It is of no doubt that usually pvr brings the best quality of cinema. But today Mangalore forum mall(15/08/23) at 8.30 am the picture quality for the movie Jailer in audi 1was so poor that I felt like watching a 3d movie without 3d glass. The sound quality was also below average. I felt like my money was looted. I expect a refund of Rs. 580 as a compensation.
Kindly check the quality of screen and sound before your whole quality goes...

Just wants to make a complian in respect of PVR acropolis ahmedabd in respect of allow child below 18 years in movie OMG-2 at screen 1 show time 8:10 pm date[protected].
The manager Mr. Arnab shows his weakness to handle such situation where seen child below 18 years inside the screen.

Pls do the needful on urgent basis. U can verify with CCTV Camara...

I’ve booked tickets for oppenheimer for the 15 august along with food and drinks which cost about 1.7k. The amount was deducted but did not receive the tickets yet. When we tried to contact the customer service from 6 pm to 8 pm no one picked up and after 10 pm it says customer services can be contacted only from 9 am to 10 pm only.

There was a message which says that if the amount is deducted tickets will be issued, else...

Money is debited from the account but ticket is not showing on the app...

Unnecessary comments passsing by them seated behind our seats I 12... We can not enjoy our film......

On wednesday night at 10:37 pm i have booked tickets for jailer movie (11 august morning 11:45 show) at pvr uptown mall bangalore for two tickets. Transaction got successful i paid through phonepe but in app booking is not reflecting yaar do something....

I am unable to cancel movie tickets that i booked today on 9th Aug for OMG 2 in INOX Luxe in Phoenix Marketcity Velacherry, Chennai. No ticket cancellation option on app and website displays ticket cancellation not availaible for this cinema....

I booked ticket on 06th of August 2023 for jailer movie on the date of 10th.
The amount of ticket costs 1222.70 and I paid the amount and I checked my transaction history and the amount of 1222.70 was deducted twice..
Kindly resolve my issue I need my refund back which is taken extra from my account..

I booked two tickets prime for a movie on date 7 August 2023. Money got deducted and no tickets were booked....

I was paying for the tickets at PVR, Malad with patym, my money was debited but the status was "processing". Hence the told me that I will get a refund if it gets debited. I then proceeded by paying with my card. 5 hours later my patym status for this payment is showing completed and my money is debited. The seats which we booked are broken, not comfortable at all and also it is stinking.

Our famous Satyam was always an awesome experience since children, but since a year or two we see no friendly elegance on the counters, not professional, not welcoming, ...
We are paying heavy amounts on eatables but can't see any healthy and better options with kids n also above 40 options are not worth spending on junk always
Coming to seating arrangement not comfortable, if anyone passing we cant move without hurting them...

PVR cinemas not able to afford ACs electricity bills that's the reason while watching shows their ACs are switched off evetime. Each time we need to reminder them leaving movies to check ACs. This time too i asked the is it on they said yes, after 30 min I told them ACs is off they says some technical issue is going on. Why the Hell you are charging Rs. 250/- for a movie. If they can't afford Phoneix mall rent they can move out from there...

They had put offer on board of Rs 849 for one large popcorn one large Pepsi one plate nacho, one chocolate cake slice and burger, when went to counter that they cannot give us and then asked why board is displayed when asked immediately they removed it and then the manager came and was rude to us (we were 3 ladies) he does not know how to speak to customers...
