Ive booked a ticket on 9th march the seat wasnt booked but money have been lost its not refunded yet even after 7days

Tried Online transaction on 15th March 2024 to Book cinema ticket at PVR Cinemas for 16th March 2024 10:25 PM Show at PVR Thyagaraja.

Amount Debited from my HDFC Bank Account but Cinema Ticket not generated from PVR as confirmation.

I recently booked a ticket online on the PVR website and paid the amount of 213.60 rupees and even after paying the money they were showing no booking. i would like to request a complaint and hope to receive my refund as soon as possible

We went to watch lapata ladies movie today in 10:15 pm show at PVR grand High Street Pune. There were a lot of banners for marketing about unlimited refill offer. When we went to ask about the offer the guy mentioned that 650 RS is the price for flavoured popcorn and 590 is the price for salted. He did not say anything else. So we bought 650 rs tub of cheese popcorn. When we went for the refill in interval they asked us for 60 rs so we asked why do we have to pay 60 rs then the guy said you only get salted popcorns for free refill for flavoured popcorn you have to pay 60 rs for every refill. This information was not given to us when we bought it so I called the manager and complained about it and the manager started behaving rude and accused me of lying and said that it's not possible that our staff has missed to share this information. He did not believe me and started behaving so rudely. The manager's name was Sushil hinge. Even after so many arguments they did not even gave us the salted refill which they were claiming is free. Also one more thing in the entire promotion banner and menu on the screen they have not mentioned anywhere that you will get only salted popcorn free refills. The guy spoiled our mood to watch the rest of the movie.

I am from chennai and i have booked tickets for the movie Manjummel Boys in VR mall at 10:00Am show at March 10. my money got deducted and i received an SMS But i booked for the wrong dates. I went to the app to cancel and rebook for another day. my booking is not reflected in the app. I am not able to cancel. So kindly help me for the same. I've attached my ticket details

The amount was debited from my account and the ticket was not confirmed. Tried reaching Customer Care several times but no responses. Please refund my amount as early as possible.

I just booked ( at around 08:30 PM on 7.3.2024) 04 tickets for movie SHAITAN for date of show 09.03.2024.
The show is for PVR KORAMANGALA BENGALURU NEXUS MALL. Ticket booked for show timing at 10:10 PM on 09.03.2024 at PVR HSBC GOLD, NEXUS (formerly FORUM) Koramangala.
The ticket booked for seats C3, C4, C5, C6 and total amount paid Rs 3400/-.
The mobile number provided is XXXXX44092 and it was said to me that I shall receive ticket on the mobile through SMS and it was said that ticket will be received shortly. So I left. But till now I have not received the ticket.
It is requested that the ticket for the show May please be sent on given mobile number XXXXX44092 or may be sent here please.

Dear team,

i booked my voucher with axis bank edge rewarsds.
The pvr wesite did not show the option to settle the rest of the amt of inr 156 after using the voucher .
My voucher showed used and i did not rec any ticket also.

I tried calling them but of no use.

The movie is still delayed by more than 5 minutes just because there was some event held at Audi Screen-1 of PVR RK Cineplex and that too without prior intimation to us. We were waiting outside and then let in late only to see the cleaning still going on. There was lots of inconvenience caused to general public waiting outside the screen/theatre. On these grounds, the PVR Cinemas should be penalised or the audience for the 9pm IST show should be compensated. It’s so discomforting to even see an event being held in parallel to our movie show. I can share the video as well as evidence

I tried to booked 5 tickets for movie VADAKKUPATTI RAMASAMY
today 17/2/2024 in PVR cinemas app. Total amount deducted Rs759.18. Got message after otp entered booking failed and amount will be refunded. I need refund money ASAP.

I tried to book two times via PVR cinemas for INR 1254.40 at 6:26 am and 6:31 am on 14/02. The amount of 1254.40 has been deducted twice from both my accounts but I have not received any refund yet. When I call customer service they delay the matter all the more staying that their server is down and they are not able to see my details. Pls give me back my refund as soon as possible.

For the past few months pvr in chennai blocking all 60 rs tickets . This frustrated most people who cant afford to pay 200 rs for a movie . Ao kindly make changes and avoid blocking budget tickets. They are also peoples like you . If pvr is only for elites then whats the news in keeping 60 rs or 200 rs . Directly you can go like 1000 or 2000. Cinema is for everyone so please make changes and update blockage of 60 rs tickets

I yesterday went for a movie in PVR Aerohub tirusulam in chennai .During break time I bought food items worth Rs 240, when I was making through Gpay the payment was successful for me but the PVR staff told payment was not received so I again paid the amount through debit card so the total amount I paid was Rs 480. The staff told me the Remaining Rs 240 will be refunded but money is still not refunded .So please kindly look into this issue and please do the needful.

Behaviour of manager was so rude and he used to talk us with abused that we cannot bare it and we want to remove these type of staff at your workplace and see if you want changes and growths in your picture halls.that manager was so happy to send us in prison so that he can remain unfaulty.

I have noticed that PVR Cinemas have been withdrawing Rs699 per month from my account and I do not remember giving consent to this withdrawal. One of your staff at RIVOLI PVR Cinemas helped me to buy a monthly pass on November but I did not give him permission to set up a monthly mandate. I live in UK and visit Delhi sometimes. Please help to stop this monthly withdrawal and please get the money refunded for January. I did send two e-mails to your booking office who sent me the e-mail for renewal by no action has been taken.

Dear Sir / Madam

I am an NRI who lives in UK and was in Delhi in November. I was at Rivoli PVR Cinema when one of the staff persuaded me to buy a monthly pass. I wanted the pass for just one month but I find that your staff set up a monthly direct debit mandate. I am 73 years old and did not realise what was being done. I have noticed that Rs699 are being withdrawn every month. I visited Rivoli cinema on 20th December and requested the manager on duty at 3 pm to help me. He assured me that he'll take appropriate action. I received an e-mail telling me that my monthly pass has been renewed for January and Rs 699 taken out from my bank account. I am very upset about this fraud and did not expect that PVR cinemas will do this to me. Can you please help me with this problem and stop the direct debit mandate.
