today 17/2/2024 in PVR cinemas app. Total amount deducted Rs759.18. Got message after otp entered booking failed and amount will be refunded. I need refund money ASAP.

I tried to book two times via PVR cinemas for INR 1254.40 at 6:26 am and 6:31 am on 14/02. The amount of 1254.40 has been deducted twice from both my accounts but I have not received any refund yet. When I call customer service they delay the matter all the more staying that their server is down and they are not able to see my details. Pls give me back my refund as soon as possible.

For the past few months pvr in chennai blocking all 60 rs tickets . This frustrated most people who cant afford to pay 200 rs for a movie . Ao kindly make changes and avoid blocking budget tickets. They are also peoples like you . If pvr is only for elites then whats the news in keeping 60 rs or 200 rs . Directly you can go like 1000 or 2000. Cinema is for everyone so please make changes and update blockage of 60 rs tickets

I yesterday went for a movie in PVR Aerohub tirusulam in chennai .During break time I bought food items worth Rs 240, when I was making through Gpay the payment was successful for me but the PVR staff told payment was not received so I again paid the amount through debit card so the total amount I paid was Rs 480. The staff told me the Remaining Rs 240 will be refunded but money is still not refunded .So please kindly look into this issue and please do the needful.

Behaviour of manager was so rude and he used to talk us with abused that we cannot bare it and we want to remove these type of staff at your workplace and see if you want changes and growths in your picture halls.that manager was so happy to send us in prison so that he can remain unfaulty.

I have noticed that PVR Cinemas have been withdrawing Rs699 per month from my account and I do not remember giving consent to this withdrawal. One of your staff at RIVOLI PVR Cinemas helped me to buy a monthly pass on November but I did not give him permission to set up a monthly mandate. I live in UK and visit Delhi sometimes. Please help to stop this monthly withdrawal and please get the money refunded for January. I did send two e-mails to your booking office who sent me the e-mail for renewal by no action has been taken.

Dear Sir / Madam

I am an NRI who lives in UK and was in Delhi in November. I was at Rivoli PVR Cinema when one of the staff persuaded me to buy a monthly pass. I wanted the pass for just one month but I find that your staff set up a monthly direct debit mandate. I am 73 years old and did not realise what was being done. I have noticed that Rs699 are being withdrawn every month. I visited Rivoli cinema on 20th December and requested the manager on duty at 3 pm to help me. He assured me that he'll take appropriate action. I received an e-mail telling me that my monthly pass has been renewed for January and Rs 699 taken out from my bank account. I am very upset about this fraud and did not expect that PVR cinemas will do this to me. Can you please help me with this problem and stop the direct debit mandate.

Dear sir/madam,
On 29/12/2023 I have gone to watched the Salaar movie Hindi version 6:55PM show. For that I have booked the recliner 2 seats for better experience. Before interval there is no problem but after interval the chair is not moving and button is not working I have told 3 times to the executive but their is not response. I felt I have wasted my money there are providing prime experience after interval. When i contacted manager they told this will not happen again sorry. But what about my experience and money I have paid to that experience this is not a good practice. This is not acceptable .

Yesterday we booked 7 tickets in PVR cinemas VR mall chennai, anna nagar on December24th 2023... we reached soon to mall but securities didn't allow us inside as the parking was full in VR mall.. so we missed our show... it's not our fault, so PVR cinemas should reschedule the show timing or refund the amount for us... From that time we are reaching customer care but no response from them.. kindly take action regarding this issue...

Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent Booking of Ticket in Our website (www.pvrcinemas.com)/ PVR APS, on 01.02.2024. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue while booking the tickets that greatly impacted my overall experience.

I Booked the 3 tickets on 01.02.2024, while on payment mode it got Error, I tried so many times to infect my friend and the issue was the same. Whole Night I tried to get the Tickets book unfortunately there was an error.

Early Morning again I tried to book the tickets, tickets got booked amount debited Rs.781.20/- on 02.02.2024, I saw my account amount was debited. Tickets not showing

amount debited twice. this issue was with everyone i check with my friends and family

I tried so many times by calling customer care, but there was no response.

I got frustrated, disappointed, I like to go to PVR cinemas, but I've never used to go to any other cinema.

After constant calls and intimation given to your Customer care, but there is no response I wasted time and money by constant calls. This kind of wrong, illegal, unlawful trade practice is not permissible under the law. It is very cheap, in your part by such an act of yours to retain the customer’s in your business.

such an attitude of service from your side had only created friction this was not expected from your side being top Cinemas in India.

We booked for 7pm movie on December 24th 2023 in V R mall PVR cinemas... as the parking was full, securities didn't allow us inside the mall... so we missed our show... From that time we are connecting the PVR customer care support but no response from them till now... I have attached the ticket with this complaint...

I went to pvr inox in next galleria panjagutta Hyderabad, Telangana on 22/12/23 at 4 pm. We have purchased one red velvet cake which is not fresh, dry and spoiled. When I asked itâ€™s not fresh n very hard they said itâ€™s in fridge so it will be like that. After making me wait for half and hour a person came and saying sorry and exchanged redvelvet with soft drink for which I paid additional 180 rs. Chicken burgers are also not fresh bread is very dry. Completely disappointed with the maintained food quality. Wrost ever experience and I feel itâ€™s very unhygienic and danger for customers. So itâ€™s our mistake to purchase food. I put this up to take an action and I also give complaint to food safety.

There was a double payment as during the first payment, the inox worker couldn't generate the ticket. They asked for a repayment and said that the previous one will get refunded. But it has been more than three months, after several calls and visit to the inox, bhartiya city mall, bangalore, they have issued the refund, leaving the issue unresolved

We booked 3 tickets form pvr official app and ther was not mentioned that students are not allowed before 12 am and the staff also misbehaving with us and they are saying it was mentioned in terms and conditions we show them the terms and conditions and they are not allowed us and not refunding my money so sir it wos my fault or yours !?

The PVR cinemas at chanakyapuri was completely unhygienic and uncleaned for the show at 11.40 PM on 01 dec 2023 for the movie Animal. First we were informed that due to technical issue the show will start late, however the show was not started till 12.15 am in the night and again the hygiene and cleanliness was not even taken care of inspite of starting the show late after 40 minutes.

This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional....

I had a PVR Gift card valued Rs. 500. I tried to book tickets using the same but Iâ€™m not sure what happened, if it was that the PVR official website is so slow, but for some reason the tickets could not be booked and the page was refreshed, taking me back to the website homepage. My name is Mohamad salam. I am working in pvr inox cinema 3rd floor silver arc mall. I have lot of issue with the management. When I go for the job they said it's 9 hour shift. After when I start work they said you have to come early and go late by half an hour. And in rush days we are working here 11+ hours here. No facility for night staff to sleep and they said go home in night 2am to 3am . And management give so much pressure on employees to sell passport sell m popcorn . And all the senior never share proper roster and never give week off on time and give week off according to. There needs . Employee personal issue never seen here they don't have sense how to talk with employee and don't even customer. They have many faces they always use bad words for them behind their back. I am gonna leave this job on 1 dec bcz the work environment is so toxic here .
