Hi,
I had booked tickets for Nun 2 at PVR Satyam Cinemas on September 26, 2023 - 12:45pm show (Order ID [protected]). Later on that day I received a call from their end around 30 mins before the show time, to be informed about the cancellation of the show due to projection issue and I've been informed that I will be refunded with the total amount that I've paid.
In the online booking, I've paid a sum of ₹.748.09, which includes the amount for 2 movie tickets and 1 regular popcorn.
On September 30th, I received the refund amount of ₹478.24 to my bank account which is the tickets cost and the tax amount but the amount paid for popcorn is yet to be refunded. I have already mailed and still waiting for the amount I paid, for more than a month (Booked on September 26, 2023 but today it is November 9, 2023). I am really disappointed with the costumer service as I have to email them once in a while to get the update but still get the same response, "We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you".
Please do the needful.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent Booking of Ticket in Our website (www.pvrcinemas.com)/ PVR APS, on 01.02.2024. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue while booking the tickets that greatly impacted my overall experience.
I Booked the 3 tickets on 01.02.2024, while on payment mode it got Error, I tried so many times to infect my friend and the issue was the same. Whole Night I tried to get the Tickets book unfortunately there was an error.
Early Morning again I tried to book the tickets, tickets got booked amount debited Rs.781.20/- on 02.02.2024, I saw my account amount was debited. Tickets not showing
amount debited twice. this issue was with everyone i check with my friends and family
I tried so many times by calling customer care, but there was no response.
I got frustrated, disappointed, I like to go to PVR cinemas, but I've never used to go to any other cinema.
After constant calls and intimation given to your Customer care, but there is no response I wasted time and money by constant calls. This kind of wrong, illegal, unlawful trade practice is not permissible under the law. It is very cheap, in your part by such an act of yours to retain the customer’s in your business.
such an attitude of service from your side had only created friction this was not expected from your side being top Cinemas in India.
