We had placed an order for sofa set on 7th december, 2016. But they told it will be delivered on 10th december, 2016 (Saturday) when we called on saturday. We were told vehicle was not available and they rescheduled to 12th december, 2016 (10 am-1pm) slot we were waiting till 7pm still we have not got our product delivered. When we called the customer care they were not able to help us much on the issue. Our add id[protected].
Pls help us to resolve this at the earliest. We were not even provided with the vehicle no and driver details through which the product was despatched.

    I sold a double bed with mattress in Feb this year and the furniture was delivered to the buyer in March first week.
    I did not get my payment of Rs. 14000 and I started calling up customer care number wherein I was assured that the payment will flow in.
    But nothing happened and I had to continue following up . Recently in November I was told that the money has gone to some other account and that Quikr cannot help me anymore.

    Customer care has been pathetic. Not sure how this can be escalated. I've been repeatedly asking them to connect me with a higher up.but to no avail.
    I will ofcourse go to consumer court and sue them for a good amount of money for the frustration, mental harassment this has been causing.

    Still was hoping not to get into all that and get closure on this sale by getting my money back from Quikr.

        I was convinced to ptake their premium package on wrong details. Then i was promised to be helped from their officials regularly..
        No one is taking actions against my complaints. And the people selling premium packages on false commitments enjoying and taking their salaries.

        Lost my money, time, self confidence on the stake. Because of these bunch of stupids sitting their at the customer services department.
        Here company is responsible, i'm sure they teach their employees to bring business even at the cost of being unfaithful.

        Help out, i am sure gonna teach them a lesson. I need your help peeps.

          Hello,
          I ordered a 29 inches CRT TV from Quikr and received it via Quikr doorstep delivery services.
          First thing I want to bring out here is regarding pathetic doorstep delivery services, They don't have proper coordination and communication among each other, Drivers are rude, Customer care executives provides wrong information and there statements keep changes at times.

          Second thing, after waiting since long, I received a defective product and now they are not taking any responsibility and trying to run away with my concern. They are not addressing the issue as now they have received the payment.

            Dear quikr,
            I had ordered an LG G3 among the refurbished phones. Date of placing the order Oct 24 2016. And it said delivery within 4 -7 business days. Till date i haven't got any notification regarding anything. Now when i checked my account it says order is cancelled.. Thank you i am more than happy to see it cancelled.And i would like to say it was most irresponsible action from your part.I need to know about the refund details immediately..

              I would like to lodge a complaint against Quikr and would through these channels of media and consumer forum want to expose the fraud and lack of customer service that QUIKR shows towards its customers.

              I submitted an Ad on quikr AD ID[protected] for which the equipment was collected from my house on 2h Nov 2016. The rep called me and said we will pay you in 4 days.

              After that I have called Quikr 10 times and sometimes they say your email is incorrect Bank details are not updated and they are not paying me my money. Quikr has sold my equipment to another seller for 3.5K and now they are not paying me my money. What kind of a fraudulent company does this with their sellers. I am requesting you all to make the general public aware of this fraud company and warn them against such malpractices.

                This email is with reference to your email dated dec 2 2016 regarding the selling of my mobile at quikr guaranteed purchase. Today when i called the customer care i was told that my order has been cancelled by the courier partner. I really don't understand that if i have the confirmation email from quikr that mu phone is sold and i have filled up the necessary details for payment and pickup.. Also a confirmation call on dec 3rd 2016 that a pickup would happen on monday.

                I would request you to resolve this issue asap before i lodge a formal complaint with consumer court with confirmation from quikr.

                It would be better if you could update me with the pickup for the below email as i have already send the bank and address details.

                  This is with regards to AD[protected] and payment ID [protected]. I had purchased a sofa in mint condition after personal inspection at seller's place on 3rd Dec and scheduled for quikr doorstep delivery on 4th Dec. The delivery persons took snaps of the almost new sofa in impeccable condition on reaching the seller's house to record before delivery state and made him sign on the app to initiate process. When the product was delivered, the sofa had visible tear at various places due to ill-handling by the delivery executives. I immediately called the seller and he confirmed that sofa was in spotless form when it left his house.The pick up point was merely 0.5 kms from my place and yet they managed to ruin it owing to poor handling and non-professionalism. Moreover, the delivery guys were rude when confornted and did not even own up to their mistake. I have attached pics of both before and after delivery state to clearly validate my point. I need compensation and an apology for the disappointing pathetic service and my loss.

                    I have booked a product on 28th of nov as i needed urgently by 01. they should have delivery it by 30 as they promised, then they said 1st and not delivered now i got it till now it . and i got another one as i needed urgently

                      The buyer has visited our home and checked the item. As per your instructions we dismantled the item and waited for almost a week for pick up.
                      How can it be rejected after verifying the item personally.

                        I order refurbished mi 4 phone from quikr and then i confirmed on costumer care of quikr that the model i ordered is 4g or not. They told me its 4g, after that i recived 3g model of mi 4, this is unfair... In this present time who will order 3g mobile... Now quikr customer care executive puted me on hold for more than 5 min. I m feeling like cheated by quikr.

                          My lead i'd is 30160.
                          I have given / sold my samsung galaxy s6 phone to quikr with a promised price of 19437 on 29th nov. Today it's end of the day of 1st december and they still haven't initiated the amount to my bank account though i have already sent my bank account details to [protected]@quikr.com as per their advise.
                          No responsible answer from the quikr customer service as well and is just asking me to wait since they do not have any info. Feeling helpless. Please look into this matter asap.

                          I was promised that the amount will be initiated in 24 hours when I sold my mobile to Quikr and now its 7 days. No updates, no reply / response, no initiation, no contact, nothing from your (Quikr) side.

I have also sold my one plus 2 64 gb at a promised price of 12762. but still now haven't got the money and when i called the support team they are not responding my call. Lead ID:35511.                           Hi Sradhasis, it took some time about 15-16 days but I did receive the amount from them.
                          I forgot to close this case. Just closing it now. Just try to be in touch with them everyday and push them so that it gets done for you as well.

                            Booked rto service on quikr website and received a call from their executive within seconds. He asked me to make the payment from the link he shared and also claimed that after the payment i will receive a quikr invoice. I received a citrus payment id thats all, nothing official from quickr. All this while i was being contacted by the person continuously. As soon as i shared the payment details with him, the calls and replies disappeared. The service is pending and nobody showed up as promised. The executive does not reply and customer care asks me to wait for a callback.
                            What else is this if not a fraud.

                              Quikr guys hurriedly made me pay telling that my ad would appear when there is a search for property (in my city) from 20 different cities but ad not made live after days.

                              Also, asked to make a change to the title but not been done even after 3-4 days. The contact person not responding to mails and the guy from premium sales who contacted me initially not responding to SMS.

                                Hi,

                                I put a premium ad for cars in Quikr in Oct 2016. The car got sold within a week. I tried to delete the ad as I keep getting offers even after selling. I could not delete the ad. So I called the call centre and told themto delete, they said they will do it. I kept on getting the offers and also alerts of people who are looking to buy cars. I tried to delete the alerts which did not help. I called call centre 100 times and told them to delete the alerts. Nothing is happening, i still get alerts. I wrote to their [protected]@quikr.com, still no solution. I did this several times.

                                As of today I am still gettingthe alerts and filling up my inbox.

                                The call centre executives tell me that it will take 48 hours every time I complain. It is going on for a month now.

                                The call centre calls gets disconnected most of thetimes. I have to make several calls to get to speak to some one. When I complain they disconnect the call. I cant get their HQ numebr. The Delhi number also disconnected the call. Second time I called he said it got transfered to telesales dept even though I asked for customer support.

                                This is pure harassment. Added to this now I am getting alerts on computer products which I never even tried.

                                  I ordered mobile from quirk last week. The problem of screen freeze started one day after the purchase of mobile. Now it happens all the time like 10-15 times per day. Practically the mobile is not use able. I tired contacting quirk from email and mobile but they are not replying to me.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    This is the first time I have used quickr service and the service is pathetic. I was supposed to receive the item on 25/11/2016 in the evening. However, till date I haven't received it. Moreover whenever there is a delay, quickr doesn't even have the courtesy to proactively inform the customer (customer waiting at home during the delivery slot), rather till now I have called 5 times but still the item is yet to be delivered. The payment has been made and now it makes sense that quickr is a fraud company which only takes the payment and doesn't deliver.

                                      I placed my request in quicker on 22/11/2016 as my fridge was not working. Within a fraction of a second I got a call from one of the service provider and she sent her fridge technician the same day (with some delay). After inspection he said two parts are to be replaced and when I asked him the charge he said total Rs.3, 500/- and he will give me the bill as they carry one year warranty.

                                      Next day (23/11/2016) he came and replaced but did not bring the bill.

                                      On the late evening of 23/11/2016 there was no proper cooling and spoke the lady who sent her fridge technician. She said he will come over to my house on 24/11/2016.

                                      Till the time of writing this complaint she has not sent the technician nor had the courtesy to call me and keep me updated of the developments. I also sent her SMS on last Saturday for which there was abolutely no response.

                                        Quikr — Real estate listing portal with ZERO response


                                        Worst services ever from quikr - Quikr guys came to our office & offered us a package of 30 Leads (project verified leads) for which they charged us ₹23000/- before going ahead of the transaction it was promised that incase if it doesnt work out the money ll b refunded. The payment for the above package was made on 18/10/2016 for which they were going to going to provide us a Project specifc leads to us. However, till date v have not recivced a single project verfied leads its been and has been updated to quikr guys. Its been more than 20 days that we been asking for refund on the mail and on phone but they have stop responding to us by all means.
