Dear Sir/Madam



I had purchase a PUREIT on 05/04/2009 in Jaipur (ref customer ID[protected]).



That time it was told to me by your executive that the battery kit purifies 18000 liters water and after that I have to buy new kit, my daily water uses is approximately 7-8 liters but after 3 months the PUREIT stops working and I called the help line.



After examine I was told that the battery kit need to be replace.



It is only 3 months old system and not even purify 800 liters water(7-8 liters per day) how can it fails so early but no body was able to resolve my query and at the end I purchase new kit by paying Rs 365 on 15/07/2009 from your executive only.



In 15 Nov 2009 again the PURIT stop working and not even use for 3 months.



In last 7 months my PURIT taken 3 kits and I don’t know what your claims of 365 days is in normal condition.



My family includes my wife and 2 small kids and per day uses can not be more then 7-8 liters per day.



It is clearly indicates that PUREIT has cheated me by claiming 365 days working of battery kit.



Kindly look in to it and resolve the issue

HUL Pureit — FAULTY KIT

Dear Sir/Madam

HUL Pureit — battery kit

from 06/04/2010 we are useing purit,1500 ltrs germikit.at 27th july germikit stop to deliver water. it is becoming red. but we are only 2 members in our family.it is impossible to consume 1500 ltrs water during 3.5 months.dealer told to change batterykit but deny to check problem.i want explanation of this type of poor performence of batterykit.then contact with customer care they give pressure to change 2250 ltrs batterykit but no reply about complain and also deny to change 1500 ltrs batterykit.i think hul is very big company and also have a good reputation about their product.other purit in our locality have a good feedback but why my purit gives waste performence.pls take an action immediately & check first the defective batterykit.

I have purchased purit on 1/5/10 and on 27/6/10, battery was fully red.
I complained to your customer care no.
But they are saying you were using more water. I dont know how can the 2 member family consume
1500 ltrs water in one and half month. They are not changing my device.
I am very much disappointed with the 2000/- cost purit.
It seems to be waste of money.
Service is also very poor.

    sir,
    wih due respect i want to say that myself running a deparmental store in rampur(up) named as CHOICE CENTER.from last 25 years i am running this store and i am having a good reputation in market.here in rampur the authorised distribuor o[censored]nilever are TANDON DISTRIBUTORS.but according to me they are not co-operating with their customers properly i am also among one of them. i am having a sale of more than 1lakhs per month o[censored]nilever but they are not delievering the goods properly nor they talk to me properly they show me a rude behavior they are not disclosing the proper schemes to me which in turn is giving me losses. i am receiving messages from company to complete my upl targets but when i ask to them about my targets and incenives they ignored it and didnt tell me.sir this is a humble request to you from my side to consider my complaint and take action against it as i am going in loss to my schemes and incentives,and from last 20days no one has taken any order from me nor delievered any goods.as a result it is a loss for me and for the comany too.i will be waiting for your valuable revert.

    Hindustan Unilever Limited — SIM deactivated/Registration Failed.

    I have taken postpaid card through company on 11th of August 09, firstly it took 4 days to get activated. (15.8.09) then for next three days it remained activated but again on 19th my outgoing call facility was discontinued. Very next day incoming call facility was stopped.then after continuous followup (10 times a day)i got duplicate SIM of same number on 24th August 09.
    Still i am following up for the activation of new SIM.

    With this experiance i can say that Airtell is worst in the world in terms of service and quality.
    Employees are nonresponsive and irresponsible about customer. everyday i am getting confirmation that it will be rectified within an hour but it doesnt happens so.
    You guys are lier.

    Can somebody tell me that this will never happen so that i can throw the SIM and can go for another Service like IDEA or Vodafon.

    I will strongly suggest my company to not to avail any service from Airtel.
    THIS IS NOT RELATED TO HUL
    Really suhaib I am very sad to hear all of these. You should be carry on with great stamina. Dont care company going on losss on profit. They dont clear any schem about up site. You should find any wasta (source) in any one in head office.

    I found a glass piece in the Knorr CLASSIC Tomato Noodle Soup (Batch No. BAS095). The glass piece was about 2 inches. Its really bad to see glass pieces in Knorr soups.

    Complaints abt Hindustan Unilever Distributpor Sai Vyankateshwara Corporation (Waraj Karvy nager). The hindustan unilever is the best in the marketing and all products is the good in the market.This distributor is not cooperating with all suoer shoppy and not provide the good service to the super shoppy.The ralation is not good and also not gives to give scheme provide to super shoppy or wholeseller and always stock is not available.The check return charges is very high compare other distributor.

    I had purchased knorr soupy noodles (70g, Rs.12/-, b.No.-A240313A, mfd-03/2013, exp-03/2014, Barcode[protected] from Senco Grocery (Prop-Subhas Sen), Debaipur Rd, Hindmotor-712233, Hooghly, WB few days back.On 21/12/2013 it was prepared for eating. It was so rotten/decomposed that we had to drain out the same.we tried to contact over toll free[protected] but IVR voice was there "all our c/care officials are busy, your call is valuable to us & so on" for about 30 mts.then it was disconnected.Few days later I again contacted, one male received the call and during talking with him the phone was disconnected.Due to want of your mail id I could not lodge complaint. Pl give satisfactory reply immediately with sufficient compensation according to my choice as it could position the body of my my family members & there may be even life risk.Otherwise I shall be compelled to lodge complaint with Consumer Affairs Dept., Govt. of WB (www.wbconsumers.gov.in), Ministry of consumer Affairs, Govt. of India (www.fcamin.nic.in) and even if required, will file suit under COPRA' 86 with Dist. Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Chuchura, Dist._Hooghly (WB) after lapse of seven days.

      After going through PUREIT advertisement in the media, I have called their call centre no. [protected] for free demo of PURE IT – Water Purifier and Mr. Manjunath from M/s. Domlur SWZ (Rishab Distributor) had visited my house at Richmond Town, Bangalore – 560 025 for product demonstration on 6th October 2009.

      However, instead of product demonstration, he collected the entire amount of Rs. 2000 (Invoice no.IS09/[protected] promising to come the next day for demo after filling the water for a day.

      To my surprise the same is untrue and I feel I am being fooled & my money is being wasted as Water is found to be unfit for drinking as it is having salty taste and odour. I understand we have been supplied salty water in our area and this model – PURE IT is not meant for our area. Instead, I suggest that a model suiting to our requirement (keeping in mind the saltiness) be provided.

      After constant follow up their higher officer visited my house along with Mr Manjunath last month, verified the same and promised me to take back the faulty machine and refund the money. Thereafter, repeated calls to their distributor (Mr Manjunath) has not yielded any result and he don’t even pick up my calls.

      Such careless attitude of their distributor towards the Customer is definitely disturbing and I have no option but to seek their intervention in resolving the issue.

      I must admit, their distributor has found a novel way to increase their revenue from unsuspecting customers,. However, the ingenuity does not confirm the ethical business practice, which a company of their repute should pursue.

      Their purpose should not be of increasing Customer’s strength, but giving valuable services to them as well .

      I now eagerly look forward to their response,

          I Have purchased LAKME winter care moisturiser from Teles DistrubutorsVasco da Gama goa.on 15.11.2009.vide receipt no.054/15.11.2009.for rs.150/-on the bottle clearly mentioned Best before 24 months from packed.and packed on 11/07.when i opened the said bottle I found contents of the bottle fully spoiled just like water instead of creame.

          when I went the Teles pharmacy to return they are refuse to accept because expiry date is not complited.they also agree contents of the tin are damaged.

            I had asked for replacement of battery on 4th nov 2009 for my water purifier on mob no.[protected] and I received a reply sms from the pure it that within 72 hours an executive will visit but sorry to say that till today no body has visited. I had reminded them 3 days back also.

                Hi,

                I have raised request with customer care of pure it for replacement of battery on Octoer31st 2009, but i did not get any response from the Pure-it people so far despite my calls made to them asking when can the battery replaced. The only response i get was the executive will contact and replacement happens in 3 days.

                Can somone advice if i can go for consumer forum asking for my money back returning the device.

                These people say 1crore challenge, where the service doesnot even meet 1% of what other water purifier agencies are provide.

                Except customer care mail-ID i could not get mail-Id's of any managerial level person of HUL Pure-it to get this escalated.


                Advice what an i do next to get my money back, because i dont want this kind service everytime i had problem or battery change of pure-it.

                Finally my battery got replaced, thanks for the forum in letting me express my concerns.

                HUL — Complain regarding replacement of pureit battery

                I have booked an order for battery replacement of pureit on 26th Jan 2010. They have given me order number as IS10/DLI[protected]. From last four days I have to buy drinking water just because there is delivery time of three days. But today on 29th Jan 2010 when I have called for inquiry they told me that my complaint is recorded and they will get back to me in next two days. The complain number given to me is C[protected].
                Can someone tell me how can some one wait for so many days just for drinking water. It is requested to kindly look into it seriously otherwise I am ready to go for legal action for pathetic service vise versa to said service.

                  Iam a customer of your product(PURE IT) for the last One and Half year.Recently (One week back) I have changed the battery kit and both the filters..But after changing these it is noticed that the output water coming out after filteration is dirty having yellowish colour.In this regard two times complaint has been made in the number [protected] (Complaint number: C[protected]and[protected]Complaint number C[protected].After receiving the complaint your technician has attended but no positive result.Please arrange to attend the defect immediatly or else I will take this issue to the consumer forum.My contact number:[protected].

                    I purchased PureIt water purifier earlier this Year. After couple of months, the water started to leak from between the two assembles of the purifier, Making it impossible to fill water to full capacity. i contacted them right away asking for help. It has been Several months now that i have placed the complaint but they have never taken care of the problem, every time with an excuse " We will send an executive in 3 Days" who never arrives.


                    Now the latest Problem: the Battery present in the purifier has ran out and i placed a request with the Customer support 1 Week ago and the battery was to be replaced before 3 days. However, till now there is no Damn response from these LAZY people.

                      Hi,

                      I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 12+ days ago but it has not been delivered.
                      The support service of pure it is so worst, Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any executive even. I have naver seen such a worst after sale customer service.

                      Finaly I never suggest to BUY HLL Pure It.

                      HINDUSTAN LEVER - PUREIT — DELAY IN SERVICE

                      I am having a Pureit water purifier from M/s Hindustan Lever and i had booked a replacement / supply of the battery kit and even after more than a week there is no sign of the company rep. The speed with which they call on u whne it is new purchase the lethargy shown in supplying battery replacement is really awful. I had heard about this earlier from my relatives and friends but was not sure. BUt now it is my turn to experience now..

                      This is the worst service i have seen ever. I have been trying to get repaired and change battery kit. I have complained trice last two months and i always receive sms that the complained no so and so has been attended but no one visits to me.

                      Pure it team doesn't understand the problem of people those who are using pure it. i have decided to go to consumer coat with complained no i have provided. Let’s see.
                      One of the worst customer service we ever got from pure it for purchasing an auto fill system. We cant understand that how the tube provided for connecting from the tap to the purifier is just a particular length only..When we asked the executives they said that it has been designed that way. We have a tap which is far from the kitchen to which we wanted the purifier to be connected, but we couldn't. The executives said that they would buy a lengthier tube and get back to us to fix it, but they came back saying its not there in the market. When we don't get what we want then why should they force us to take it, moreover they asked us to pay before it could be fixed. Finally we bought another tube which could be attached with the short tube which they had provided. This is highly ridiculous to market a product when its not satisfying customers needs.

                      We dint not have a choice to return as they took the cash from us before installing the purifier. Pure it will definitely loose all valuable customers if this kind of service is going to continue. We've already filed a complaint in the consumer court.

                      I have bought Pure it on 2006. From that, every time for battery refilling, or any help, really I am struggling to get the contact nos. When I contact the old no. what I got from the sales person for the next time It won't be of them. many times I searched in person for their office and the reply is " They had vacated". What is this?
                      Never I suggest hereafter for anyone to buy HLL Pure it. I had never seen such a type of worst worst worst customer service like this.
                      I purchased pureit on 13.6.2011. As I noticed leakage of water on 14.7.2011 I have reported the same to Pureit customer service. Their technician promptly came on 15.7.2011 and after verification told that new pureit will be given in place of defective one.

                      Inspite of repeated calls to the Hind. Unilever person who sold the unit, the technician attended the call or the Customer care helping to solve the problem.

                      Such a worst SERVICE to be noted by the Consumer community.

The response till now is zero. Everyday I waste atleast 30 min in getting in touch with helpline and then go through the agony of waiting for some rep to visit. Very poor service.                             My customer id is [protected]. After seeing your advertisement on TV, I purchased Pureit water purifier through your AP call centre on 09-06-09. The product was delivered to me within two days of booking. I was happy using it, till Germkill Battery Kit life expired. I booked Germkill Battery Kit booking no. 052897 on 18-10-09, again no. 637930 on 21-10-09, and again no. 645023 on 23-10-09, but GKB has not been delivered to me. On enquiring fourth time I was told that my area is beyond the municipal limits of the jurisdiction of any authorized dealer. Now my question is:-
                            1. For delivering the product you don’t have any municipal limits.
                            2. Why was I not informed at the time of delivering the product that you will not be supplying GKB for replacement at same place?
                            3. Why was my order for GKB booked for three times and not delivered?
                            4. A company like yours can not shade the responsibility of after sell service.
                            5. Lastly, please do get my GKB replaced or suggest me how use this Dabba as a show piece.

                              Greetings from jaipur. I would like to bring it to your knowledge about your company's service man, I had informed at your Johri Bajar office to replace my pureit germkill battery before Deepawali festival. Still it was not not replaced and one more problem is, this battery became red within two months i.e. about 500 lt water has taken through pureit, and company gives warranty for one bettery of 1500 lt water. This is a vast problem, if these problems are not solved within a stipulated time period than company's image would be fadeup.

                                  We have bought a Pure It water purifier. Presently the filtre battery needs a urgent replacement but after repeated service request lodgement also, we have still not recieved the Battery which needs urgent replacement for last 15 days.

                                  The customer service executive couldnt provide a exact time when the service provider would visit to replace the battery & the service provider also could not wait for 10 mins even after requesting. The person, with whom I had a talk had the following mobile no. [protected].

                                  Since I am working & no one stays at my place, it becomes very inconvenient for me if i am not given a specific time when the service provider would arive.

                                  During installing the product, the executive installed it around 11 pm & was ensured that the service would be available 24*7.

                                  We are not able to use the product for last 7 days, request you to please solve the problem on priority basis.

I have requested twice for change of battery and filter in your toll free mobile number within. a week They have given me assurance to change the same within 72 hours but as a matter of regret the same has not yet been replaced.                                       Pure It — Not Yet received my Battery

                                      I have order a purit battery on 4th march.I recieved one message that your kit has been deliverd through a local agency. the agency guy came to my house with the battery kit without any bill/Invoice.While i asked about the address of the agency he was unable to tell about his company detail.When i asked deeply he said that his company not even having a phone/contact number to contact,When i asked for bill he was not aware of bill.can you solve this problem regarding in this issues.
                                      I have bought Purit almost 1 year ago. Now my germ kill battery needs to be replaced. I have booked the order on 27h March. It is almost one month, but we are still struggling to get it. Whenever we call customer centre they give a new booking number and tell that within 72 hours I will get that. But still did not get it.
                                      Both of my husband and me are working. So, we have suggested them to provide it before 8:30 AM. But they informed that there working hour is from 10 AM onwards. However, when we have bought Pureit they have not mentioned about the limitations of their working time. Looking at their limitation, I have suggested them to deliver it on Saturday. That also did not work.
                                      Last week when I raised a complain, I have got a call from local dealer. He (Local Agent number: [protected]) mentioned that, he will deliver this on Friday 22nd April. I waited for them whole day. Again I called local dealer and they confirmed that they will come on 23rd April. Although we have waited till 8 PM, it did not arrive. I don’t know how many hours I have to wait in my home for a this and who is going to compensate for this time and how.
                                      Every time I am calling them it is taking Rs. 1.5 for per minute. I have called them minimum, 10 times and the call duration will be minimum 5 mins. So I have already spend 75 rupees for germ kill kit.
                                      I really want to know that when I will get it. Or, I have to buy some other purifier. My complain details are as below.
                                      Initial Booking- 27th Mar, 2011, Booking ID: S11/BLR1754.
                                      1st Complain- 2nd Apr, 2011, Complain Number: C[protected]
                                      2nd Complain- 6th Apr, 2011, Onl god knows why they have not given complain number instead they raise a new order. Booking Number: S11/BLR[protected]
                                      3rd Complain- 9th Apr, Complain number: C[protected]
                                      4th Complain- 19th Apr. Not received any complain number but received Local Agent number: [protected]. They are extremely bad with respect to customer interaction and delivery time line.
                                      5th Complain- 24th Apr. Complain number: C[protected]
                                      I had requested for battery replacement in customer care on 4th of april 2011 but not yet got the service.I had complaint it many times to the customer care but they are not satisfactory.If customer care persons are reading this then if possible please refer to the complaint no.RFS275918.

                                        I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 10+ days ago but it has not been delivered. The support service of pure it is stupid, every time you call the customer care gets only 2 answers 'Appologies' 'will be delivered today'. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any senior executive even after request.
                                        Worst service i have ever seen .....

                                        I was send 2 emails for replacement of battery, still no reponse from you.
                                        I " Harigovind Upadhyay" using pure it as a water purifire from last 2.5 years. We are facing the problem replacement of germ kill battary due to unavailability of germ kill battery & helpless of pure it help line service.
                                        From last one week we are continue following for germkitt battry to customer care & recieved 15 sms from customer care helpline no [protected] complaint no C[protected] but not get battry till date.
                                        Can we get the germ kill battry or not your immediate response is awated. My registered mobile is [protected]
                                        The product is to be placed on a 2/3 feet of table. If while cleaning It may fall on ground mistakenly.It breaks & the whole unit need to be replaced as the separate parts costs around 1200rs.This is quite disgusting.So we had to buy a new one.

                                        I am also a design engineer.I know how much we care for the risk analysis.If your product has to be placed on a higher position.Its sometimes possible to be fall on ground. SO your team need to choose proper material so that it should not break at least not from a 3 feet height.Please look into the matter & I am really disappointed of the loss has occured to me.

                                        On 5th Feb 2013 reference no 2565227 I had booked to deliver glass flask and micro fibre nest.
                                        your service provider came with glass flask and said HE FORGET TO BRING THE NEST.

                                        Now when I am complaint against it and asking for the pending consignment. YOUR COMPANY IS CHARGING 100 + 35 rupees to deliver the PENDING MATERIAL.

                                        WHEN I HAD BOOKED EARLIER TO DELIVER THE TWO THE THING TOGETHER. and YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER FORGET. THEN WHy SHOULD I PAY AGAIN rs 35 FOR HANDLING THE PENDING COMPLAINTS.

                                        IS ANYONE IN THIS COMPANY WHO HAVE CONSIDERATION TO COSTUMERS or ITS WAY TO LOOT.
