not able to apply app100 promo code

As a first time pvr app user, i'm not able to apply app100 code, when i enter the code it says the code is already used, but i haven't used it. Please investigate and help me get a resolution asap. blocking seats and tickets for public

This has been observed at hyderabad pvr outlets that last 3-4 rows of the movie hall are always blocked and never available for booking online/ at the window for public. the same is released for purchase just half an hour before the show timing. this is only at hyderabad location... we've stayed at delhi/gurgaon/mumbai/pune and never experienced such. any bollywood/ hollywood movie due to release on friday will have bookings open from wednesday...

I've been trying to book a ticket every time i go on to the site pvr site it gives me a system error this is happening every time i visit the site. Pvr wasting people's time by trying to book. Why do you create a site which doesn't work when people try to book tickets if your servers are getting overloaded why don't you upgrade them i'm not ready to waste time for a site which doesn't work...

movie ticket cancellation/refund

I tried to book 1 ticket of deadpool 2 (2d) for 18 may, 6:20 pm, 2018 at pvr select city walk imax, delhi. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please cancel the tickets and refund the money to epaylater payment method. Please help me out with this issue.

wrong tickets booked

We have booked three tickets for avengers infinity war for 12 may via the pvr cinemas application on 11 may. The tickets booked were shown to be of a wrong cinema ie. Pvr naraina instead of pvr edm. We wanted to go to pvr edm, pvr naraina is very far from my residence and was not my intention to book the tickets at naraina. We dont know what to do, whom to contact. about the policies for baggage counter

We went to pvr in magneto today. We went straight after college to the mall so we have our laptop bags with us. They have baggage counter but did not take any laptop bags and do not allow to take inside. Then we asked where can we keep our bg safe, they said - "ye aapki problem hai". How is having laptop along is our problem. This is the way customers are treated by pvr, or this means we should not watch movies if we have laptop bags and...

valuable things are not allowed inside pvr cinemas

I went pvr cinemas hyderabad this friday from my office. So, i had laptop and other valuable things with me. My laptop and other valuable to things were not allowed. Neither i was able to cancel the ticket nor i was allowed to take my laptop. I didnt understand when mobile is allowed why laptop is not allowed?
I was told to put laptop in baggage counter. And i dont wanted to do the same as it is my office laptop and it has lot of confidential...

I tried to book 8 tickets for 28 oct 2017 at velachery pvr. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. We went to pvr velachery on 29th sept 2017 3:30 pm show (Movi: spider). We went with 3 kids in the age of 1.5yrs, 3.5 yrs and 4.5 yrs. So we took, water bottle and some baby food. Even after we informed its contain only baby food, without some sense they ask us to open the box and show. Yes, we did too.
But still they argue with us to not take it and only biscuits only will be allowed inside. If only biscuits are...

overcharging price for 650 ml pepsi

Pvr cinema at phoenix market city near lbs marg, kurla west charged us rs200/- for 650 ml pepsi on 14th july 2017. Normally 650 ml pepsi is priced at rs25-30/-. Charging rs200/- is approx 10 times at pvr. It is insane and unethical to charge so much price which is jacked up 10 times.
Both on bill as well as paper cup, no where quantity is mentioned. When enquired from manager, mr suraj said it's 650 ml but due to gst, qty is not mentioned.br...

Camera not allowed inside

Today my wife and I who are regular movie goers to PVR Director's cut Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, where tickets are Rs.2, 000 per person per show on a Sunday were rudely asked by the security staff not to enter with our Sony camera. They said it is against cinema theater rules as these rules are imposed by Govt of India blah blah...due to piracy issues. We tried to reason with these rude security staff that these days all phones have cameras...

Ticket not booked but amount debited from my account

I try to book the ticket for bahuballi 2 in pvr cinemas mobile app on 27th april, while doing the booking the amount is deducted but ticket not confirmed, and again tried and happen same thing. So i lost 273*2=546 rs. Then i compliant to customer service also and they said the amount will get credit within 48 hrs but still not credicted after 3 days....

Allowing kids under 18 years to A rated film.

This is a complaint against the pvr cinemas (Rk cineplex) located in banjara hills, hyderabad. We went to the logan movie (English) on 3rd march 2017 11:00 pm show. The film was certified as a rated movie which is intended for mature audiences above 18 years of age. We saw many kids under 18 yrs with their parents inside the cinema hall watching the movie. Poor Audio

Hi.. I hv been PVR from Bangalore and Delhi days.. well I had a very unpleasant experience at PVR Kochi, which is at Lulu Mall. I was in for the 10pm show of Jolly LLB 2 on 16th Feb. 20 min to interval the audio of some speakers failed, we could hardly hear the dialogues. During interval many o[censored]s raised this issue with the duty manager and he promised it is rectified. Post interval the issue started in 5 minutes and continued till the end....
