    Hi,

    I am sagar, i had ordered on 13-dec-2016, every day i had to call customer care and they keep telling they will escalate issue. Its been 7 days, neither cancelling my order and asking me to pay the charges. I dont know how much false promises the executive makes, this is worst experience i had. I even dont know how much this feedback will value. You can check the records how many times i had to call customer care.

      Quikr has bought Computer table from us and has not transferred the money to our account and it's been more than 3weeks.
      Constantly following up with Santosh the representative at Quikr Bangalore on his number [protected] and his email santosh.[protected]@quikr.co.in and he keeps saying that RTGS payment has been made and we haven't received the payment.

      I do not understand if they have made NEFT/RTGS payment why would this take long for Rs700?

      This is sheer negligence from Quikr who is buying furniture and not making payment.

        I sold my phone to mi4 to quikr. they told me that they would send me my money into my account, but after week letter when I did not get my money into my account then i contact to with their customer care and they told that they would return my phone, and its more than one month passed still I have neither got my phone or money, I already contacted with customer care more than 100 times and they still telling me I have to wait 2 days then I will get my phone, and if i am putting pressure on them then they are telling me, i will receive a call from their concern department within 24 hours, sometimes i got call from their concern department but after knowing all issue they were telling me again have to wait 2 days then i will get my phone. and i am doing all this process for more than one month. now i am totally frustrated and don't know what to do and even don't know to raise a complaint in consumer forum. please somebody help me.

          I bought a product through paytm.. And its 3-4 daysi havent received my item. I paid for the product through paytm. Where is my product.. Quikr... Paytm.. I want my money back.. I transferred the amount to [protected].. I want my money back.. Quikr have a lot of fake or fraud sites like this.. Why are they allowing these fraud ads in their site.. Its causing lot of people to enter in trouble.. Paytm should increase their buyer protection.. Or otherwise the buyer will loose their money and he will not get his product.

          Job From Metro, received call on 19/11/2016 HR Vaishali Contact No.: [protected] & [protected] And call for Interview [protected] pay Rs. 1300/- registration chgs. 250/- This called was on delhi. I filed complaint to Delhi Police but no reply from them. Kindly take action against this fraud.

          Fraud Jobs on Quikr, They gave Receipt but not yet refund amount. And they dont pick the phone also. all numbers are closed. please help me to give my money back.

            I bought yu yureka (Moondust grey, 16 gb) from quikrx unboxed mobile. The phone i received was defected then i request to return they arranged my return it took almost 20 days for them to arrange and its not end i had to went to courier office as the boy not came. After i returned it took 10 days to know the status every time they just said they will call you but they never informed me. After that then they asked me for bank details for refund then 1st time the executive given me wrong email id after 3-4 days when i called to know the status executive answered me like they did not received then i again sent them bank details. Then after a week i called them to know the status then one of executive given me wrong transaction id then i was waiting for money to be deposited. Again when i not received my refund i called then the executive told me that its still in process and they don't have any record of transaction id then he told me that i need to wait within end of week he will solve the issue and give me a call (They only say they will call you but they never called not even a single mail from their side) then they asked me to mail a complaint because the senior executive also don't have answer. Its more than 3 weeks now i have not yet received my refund. And still their consult department don't have the answer why it is being delayed. Since morning i called them 2 times and their department is not available to answer. I had very bad experience at quikr. I will never suggest anyone to buy anything from here as they don't know how to give service and solve if problem arise. I have called them more than 15-20 times. And still they are answering like it's not their fault.

              This is to inform you about a fraud people who are selling iphone motherboard and claiming that he has all the parts for all the phone. Because he do purchase from students. I request you to not deal with this kind of person. I called a person kabir Abul Hussain (Could be fake) on [protected] and asked me to chat on whatsapp on [protected] for the deal. He initially told me to give 5000rs in advance and pay rest of the money after he deliver the product from 'A' wing roo No.203 Gram:Lavale, Tal:Mulshi, Pune-412115 Maharashtra, India. He will make you fool by sharing his id and convince you that he is a genuine person. I did the mistake and transfered 1500 rs in his account (Sbi a/c: [protected] Kabir abul hussain).He is fake dont buy anything from him.

                Paid 5099 for quikr doorstep for lenevo vibe k5 .I got a sms that seller rrfused to sell the product so ur amont will be refund in 4 days.
                On[protected]. I called thei customer care on 15 for my money but they told ur money will be refund on next day.every day i got same answer. I will lodge an fir also in consumer court.
                Really nasty and cheater company.Never trust.

                  I bought a BlackBerry phone which they advertised as refurbished(which was not) on Fri, Dec 2, 2016. I called quickr customer service they told me to send an email after I shoot an email regarding the issues the very day i received the product. The phone was not working well, so i asked them for a replacement or other alternative. On 6th December, I received an email from quickr asking me to send some required information and details in order to process my request which i did. As I am not getting any information on this, on 8th December, I send an email requesting quickr to check my case. After, I received an email on 10th December saying that Replacement process of my handset has been initiated already. Once they get the issue confirmation report from Quality Team they will get back to me as soon as possible.
                  On 14th December, One of quickr team came down my place to check the product. The guy who came to me had wrong information for my leads i, e his senior has sent him wrong IMEI no for my phone. I saw in his whatsapp. So, we started the checking my IMEI on the handset. I have the correct IMEI which is on the Bill. Later we checked the model on the handset settings and it turns out to be a different model which is not on the BILL or the ad. I am not familiar with blackberry handset models, and i never thought about this. The guy refused to pick up product saying, i will get call from quickr for the same.
                  I talked to customers service after this, they promise me that i will get call for this but so far i haven't.
                  This is how Quickr and their certified seller, NEPTUNE TRADING COMPANY fool people. And i am sure i may not be the only person.

                    I opted for Quikr premium services for RTO transfer and NOC of a car purchased through Quikr . They charged me Rs.4650/- for the services. but when contacted Quikr agent for the same he never received my phone. so after 8-10 days, I asked them to refund my amount as they were unable to provide me any service.
                    Its almost 20 days now but the are deliberately delaying the procedure for refund.

                      Dear sir,
                      I umesh singh purchase a sony xperia c3 excellent condition by kwikr on date 01.12.2016, after recived mobile, when i open box mobile back cover channge and fitment was not proper, ear phone was missing (Ok, i accepted) but my main issue is about charger - 3rd party charger (Touch pro) very slow charge after 10 hrs continue charging then only 50% charge my mobile battery if i use other charger normal 2.15 hrs full charge.
                      When i complaint customer care on dt 08.12.20016 also sent a email with tottal images about charger issue they say seller check and ok, we can not do anything... So pround on seller instead of buyer incase when i inform my issue for charge time.
                      I try many time then agree and say we forward on certify team regarding my issue... Why not update...
                      No one update till 16.12.2016 due to this i next call customer care and they say seller denied...?,
                      Charger is working... What work your charger sir.. About 10hrs only 50% charge mobile battery...
                      It is fraud, slow process and no controll on seller - kwikr fraud... Need seller controll and policy improve as soo delay and seller excause... Its to bad...
                      I never accept this bad charger in any condition and cotinue write till my problem solve.

                      Congratulation bhai and Enjoy calling with kwikr care daily basis and Increase your mobile bill continues...i am same struggle for my Refund last 4 month and no one feedback by kwikr care or e mail if i call them ( Kwikr DALAL say its in Process .
                      What Process last 4 month .
                      Bhai Don"t belive on Consumer compalint As Already 5 Times complaint done for My OD no.10196481 But Till time no one solve my problem .

                      Kwikr is DALAL - Kwikr earn interest on our amount and also earn by customer care ( NO toll free no. ) if we call they earn something/ amont .

                        I am attached the photo of fake quikr... Some fake people are create duplicate domain name as a quikrr... These is effect on the companys profile... The lady name as a shruti [protected]... Few days ago they are send me to the messages like you are selected in the maruti or suzuki and... I thinking it is the very big scam group send fake messages and mails... And it s very dangerous to company reputation... The various students are very trust on the quikr site... But these scam groups branches spred very long...

                          On 5 december 2016 i made a payment to quikr for buying a sony psp 3001.

                          They said it will be picked up on 7 th dec but then changed schedule to 9 dec

                          Then arrival date to my home was 15 december and then no response no messages no calls i was waiting for my delivery on 15 dec but no one came

                          I dont know when will i recieve my order or my money is going to waste

                          Don't ever believe quikr they are cheater

                            I had used quikr doorstep offer to make a purchase on 12th december for an additional monitor for my usage. On checking the payment section, they had an ongoing offer of 50% cashback (Max upto inr 2500) if payment is made through paytm mobile wallet. As a result, i spent some time to recharge my paytm wallet and then use it for the purchase. As my purchase amount was[protected] including additional charges by quikr), i was hoping for the cashback amount of inr 2500.

                            However, post the successful delivery of the product and using it, i discovered that only an amount of inr 5 had been given as a cashback. I thought that this is a mistake and informed paytm. Today, i again received a cashback amount of inr 61.99 (Making the total amount to 1%). I then contacted quikr for help on call and they informed me to contact paytm again as it is their offer.

                            Apart from the time wastage and no proper response from either quikr /paytm, i have decided to write the complaint here.

                            I have bought it through quikr payment as they were offering 50% cashback when paying through paytm
                            now I have received just 50 rupees as cashback. and worst part it they hold the payment and they neither return my money to me as refund nor they pay to this amount to seller.
                            Please stay away from all forms of money you pay to quikr and doorstep.
                            they dont have any corelation between the information they share on call and email, every time you contact them they ask you to contact [protected]@quikr.com and wait 48 hours for response and once the time gets elapsed no action will be taken and you will be in the loop of contacting them over and over again.
                            this is absolute BS company. please stay away from these third class company.

                              Hi,

                              I got from renuka and asked me to switch to premium and she sent me the link for payment of rs 300.. She called me thrice before making payment and after making payment i have not recieved nothing (User id or password) for premium add, i am chasing her but she is not responding with proper answers.

                              It is really bad serving customer like this. If the system is bad then she should not sell this like this.

                                Dear sir, mam

                                This is in connection to my quikr ad id:[protected] & ad id:[protected]

                                Vaibhav tripathi offered me premium service for car sale ad, which will be made premium and with listed on top 3 rank for 1 month. and if car not sold money will be refunded in paytm wallet. (800 per car for 2 ads).

                                Later i got mail stating that ad is withdrawn. which never discussed during offer vaibhav made to me.

                                Later when i spoke to his senior mintoo singh. his team member vaibhav not made such commitment and can not refund full money.

                                This is fraud by quikr.
                                I need serious action on quikr and their team.

                                  I have opted for rto service of quickr, i enquired about same and immidiately i started getting calls from quickr and promised me that on payment immidiately document will picked up from my place and submit to rto and with in 15 days i will get hypothication removal.
                                  I paid for service on 14th november and following up with quickr team but till now no docuement pickup has been done. There is no progress from quickr at all. Only every time enquired about my task these people ask me address from the documents needs to be collected and then again there is no response. Nobody calls and no inform about the status. If we call help line number every time phone gets trasnfer to some other place and get disconnected. No body reply no followup nothing.
                                  Now its more than one month and now my noc also will get expired.

                                    I ordered a product on 8th December 2016 in quikr paying online and they promised delivery of the product within two days maximum.but on the third day they sent a message that they find it difficult in tracking my address and not able to deliver my product. the thing is I put order in quikr since my friends ordered products already from quikr to the same address I stated and they got it delivered also. then why is it not delivered to me alone.

                                      We had placed an order for sofa set on 7th december, 2016. But they told it will be delivered on 10th december, 2016 (Saturday) when we called on saturday. We were told vehicle was not available and they rescheduled to 12th december, 2016 (10 am-1pm) slot we were waiting till 7pm still we have not got our product delivered. When we called the customer care they were not able to help us much on the issue. Our add id[protected].
                                      Pls help us to resolve this at the earliest. We were not even provided with the vehicle no and driver details through which the product was despatched.

                                        I sold a double bed with mattress in Feb this year and the furniture was delivered to the buyer in March first week.
                                        I did not get my payment of Rs. 14000 and I started calling up customer care number wherein I was assured that the payment will flow in.
                                        But nothing happened and I had to continue following up . Recently in November I was told that the money has gone to some other account and that Quikr cannot help me anymore.

                                        Customer care has been pathetic. Not sure how this can be escalated. I've been repeatedly asking them to connect me with a higher up.but to no avail.
                                        I will ofcourse go to consumer court and sue them for a good amount of money for the frustration, mental harassment this has been causing.

                                        Still was hoping not to get into all that and get closure on this sale by getting my money back from Quikr.
