I have taken a advertisement from quickr india pvt ltd for a period of two months with 20 leads. but they have terminated the service within 1 month. further their fraud sales man assured that they will send the lead without fail. but i have not receive any single lead. they simply cheated the amount & they have not posted my add in their website. so i request you to kindly take necessary action on those cheating network. so that the public will be safe from these kind of culprits.

    Notice: I am planning to take matters to court as everyday i am seeing people complain about Quikr. Please let me know if anybody wants to submit their complaints to me along with mine as i am filing it under Unfair trade practice or the MRTPA (Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Act)

    Quikr had promised me pick up of the item within 24 hours. Payment had been made on 1st October. Nobody came till 15th October and i got a message saying that Quikr will not service this order after 100 calls and thousands of assurances.
    Reason given: My apartment is on 3rd floor.
    How does it make a difference when there is an elevator available?
    And why did quikr not inform me beforehand?

    I have spent a lot of money on calling these incompetent people who cannot get a single job done. These people are liars, cheats and above all, lazy incompetent and good for nothing people.

But still Date they are not arranged a single lead.when i tried to call their customer care number they are telling that they dont have leads right now...i Demanding them to cancel this package and give my money Return back...

        Hi This is Nidhi & i have booked for an appointment for quickr diva home services on Saturday( 15th Oct) & till date havent got any confirmation from the Quickr till date.

        i have ben again and again calling them but havent got any response on the services as whether someone will be coming or not.

        The services were scedhuled to happen for tomorrow (18th OCT).

        can you please help here? cant find a resolution and it shows the kind of business quickr has which actually cant work on custmer requests.

          Hi..i kept my laptop in your site for sale.after a week or so quickr people called me and told me that my product dint sold yet so I should pay premium till I paid the person was at the back calling me but now it has been a month almost there is no response.i don't want to sell in your site hence I want refund I.e;rs.2500.I had a good opinion on this site but the employees here are useless no proper response no proper answer.untill I pay they ll be forcing to pay and after paying there ll be no response .the people should be fooled.while taking to the quicker team I asked them is the money refundable?he said absolutely yes! And now I want refund.we are just a middle class and if you people do such things and recruit sch employees no one will try to buy or sell in your site.I jus don't want to sell my product.jus refund me my money.
          Hope u'll get back to me with this issue resolved.

            I recvd the mobile yesterday evenging tht is on 15/oct/2016.
            seller told that every thing is working great(you can see out chat box for proof),
            but when turn on the mobile, you will see lines on the display, and when you go to menu and wait for 2 to 3 sec you will see lines on the display,
            and the seller agreed to send original sony charger but he sent local zte charger,

            and even u can ask the delivery guy, he knows it, he aksed me to contact customer care, and when i called customer care they told to email.

            and i tried many times to contact seller he is not picking my call at all,
            and QUIKR IS ENTERTAIN THOSE PEOPLE SAYING " WE CANNT DO ANYTHING"
            i request you sir plz dont entertain such fraud sellers and plz take immidiate action.
            please refund my money and take his mobile from me.

              My product was purchased by buyer through doorstep. He make the payment to quickr and I accepted the offer. Product was picked up from me and buyer refused to accept the product on delivery which quickr tried to return me. I had checked with quickr before shipping the product on same issue that what if buyer refuse to accept my product. I was clearly told by quickr customer care lady that I should be assured about this that even if buyer refuse to accept quickr will take care of it and I will get my payment.

              Now when same thing happened quickr is not ready to accept this. I have neither heard anything on this plus my product is not returned as well.

                Hi,
                I have ordered one Iphone 4s from quikr as a door step delivery. But its really not understandable how quikr has delivered me iphone 4 insted of 4s. Hats off quikr. Sir, there is so much difference between 4s and 4. Why i will buy Iphone 4. In the ad it was mentioned original charger, headphone. What I got Charger is roadside and no headphone. The very nice thing about quikr they called me and told me Sir, we will do all the testing of the device and we will send the pictures also, but really I am really impressed with the testers of quikr, they could not able to find out the correct model. Appreciate Quikr. That guy from Quikr name was Rahul and I asked him whether I can return if I will find the faulty product. He said yes sir you can have 2 days. WOW quikr great. When I got the product I mailed to quikr complaint and there were two gentleman Mr. Praveen Charles and Mr Abdullah, we are not responsible for the product. I have asked this question is this a courier site or classified site. Still they are thinking. Both gentleman has suggested me why I have accepted the delivery, Sir, you wont believe it has taken me 15 minutes to open this product, that much unnecessary taping was there. They mean to say don't trust us we are frauds, if you would have open in front of the delivery person you would have saved but you didnt so we have looted you. Bingo
                Sir, I have just few words to say, this is how these sites will handle there customers. Why they always be a part of the fraud why don't they come out and take a stand.
                I just want take this useless product from me and refund my money. Please Sir, consider my request. I trusted on quikr and they have done this. Seriously if they would told me before that after receiving the product they are not responsible, i would have never ever ordered. Hard earned money just wasted like that and quikr is saying we are not responsible. Hats off to you quikr. Your site will make India Proud for sure. Shame on you Quikr. Looting the same country people who are providing food to your and your families. WOW.

                Thanks! Yes I got the response from the Team. They have called and assured me on 14th Oct 2016, they are going to call on Monday i.e 17th and tried to resolve this issue. One thing I want to update you this seller is a big fraud your team has approached me, I appreciate that, That is why I also tried to sort out with seller, but this seller is big bluff. In the past also he has done some same things. Now he is not responding to me. I hope i will receive the response from your social media team. One strange thing about this seller, he is using multiple different IDs, even not the correct name, on the courier box the address name is also different.

                      Complaint against Quikr India Pvt. Ltd. (Quikr) Quikr Ad id:[protected]: Quikr has accepted the payment on 1st October 2016 and are refusing to deliver the product. Customer care does not want to address this issue. There is no way of escalation. There is no call back from quikr. i have spent 300 rupees in phone bills to call them and i am left with no other option as they dont even call back. Would appreciate help and any suggestions to complain against Quikr.

                      Have been calling cutomer care on[protected]. I am tired of speaking to Executives and repeating the issue 100 times. I have actually been lied to by the executives saying that they werent working on a particular day whereas they actually were. Spoken to Parvat, senthil, monisha, bharat, nikhil and many others from scheduling and doorstep departments.

                      I request quick solution of this logistics problem or full refund of damages incurred.

                      The worst service i have ever received.

                        Hello Cheater,

                        I had put an ad and got a buyer to buy it-Ad ID:[protected].
                        A pick up was promised with details of the driver, but later i called the driver and understood that he is no more working for quikr. From that time i am following up with quikr on phone, emails and quikr website as well to resolve this pick up issue.
                        Till now It is over 24 hours now and a pick up is not arranged.
                        Now the buyer has cancelled the deal.
                        We waste so much of time and effort and lose the deal as well.

                        How much MORE HORRIBLE CAN THESE PAID SERVICES BE ?

                        Please stop doing this promises of services if you cant deal it.

                                I purchased an item from quikr vide their Ad ID[protected] after negotiating with the seller. The chat window was only open till the item was purchaed. Once I made the payment (Rs.1800/-) the quikr problems started. As I was staying nearer to the location of the seller I opted for picking up self. The quikr team provided me an address without the phone number of the seller and I went to the area to find that the address is completely bogus and not traceable. The door no quoted in the advertisement is more than 20 years old and no one could trace it. So I informed quikr and asked for refund of my money. The team responded that they will be deducting Rs.200 towards cancellation charges. The phone no which was later given by one of their support person was also not reachable. This is how quikr is making money. They themselves are posting fraudulent advertisements and when you cancel they steal money from you. I was shocked and replied to them it is not acceptable. I have telephoned to them on a daily basis. Everytime a different person will pickup (may be callcentre) and will assure me that the refund will be made within 24 hours. Every mail sent to doorstep and quikr suppor will be responded asking 24 hours time. Now even after 7 days the problem is not yet solved and my money is with them. Every time they will create a new ticket ID and will ask for 24 hours time and no one will respond. Everytime you talk to some person and they will assure you that they have taken up with concerned team and nothing will happen.

                                  I sold my sofa on 2nd oct (ad id[protected] for 4500.
                                  Quikr paid me only 1000 on 5th oct.
                                  I called the customer care 3-4 times. every time they tell me that they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs.
                                  Still i have not received my full payment.
                                  It is so frustrating, because when i was supposed to give sofa for delivery they called 5-6 times, now they are just not responding.
                                  Cant believe a brand like quikr can cheat people like this.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I purchased a mobile phone from quikr x online app on 19 september 2016. Since the seller rocket kommerse did not had the product, quikr cancelled my order id 10174785 on 23 september 2016. Quikr customer care told me that the refund will be done in 7-8 days. But today is 8 oct 2016 and still i have not received my refund. Please help me in getting my refund.

                                      I found an add for a second hand car in quicker and contacted them regarding their RTO service. Quicker employee guaranteed that the RTO transfer will be done from their end after I make an online payment in their portal. I made the payment on 23 rd August. I contacted them multiple time over phone and email. Even after a month, there was no response. As no service was provided, I asked for a full refund. No response for that too.

                                        I have paid an amount of Rs.3128/- through Net banking of SBI to quikr doorstep system for the AD ID:[protected]. On 28.09.2016, I have been received a message from Quikr that the above order AD ID:[protected] was cancelled and initiated refund of ₹ 3128. The amount will be transferred to my bank account in 4-7 business days. But the amount was not transferred to my account after lapse of 9 days till to date and there no message received from you so far. This is very regretable to notice of your service.
