After sales service - replacement of Battery kit

I had purchased HLL's PureIt water filter on 23/12/2008. The filter was working fine until 10days back it auto-shut off because the battery kit needs to be replaced in 8months. Delay in germi refill pack

asked for a refill two weeks ago. I was assured of one immediately after 3 working days. I am still to see any sign of it. The call center is useless. I call them everyday and they repeat the same lines - that it will come by 8pm (the time they close the call center!). Of course, it never comes. faulty kit

Defective battery kit.yet to be replaced.
I am Vishwas Garg. We brought this product when it was launched initially. Customer care of this product is really hopeless. They always say that the complaint has been escalated and it willl be resolved in 2 working days. But the 2 days never comes!

Non Supply of Battery Kit

I bought a water filter (Hindustan Unilever - Pureit) last year.

Battery of Filter has expried 10 days back. Request for supply of Battery has been submitted on 27/07/09. It was told that the battery kit will be supplied within 2 working days. But till date it has not been supplied.

On 01/08/09 I called again to know the reason for non-delivery. Again It was told the battery kit will be delivered today itself....

Selling Kwality Ice cream without MRP

There is a big nexus in Bangalore - South. Kwality Ice creams are being sold more than MRP price. Conviniently vendors ( Kwality Sales peole - on Bycle ). They cut MRP on the wrapper and show a chart which has higher price ( 100% ) more and demand more money. We are forced to pay as carton doesn't have MRP details.
