I am from chennai and i have booked tickets for the movie knives out in VR mall at 9:45. my money got deducted and i received an SMS and a whatsapp notification. But i booked for the wrong dates. I went to the app to cancel and rebook for another day. my booking is not reflected in the app. I am not able to cancel. So kindly help me for the same. I've attached my ticket details...

Yesterday i went to watch movie and they didnt allow me to carry a mirinda soft drink bottle bought from outside.
Manager mr. Shailesh [protected] told me that he dont follow the court order as he has been instructed from pvr management.
I want you to take serious action against them.
They are charging rs200 for one soft drinks.

Respected sir, i tried to book 4 tickets on 23rd of sept 2019 and also tried to redeem the 2 vouchers of 50rs each which was provided to me on past movie bookings. But due to certain reason the booking process could not be finished and also the payment was not done. And now the current status of privilege voucher is vanished.
Please help me to get me back those vouchers as soon as possible so that i can use it on my next booking....

I am trying to book a ticket from pvr application/website. After applying the star pass code it is taking me to the home page of pvr application bit ticket is not getting confirmed. I have called the pvr cinemas customer service and kotak bank customer care but no is helping me to sort the issue in the mean while there expiry date is getting closer....

I have booked my ticket through pvr cinemas app. The payment process starts correctly, after entering the otp the amount has been debited from my account but then the tickets were not booked yet. It's not the first time we are facing this problem. We have already made a complaint about this but then there is no necessary actions were taken so far to overcome this issue. Please kindly refund the money....

Everytime we have a movie day, we are shocked at the extremely high volume of the sound levels in the pvr cinemas. It seems there is no standard set at all for decibel limits. The worst onslaught is during the advertisements. Please set and follow international standards.
We watched 'marvel' last sunday at ambience gurgaon. The door to the exit is a single door, and as the mall which also does not have a volume control, we hosting...

It’s a tap water which is being sold inside pvr for a price tag if 60rs for 500ml. It’s horrible to taste the tap water and that too with that price tag which is totally unacceptable. A movie for 2 in pvr is always costly affair because of ticket prices with internet charges, parking charges for 3 hours and then eatables which is always expensive. So in total if you are going for a movie in pvr for 2; then be ready to shell out at least...

But the vendor said ticket not sale for 60rs it will come with snacks package and the minimum amount is rs 350. Hi i usually watch movie at pvr phoenix united mall lucknow uttar pradesh and always book for the gold section/ recliners. The quality of your seats and service is being very much comprised day by day by last 3 times the complain for the latest one is
1) the seats were halfly broken
2) cloth of seat was dirty and not stiched properly 3) recliner were not working had to change seats or get it repaired in the middle of the moviebr...

This has been observed at hyderabad pvr outlets that last 3-4 rows of the movie hall are always blocked and never available for booking online/ at the window for public. the same is released for purchase just half an hour before the show timing. this is only at hyderabad location... we've stayed at delhi/gurgaon/mumbai/pune and never experienced such. any bollywood/ hollywood movie due to release on friday will have bookings open from wednesday...

I've been trying to book a ticket every time i go on to the site pvr site it gives me a system error this is happening every time i visit the site. Pvr wasting people's time by trying to book. Why do you create a site which doesn't work when people try to book tickets if your servers are getting overloaded why don't you upgrade them i'm not ready to waste time for a site which doesn't work...
