Can't cancel booking on pvr app

I booked tickets for the batman for Monday evening but our plans changed and I wanted to cancel it but there's no option to do so. Even bookmyshow provides a cancel option with pvr but the pvr app doesn't. This is a day before the movie as well which is more than enough time to justify cancelling. (bookmyshow lets you cancel upto 20 minutes before the show if I'm correct)...

Allowing kids to watch A rated movie

Hello,
I want to complaint regarding an extremely serious issue.., In PVR MBD MALL, Jalandhar, punjab. No employee is asking for id for an ‘A’ rated movie. People are coming with thier 5-6 year old kids which is not nice and a matter of a legal issue i want to file a complaint regarding this so please do solve this asap. The movie is Kashmir Files and it is extremely violent for small kids....

Lost headphones

Respected sir/madam
Today at 12 pm show in the afternoon I forgot my headphones(one plus) in pvr theatre at Phoenix palladium Lower Parel
Movie was on screen 5 and I was sitting in row ‘J’ (seat no 5 to 12 ). There are chances that I forgot them at the area in front of food section where I was clicking pics of my frnds
I told the security but they haven’t contacted me yet…..
They were having CCTV...

I am visiting PVR regularly not because of quality but it is near to my home. Regularly there are hygiene issues in male washroom and the quality of popcorn or food is pathetic after lockdown I would like to bring to your notice that your staff is illegally selling F&B without bills. Non reimbursement of tickets money

On 14.12.2021 we paid money through upi for 3 tickets total rs. 360/- for drishya2, movie at Garuda Mall, transaction was completed and amount was deducted from bank. But PVR staff told they didn't received money and it will be reimbursed. Too much delay in comparison to the scheduled time

Hi
I came to watch Matrix ressurection movie at 6:20 PM on Dec 23 2021 at Park square Mall, Whitefield, Bangalore and never before have I seen so much delay in playing a movie.
Firstly the previous movie went on till 6:30 PM then they took a lot of time to clean the hall and then it's 6:45 PM and still ads are going on, a movie that was scheduled for 6:20 PM started almost half an hour later.
Horrible experience...

Voucher for PVR Privilege Popcorn not received

I had enrolled for PVR privilege program on 21-Dec-2021 and in the T&C, it was mentioned that "Members will receive a voucher of Free Privilege Popcorn (Salted) on first transaction of INR.100 or greater, post enrolment".

I booked tickets using PVR website on 22-Dec-2021 and paid Rs.819.93, however I have still not received the voucher for popcorn and do not see the voucher in the Privilege section in the Profile. I have not...

Not providing prime plus ticket

Today I visited pvr cinemas latur, Maharashtra to book prime plus movie ticket . But the staff denied me to give tickets saying that those tickets are only for vip people. I don’t think that these are the terms and conditions of pvr cinemas. The way staff responded me was in very rude manner. Please help me regarding this....

No Subtitles during entire movie(west side story)

My payment to book tickets was successful but I didn't get any confirmation

I booked 2 tickets for akhanda(telugu-2d) on december 7th 2021 for 6:20pm show. i completed the order through paytm it was successful but I didn't get any confirmation from pvr cinemas. Regarding Compulsory food combos with movie tickets

Forcing to get popcorn packets with tickets

Address: Skywalk PVR anna nagar

The ticket price for the movie amounted to Rs.180( For 3) but they say that it comes with a combo offer for which we had to pay Rs.200 additionally for 3 packets of popcorn. I cant understand how the popcorn home making packets are costlier than the tickets.
It is also unbelievable that why do I need to pay the same if i dont require it.
How can I be forced to get it....

why laptops are not allowed inside "pvr" theatre

I was very unhappy with the service i received at pvr irrum manzil. Just want to know why laptops are not allowed inside movie theatre and telling it as highly imflammable is ridiculous. Not all people come to theatre from home all decked up. People do come from office carrying their laptops as well. And what is the guarantee my laptop will be safe and handled with care at luggage counter.
Apart from this there is no proper direction...

pvr cinemas in hyderabad not allowed us to bring your own food/drinks

Hi,
It's been more than a year to me in hyderabad. We all are facing this issue of not carrying our own food/drinks inside movie cinema hall. Last week i saw one article mentioning that we can register a complaint against cinema of they do so. Yesterday when i went with my wife to pvr, madhapur hyderabad. They did not allow us to carry our juice. Also they clearly mentioned at the entrance that "outside food/drinks are not allowed"....
