My name is Marjeena khan I went today I.e. Monday morning just after Diwali (13/11/1023) in PVR because they are promoting 99/- combos I prefer to go in morning time on their screen it's showing that Mon-thu 99/- combos but staff denied to give me anything in 99rs they said this is not applicable on holiday. I asked where is is written show me ? They again denied Diwali is yesterday 12nov they are taking charges on their own benefits idk

The 3d was very blurry throughout the movie. The staff also tested same after the movie with 4dx and 3d screen and saw the difference. Paid such a high price but no refund given....

I had booked tickets for Nun 2 at PVR Satyam Cinemas on September 26, 2023 - 12:45pm show (Order ID [protected]). Later on that day I received a call from their end around 30 mins before the show time, to be informed about the cancellation of the show due to projection issue and I've been informed that I will be refunded with the total amount that I've paid.

In the online booking, I've paid a sum of ₹.748.09, which includes the amount for 2 movie tickets and 1 regular popcorn.

On September 30th, I received the refund amount of ₹478.24 to my bank account which is the tickets cost and the tax amount but the amount paid for popcorn is yet to be refunded. I have already mailed and still waiting for the amount I paid, for more than a month (Booked on September 26, 2023 but today it is November 9, 2023). I am really disappointed with the costumer service as I have to email them once in a while to get the update but still get the same response, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you".

Please do the needful.

I have booked 3 tickets for the movie - Killers of the flower moon in pvr soul space spirit centro mall in bellandur for the 3:10 pm show on[protected] and in between the screen stopped with just the audio playing, and after that it completely shut down and the staff had to stop the movie for more than half hour and restart it again, wasting everyone's time.

Had Nachos at PVR Garuda mall, Mysore, after coming back my wife has been sick and vomiting, I also have been having light buring senstion in my throat and stomach. Do care about what u feed your customers at your over priced counters, I paid to get nachos not feel sick after eating it.

I've booked four tickets for the movie jawaan in Pvr inorbit, Hyderabad aftednoon show, for 15th Sep in pvr cinemas app for ₹697 thorugh my credit carx, which I have the screenshot . The money was deducted from my card but didn't receive tickets nor any message regarding tickets not booked. When I sent my complaint to
Customer care, they informed the transaction failed and it doesnt exist at their end and i need to check with my respective bank for the same.So I checked with my bank and they confirmed that PVR LIMITED, DELHI has received the amount of 697 on 15th september, 2023.
When I mailed PVR customer care back with the proof of bank's reply, they didn't respond. And their customer care never seems to connect me with a person. I want my REFUND IMMEDIATELY OR I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PVR.

Today, I faced an issue at Sapna Sangeetha INOX mall, Indore, Madhya Pradesh where I was forced to buy a ( popcorn + coke combo comprising of rs 149 ) + rs 130 for ticket ( i.e. total Rs.280 for 1 ticket) . I asked the staff that is not reasonable to do so as for a customer it is there free consent or will to buy it or not .
However, i would definitely try to find its legal solution and take necessary action against such practices.

They didn't even gave tickets, rather i received a message displaying collectively Rs. 280 as price for a ticket but they should specify it as rs 130 + rs 149 for snacks+ beverages, it is completely illegal trade practice to recover the losses suffered by the PVR Inox, the only option is to buy tickets online.

Note : It's my humble request to everyone please raise ur voice against such practices as much as u can . And request concerned authorities to resolve it wide level throughout the country.

Many fans just like me are waiting for the release of the killers of the flower moon movie in warangal pvr but at last the movie is not releasing in warangal. i just want to know the main reason.

I have not received refund after the transaction for booking the ticket on 11/10/2023. But my ticket was not booked, and money was deducted from my bank(SBI).Therefore I request you to look after it, and please refund my money back. Refundable amount in rupees 254.12.

I have booked two tickets for leo Tamil movie on 20th Oct 2023. Budget 12 and 13 seat number The fare is 111.05
I booked the tickets for the movie but money was deducted and tickets were not booked, I then booked the same tickets after 10 minutes using other number .

PVR Palazzo, The Nexus Vijaya Mall AUDI 1 movie LEO .On 20th October 2023 at 10:33am during the interval of the show scanned the QR given in the screen to order some food. The transaction of ₹430 was successful but the there was no receipt for the food or any other message via SMS or mail not even on the PVR application. I would like to have refund for this client mail [protected]@gmail.com Thank You.

The pvr cinema charges rs 70 for a 500ml bottel of wate. They are exploiting the consumption and cost making the value of 1 ltr Rs 140. Which is an extortionate rate. After a number of cases for 2017 onwards they have only increased the cost 3x . They now produce their own bottels which are not avaliable in the market. And on checking are were sold online for 60Rs . This cheap tactic is pure exploitation and pvr should not be allowed to sell their own expensive water and must keep options of other brands . This Is a clear underhanded strategy to charge 140 Rs a ltr with no option. By limiting the other brands they are fleasing the public . A madate or case should apply to withholding other brands to clearly exploit the customer.

I booked a show for leo movie for the date 24th october 10pm show in pvr ampa skywalk chennai and after payment through UPI, it shows as something went wrong and there's no confirmation for booking at all in the app. Highly frustrated. I even sent a mail regarding the same and there's no response from their side. This is highly disappointing. Not gonna book anymore movies in pvr and gonna recommend the same to my friends as well. I need refund or booking confirmation.

I booked 2 tickets for movie JAWAN on 16/10/2023 from the PVR app in Pune Pavillion PVR. The payment link was generated and I paid the ticket amount, but the ticket didn't get booked. Also, neither does it show up under My Bookings tab, nor any notice of failure is received. Please do send a notice when such issue arises.

On 1st October i tried to book fukrey 3 movie tickets and 4 times I tried . All the 4 times amount got debited but tickets were not booked. This is just ridiculous from pvr cinemas.its been 13 days and still I have not received my refund. I tried to call customer care and connected via email and they said in 24hrs your refund will be credited and still I haven't received. I request concerned authorities to take action against pvr cinemas. Contact no through which I booked - [protected].

On October 11 at 7:13 pm. I booked a ticket at the counter using my Paytm. Which was debited with Rs.1600. The girl at the counter said the transaction has failed however my account was debited with Rs.1600. My Paytm shows transaction successful. They denied. They said that the amount will be credited back. Then I paid in cash and booked another transaction. I have not received that amount back into my account yet. My phone no is [protected]
