I ordered a chair with transaction ID:[protected] on Friday 21st of October. Chair of 1099INR with doorstep deliver charges.
Before placing the order I called the Quikr customer care to know what if seller does not posts more images, they stated "please make the payment and ask the seller if they are now interested to show more images and if they not you can cancel the order and no amount would be deducted as the product was not picked up by us". Upon doing that I was very clearly stated by the confirmation executive that 200 would be deducted if I do that so I proceeded and confirmed that I will take the order.
On Saturday morning, 22nd October 2016, I received the call confirming that the product will be delivered by 23rd October i.e. on Sunday, now nobody showed up and upon calling the seller I got to know that he was given the timing of 10AM-1PM for the product to be picked up by Quikr.
I called them today i.e. 24rth of October 2016 and I was startled to hear that even after their 3 day delivery policy I was being told that if I don't want the product now cancellation of INR 200 will be deducted. I have no clue here, even after the payment, before my call Quikr never bothered about letting me know the status of the product neither the seller for re-scheduling the pickup. I wonder what is the strategy of Quikr, do they wait for customers to call them and only then take action ?
I also wonder if this is the strategy of Quikr to earn money, take the payment then because of waiting for so long after frustration consumer will cancel the order and Quikr earns INR 200 per consumer for doing nothing ? Well I better not be the judge here!
My point is straight forward, I am confident that Quikr has no interest in making any prompt delivery and I want my 100% refund of INR 1099 without any deductions as Quikr was not able to deliver the product within 3 days.
This was my second attempt with Quikr which again went south in very in-professional manner. My last transaction with ID:[protected] went this way because of poor Quikr deliver and customer support system.
I request Quikr to make the full refund without any deductions and not loot the customers for 200INR which is not Quikr's hard earned money.
I am willing to take this issue further to many platform and social media if help is not provided from the Quikr's end.
