About 6 months ago my mother bought 3x j'adore perfumes from purplle.com. Since they weren't for personal use, they were kept unused and unopened. Recently, i gifted one to a friend of mine, and it turns out that the perfume was fake. Another was gifted to another friend who has carried it abroad, and she has informed me that she has doubts about its genuinity since she has the same one and they have stark differences. One more is lying with me unopened. What kind of nonsense is this? Can you imagine the shame one feels when it turns out that they have gifted someone very close something that is expensive but turns out fake. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Purplle.com has still not replied to my issue. On calling them on the phone, we were told there's nothing they can do. If this is the attitude, I will see purplle.com in court.
I have placed order for 1 face wash and 1 lipstick also paid online of Rs. 369,
Order has confirmed but now status is showing that Shipment Delayed,
This is happened with me 2nd time and could not reachable to your customer care also, I am very disappointed of this your pathetic service.

    My order no is[protected], i placed this order on 20th sep which was shipped the next day but its been almost a month i disnt receive my order, i called up customer care, calls never answered and emailed so many times, they reply me again and again that what is the concern, i have emailed same issue more than 10times now. I called up courier partner from my end, they said its damaged in transit so now i want my refund, i have been emailing them which is really annoying, i would never in life order anything again from this site and would never recommend anybody.
    Please help me get my hard earned money back which would be really appreciated.

      Wrong product was delivered to me and customer service is pathetic😡😡😡😡firstly they have sent me a wrong product instead of sanctus elbow and knee cream which i had ordered! They have sent me united colors benetton spray (Empty bottle). Immediately i called them and sent a mail with images regarding the same! They dint get back to me! When i called them again they are telling me they don't have that product (Empty ucb deodarant spray) on their website, how the hell will i know why it has been delivered to me! They ask for price which isn't mentioned on that stupid spray bottle so what should i do! Instead of trying to rectify their mistake and make the process simpler to the customer, they were asking so many lame senseless questions that too after not responding to my concern and had kept me waiting till then! First they deliver wrong product, they don't respond, when contacted again and again they ask all types of stupid questions and doubt the authenticity! It is not only about the loss of money but also about how disgusting the whole process has been! They themselves don't know what their warehouses contain! They keep you waiting for days for the things to be done! I have no words to describe how disgusting, pathetic and low this whole experience has been! Never ever have i faced this on any website till now! The way they treated the customer after trying to contact them is absolutely ridiculous with fault being on their side! I request whoever is reading never ever order from purplle disgusting app and service!

        I placed an order on purplle.com on 24th september which was to delivered within 4th october. However, while tracking the parcel shows to be near my delivery location since 1st october. I have placed a prepaid order worth rs. 839 but still not received my even after calling the customer service almost three four times. This kind o[censored]nprofessional attitude is not expected when you have already paid for your order. Either deliver my order as soon as possible or refund my money back immediately. Or else i will have seek legal help against this fraudulent attitude of the said site.

          We haven't received the parcel from purplle.com but the status is showing that the delivery is successful.
          I have complainted it to the purplle customer care and they sent me the sign which has been kept on successful delivered option.
          The sign that was on that note was not mine or not even was one if my friends, neighbours or watchman.
          Please resolve the issue as soon as possible because the order have to be delivered by yesterday.

            I placed order on 24th september'19 from purplle app and on 28th september'19 i received a mail that my order was delivered but i have not received any product. My payment was prepaid of rs552/-. Even after so many mails and calls i have no response from other side.
            When i checked my tracking details in dept i see that my product never came to my city and delivered in other city. For proof of this i'm attaching the picture of delivery status that i live in surat and it was delivered in rajasthan so do check. Shipment was about to come from xpressbees.

And it was going to reach me by xpressbees but i havent got any information even after calling a lot of time on customercare number. How they can deliver in any other city when i live in surat.                 I ordered products worth rs 460. Now they are showing verification failed after deducting the amount from my account and its showing order couldnt be confirmed. This is my worst shopping experience and its my first time using prrplle app and the customer service is not responding to the queries of customers. I didnt expect these from purplle. Highly dissapointed.

                Refund Order no [protected] . Already submitted bank detail still not got my refund its have been 1 month. They are not replying to my meassge. They are quick at picking up their product but not giving me my money back

                  I had ordered from www.purplle.com some products worth rs. 661/-. My order was shipped via xpressbees logistics via shipment.

                  At night i received the message stating that your order was delivered and however no such order was delivered to me. I did not receive any order. Also i am trying to call purplle and xpressbees but both the calls are not connecting. Kindly refund me my money or get my order delivered

                    I have ordered some items from purpell.com on 22 sept, 2019. It was a prepaid order worth Rs. 500 which is shipped through xpressbees delivery services. The awb number given by purpell happened to belong some other customer. So, when I tracked my order, the status shows that it has been delivered when in reality I haven't received it.
                    I am trying contacting purpell customer care services but they're not reverting my mails and not connecting the call. It is utterly disappointing. I'm unable to do anything.

I have been 1 month more i am waiting for my refund but still no help from their side already submitted my bank detail still no reply and i checked my bank acc they haven't gave it till now. Sending massages but no reply. Why they are doing this so bad customer service than other website.

                          On 1st september the order was out for delivery as per the status of xpressbees.                                 I was order a lipstick first time from purplle but i am not getting the same shade as it was shown in picture. And i have not used the product.                                   complaint regarding late delivery of my products

                                  I have placed two orders through purple and none is delivered till now one was expected on 21st and other on 24th august but none of them are delivered and neither customer care service provider are connecting my call nor they are doing anything regarding my email
                                  Its highly disappointing tht my order is so late and no one is bothered

                                  How could they cancel the product, order ID is([protected])when I ordered the item it shown available. Now system showing out of stock. And yesterday message came as it is been cancelled due to its non-availability and 0 amount is refunded. Because it is free product. But how it is genuine, if they are giving free product on purchasing above some minimum amount product means they should have to deliver to it to customer. They are making fraud. It is like showing lolipop to the customer and after purchasing the minimum amount products they take it back. I need my product.

                                    I ordered a product on 12th aug and its 21st aug i haven't received it yet...
                                    This is really not acceptable i have rescheduled my order on 16th aug and i was supposed to get my order on 19th aug
                                    Today i received a message that my order is out for delivery and after half an hour i got another message that my order got cancelled as per my request
                                    How can you cancel my order by yourself?

                                      On 19 aug 2019 i received an order from purplle.com which had only 2 bottle of oil that is a single combo of oil whereas i had orered 3 combo oils that is 6 bottles of the oils.
                                      I cant contact the customer care number.

                                      The order was cod and i paid but inside the box found only two items.

                                      The items are also showing to be delivered.

                                      Please help me either to get the products or money refunded.

                                      Wishcare pure cold pressed castor oil and kalonji black seed oil.

                                      Recieved only 1 quantity of castor and olive oil instead of 2
                                      And the other is product is also missing
