Sir I Jasjeev Kohli had applied for RTO services through quickr and i got a call from customer care on 18.11.16 stating please complete ur payment for further process and we wil send a executive for document collection.Their customer care told me that within 2 months ur licnese wil be done Since m into NAVY i hav only 3 months leave...after i received the link customer care guy called me almst 10 times askin abt the payment and promised me to send the executive as soon as the payment is done, and i was not able to make a payment as my bank server was done so then the guy send me quickr act no and neft details then after successful tranfer of Rs 1700.Its been more than a month almst 45 days today after i made the payment and there is no any confirmantion no receipt no call and no any details abt when the executive wil visit for document collection.After that I had complained for issue regarding my 2 wheeler License so i got a call from quickr stating that it will take 6-8 months for quickr to provide with license since waitin period is approx 6-8 months where as i was told at the time of payment that i will get license in next 2 months... So i asked the executive to refund the money back and he agreed to it and it has been 45 days and stil there is no any reference number for refund or any revert back from quickr.Also no receipt was provided for the paymemt i made.I am being given false commitments and false promises from quikr regarding my refund process.please gind attached screenshot for the same buh stil the money hasn't credited into my account.
Also there hasnt been any further progress, I request you to kindly look into it as a priority and do the needful and revert with positive reply.
Please solve this issue at the earliest.

    Hi I purchased a second hand double bed from this website on 28th Dec 2016. Seller also agreed for me as a buyer. My scheduled delivery time was 8PM to 10PM on 30th Dec..

    They took money on the very date when I selected the offer without checking with the seller about their terms and conditions.

    On the date of delivery they informed me to reach early otherwise they will not deliver the product.

    When I reached early loosing my important tasks they informed me that product is not picked yet as they anted the product in dismantle state but seller refused.

    Seller told me that they Informed him on spot to do so and he was not prepared for this.

    Fir three days quikr kept my money and I told them to give me interest on my money for keeping it with them they refused. Also they refused to compensate for the pains that I faced.

      I would like to place a complaint against the complete mishandling of my selling request by Quikr. I placed an ad for selling my Cane furniture vide Add ID[protected] on the 26th of December at 20;30hrs. I found 3 prospective buyers and at 22:00hrs i got a message from Quikr that the material has been sold at the price i had quoted. They organized for the material to be picked up from my residence the next morning at 12:00pm and on 28th December i received a follow up call from them stating buyer had rejected the material. On inquiring with the buyer as to the reason, she stated that the material was damaged in transit. We gave Quikr a cane sofa set in 3+2+2 in good condition. She did confirm that the wicker was broken and it looked clearly because of stacking one on top of the other during transporation.We had to cancel other prospective buyers who were willing to give us the asked rates. Now Quikr representatives are calling to deliver my damaged furniture and also telling me that the damage is not major.

        I recently ordered a ps3 from quikr. Ad id is[protected] and payment id is [protected] .

        I received the product yesterday evening delivered by delivery courier and outer box was damaged. i thought product will be bubble wrapped inside and there will no damage to product. but when i opened the box, product was not bubble wrapped and product was damaged near the power button. It's controller was also damaged a little.

        I also have sold few items on quikr and they use to bubble wrapped every product. Why didn't they use bubble wrapper for this item.

        Due to poor packaging by the quikr and poor handling by delivery person finally it got damaged in transit. I have attached the pics and I would like to return this product. I don't want this damaged product.

          I have sold one product through quikr and supposed to be received rs 700 from quikr but received only rs 300 from quikr.

          Sent enough mails to [protected]@quikr.com but not received revert on the same

          It has been communicated to me that i will be charged convenience fee but at the time of submitting the aid they have not even notified me on the same

          While complaining about the same on mail, they have confirmed that ignore the mail sent to you on convenience fee, we will pay you rs 700

          Please help to resolve the same

              Hi Team,

              I got a mail from quikr team(50% cash back, max Rs. 2500/ if i pay through paytm account).
              and offer is valid from 9-dec-2016 to 20-Dec-2016.
              Based on above offer, i have purchased a item worth of Rs. 7800/- from quikr and paid the amount through paytm account.
              I waited till 20th-Dec-2016. but didn't get cash back.
              From 21st-Dec-2016, i am regularly take follow with one of your employee( from which i got a mail).But everyday He/She say by EOD you will get the cash back.
              Yesterday when i had a call with Him/her, then they told me that i have to contact with Paytm(But i didn't get any mail from paytm regarding cash back, so on what bases i raise query. Even also i raised a query and got a reply that i have to contact to quikr to the same)
              Yesterday(26-Dec-2016), i called quikr customer care, they told me that they escalate the matter and i'll get applicable (rs 2500/-) cash back.
              On regular follow up, i am not getting any response from quikr.
              Its seem that by this way, quikr cheating with customer and doing their profit.

              Please do some needful so that i can get my cash back amount as per quikr mail.

                I have purchased a product deewan cot with mattress from quikr. My wife received the product today at home. She is not aware that we need to check the thoroughly and not possible to her because we have 2 years kid. After i came back from my office looked for any damages. It is completely disappointed with product. It has so many damages and it is very cheap quality product. 10 days back i saw same product on road side which is around 2k only deewan. So it is completely cheated by seller and quikr. Dont encourage such sellers and look into my issue for replacement. Please find attached pics. Really appreciated if quikr resolve. Don't make me not to trust quikr. Please help me.

                Very very very cheap quality product. Wasted my money!! But having trust on quikr thinking that i will get proper resolution..

                    Dear sir
                    I book a sony xperia c4 by kwikr mobile previos 18/10/2016 order id[protected] when i recived mobile third party normal charger and w/o earphone, pack in normal box.
                    When i try mobile swith on then touch pad does not working, i just call customer care and also send kwikr e-mail... But no one response / feedback on my e-mail till time approx. 40 days.
                    When i call customer care they say send him snap shot and video as in mobile issue,
                    I send but no one feedback... I try again and again customer care then say we try in process... After approx.40 days no response and feedback... Its tottaly fraud kwikr.
                    Also i talk with higher officer they say next week pick up but 3 week gone, no one call to me /feedback by kwikr...
                    Why every time call by me, why not kwikr response...?

                    I want re-fund, i never shop on this fraud site... No one quick responce customer care..
                    Sir i also shoping on flipkart. Amzon, e-bay. Overcart, shopclause, snapdeal as i suitable and offer as my requirment - if any issue just solve by customer care 9 quick response)
                    But quikr is tottaly rubbish about customer care (Very slow process)

                    Till time no one update / feedback...
                    Need to process improvement as soon as possible... Very late responce by quikr.
                    What/why issue — unknow
                    As i inform to you above other site customer care about quick responce and action on any customer coplaints then why not kwikr site involve same.
                    What action by you & when will be my mobile pick up and re-fund my payment.

                    Nonsense kwikr is so bad, i have no more words for say that its is tottaly fraud and customer care nonsense no reply any email and no response after call... Every time call by me... Due to this i losse approx. Rs 500 mobile bill.
                    Can kwikr team it expense.

                    As i send above mail and explan. Its so shart while i many time call then communicate if i call kwikr, no one call/feed back by kwikr fraud site/customer care...
                    Till time no refund recived after 2.5 month, if call customer care they say its in process (Before 25 days)
                    Why so late by this fraud compony... Need to action fraud kwikr site and block kwikr permanently...

                    What Process last 4 month .
                    Bhai Don"t belive on Consumer compalint As Already 5 Times complaint done for My OD no.10196481 But Till time no one solve my problem .

                    Kwikr is DALALA - Kwikr earn interest on our amount and also earn by customer care ( NO toll free no. ) if we call they earn something/ amont .

                      this person is going on with more and more frauds even till today... I myself got cheated by this unknown person. I sold TV on olx for 5000. and he arranged for pickup and delivery at unknown place. Later he switched off his phones and not replying on messages and all. He now blocked me on olx as to block me from messaging him.
                      I have lodged the compaint on olx site but no one yet called me for any enquiry... which is very sad. Fortunately the dispatching guy clicked the persons photos while handing over them the tv. And he is in constant contact with me. He also got cheated by that fraudster. I am attaching the pics of those fake guys... I wish no one get cheated hence forth from these ########...

                        Hiii...my name is shaikh shadab i had posted an ad to sell my samsung galaxy note 4 for 15500 and a buyer accepted my offer bt didnt did the payment ...so the next day i got a call from quickr they told we'll take your product and keep it for 2 days and if the buyer doesnt do the payment then we'll pay for your product on the 3rd day ...and they told our expert will come and see the codition and then the deal will be done ...so after that that expert came whose name was robert mass he checked my phone and gave me an offer of 14500 so i accpeted it and he picked my phone .
                        My phone was picked 10 days ago and didnt any email for confirmation, bt i got a call from quikr he took my bank details bt didnt got my payment yet, it has been more than 10 days

                            Bought a product through paytm from quikr.. on 14th december ...i havent received my item. I paid5000 for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr... Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to [protected].. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer protection.. Or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.

                              I paid quickr rto service on 14th december on 2016 for ownership transfer of my car.
                              During making payment the executive promised me to come to my home and collect the document.
                              But even 10 days after paying full amout of 4500 nobuddy comes and when ever i try to call them they are not picking up the phone or responding to email .
                              They are fraud .

                                Complain was already submitted but not solved. Needs escalation

                                My whirlpool washing machine has been picked up on 11th august with thorough check by the delivery boys and acknowledgement receipt provided and it has been more than 8 days i did not received the amount in my account.

                                And when i complained at [protected]@quikr.com they said the product will be returned to me although it has been 4 months now from the date of delivery. Now i dont know the condition of the product and i cannot take back a product that has been delivered.

                                They are just cheating and doing fraudulance with customers. Once the product has been picked up the amount should be credited at the next moment.

                                The entire online users should be aware and not deliver the product to quickr untill payment has been made.

                                I have all the evidence, receipt and snaps taken of the delivery boys taking my product. Surprised we provide them the products for trust and timely payment should be made instead they are just cheating.
                                Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I have sold my Asus mobile directly to Quikr on 9th December for Rs.4, 500 & was collected by them as per their invoice. My payment was due on 12th December but yet I have not received it although I have submitted my bank details. Every time cassette reply listening from them that it will be released tomorrow but tomorrow never comes yet.

                                  I have paid amount through State Bank of Travancore, North Parur Branch as rquested by Quikr for one Samsung split unit in July 12, 2016 and another date.Documents are with me and all messages from you also with me. if required i will send every thing. There after no response from anybody. I already filed cmplaint and I got reply mail, that you will resolve the issue soon. Since 4 months passed matter not solved, I did not received my split ac, or i did not get back my money. Do something immediately . Hari

                                    I placed an order through quicker door step for a dining table ad id:[protected].
                                    Booking amount 1000 payed to quicker. But after that quicker people neither picked up the item from seller place nor delivered to me. I escalated this issue with quicker door step on daily basis but no use. Those useless people are telling it will get picked up today tomorrow and the story still continues. Finally the seller moved out of town without selling the product and i wasted my 1000 rupees and two weeks time following up with quicker fools. Finally i asked for refund today then quicker buggers are telling they will deduct rs 200 from me and also i dont have any option to cancel it from my end. Quicker is a waste, fraud, cheating company i have ever seen.. Quicker sucks...

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I umesh singh purchase a sony xperia c3 excellent condition by kwikr on date 01.12.2016, after recived mobile, when i open box mobile back cover channge and fitment was not proper, ear phone was missing (Ok, i accepted)

                                      But my main issue is about charger - 3rd party charger (Touch pro) very slow charge after 10 hrs continue charging then only 50% charge my mobile battery if i use other charger normal 2.15 hrs full charge.
                                      When i complaint customer care on dt 08.12.20016 also sent a email with tottal images about charger issue they say seller check and ok, we can not do anything... So pround on seller instead of buyer incase when i inform my issue for charge time.
                                      I try many time then agree and say we forward on certify team regarding my issue... Why not update...
                                      No one update till 16.12.2016 due to this i next call customer care and they say seller denied...?,
                                      Charger is working... What work your charger sir.. About 10hrs only 50% charge mobile battery...
                                      It is fraud, slow process and no controll on seller - kwikr fraud... Need seller controll and policy improve as soo delay and seller excause... Its to bad...
                                      I never accept this bad charger in any condition and cotinue write till my problem solve.

                                      Its 2nd time write email...previous email no feedback/ kwikr no one call me till date.

                                      What Process last 4 month .
                                      Bhai Don"t belive on Consumer compalint As Already 5 Times complaint done for My OD no.10196481 But Till time no one solve my problem .

                                      Kwikr is DALAL - Kwikr earn interest on our amount and also earn by customer care ( NO toll free no. ) if we call they earn something/ amont .

                                        Ad id[protected] I had ordered 14 dec 2016 .but the item was not delivered at the time and also delayed for 3 days thats why I canceled the order at the date of 19 dec but the order is still not canceled. It has been more then 24 hours delayed for cancellation. I am totally fed up with quikr I had called to quikr almost 20 time but they could not give me any solution. Evrytime they are saying ''escalate your request'' but didn't give me any solution.
