This email is with reference to your email dated Dec 2 2016 regarding the selling of my mobile at quikr guaranteed purchase. Today when i called the customer care i was told that my order has been cancelled by the courier partner. I really don't understand that if i have the confirmation email from Quikr that mu phone is sold and i have filled up the necessary details for payment and pickup.. also a confirmation call on Dec 3rd 2016 that a pickup would happen on monday.
I would request you to resolve this issue ASAP
It would be better if you could update me with the pickup for the below email as i have already send the bank and address details.
