I have purchaged PUREIT water filter on 14th July 2009. I have only three family members including a four year old child.According to family members battery kit should have been lasting for at least six month but after one and half month later battery kit has gone to completly red.After my complaining service engg. checked and accept for battery kit was defected and advice me to complain again for replacing battery kit free of cost. Thereafter my dozzen reminders every times said to me "your battery kit will be changed. This is in pocess.You will be wait." But after six month lapsing My complain has not attended and after complaining Message has been sent your complain has been attended. Recently in Jan 2010 I have purchaged a battery kit to paying Rs 365.
I want to know that when my battery kit will be replaced free of cost.

    I have taken a water purifier from Hindustan Lever limited with customer ID [protected], during the usage my battery got weak and I have called the customer care center requested for a change of battery on 8th Feb 2010. During the process of my interaction with the call center I have given my updated changed telephone number and address also.

    They have promised to send some one on 10th Feb 2010 to replace the battery and the charges would be Rs 510. No one turned up on the given day and subsequently my follows up are not successful.

    I dont understand a status of HLL doing this kind of bad service.

      Dear Sir,

      I have not been issued TDS certificate even after regular follow ups with my previous employer .i.e. M/s Hindustan Unilver Limited. I changed my job from the above complany on 15th Feb and did all full and final settlements and paid all balance tax amount before leaving.

      Pls help in getting the issue resolved.

        Sir,
        Our customer id no is-[protected], my name is V.S.S.Mangalampalle residing at hyderabad. We intend to change the battery of pureit water filter , coz it has reached its expiry. We are trying to contact the toll free numbers given in their advertisement and also the number at hyderabad, but in vain. The numbers as aforesaid are not accepting any calls, the call is being initiated but there is no executive on the other side to respond to the call.
        Hope you will take appropriate action and get our request and compliant registered with the company at the earliest.

        Hi All,

        We want to complain about total negligent attitude of Pure It service.
        The glass of our unit broke when the unit fell down. We had called the compliants dept and given complaint C[protected] on 2nd July. It has been 17 days now, but no one has come to repair the unit, although we are ready to pay repair charges. We are frequently calling the customer service, but they just promise that someone will come - however no one shows up. The service department just wasts the time.
        We APPEAL EVERYONE TO NOT BUY PureIt. Please check customer service level before purchase.
        I am so fed up, I am ready to call the press and throw the broken Pure it unit from the bridge.

            Dear Sir,

            I bought pureit from rohtak on 9/1/2010 on my address ASHWANI KUMAR H.NO. 20/31, AZAD NAGAR (NEAR DOUBLE PHATAK) ROHTAK-124001, but I am sorry to say that I still have not get the bill. I paid the money in cash to your representative and your representative told me that they will deliver the bill with in 2 days. Today is 22nd January. I have registered complaint so many times but all in vain. My current complaint no. is C[protected] and cuts. Id is [protected]. I got one message from Ganesh Mittal on 17/1/2010 having no. [protected] regarding for any complaint and I send message about non-delivery of bill but I got no response.

            Even today on 22/1/2010, I called Customer care executives at [protected] but they disconnect the phone with out listening complaint.

            I am feeling that I have been cheated. I want my bill

            OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOUR COMPANY ABOUT MY FINANCIAL LOSS AND MENTAL HARRASSMENT.

              purchase of battery kit. There were many people in the office but nobody is interested to attend the customer and meet the requirement. We were waited for 45 minutes but no one willing to listen and to give the product.
              We are using this product since your launch. Your service is not at all good as we came without getting the product. If this is the state of affairs, please take back your product so that we can go some other product with better service support.

              where to contact to change a new battery?
              Complaints are not properly attended. Some inexperienced chap comes to attend and says battery is to be changed.

              Here i want to share my experience of this useless product called pureit with tall claims by a MNC I bought on 22/02/ 2010.serial # RPMC[protected] for Rs.1000/- The booklet says the equipment gives 750 Lts of clean water at room temperature.

              In reallity within 320 ltrs o[censored]sage the battery goes red.. HUL say to change the battery and pay for it. For a Rs.1000/- product one has to spend after every 2 months around Rs.250 to 300 / -Is it justified??? We are two people at home using hardly 3-4 lts a day, and till now around 320 lts consumed .How the battery can go off so fast. Either the product is substandard or HUL is fooling. Now i feel i should have gone for accqua purifier as suggested by my friends.They are the original purefier people and experts in that line.. V.Shankar Iyer Dombvli east . Phone # [protected]
              68 days passed since posted my complaint about faulty battery which has gone put within around 300 Ltr o[censored]sage.I have kept unit as it is .HUL can take back. I am not ready to spend Rs.300/- for new battery kit.
              For every 300 ltr we cann't spend for a new battery kit.

              With this note all i suggest is to use boiled water instead of wasting money on such a product.
              Gas usage cost is lower than cost of GKB

              No solution towards complaints.Compact pureit which i bought failed to serve after 2 months.It gave around 320 lts and now it needs a new battery kit. Is it worth changing the kit ??

              HUL should come out with a better products instead of marketing cheap products.

                The Hindustan Lever Pure IT is the worst form of water purification I have ever encountered

                As it is not air tight it is common to see insects floating on the top floor inclusing cockroaches . The smell of dead insects has not left the machine .

                Also we have obsevered mud , dust and other foreign particles in the lower dispenser . We all have been keeping unwell since the time we have bought it .

                WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK !! AND NOT SERVICE ANYMORE

                hindustan unilever,pureit — pureit nt give tasty water.

                the hindustan uniliver product pureit is not work as they write in their menual.
                In the menul they mention that pureit clean the water and after cleaning process we will get great tast water. But the test of water is remain as it is. there is no change in the tast of water...
                in the instructions menual, page no 20, topic 12.20 they write "once you drain away the first batch, you will get great tasting water in subsequent batches." But its tottaly wrong.the water's test remain unchanged. will not get tasty water.
                i complaint many times regarding this but dint get any setisfectory answer from them
                company wrote all these kinds of talks for attrecting coustmars.they misguide people.
                now there is only one option -go to consumer court with this metter- or what should i do???

                your service adviser has visited my place twice or thice already. In fact at one instance he went ahead to tell us that it is common to see insects and bugs in the water. If the service adviser is shimself admitting to this, how can we rely on the product. My number is [protected] . I do not want to speak to sosme local service guy who visits houses during complaints. This matter is serious and I will escalate it.

                Did he charge you extra for delivery-service..? what was total charges? Did he get a bill for you?
                I am facing the same problem with my pure it because of its non air tight cap cockroaches enters in it and died. I have complained it with the pure it customer care team, their executive came and he said it is common with the pure it. I just want to know then how can the water remains healthy. Please suggest any solution.

                    The undersigned have purchased a Deo ( Dove product ) from Reliance Mart ( Mangalam Building ), Sangam Harni Road, Vadodara a fortnight ago, I am regular customer of Reliance frsh as well using dove products, I found that the dove which i bought had a differnt smell and was very olf, so I went to the customer care centre after teo days of purchasing and requested to change me the same, but some how I lost my bill, but i produced the transaction voucher of swaping my credit card, which indicated that i have shopped two days ago for more than Rs. 800/-, but i was not entertained and refused to cooprate, though i had a valid document with him, I left the shop even giving back the dove also.

                    Would request if the same is taken up to the concerned and asked to justify me, My cell No. [protected].

                      I myself (Hemant Kumar Kulratan) resident of 179A-1, Prem Nagar, Gurjar ki thari, New Sanganer Raod, Jaipur (Raj.)

                      I am customer of PURE IT water filter, I have lodged a complaint S10/JPR[protected] for changing of my pure it water filter of 1500 liters amounting to Rs. 365/-. One representative of your firm attended the complaint and pressurise to buy 2200 liters filter amounting t. Rs. 510/-.

                      In this regard i again lodged a complaint vide No.C[protected] but till date noting has been done. It is requested to plz.urgently remedical action be taken in this matter.

But the person didnt gave appropriate information and when asked to kindly replace the candle, we were given an address and told to go and collect from there.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I have purchased Pureit on 26 Jun 20009 and my customer ID is [protected]. I have lodged complain of Battery replacement on 24 Nov 2009 through their helpline number ( complain No S09/MUM[protected] and iwas assured that it would be delivered within 48 hours. When nothing has happened within 04 days i again lodged complain on 29 Nov 09 and thereafter i have lodged morethan 04 complain. Every time their call center people apologised and promised to deliver battery within 48 hours which has never materialised. Their system of product is as such that once battery is finished it stops function and product is useless. I am left helpless as this item is not available in open market. I feel that ihave been cheated

                              sir,
                              I had purchased the pureit water filter from the company about 10 months back.last month there was a hole in the mesh and there was also a leak at the bottom.despite repeated call to the executives there has been no response from the company whatsoever.only empty promises that they will come"tomorrow'.Perhaps tomorrow never comes for them.I am shocked that this is the kind of service that a reputed co. like Hindlever provides.Probably they should stick to making soaps and toothpaste!

                              HUL Pureit — Complaint Attended not satisfied with explanation

                              The complaint I made about the sediments found at the bottom of the water collecting unit was attended to by your technician today. To my question as to what is the dirt about, he clarified that the carbon in excess comes up from down and settles in the collecting unit. Nevertheless, the water drawn from the tap will not carry these deposits. Earlier, I found dust as such which I cleaned. When I asked him how could allow dirt inside, he said dirt sometimes enter through the rear of the collecting unit.I wonder how could this be possible and how HLL ensures pure water. Let the Quality team satisfactorily explain and also clarify as to how the cargon gets settled at the bottom of the unit.
                              I would like to reinstate that if I find either, in the filtered water any more, I will claim the Rs.1 crore challenge thrown by HLL, to the public.

                                I am a resident of Ranchi Jharkhand and I have purchased Pure IT water filter dated on 13.04.09 From your advertisement we have known that pure it gives us 1500 liters water as save as boiled water but within two months in stops giving pure water as quoted and water started turning green and I try to contacted customer care call centre but it’s not connecting sent mail also but pureit team not responding ………I would strongly recommend not to buy this pure it product and this guys will not bother to service the customer once the device gets sold.                                   On the outset,I would like to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with the product as well as the services recieved from the team.In this regard I would like to inform that I have purchaced a Pureit on 28.11.09.(Device ID[protected]The same day I have noticed that the device has a leakage,and water starts pouring out from the bottom.I immediately brought it to the notice of the authorised dealer center from where I have purchased it (Zone-Kankurgachi SWZ,City-KOLKATA,State-WEST BENGAL )and the salesman by the name Ratan Das(71505).However they have changed it after several followups which had raised my phonebills.But the biggest shock for us was in store,when we have observed that after a few days passed(5-6days),the new device has the same leakage problem from the same position,and litterly making mess of it.The whole place and its surroundings have been water logged.And only for this purpose we have to appoint someone all the time to clean the water which is dropping from below the device at regular intervals.For the second time I have to infrom them,and to my shock,what I have experienced is that your service team is not at all professional,and more over they they turn their back to my problem.I have been reapeatedly informing Ratan Das regarding the leakage for the past one week,without any result till date.Ratan Das has himself inspected the product,but their is no response till date.Everytime he is saying that is sending the person to my place,but I am still waiting for him to arrive.Its been of no use that after repeatedly followups for the past one week,it seem that the company or neither their service team is interested in customer satisfaction.I have to stop the device,and which in turn forcing my family members to have unboil water,in spite of the device,which is now lying as a garbage.With utter disgust I have been forced to inform you this. It simply took the peace of my family members,and to my surprise, what I have noticed, is that there are hundreds & hundreds of people who are facing the same or some other problems,without any fruitfull solutions rendered to them.

                                  Looking forward to hear a word from your end at the earliest, and hoping for a fruitful solution re my problem.

                                  Poor Service of HLL Pureit Battery Kit
                                  I registered a call on 11.11.2008 to HLL Pureit Call Centre [protected] for replacement of Battery Kit. Till 14.11.2008 I have not received the Battery Kit. I called up again to the Call Centre and asked for the reason. They gave a reply which is shocking, they have not registered a complaint which i have given on 14.11.2008 and they told that it would be delievered in another three days. The Call Centre Executive added that i can escalate this issue to any of the higher officers. I another call on 14.11.2008 helpline No. [protected] & bombay Office [protected] no result.

                                  Worst Service of the HLL Pureit Water Filter after Sales.

                                  While selling the product, they run behind the customer, later for service, customer has to run/spend/waste time for complaints as they wont give a proper service.

                                  My wife booked a pureit kit named GKB and got the confirmation of booking by SMS to my mobile number [protected] at 1020hrs on 06/06/2010. As per the norms delivered by the service provider they are suppose to deliver the product in 72hrs, wheras this commitment is not fulfilled. hence an another call made to[protected] at 1447hrs on 10/06/2010 and the customer care informed that i will get the kit in another 24 hrs, again to my astronishment a message( SMS) came stating that, their executive will reach in 48 hrs to attend the complaint and the complaint number is C[protected].

                                    I am pained to write that the advertisement of Water Pure It in the electronic as well as print media making open challenge of Rs. 1 crore in the condition of systems failure, seems to be mere false, misleading and fraudulent act to cheat the innocent consumer rather to pour poison and bacteria in the drinking water on the name of pure and safe water in lieu of huge amount. These remarks may hurt you but the performance of the device and further more the negligent and befooling attitude of the consumer service despite lodging continuous complaints on the helpline have not only made hazard with the lives of our family members but wiped out the image of Excellency about the company’s product which we have in our mind.

                                    I had purchased water purifier (Device No. RPB [protected] PureIt ) on dated 03.06.2009 through making call on the mobile No. displayed in advertisements i.e.[protected] for a sum of Rs. 2000/- in the name of my daughter Neelam at Q.No. 345 Sector-IV Timarpur, Delhi-110054. Since the red signal was appearing on the indicator I purchased full Kit of capacity of 2250 litrs for an amount of Rs. 510/- vide Order No. 1A09/DL1/[protected] which was installed on 14.11.2009by Mr. Sanjeev Kumar (Rep of Company). It is shocking that I noticed on 19.11.2009 that a number of bacteria, parasites, living warms alike tadpole/little fish are diving in the transparent container of the device which is suppose to dispense neat and clean water after complete purification. I lodged a complaint on helpline number[protected], the representative who visited after two/three days advised to wash and pour down the whole water and use it assuring that this will not happen again and in case happens do not pour down Company will take the sample beside replacing the whole device with a good one. But again on the next day of filing the water we noticed so many little bacteria, parasites, living warms alike tadpole/fishes, I again lodged a complaint to the company on local and centralized both helpline numbers but of no use. After lodging numerous telephone calls on day to day basis one representative visited late in the evening on 02.12.2009 and accepted that so many bacteria are visible in the container, he contacted the company from where he was advised to pour down the water and wash the device. Since we insisted to root out the main cause of germination of bacteria in the drinking water despite purification because washing the device again and again is not any solution to ensure hygienic and pure water, he allowed us to speak to the officer who was on the other side of telephone line from Company. The officer assured us to send a team of responsible officer to take the sample of water of sending in laboratory and replacing the complete device in the morning but in vain. It is pertinent to mention here that I have to make one person available for whole day in my house especially to attend the representative expected to visit which costs me more than the cost of device besides purchasing mineral water from the market.

                                      I have purchased Pure it almost fifteen days back, from the first day its tap is leaking. I called that customer care and their executive came and told that he didnt have the new tap he'll do if tomorrow and afterwards he never came back.

                                      After that I called customer care almost 5 to 6 times and every time they say that it'll be done in next one day.
                                      After every one day of my complaint I get an SMS saying that your complaint has been attended Please give your feedback.

                                      I dont understand what kind of process they follow. How they can send SMS saying so, even if no executive visited or called for the same. Such a pathetic experience I had.

                                      I also want to escalate this issue to the higher mangement.

                                        Unilever Water Purifier — Change of Battery

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have purhcased a Water Purifier on 05.05.08 from Samadhan Projects & Services, Kolkata 92. At the time of purchase the sales person assured me that the battery life is more than 6 months for a family member of 4 people. Which means for a family with 3 people it should come to around 8 months, but with 4 months the battery has changed to complete red. Without making any complaint I requested your helpline people to change the battery. I logged the report on 28.08.08, they assured me within 3 working days it will be replaced. My request No. was S08/KOL[protected], but after waiting for 3 days nothing happened. Again on 01.09.08 I made an enquiry with your helpline again they said they have logged a complaint against my request (Compliant No C[protected] & they told within 3 days they would give me a call & the battery would be replaced.On 03.09.08 evening I have not received any call so again I rang your customer care no. then I was told within 48 hours it would be sought out. But now I lost all the hopes.
                                        I do not want to proceed further, so I humbly request you to refund the amount paid by me ie Rs 1800.00 & take back the instrument.
                                        If this is your feedback no one would go for your product...

                                        Your service personnel arrived yesterday to investigate the reason for the battery kit having expired in a months' time but was unable to understand the reason. I am in the process of filing a suit in the Consumers' Court and as mentioned earlier will also be notifying the media and your competitor.
