Order made on purplle.com on 04 aug 2019 my order no is [protected] in the name of shweta singh. On 06aug 2019 i have received wrong items which i have never ordered. Some items are showing already delivered and i have not received. I returned the products but got no refund. Called customer care multiple times but no one picked up. Kindly help me to get my money back....

I had ordered from www.purplle.com some products worth rs. 587/- via order no. [protected] on 29th august 2019. My order was shipped via xpressbees logistics via shipment awb no.[protected].

On 1st september the order was out for delivery as per the status of xpressbees. At night i received the message stating that your order was delivered and when i checked on the xpressbees website it said that the order was received...

pathetic service

This happened with me 2nd time for paid order.

Purplle.com site logistics department always deliver the customers order on time in case of cod but in prepaid case they are always delay our order.

Very pathetic service.

I was order a lipstick first time from purplle but i am not getting the same shade as it was shown in picture. And i have not used the product. I was order dark and matte shade of lipstick but i m getting a light shade and its glossy. I want to return my order and want a refund amount as soon as possible.

I have placed two orders through purple and none is delivered till now one was expected on 21st and other on 24th august but none of them are delivered and neither customer care service provider are connecting my call nor they are doing anything regarding my email
Its highly disappointing tht my order is so late and no one is bothered
Please deliver my order asap...

How could they cancel the product, order ID is([protected])when I ordered the item it shown available. Now system showing out of stock. And yesterday message came as it is been cancelled due to its non-availability and 0 amount is refunded. Because it is free product. But how it is genuine, if they are giving free product on purchasing above some minimum amount product means they should have to deliver to it to customer....

This is really not acceptable i have rescheduled my order on 16th aug and i was supposed to get my order on 19th aug
Today i received a message that my order is out for delivery and after half an hour i got another message that my order got cancelled as per my request
How can you cancel my order by yourself?...

items missing

On 19 aug 2019 i received an order from purplle.com which had only 2 bottle of oil that is a single combo of oil whereas i had orered 3 combo oils that is 6 bottles of the oils.
I cant contact the customer care number.

The order was cod and i paid but inside the box found only two items.

The items are also showing to be delivered.

Please help me either to get the products or money refunded....

product delivered at wrong address

I have placed one order at your site On 3rd July, 19 but it had been delivered to wrong person or wrong address or wrong city.

I have called customer care multiple times but did not got any resolution and now a good thing happening is the customer care number is not reachable at all.

Its not my fault that the product delievered at wrong address.

Please refund my money asap.br...

Poor delivery service. I didnt receive my order yet. Already the shipment is delayed, now the delivery is also getting delay day by day. There is no response from the delivery company. Such a poor service. I didnt know why purplle.com is providing such poor delivery services. Very worst experience of online shopping from this site. I request purplle.com to change their delivery company as soon as possible to avoid such repeated complaints....

I'm complaining about delay in delivery

I have ordered products on 8th of May and the estimated delivery was on 11th of may...I have already paid for the products too and waiting for them to get delivered

But they are still not dispatched it's nly in processing mode...

It's very important for me to get them as soon as possible for packing of my luggage...

Wil my products get on time...or else if they are cancelled...
