Hi yesterday 21.8.23 I have booked show in pvr Palazzo forum Mall 3.50pm show for jailer.. Interval time we bought popcorn, coca cola n roll... We had .. next day morning myself and my husband both got ulergy inside mouth... Inside lip and mouth everything become reddish... We came to know food ulergy which we had in Palazzo... After that we didn't eat anywhere... Kindly take action...

    On the 1st August, 2023, We went to watch the Movie "Lets Get Married" at the Koramangala Nexus Mall PVR cinemas Bengaluru 6.35PM Show. We bought two tickets at the box office counter. We were asked to pay using UPI as their card machine was not working. When attempting to pay using Banks's UPI (Bank of India) the transaction was successful from our end, but the box office counter person said that they did not receive it and we were informed to pay once again. And this time the payment was done using ICICI UPI and the payment went successful. Since there were two debit done, we were informed that the first transaction would be reserved automatically, if not we were given a number of the local PVR cinemas person. We have been following up ever since and have raised a support incident by writing to [protected]@pvrcinemas.com and we have only been getting the updated that they are working on it but it has been nearly 20 days since the incident occurred and we have not got the money back. And the Customer support number keeps getting disconnected and they don't even call back if the call is disconnected. The ticket cost was 380 and we were asked to pay this twice. And haven't received the reversed amount yet.

      On 12 th August we have booked ticket no. Prime c13, 14, 15, 16 for 6.55 P.M show in PVR Aero Hub chennai for the Movie DD returns at AUDI 01. I paid Rs. 550/- through Paytm for Food from food court transaction Id:[protected] Order ID TN[protected], but the sale person told we didnt receive the amount and insisted to pay again. So told the amount will be refunded within 7 days. So i Paid Rs. 550/- again. And he given a number to contact [protected] for payment. But so far amount not refunded. Contacted many times but so far not refunded. Please do the needfull.

        They put a banner mentioning that samosa is available for 99 rs and then when I ordered that, They said 99 rs offer samosa is stock out, 150 rs samosa is available.
        After that I took permission of the staff, And asked them to say this on record. Everyone denied the same. Also, The Manager on Duty Snatched my mobile phone, behaved violently, grabbed my hand, Started
        recording videos of my 2 female friends WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT. He behaved like a goon. I did not wanted to disturb others so did not create a scene there. Will drag them to court for defamation, violence, service deficiency, cheating and ofcourse mental harrasment.

          I have gone to watch the Gadar 2 movie at PVR icon in The Phonenix Palladium mall of lower parel Mumbai on 21st of August at show time 11.30 and selected the classic seats of price around 120 rupees and then after the show finished they caught me without any reason and started threatening me that i have watch the movie without proper tickets so now I have to.pay rupees 350 of the next show of the movie i am underage boy they started abusing me blackmailing me about they will call the cops and tell my parents all about this iam a middle class boy with rarely 200.rupees in pocket for buying a book but they didn't listen anything they made me beg i have joined hands in front of them even i have kneel down but still they force me to pay rupees 350 so i have to borrow from a friend and give them the money without telling my parents pls take strict action against them and give me my money back pls i request you that or i will going to sue the entire PVR staff and cinemas Or pls just suspend the two lady wo abused me and blackmailed me pls

            This is regarding the captioned transaction, whereby I revert to inform you that I had paid an amount of Rs. 883.28 on 19.08.2023 made by the name of Heena Banga for buying the 3 ticket for the movie show gadar 2 at PVR cinemas naraina, New Delhi, for 4:10 show.

            Payment has been made by google pay UPI I’d heenabanga.[protected]@okhdfcbank and was duly deducted from the account but unfortunately the ticket has not been generated on the app.

            Further, to inform you that there is no resolution for any grievances faced by customer who are booking through your app. I highly appreciate that being one of the leading cinemas brand, the digitisation process should totally be in complaint with the applicable laws giving ample opportunities for the user to register their grievances.

              Movie tickets not booked even after making the payment. The payment made for 4 tickets of movie Gadar 2 at PVR Vegas Mall for 1155 hrs/[protected] show but the booking not done and did not receive the tickets for same on my e-mail ID.

                  I'm writing my concern to inform that we have booked 2 tickets on August 6th in PVR cinemas APP after my UPI payment there are no tickets showing in PVR cinemas, called the customer care and they were not answering the call from 6pm to 10pm

                  when finally i was able to able to reach customer care, previously they informed that the money will be refunded within 7 to 8 days, it's been 11 days now and there is no refund initiated from PVR cinemas, dropped an email to PVR regarding the same - there was no response.

                  while reaching out to customer care after 12 days, there is no proper resolution as the agent is disconnecting the call saying we will call u Back!
                  No calls came from PVR end till date and the no proper update for money refund.

                    I want to PVR for watching OMG 2. Acc. to recent Govt orders, the food price is reduced by 40%, it came down to 99rs for combo. I asked the employee for the combo. She refused, she said that as it is 15th August, today the offer is not valid. I asked why? Today is a special day how come you are saying like this? She said let me call my manager. The manager arrived, he explained that for 15th Aug, we are not giving this combo, rest of the days, the offer is acceptable. I said again the same thing, as to why you are refusing. He said that the management has decided not to give offers for 15th Aug. I was already late for the movie, so, I left the lobby, and went for the movie. But I am very disappointed with this.

                      It is of no doubt that usually pvr brings the best quality of cinema. But today Mangalore forum mall(15/08/23) at 8.30 am the picture quality for the movie Jailer in audi 1was so poor that I felt like watching a 3d movie without 3d glass. The sound quality was also below average. I felt like my money was looted. I expect a refund of Rs. 580 as a compensation.
                      Kindly check the quality of screen and sound before your whole quality goes down. Without a refund, no more pvr and no recommendations for pvr

                        Just wants to make a complian in respect of PVR acropolis ahmedabd in respect of allow child below 18 years in movie OMG-2 at screen 1 show time 8:10 pm date[protected].
                        The manager Mr. Arnab shows his weakness to handle such situation where seen child below 18 years inside the screen.

                        Pls do the needful on urgent basis. U can verify with CCTV Camara

                          I’ve booked tickets for oppenheimer for the 15 august along with food and drinks which cost about 1.7k. The amount was deducted but did not receive the tickets yet. When we tried to contact the customer service from 6 pm to 8 pm no one picked up and after 10 pm it says customer services can be contacted only from 9 am to 10 pm only.

                          There was a message which says that if the amount is deducted tickets will be issued, else it will be refunded.

                          Totally unreliable system from PVR, I’ve used many online services, I’ve never had such poor service( either have a reliable system or atleast provide customer service where people can reach out).
