Ticket - Cancellation Request

I am unable to cancel my ticket booking . The application always pops up a message saying: please try again later.

why laptops are not allowed inside "pvr" theatre

I was very unhappy with the service i received at pvr irrum manzil. Just want to know why laptops are not allowed inside movie theatre and telling it as highly imflammable is ridiculous. Not all people come to theatre from home all decked up. People do come from office carrying their laptops as well. And what is the guarantee my laptop will be safe and handled with care at luggage counter.
Apart from this there is no proper direction...

pvr cinemas in hyderabad not allowed us to bring your own food/drinks

Hi,
It's been more than a year to me in hyderabad. We all are facing this issue of not carrying our own food/drinks inside movie cinema hall. Last week i saw one article mentioning that we can register a complaint against cinema of they do so. Yesterday when i went with my wife to pvr, madhapur hyderabad. They did not allow us to carry our juice. Also they clearly mentioned at the entrance that "outside food/drinks are not allowed"....

ticket cancellation and refund

I am from chennai and i have booked tickets for the movie knives out in VR mall at 9:45. my money got deducted and i received an SMS and a whatsapp notification. But i booked for the wrong dates. recliner seats not working

soft drinks not allowed

Yesterday i went to watch movie and they didnt allow me to carry a mirinda soft drink bottle bought from outside.
Manager mr. Shailesh [protected] told me that he dont follow the court order as he has been instructed from pvr management.
I want you to take serious action against them.
They are charging rs200 for one soft drinks.

vouchers are redeemed even after the booking of tickets were not submitted.

Respected sir, i tried to book 4 tickets on 23rd of sept 2019 and also tried to redeem the 2 vouchers of 50rs each which was provided to me on past movie bookings. But due to certain reason the booking process could not be finished and also the payment was not done. And now the current status of privilege voucher is vanished.
Please help me to get me back those vouchers as soon as possible so that i can use it on my next booking....

I am trying to book a ticket from pvr application/website. After applying the star pass code it is taking me to the home page of pvr application bit ticket is not getting confirmed. regarding ticket booking

I have booked my ticket through pvr cinemas app. The payment process starts correctly, after entering the otp the amount has been debited from my account but then the tickets were not booked yet. It's not the first time we are facing this problem. We have already made a complaint about this but then there is no necessary actions were taken so far to overcome this issue. pvr noise levels

Everytime we have a movie day, we are shocked at the extremely high volume of the sound levels in the pvr cinemas. It seems there is no standard set at all for decibel limits. The worst onslaught is during the advertisements. Please set and follow international standards.
We watched 'marvel' last sunday at ambience gurgaon. The door to the exit is a single door, and as the mall which also does not have a volume control, we hosting...

It’s a tap water which is being sold inside pvr for a price tag if 60rs for 500ml. It’s horrible to taste the tap water and that too with that price tag which is totally unacceptable. A movie for 2 in pvr is always costly affair because of ticket prices with internet charges, parking charges for 3 hours and then eatables which is always expensive. So in total if you are going for a movie in pvr for 2; then be ready to shell out at least...

60 rs tickets not sold in the counter

But the vendor said ticket not sale for 60rs it will come with snacks package and the minimum amount is rs 350. I asked ticket vendor i don't want any snacks please give me a ticket without snacks package. But he ignored my request and scold me. And the pvr security said "go to local theatres...

recliner seats quality bening cheap and non workable
