.

                    And after the complain is been raised after one or two days I receive a sms saying Dear Customer your complaint No.C[protected] has been attended. Please give your feed back as 'SER 1"if satisfied als "SER 0 "i[censored]nsatisfied to [protected]. Team Puerit.

                    I have also writen a mail to them on they mail id i.e [protected]@unilever.com on 14/04/2010 time 5.03pm but till date i have not received any replay.

                    If there are no service provied they should stop selling the product in market.

                    HUL's Pureit — No service

                    Hello,

                    I have a Pure -IT water purifier since 2-3 years. Till date the company has given me good response for replacing battery and other problems. But recently I am facing lot of problems and I am not happy with the serivce.. The tap of my water purifier is broken and I need to get it replaired or replaced. Its been more than one week that I am calling the customer care and complaining for the same. It has become impossible for us to drink water from the purifier. Also the rains have started and I dont want my family members to fall sick because of the bad service of Pure It.(HUL). It is appreciated that HUL does good amount of social service but at the same time it needs to take care of its customers.Thanks.

                        I am customer of pureit water purifier since last 8 months. They provides services regarding battery after same is lost the purification process. I have purchased that because of the service assurance of the changing batteries immediately within 4 hours, as said by demonstration persons. I purchased that considering such service,because drinking water is important for the health and immediate purification facility will help to get family okay....

                        When first time i asked for new battery they took 2 days time regarding 4 hours. This is second time i asked to provide service for changing battery again as well as filter also. I asked to provide that on[protected], and till today on[protected] noon time 15.00 I did not get any battery and filter yet.... after dialing on local level i also asked on national level. The national level pureit person told me to provide such service surely within 24 hours on Monday[protected] but till today on[protected] nothing is happened. I rang them again and again but they are not providing the service. A big name like Hindustan Unilever can do this to any citizen then what to say and how to complain?

                        So please consider this as immediate as possible. I am a retired person and since last 5 days i have to hire pure water from other sources with high prices, though i have my own pure it system, but could not get the service in time i am facing this problem.

                            We have purchased a Pure It water purifier two years back.
                            The machine has been given problems quite frequently.
                            The customer care response is really bad.They claim to solve the problems within 48 hrs. after lodging a complaint, but this is absolutely wrong.
                            We have to keep on following up with the complaints evry day and when they finally come they do not come on the time mentioned by us.

                            They have a very poor customer service .

                                  I have ordered for 20lit Pureit Battery (instead of 15lit Battery) on 10.04.2010 thro' [protected]. Order No.IS 10/CBU[protected] and get a message that within 3 working days, we will get the same. After that another message got from [protected] to send a message "GKB 0". I send the same but it didn't read by [protected]. I didn't get the Battery till date (almost 10 working days). I have already sent a complaint on 17.04.2010. The toll free nos [protected] (in my mobile, it is charged Rs.6/- and [protected] (it is charged for a SMS Rs.1.50) are totally waste (computerised one). The old toll free no [protected] works in a best way. I already talk with your people Mr.Sathish [protected] and Mr.Jegadish [protected] on 17.4.2010. Mr.Jegadish said on 17.4.2010 that he will issue the battery on 19.4.2010. But I didn't receive a single reply from him and battery also.

                                  So kindly look into the matter and reply to my mail about the position to get 15lit battery. My mobile number is [protected]. (I am a old customer and purchase the pureit when it is in Rs.1600/-)

                                    The pureit customer care is the worst i seen in my life. Since last one month daily i am making them call for pure it refill. But every day they are telling that they will send today compulsory but the same day does not come today. Does we can go to comsumer forum for this type of nature of the company. Does any body have the details of the consumer forum of our district.
                                    If the company does not able to meet the requirement of the customers. better thwy close down their bussiness and start begging for their livelihood.

Right from that date as many as 5-6 times called upon the representatives and they go on assuring and apolising. They even give the complaint number. And after a day another message will come back and say your complaint is attended infact not attended. This is some what creating irritation. I am thinking to issue a legal notice asking them to give the compensation and mental agony suffered. Even I purchased a substitue filter for the time being by paying 3, 000/-. My complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] which have been taken very lightly by the company. Dear Pureit Company, it is your primary responsibility to meet the needs of the customers who badly need the battery kit to get the benefit. Even I am thinking to publish this matter in the daily news paper so that the public at large before purchasing your product they should think twice. Please respond to this...

                                        Jaisa ki TV per our Sales man ne kaha tha ki bettery red hone per water tap se pani nahi ayega purit se green color ka pani abhi bhi aa raha he . sunday 18/04/2010 ko compliant ki aaj 20/04/2010 ko sms aya hai ki your complaint no C[protected] has been attented please feedback. maje ki bat hai abhi koi aaya hi nahi hai kya feed back doon jabki problem as it hai.
