Disgraceful Service from Pureit Distributors and Pitiable product

After going through PUREIT advertisement in the media, I have called their call centre no. [protected] for free demo of PURE IT – Water Purifier and Mr. Manjunath from M/s. Domlur SWZ (Rishab Distributor) had visited my house at Richmond Town, Bangalore – 560 025 for product demonstration on 6th October 2009.

However, instead of product demonstration, he collected the entire amount of Rs. 2000 (Invoice no.IS09/[protected]...

Repaired or replaced my pureit

We purchased pure it on 29 august,2009 but my pure it is not working properly, and i complaned in pure it head office many times , and also sent mails in pureit email id but no body is come till today and no response .so please solve our problem as soon as possible.

Faulty product.

I Have purchased LAKME winter care moisturiser from Teles DistrubutorsVasco da Gama goa.on 15.11.2009.vide receipt no.054/15.11.2009.for rs.150/-on the bottle clearly mentioned Best before 24 months from packed.and packed on 11/07.when i opened the said bottle I found contents of the bottle fully spoiled just like water instead of creame.

when I went the Teles pharmacy to return they are refuse to accept because expiry date...

NON SUPPLY OF BATTERY

I had asked for replacement of battery on 4th nov 2009 for my water purifier on mob no.[protected] and I received a reply sms from the pure it that within 72 hours an executive will visit but sorry to say that till today no body has visited. I had reminded them 3 days back also.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

Replace for battery.

Hi,

I have raised request with customer care of pure it for replacement of battery on Octoer31st 2009, but i did not get any response from the Pure-it people so far despite my calls made to them asking when can the battery replaced. The only response i get was the executive will contact and replacement happens in 3 days.

Worst service

Hi,

I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 12+ days ago but it has not been delivered.
The support service of pure it is so worst, Each time I call up I am assured of having the customer care person reach my house. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any executive even. I have naver seen such a worst after sale customer service.

I purchased water pureit on 11.10.2009 and was told that the bill will be sent to you by courrier but the same has not so far been received by me even after a lapse of 25 days. The product was delivered to me within two days of booking. I was happy using it, till Germkill Battery Kit life expired. Greetings from jaipur. I would like to bring it to your knowledge about your company's service man, I had informed at your Johri Bajar office to replace my pureit germkill battery before Deepawali festival. Still it was not not replaced and one more problem is, this battery became red within two months i.e. about 500 lt water has taken through pureit, and company gives warranty for one bettery of 1500 lt water....

Poor after sales service of Pure It - Water Purifier

We have bought a Pure It water purifier. Presently the filtre battery needs a urgent replacement but after repeated service request lodgement also, we have still not recieved the Battery which needs urgent replacement for last 15 days.

The customer service executive couldnt provide a exact time when the service provider would visit to replace the battery & the service provider also could not wait for 10 mins even after...

Poorest response to customer problems

I am having a pure it water filter for which i placed order for a refill 10+ days ago but it has not been delivered. The support service of pure it is stupid, every time you call the customer care gets only 2 answers 'Appologies' 'will be delivered today'. Which never happens and dont even call back the customers by any senior executive even after request.

delay of 17 days in replacement of battery

I booked the long life battery replacement kit on 05/10/2009. After that no one visited till 22/10/2009. Calling a number of times they give only new complain number but these were useless, still no one contacted or visited.

More over they used to send message that ur complain no ( C[protected] and C[protected] has been attended if staisfied SMS SER0 or 1. How can one be staisfied or unsatisfied unless and untill one visits.br...
