Sir,
My name isJag Mohinder Singh residing at New Delhi, Janakpuri. We intend to change the battery of pureit water filter , coz it has reached its expiry. We are trying to contact the toll free numbers given in their advertisement and also the number at hyderabad, but in vain. The numbers as aforesaid are not accepting any calls, the call is being initiated but there is no executive on the other side to respond to the call. The Number they have given on the website [protected], the IVR on the number takes at least 3-4 minutes before informing you that the nymber has changed, please dial [protected], We tried this number we were on hold for more than 18 mins, keep getting the message "that all our pureit experts are busy attending another customers, will be attended shortly, but nothiung happened. Most pathetic service ever seen, the company is supposed to be largest consumer goodss company.
Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and compliant registered with the company at the earliest.
The kind of system they are using seems to be usless, a person holds for 20-25 mins nothing happens, they even have no option to leave your number for a call back.
Usless product.

My customer ID is [protected].Now I am facing a problem in PURE IT filtering system of water from upper chamber to the lower transparent chamber.Because of the problem I informed the help line on 18.04.10, 19.o4.10 and 20.04.10 respectively but nobody has taken any step or called back me from that end to solve my problem till now.Please do the needful.
