I had a very bad experience with Quikr Doorstep .
I put an advertisement in Quiker to sell my iPad and someone send me an offer of 12000 and I accepted that .
And after that he did the payment to Quikr and I got the confirmation . After that it was scheduled to pick up from my home someday between 10 AM tp 1 Pm .
And that day I got a call from someone that we are coming to pick the product .

I have received 1 lead, this leads not suitable, for me.
Your marketing person promised that daily we are giving 2 leads. But til now i have not received single lead.

Hi,

I want to return this phone as there is a problem with the Mic. My voice is not being heard at the other end of the receiver. This phone was delivered 3 days back and problem identified on day 1. Checked phone for 2 days and problem is intermittent. Please return.
Also, get's heated soon - low usage. I'm a phone user for 20 years and know for sure it's not to do with high usage....

I sold one Item (AD ID[protected] on Quikr on Sunday, 21 Aug 2016. There was at-least 10 calls and 10 SMS on my mobile until the item was picked from me (obviously the buyer made the payment of INR 750 to Quikr before that). Once the item was picked from me, the excellent service of Quikr started.

Hi quikr and all its customer, i would like to share my experience with you all. i wanted to get my dog trained and asked for the help of a professional trainer, i saw an ad on quikr by a person with Ad ID:[protected], i contacted him and he responded immediatly. he came to my house the very next day and said that he would charge 4800rs as fee and asked us to pay 2400 in advance and later pay the rest in two shifts, we paid him 2000 and after...

For the Ad Id[protected] with the heading "Dining table with 6 chairs - Hyderabad", i paid the complete amount of Rs.2199 via online & i was told that the delivery call be receiving within 24-hrs.

However, on the other side, i received an e mail with the invoice copy asking me to pay the amount of Rs.706 under "convenience fee". I didnt understand, what exactly is this?

Cancellation request for my order (Ad_id[protected] was raised on aug 24th and cancellation confirmation (Ticket no:[protected] ) was acknowledged by quikr team on aug 25th morning mentioning that, cancellation is approved and refund would be initiated the next working day (Please see the attached image)

It's almost 5 days and i haven't got my money back . I would like to escalate this to a right person as i'm not satisfied...

I bought a refurbished oneplus one mobile from quikr on 20/7/2016. It was delivered and i found that it was a faulty one & i returned it to quikr the same week. They told they will send another phone after receiving the faulty one. Now its one month finished and still they have not given the phone or the refund. The biggest cheaters saying lame words that asap the issue will be cleared....

Quikr is completely Fraud organization when it comes to Free Adds posting. They are cheating & misleading people. I want to ask Quikr being such a big org why are you doin such cheap tactics to earn more. Its f9 i[censored] dont want to giv free adds but atleast youll should not doge ppl by the kind of free positing youll are offering which is of no use & everytym ur paid listing pop up come in. Hi, I want to logde a complaint against Quikr Door step service as it is a useless fraud service. I have purchased a (DSLR Flycam camera stabliser) online on Quikr Ad ID[protected]kolkota) on 30th July. I have paid the amount of Rs 1549 thru HDFC Banck Card.(transaction ID [protected]). I got the confirmation mail from Quikr that the product will be deliverd by 8th Aug, but it was not delivered. I called Quikr to check the status they said...

Ok so on 20th aug i ordered an iphone from quikr doorstep and made the payment via debit card. on 23rd Aug i received the product but it was not original. it was a replica of the actual phone so i told the delivery guy to take it back and said that i want my money back. Quikr is selling telephone numbers to telemarketers unauthorisedly causing grave inconvenience to people. People registering on quikr are forced to put up with unauthorised telemarketing calls. I received a call on 26/08/2016 from someone from [protected], when I am already registered with Do Not Call Registry under Category 0 (Meaning no calls allowed).
The caller clearly told me that he had received my mobile number from quikr....

This portal is more of a non performing one. These guys came to my office and told me about their product.. We finalised a 200 credit package for ₹ 25000.. While discussing with me, after making an offer, the sales rep makes a few phone calls and tells me sorry I cannot deliver it to you in 25000, now I need more money.. Strange but true.. I have seen below dialog under 'Make an offer'….
"Pay ₹ 51 advance to show genuine interest. Get refund if seller does not accept. Block other buyers & get Item faster if seller accepts."

And I believe on Quikr and have made 3 payments of Rs.51/- against 3 ADs as given below;

Product get damage during delivery with reference ad[protected]
Product get damage during the delivery by delivery person.
According the seller pic in quicker the product (Iron showcase) was in good condition. But when the delivery person deliver the product it's totally damage
Many part of the showcase get damage and scratch.
If quicker service deliver the damage product then no need to provide the service delivery...
