Ordered battery replacement through Pure it help line and got automatic answer machine response as it will be delivered in 3 days. It is already more than10 days and till now did not receive any battery. Every time we call all executives are busy and if I get someone online. They say we shall deliver it immediately. We got your request and again the same story.

It is worst to expect such services from Hindustan Company.
I regret for taking their product. It is irritating to call them again and again with no use.

    My customer ID is [protected].Now I am facing a problem in PURE IT filtering system of water from upper chamber to the lower transparent chamber.Because of the problem I informed the help line on 18.04.10, 19.o4.10 and 20.04.10 respectively but nobody has taken any step or called back me from that end to solve my problem till now.Please do the needful.

    Pure It — No Response to the Customer Complaints

    After complaining several times to the agent Mr. Manish contact no.[protected] for cleaning the purifier & changing the kit as the capacity of the existing has been expired, but every day Mr. Manish is commiting to send the technician but no further response is received from him till date.

          I PURCHASED PURE IT TWO YEARS BEFORE FROM JODHPUR, IT IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT. MY PROBLEM IS THAT EVERY TIME I NEED TO CHANGE THE BATTERY, THE MOBILE NUMBER OF THE SALES EXECUTIVE IS ALWAYS CHANGED AND THE DEALER FROM WHOM I PURCHASED THE EQUIPMENT DOES NOT HAVE THE FIXED PHONE NUMBER.             BEWARE ALL CONSUMERS. I am a user of Pure it water filter manufactured and marketed by Hinustan Uniliver. My customer ID # [protected]. Though on TV ads Hind Uniliver publicises that Rs. 1.00 Crore reward will be given, But this is just a gimmick. Claiming that a new long life water battery enabling to filter more than 2200 liters of water they sold me one battery but immediately after 1000 liters it started to give trouble and in 12 hours hardly 6 liters of water got filtered. On making complaints they replaced a part saying some defets occured in this hence replacing FREE. Next time again when I ordered new baeetery they insisted to buy long life battery and assured that defects were rectified and now the service will be hassel free. But same problem continued. Next time when I specifically requested for battery with 1500 liters filter capacity. But to my surprise this battery also started to give trouble merely after 700-800 liters. Though we maintain the machines as demonstrated by the service technicians, do the pumping and cleaning regulary every 3-4- day but problem never ended.
            Beware all consumers dont trust this company. Make sure your hard earned money is not spoiled in a machine that does not work properly.
            I hav d same problem with d battery kit. I am using for 3+years. It never gives 1500 Ltr output rather 750 only. HUL is totally cheating lot of indians by this way. We hav to fight against this International fraud company. I complained to the customer care. but no response so far. I am going to give a notice for HUL for a 1crore chllange if pureit delivers 1500 ltr water with their battery kit. Further more, i am going to fight with them with Consumer Court, asking to repay the cheated amount by selling on their batt.kit to customer/Indian Govt.

            I request all customers cheated by HUL who loses their money by buying pureit & spending on battery kit purchase, plzzzzzzzzzz dont leave this matter a common. Complaint against this consumer cheating with Consumer Court n let us Fight against HUL unitely.. Defenitely we can Pureit. ie. taking out of HUL from Indian consumer market. Come on plzzzzzz.. Lets start our duty.

              pureit water purifier of Hindustan Unilever — non delivery of an item

              with great regrett i would like to lodge a complain that till today i have not yet got the delivery of the ' microfiber mesh' which i ordered on 4th may, 2009.My id no.[protected] dt. 12/9/2008 from kolkata.After ordering i have complained several times to the customer care center, but were in veil.Hence, you are requested to take the matter with utmost care and solve it.

              I had booked a Germkill Battery on July 07, 2010. The order number is S10/DLI[protected]. I was told the delivery would happen in 48 hours, as usual. When it was not delivered, I called up again and lodged a complaint. The complaint No. is C[protected]dated 9 July, 2010). I also placed order for another one- vide order number S10/DLI[protected]dated 9 July 2010). So in all I have ordered for two. Till date not even one has been delivered. Subsequently I inquired about it ten times more and complained as many times. These complaint numbers are: C10242035, C[protected]. Surprisingly after one such conversation I got text message stating your complaint has been attended to and is being closed. It also asked for feedback to which I responded saying I am not satisfied. I don't know what "complaint has been addressed and attended to" mean, as the underlying point in that complaint is non-delivery of the Germkill Battery, which is still due. You may find all my correspondence against my mobile number [protected] in your system. I am surprised at the attitude and level of service provided.

              Hindustan Lever / pureit water filter — Non-attendance of my various Complaints

              Sir, I have purchased Water Filter of Hindustan Lever – PUREIT. Till, beginning some white particles are coming in filter after complete filter process. I have told to the supplier at that time, he told it may be new – after some time it will disappear. But still, these particles are coming.
              Then,
              1. I have complained on PUREIT’s No.[protected] and explained my problem, they have sent a message on 02/09/10 at 6.13 pm that your complaint has been registered vide Complaint No.C[protected] and our Executive will visit and attend the complaint within 48 hours.
              2. Neither no one came nor any one contacted from PUREIT. Again, I have contacted and explained my problem. They have given again assurance vide their message on 05/09/10 at 4.18 pm - that your complaint has been registered vide Complaint No.C[protected] and our Executive will visit and attend the complaint within 48 hours.
              3. No response. Then, I have complained vide their site on 08/09/10. To this, I have received a message on 09/09/10 at 3.06 pm – Sorry to inform you that we could not trace your address with regard to my first complaint No.C[protected], please call our helpline.
              4. Immediately, I contacted on helpline and explained my address and requested to solve the problem. Against this, again I received a message on 09/09/10 at 3.14 pm – your complaint has been registered vide Complaint No.C[protected] and our Executive will visit and attend the complaint within 48 hours.
              5. After that Indore PUREIT representative called me vide No.[protected] on 10/09/10 at 12.06 pm and asked me my address, he also gave me assurance that somebody will come.
              6. Surprisingly, again I have received a messages several times on 11/09/10 at 12.03 pm as - Sorry to inform you that we could not trace your address with regard to my complaint No.C[protected], please call our helpline. Then, I have contacted again to their Indore PUREIT’s No.[protected] at 12.04 pm and again explained my address, again they have given assurance that some body will visit. After some minutes again at 12.10 pm, I have received message as - Sorry to inform you that we could not trace your address with regard to my complaint No.C[protected], please call our helpline.
              What a joke, such type of highly named Company is giving just various Complaint Nos. and assurances only, nobody wants to see the problem OR they are fearing to watch & listen any loop holes in their Product.
              Will any body from PUREIT will prove me that their Product is safe and not hazardous so that I can continue the use of this Products.

              Hindustan Unilever Pureit — Non Delivery of Germ Kit & false messages

              I have ordered a Germ Kill Battery for the Rs 2000 Model on 02/06/2011 as RFS/448533 through the Toll free number. On 03/06/2011 I received a message to my Mobile [protected] that Delivery of your order done. As delivery was not done I complained on 04/06/2011 to the representative on phone & Complaint Nbr was C[protected]. With in 2 hours I received message "Complaint C[protected] has been attended" but nothing is delivered.
              They are trying to fool the Customer. Their after sale Service is "VERY HORRIBLE". I am still waiting for the delivery... Last time I had the same issue and finally after numerous complaints through internet it was delivered after a month. Now they are in the same path
              THE FUNNIEST THING IS... AFTER SENDING FALSE MESSAGES TO MOBILE & WITHOUT DELIVERING THE PRODUCT THEY ARE ASKING US TO SEND FEEDBACK ABOUT THEIR SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!
              There was a call from Pureit Bangalore & later from the local service agent. They attended the complaint on 09/06/2011 and it is working now.

              hindustan unilever pure it products are fake .....their fired employees are delivering fake germ kill battery by
              obtaining details of order through illegal means from company and thus harassing innocent customers.even pure it dealers are aware of this scam still doing nothing and blaming customers for irresponsibility on their part.

                Sir,
                My name isJag Mohinder Singh residing at New Delhi, Janakpuri. We intend to change the battery of pureit water filter , coz it has reached its expiry. We are trying to contact the toll free numbers given in their advertisement and also the number at hyderabad, but in vain. The numbers as aforesaid are not accepting any calls, the call is being initiated but there is no executive on the other side to respond to the call. The Number they have given on the website [protected], the IVR on the number takes at least 3-4 minutes before informing you that the nymber has changed, please dial [protected], We tried this number we were on hold for more than 18 mins, keep getting the message "that all our pureit experts are busy attending another customers, will be attended shortly, but nothiung happened. Most pathetic service ever seen, the company is supposed to be largest consumer goodss company.

                Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and compliant registered with the company at the earliest.

                The kind of system they are using seems to be usless, a person holds for 20-25 mins nothing happens, they even have no option to leave your number for a call back.

                Usless product.

                  We have been using pure it (water filter) for the last three years. Recently the service has become worst as it takes several days for the executive to attend to our complaints. Sometimes we are told that no stock of batteries.

                  We have registered complaint on replacement of battery and replacement of mesh for our pure it on 7 Apr 10, our complaint was acknowledged. But still no one has attended to it and we have been following up on this matter regularly and are told that it will be done in a day or two. Now almost 10 days have passed, but no one attended to it.

                  I request authorities concerned to look into it. The pure it water filter has attracted several people in the country for its product by HLL, but the recent dissatisfaction of the customers may lead to its downfall of the reputation.

                    We have been using Pure it (water filter) for the last two years. Of late, the complaints registered by us for replacement of battery, replacement of a mesh etc are not heeded to, in time.

                    With regard to replacement of battery and mesh we had made a complaint through pure it helpline 10 days ago, our complaint was acknowledged, still nothing has been done. For the past 10 days we have been vigorously following up on this matter through the help line and we were told that our complaint will be dealt in a day or two, but all in vain.

                    We are totally dissatisfied with the customer care service of the 'pure it' and I request authorities concerned to look into it.

                      service of staff at kottayam is not prompt, on 12-4-10 i asked helpline for a germ kill battery kit as per there advice i called at Visar [protected] to know were the shop was . there a lady named Getha answered it is not necessary to come to shop they will sup play the material on the same day it self so i waited till evening nobody came so by 5pm i called them again the same lady told me it will be supplied today morning . noon i called help line they said they will look after this matter. but till this time no action . i would have gone to kottayam and made my purchase if the people there had told me about the delay looking forward for good service from you.

                        i requested battery replacement Many time, every time they told
                        that their executive will come in 72 hrs but almost 5 month passed no one is come to replace the batterykit.
                        the product is having auto switch off if battery finishes.
                        now it is useless at all .
                        after spending money we feel we are cheated by the company.
                        we do not understand what we should do with this product.
                        Moreever I think battery cost is very high, in comparioson with other batteries.

                        Pure it — New Battery Kit

                        I have booked for a HLL PureIT Battery Kit a month back and so for those executives didn't deliver me with one. My repeated phone calls to the Customer Care and mails were in vain.

                        I never seen such a bad response in my life so for. And i don't know where to move from here.

                        If they are not suppling the battery kit with in three days time from today, they have to replace the pure it water filter or give back the money to me.

                        A battery worth 350 Rupees in not replaced for a week. Hindustan Lever is a BIG Company and cant handle small Complaint, but the Call Center guys are higly professional for saying Sorry.
                        My battery in not replaced for many week. In spite of repeated request to send same on Saturday or Sunday or before 9:30 AM being a Cent. Govt.                         i have purchased pureit in 2007. when ever a new battery kit is ordered they take entirely 3 days to come to change the kit. i placed an order for tap to be replaced. till now they have not replaced the tap. whenever i ask about that they say that they do not have the stock available with them. this has been going on for the past six months. and last fridaay i ordered 365/- battery kit replacement through IVRS (as the phone is taking IVRS booking and no personnel is atttending the ordering of new battery kit). after waiting for one week i again called up and went to the other menu specified in the IVRS and talked to the executive for which i got the answer that we are not able to receive the IVRS booking. the link is not functioning properly. when such is the case why have the company people put an IVRS system and wasting the time o[censored]s. al th epromises made are till their product is sold. after the sale of the product they are not feeling responsible or are so much interested in attending to the consumer complaints. so poeple those who are inteding to buy products please check and then proceed.
                        due to defect in pure it purifier it is unable to filter the water, i called the employer of the pure it service he told that he will refer us in 24 hours but he is not. 10 to 15 times i called him again and again neither he is picking up my call nor he is coming to home. due to this we are facing lot of problem for drinking water i request the company holders to take hte action against them by recurring thier salary or dismis their employement. i did not see such a worst service till this date. i live in bidar karnataka any one of the pure it team must contact heres distributor and plead them to give effecient service.my phone no. is [protected]

                                The taste of water from Pure It is bitter and more chlorinated. Few months back I lodged a complaint through the company's helpline service that the quality of water is very bad. I was shocked to get the response from them that they can't attend the complaint as there is no service for Kanchipuram district. When a product is advertised & sold in various parts of our country, it is essential to provide service in those region even if it is remote area.

                                Drinking more chlorinated water is also not good for health. Hence, you are requested to see the complaint and rectify the same.

                                Hindustan Lever - Pure it water filter — Lack of service!

                                This is Dr.Venugopal of Kanchipuram. I purchased a hidustan lever purit device last year. The machine is working well. But to replace the batterry kit and mesh one has to wait for much longer durations. Registering can be done at a call center whose response is very poor. It takes 15 days atleast to get the kit. To my knowledge the agent in Kanchipuram has no permanent place. He has atleast shifted his office four times and no notice is put up at the older place to help customers to find the new place. Writing in their ledger for a kit is useless. Chasing them over phone is fruitless. Upon advice from a chennai pureit manager I went to locate their new shop two to three persons were sitting but the kits were under lock in a room and the person responsible was on tour. Hell with the product. My sincere advice to whom so ever interested inthis product: Product is good but the backup service is very very bad I say very very bad!

                                We had purchased a Hindustan Unilever Pureit Water filter from a shop named Prince Appliances in Dombivli (East), Thane district, Maharashtra on 14.11.2010. we were told that the warranty is for one year. a repairing job was to be done on it. A technician came home today(01.05.2011) and said that the warranty is for only six months and the shopkeeper had lied to us about it.

                                we request you to kindly take action against the said shopkeeper for keeping his customers in the dark and lying to them. Also the shopkeeper was not ready to help us and repair the filter.We had to call the company ourselves to get the work done. Such wrong measures to increase profit, taken by your dealers may hamper the popularity of your product.

                                Pure It — Product issues and lack of Support

                                We had bought a autofill PureIT where the battery was a problem and also there was water leakage.
                                Though requested for battery replacement, it took weeks together to accomplish. Due to these issues, we changed to PureIT marvella, which was a new product launched by them, by paying extra money. We are again experiencing the same issues (leakage and battery life issues). Replaing battery itself is a big question because of lack of customer support and stock.

                                It is felt that the support teams are not properly trained to cater the customers. Strongly feel that the product(s) should be withdrawn from the areas where proper support can not be provided.

                                hindustan lever pureit — No services despite repeated complaints

                                Sir/Madam,

                                My pure it id 73643 registered in the name of Fatema Motiwala

                                I had ordered the battery appx 2 months back...i m not sure of the date...after the battery was changed along with all the other accessories, the water just didn't filter from the very next day,,,since my mother was out of town, i didn't put a complaint as their would be no one in my house. Once my mom was back i had put a complaint some 2 weeks back and i was told that someone will come in next 3 working days to solve the same. after waiting for 6 days i called the customer care and told them i m putting a fraud complaint to the consumer cell and some one turned up the same day!!! ( I guess nothing works without a complaint) the executive checked the purifier and said the carbon is not proper and that he will come the next day and change it...He also said tht i need to pay 50rs for service charge + the charges for the carbon.

                                I don't know why am i suppose to pay for something that is a default product of the company??? and what services were rendered that i need to pay him 50 rs for? The best part is that i get an sms from pure it the next day saying " They couldn't locate my address "The complaint number is C[protected]. Since that day nobody has called neither that executive turned up

                                Also despite of mentioning that plz call and come they NEVER call before coming.

                                Sir, I got a call again yesterday from the executive who had come to my place, he said " I have put a complaint that he took my money and didn't come back". Now i had nowhere mentioned that he took the money.

                                I would request you to plz take an action against them as all my complaints are falling on dead years..

Next I asked him what is the capacity of that battery kit. He said it is 1500Lt and price is Rs.420.

                                    I purchased a Pureit autofill on 19.03.2010 and same day i registered a call on 19.03.2010 to HUL Pureit Call Centre[protected] for purifier is not functioning the case ID was C[protected]. I was surprise On 22.03.2010 I got a SMS that my complaint has been resolved but not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. They gave a reply which is shocking, they have not registered a complaint which i have given on 10.03.2008 and they told that it would be delievered in another three days. The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. They are refusing that they have not received a call on 10.03.2008.

                                    Worst Service of the HLL Pureit Water Filter after Sales.

                                    While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.
