Hi,
I had booked tickets for Nun 2 at PVR Satyam Cinemas on September 26, 2023 - 12:45pm show (Order ID [protected]). Later on that day I received a call from their end around 30 mins before the show time, to be informed about the cancellation of the show due to projection issue and I've been informed that I will be refunded with the total amount that I've paid.
In the online booking, I've paid a sum of ₹.748.09, which includes the amount for 2 movie tickets and 1 regular popcorn.
On September 30th, I received the refund amount of ₹478.24 to my bank account which is the tickets cost and the tax amount but the amount paid for popcorn is yet to be refunded. I have already mailed and still waiting for the amount I paid, for more than a month (Booked on September 26, 2023 but today it is November 9, 2023). I am really disappointed with the costumer service as I have to email them once in a while to get the update but still get the same response, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you".
Please do the needful.
PVR Cinemas customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
