Have posted an ad:[protected] and sold it on quikr doorstep. The item was picked up from me on 20th oct and delivered to the buyer on the same date.

They have mentioned that they would send the payment within 2-3 working days. Its been more than 7 days now and i haven't received the payment yet.

The customer care is not at all supportive, made multiple calls, and dropped multiple emails and still the payment hasn't been triggered yet. They say that they initiated the payment but dont have any utr number.

I have talked to multiple cc agesnts - partibhan, abdulla rawaha, mahalaxmi etc. And they have even closed my cc tickets without providing a resolution.

All my previous transactions they used to share the utr number via sms, in this case, they havent shared the same.

Please help me in releasing the payment from quikr. Thanks to these guys i really doubt if i will have a peaceful diwali : (

    Quikr's irresponsible team has forced me to write a complaint here. I have been trying using quikr doorstep for past one month but unfortunately after successful payment and a long wait, i get to listen seller is not around when we went for pick up. Today i got to know the real funda behind this message. This people just bully customers. Yesterday i made payment for one refrigerator for which i already talked to seller before making payment. After making payment, i was told that today the product would be delivered. For this both seller and me (Buyer) skipped office and result is zero. At 10 pm i got a message that seller was not around. I validated, seller told he waited in his time slots but no one contacted him for pick up and no one came. Even for this same product. I made payment before too and quikr people cancelled it saying that the seller was not around. When seller and buyer both are ready,. What the heck these people are doing from their end?? Simply sitting and attending customer care calls?? I have lost my patience. I am giving you the order id - ad[protected]. And my user id is debarati89. Datta. I want this to be solved asap

      I ordered a mobile phone in quikr. The phone was sold by quikr relationship manager milli sharma. He said that the phone is in excellent condition. I took screenshot of that conversation.
      I received that phone. It was display damaged. I asked him and his company quikr. But they said there was no return facility so we can't do anything.
      I wondered how can a big company's relationship manager cheating his customers.
      Then how will this company grow?

      Worst customer care . don't buy anything from Quikr.

          I have purchased a Lg Nexus 5 16gb excellent condition mobile phone from quikr but the phone has some problem so, I posted a compliant to quikr and they send their service partner to pick up the phone on 30/September/2016 but till now no response from them. It's going to be 1 month since they pickup phone from me. When I call quikr regarding the problem every time they said our technical team are working on it you will get a call from us within a week but I didn't get any call from them till now.             This is regarding a purchase made on the quikr mobile app ad id[protected] which i purchased on 22nd October 2016 after speaking to one of your customer service executives regarding delivery on or before 24th October as i was travelling out of town, which your executive assured me would be done (the recording of which i have on my cell phone call recorder).I received no communication from your side informing me about the update of this order and to top that after the item waa picked up from the seller i had to call and update your executives since i was being told the item has not been picked up.After making several calls i was informed on Monday that the order will not be delivered and i was assured by atleast 4 of your quikr executives that the product shall be delivered under any circumstances on 25th October(which again i have on record) due to which i had to postpone my journey.I made Multiple calls to quikr helpline on 25th oct 2016 and was assured my product is out for delivery but got no intimation from quikr as to the location of my product.After this i again called at 5.30pm as the product had not arrived and was told by the executive that it has not been picked up from seller following which i again updated them that the product was already in their storage location after 4-5mins of hold i was told that my product will not be delivered today also and i would have to wait another day and they refused to take my product cancellation request.
            I have been harassed and punished by using your website for buying anything at all..i shall escalate this matter to the highest level and bring this issue out on social media as well, along with all the call recordings with quikr executives who have just blatantly lied to me everytime i asked about delivery. I never expected such a horrific experience of shopping on your website.
            Not one of your employees was able to solve my problem nor did they seem interested.
            They also harrased the seller during pick up who is an old retired pensioner.

              Hi team,

              I posted an add in quicker regarding my mobile and i'm a seller. One of quicker executive called me and they want to buy it seems and they offered me the quotation of 28, 105 rs and i agreed for that. One of the quicker executive came and picked up my mobile on saturday which is[protected] and i have called the customer informed the same. After 2 days which is on monday 17th i keep on calling the quickr customer care every day till now i haven't got any response or resolution from the them. As of now i have sent many emails and i spoke to the senior executive's and no one is not responded back to me. Its been 7 days and i have lost valuable time speaking to them. I guess i have called them around 40 times till now. This is one of the worst service i have seen so far. I just want to make a complaint against quikr in consumer court or what ever it is. Some one please help me on this how to process or provide me some suggestion.

              I have sent many emails to the, regarding the same and i have provided the acknowledgment of the receipt and i have provided my bank details as well.

              I badly need help on this issue.

                Recently I paid for a premium Ad in Quikr, I posted AD 2 times thinking that first attempt was not successful. Because of this type o[censored]ser became "Broker" instead of "Owner". Since many people want to go thru Owner posted ADs otherwise they have to pay money for the broker, my AD is not getting displayed when they filter for Owner posted ADs. I contacted support people and they says it can't be changed and the sales person thru whom I paid she is not responding to my calls though initially she mentioned that it will be corrected. This is very unprofessional behaviour by Quikr team. They have to look into genuine cases and make the corrections but they are not willing to do so, really pathetic...

                  I have put the above ad to sell my glass door show case (old).

                  I got a confirmation from quickr that some buyer has paid rs.2000/- to quickr. quicker setup the delivery date as[protected] between 8am to 10am. at abour 9.30 am on[protected], quickr boys came to my house and taken away the article.

                  After that i did not get any confirmation from quickr, hence called quickr at 7.30 pm on[protected]. i was told that the buyer did not take delivery of the article and hence quickr is trying to contact me for scheduling the delivery. for this i asked whether there are any penalty for the buyer and i was told that the buyer will be charged rs.200/- from the rs.2000/- already paid by him.

                  After the call immediately i got a message and mail stating that the transaction was cancelled on my (seller's) request and quickr is trying to contact me for scheduling the delivery. i immediately sent an email stating that i have not cancelled the transaction and why quickr is quoting like that. again i got a mail that the logical partners have confirmed that seller (me) has cancelled the transaction. again i have sent an e-mail stating that i am parted with my item and waiting for the amount and why quickr is quoting as the transacton closed by me.

                  I got another mail that due to operational issues the transaction has been closed and hence buyer will get his amount refunded and seller will get the article returned. i have sent another mail that i wanted to know what the operational issue issue. to this quicker did not reply and i got call from quickr and the guy tried to tell me that quicr is not in a position to contact the buyer and hence they marked it as operational issue.

                  Since then i am getting calls from quickr offering different reasons with each call.

                  I want to get my money for the sold item or get my item returned in the same condition and some compensation from the buyer or quickr for this

                      I ordered a chair with transaction ID:[protected] on Friday 21st of October. Chair of 1099INR with doorstep deliver charges.

                      Before placing the order I called the Quikr customer care to know what if seller does not posts more images, they stated "please make the payment and ask the seller if they are now interested to show more images and if they not you can cancel the order and no amount would be deducted as the product was not picked up by us". Upon doing that I was very clearly stated by the confirmation executive that 200 would be deducted if I do that so I proceeded and confirmed that I will take the order.

                      On Saturday morning, 22nd October 2016, I received the call confirming that the product will be delivered by 23rd October i.e. on Sunday, now nobody showed up and upon calling the seller I got to know that he was given the timing of 10AM-1PM for the product to be picked up by Quikr.

                      I called them today i.e. 24rth of October 2016 and I was startled to hear that even after their 3 day delivery policy I was being told that if I don't want the product now cancellation of INR 200 will be deducted. I have no clue here, even after the payment, before my call Quikr never bothered about letting me know the status of the product neither the seller for re-scheduling the pickup. I wonder what is the strategy of Quikr, do they wait for customers to call them and only then take action ?

                      I also wonder if this is the strategy of Quikr to earn money, take the payment then because of waiting for so long after frustration consumer will cancel the order and Quikr earns INR 200 per consumer for doing nothing ? Well I better not be the judge here!

                      My point is straight forward, I am confident that Quikr has no interest in making any prompt delivery and I want my 100% refund of INR 1099 without any deductions as Quikr was not able to deliver the product within 3 days.

                      This was my second attempt with Quikr which again went south in very in-professional manner. My last transaction with ID:[protected] went this way because of poor Quikr deliver and customer support system.

                      I request Quikr to make the full refund without any deductions and not loot the customers for 200INR which is not Quikr's hard earned money.

                      I am willing to take this issue further to many platform and social media if help is not provided from the Quikr's end.

                        Hi,

                        I have contacted Quikr multiple times for the payment of the 2 stuff that has been posted on their website Ad_ID[protected] and Ad_ID[protected]. I havent received the payment for either although it has been more than a week since the delivery has been done. It is not a small amount by any stretch of the imagination and i don't understand the reason for delay. Besides this every time I have contacted Quikr, there has been contradicting information being given by every single one of their guys. Let it be the first person i spoke to or the subsequent ones after a certain point i made sure that i took down the names of the guys as there were different kind of contradicting information being given to me by every person i spoke to. Let it be Manoj (who is pleasantly on vacation), or Girish (who himself gave me 3 contradicting dates when the payment was already credited) and then Balaji.

                        Balaji atleast was able to make sense of what i was saying, which was a slight relief considering the quality of the conversations i was having prior to that.

                        What is shocking to me is that there have been payment issues for both the adds i posted. So the failure rate and thereby the dissatisfaction rate was 100%.

                        If that wasn't enough there was another issue with regards to the Pick up ad Delivery of another advert i posted for which i got contradicting information.

                        And for every single failure, there was only 1 response i got right from the first person I spoke, to the last 1 - Technical issues. Its surprising they get any work done with all these Technical issues.

                        I dont know about you guys, but 87000 (Ad_ID[protected] and Ad_ID[protected] is a lot of money for me. And i dont get any compensation for the delay and all the inconvenience but i am sure you get a decent amount by way of Interest for the extended period they have the money. Explains how their business model works.

                        I had plenty of stuff i still have too sell (i am relocating) and besides that i been recommending Quikr to other friends. You can imagine what i would be doing if i dont get the promised money within the next 2 days as was promised by Balaji V.

                        I usually find the kind of bad mouthing practices done by people on Social media very trivial but i now understand where they come from and also how effective it has been for those who have gone down that road.

                          I am Raish Khan from Bhopal. I bought mobile from quikr online shopping. I want to explain my problem is that the mobile is some software issues like are
                          Mobile screen is hanging, Network signal up & down within 4-5 minute interval & application error message appear on the screen "Unfortunately app (particular apps) has stopped then mobile screen hanged.

                          I just called to this no. +[protected] for telling problem mobile.
                          Quikr executive told me, you have to send scan copy of mobile invoice & IMEI no. so i sent it. to [protected]@quikr.com as per quikr executive. Then we will pickup mobile from doorstep but Quikr did not pickup yet

                          Your customer associate spoke with me many times about premium ad, at last I agreed to pay Rs.500 for 4 ad of 1 month validity, she promised me that she will send me the activation email as son as I pay the amount, but till now I did not get any activation email.

                            I buyed the zara combo from quikr but there was no option for selecting the colour after i called quikr they told to contact the seller which i did n the seller also confirmed that the red colour will be sent to me, but to my distress now when the product has been shipped the seller says he doesn't remember anything of the product sentand telling that he gives the bags and the quikr itself sends the specific colour to the buyer, even the quikr customer care representatives are not helping n telling "SOORY MADAM THIS IS NOT IN OUR TERMS &CONDITION"

                              I sold a sidetable on quikr for 1000 rs. Quikr Doorstep came and collected the product from me on the 14th of oct to deliver it to the buyer but on the way they broke it. The buyer called and told me they broke it while delivering it and so she is returning it. I've been calling Quikr ever since and they have not paid me the money due for my table nor have they given me back my table.

                                I sold my mobile on quikr, the mobile was in perfect working condition, the user mishandeled, and the buyer has put all blame on me, and now quikr has held my payment, there was no fault on my side. The buyer is a spammer and of fraud nature. Ad id:[protected]. moreover the buyer has accepted the product, still my payment has been held. I request quikr to resolve this issue and release the payment Aas soon as possible

                                  I posted a free add on quikr for selling my audi car. So one fine day i got a call from Mr. Sumit from quikr and he asked me to convert my ad to premium ad and pay around 2000 Rs. and I was told that your car will get sold guaranteed and you will get good rate.I said I will think about it and let you know. Then i changed my ad from free to premium ad in quikr myself which costed me around 600 Rs. Then Mr. Sumit- [protected] again called me and then he said convert the ad to other kind of premium and pay 2000 Rs. we will send your car listing to genuine buyers and if your car does not get sold out in one month we will refund your money, he was like why did u covert this ad to premium by urself. I got a buyer from a friends suggestion but since Mr. Sumit told me you will get better rates i said that guy NO. and thought to go as Mr. sumit is saying and I said okay send me a written email that you will refund my money in a months time if my car doesn't sell out. He sent me an email from quikrs email ID. I thought quikr is a renowned name they will surely delivery what they are saying. After that i agreed to pay and i Paid. Since that day that guy stopped picking my call. My ad was removed in a weeks time. When I am calling to quikr they are like we will give you a call back but no one ever calls. When i am emailing them they are not answering to my emails all they do is concerned team will get back to you. I have called thousands of times to them but still no one answered my query. Quikr is a cheater.. So they entertain you till the time you do not pay them, once paid no one gives a s about it in quikr. They are just selfish people who wants money by hook or crook and after they get it forget about it.
                                  My ad id is[protected] and they posted one liner ad. Firstly they r charging so much money and then bloody posting one liners. Who will be even interested in such ad. If they do not have educated staff to post ad why do they even take charge of it. Let us post free ads ourself.
                                  I want my full money back plus compensation of calling them so many times and losing a customer cuz of the greed they give to people and for bloody wasting my time. I was in real need of money to sell my car and get it but cuz of them i lost customer and my money.

                                  I will take all legal actions against them.

                                    There was upright bike which was sold through quickr on 5th Oct and payment was initiated by 7th Oct. The same has not been credited to the account till date and when email was sent to quickr they shared UTR number which was not traced by the bank as they said that the transaction number is invalid.
                                    On talking with quickr customer care since a week daily they are just saying different reasons like there was issue in payment gateway, we will check with bank etc and need 3 to 5 days of time to check etc.
                                    I need urgent help to get the below payment confirmations traced and confirm me back ASAP else wpuld require my product back. The below ticket number is the mail refrence going with [protected]@quickr.com id.

                                      I had purchase motorola moto g4 plus (32gb) for sale - chennai ad id[protected] from quikr i had the device delivered today and the fingerprint sensor of the phone is not after so much of problem and thoughts i ordered from quikr cause i never trusted quikr but the seller somehow convinced me to buy the phone and said it was in brand new condition and today i called quikr and they are telling me i have to do 100 more things to get a refund my fears about quikr came true now i would like the company to issue a refund and return the product back to the seller as soon as possible i have already sent a mail to [protected]@quikr.com with photos and a video of the phone problem please pick-up the phone as soon as possible never again i will buy from quikrr

                                      The phone which the seller said is in pristine condition has been opened by some unauthorised person two of the screws from back are missing there is some kind of filler added to hold the screen this is what I have noticed as I saw deeper the handset is in horrible condition and quikr wants to wash their hands off

                                      Just see the condition of the phone and see the description the seller has given the phones screen has been struck with some kind of gum the phone is full of scuffs is this the type of service quikr provides the seller is a fraud he lied to me about the condition I have been buying and selling in eBay for several years now and I have not had a single complaint I told the seller while buying that I was not sure using quikr seeing how many complaints you had in consumer complaints and now that seems to be true one of the worst companies that's the reason people prefer foreign companies to Indian

                                      Never Buy From Quikr My honest Opinion Was Scammed 8500 rs for a phone that has been opened in a local shop the fingerprint sensor is not working and problems with Sim slot and proximity Sensor I have lost my hard earned money on this phone now no one is ready to buy this phone even for 4-5k beware

                                      Never ever buy a product from Quikr which is not in your city as Quikr doesn't have any responsibility for the products you buy from other states be careful I have already deleted my account there are lot of frauds on Quikr.

                                        I have arond 19 items placed on sale, picked up by Quikr in June'16. None of the ad's are live and there is not a single offer on ad's.

                                        I have been calling countless number of times where I am assured Quikr is trying to sell. Recently, I even received call that items will be returned.

                                        Why take it when you cannot sell? There is not even a try!
