I have used the Quikr Doorstep delivery for selling one of my product. Buyer has made a payment & Quikr Delivery team picked up and deliver to the Buyer.
It's has been more than 5 days, the payment has not made to my account.
Following up with customer care, you will only get one update that there logistics team needs to update in the system and then only the payment can be released. However there is no action. I feel like cheated. On Mail I gets a reply that It is waiting for pickup reschedule from my house.
Quikr has stolen my money. Worst services. They start with a concept but dont maintain the service.
On asking them to follow up with Buyer and get the confirmation, Instead I gets a reply the I have to call up to Buyer and ask buyer to call quikr.

There should be strong action taken against these companies. This is just making customer loosing trust from online transaction where other end we want to digitized. Hope strong action taken against Quikr so that it is not repeated with any other customer.

    I ordered a mobile from Quikr Doorstep AD ID:[protected]. I received a faulty mobile with faulty display. Quikr customer care said, I had to check the mobile before accepting the courier, whereas the courier person said this can be replaced afterwards as well. I didnt realize the faulty display untill a couple of hours later, as there were spots on the display and there was no way that I could have identified it when the courier person had came to deliver mobile to me.

    This mobile should have been verified for faults even before it was picked up and sent for delivery to me. After I complained to the customer care, I was blandly told tha I will have to take up with the seller who is in a different city and with whom I dont have any contact!

    It is quikr's responsibility to either refund the amount for the phone or get it repaired for me.

    Discussed with the Quikr support person. It was a complete waste of my time. As per her, Quikr is not responsible for the seller. If Quikr is not responsible, then why have the Quikr Doorstep in the first place. If Quikr is not taking responsibility that the product would be as described by the seller, why should any buyer buy the product from Quikr Doorstep? She was asking me to check for the product before making any transaction, which didnt make any sense, as this was inter city transaction (Pune - Hyderabad) facilitated by Quikr. I am not sure if she meant me making a trip to Hyderabad before paying it on Quikr!!!

    PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM QUIKR, is my last statement to everybody. I will be posting this on every forum in India so that other buyers do not suffer as I have.

    I am very sorry to confirm that none of my concerns were addressed. Hope Quikr loses from all the ill wishes of the millions of fraud deals from you guys.
    Quikr sold me a product which is already sold. I paid money .But I didn't get my money back.

        Mr. Saurabh Dixit Sales Manager visited our office and offered us Education Leads. We being in the overseas education business were interested in the same and purchased 200 leads. for 1st 100 leads we gave a current date cheque and for balance 100 leads we gave a PDC of 8th September. We received an email on Saturday 27th August that the pack has been activated and we were informed that we shall start receiving leads from Monday 29th August. We did not receive any leads and no one was even responding to our emails and calls. We called the Delhi office and spoke with Ms. Reshu Mathur who provided us with the email ID of Mr. Dixits Manager Rahul Saunik and asked to send email to him and informed us that she will also followup on the same.We sent 1st email to rahul sauinik on 2nd september, did not get any reply and again sent email on 6th September but again no reply from him. In the mean time Mr. Dixit informed that QUIKR doesnt has leads and our package has been cancelled and amount will be refunded. Now in the meantime QUIKR presented the 2nd Cheque issued for 8th September in the bank. When the pack has been cancelled and refund has been initiated why the cheque was deposited. Now even Ms. Reshu Mathur has stopped attending my calls. I called Mumbai office and they transferred me to banglore and assured me a callback. I NEED A SOLUTION ON THIS AT THE EARLIEST

          Hello Sir,
          I had bid, last month on quikr Hyderabad on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3. The price I bid was around 32, 000. I won that bid. Next day the seller named Vishal patel email: [protected]@gmail.com said to me to pay 30, 000. We had a deal on doing EMI of 5000 which I would have paid for 6 months. I paid him last month 5000 Rupees. But he asked for 5000 more in form of custom clearance. I paid him 5000 more on 2 September. Then he asked him 5000 more as he said that his courier man will take that his charge.!!! In that case, I felt his fraud activity. He has taken 10000 from me already in 2 weeks, and asking for 5000 more!!! I asked him about it and he said that he is no fraud or scam but genuinine. And he will surely send me the computer by 3rd September. I paid him 5000 thus. It didn't came on 4th September. He said it will come on 5th, but it did not came.
          I am feeling very afraid and negative now as I paid him 15000 which I must have given him in 3 month time. I am just a student, and he took almost all my money in his excuses of sending the computer.
          Today he messages me that his boss has stopped sending the computer, because he think I will not pay him money more. Was I a fool that I paid him 15000?!!!
          And now he is asking me for another 5000 Rupees before sending me the computer.

          Please help me in this fraudulent case, I am very troubled and upset. I will never use quikr website again.

              I have been following up with the quikr team for over 5 days regarding the delivery of the product. The ad id is[protected]. Please note: the money for the product had been transferred last week and every evening i receive a message from quikr with an apology stating that they could not pick up the product.

              After having called the helpline 4 times today, i was told the vehicle was dispatched this morning at 10.30 am. I have been in touch with the seller too and am told the vehicle hasn't arrived yet! Mind you it is 6.30 pm.
              I was given the number of the driver, mr kumar, and his number has been switched off. Phone number stated: [protected].

              Every time the delivery is scheduled, today being the third attempt, i receive a call from quikr in the evening apologising and mentioning that the seller isn't available. How is it possible that i am able to contact the seller and quikr isn't??

              The service is truly appalling with the only response being - the matter has been escalated and you will receive a response in 48 hours!!

              I either want the product picked up or my money - rs 52, 199, refunded!!

                  I saw one quikr ads in website.Then I contact to that person and i order the product through indian post Cash on delivery method . But that product is totally changed . I was shocked then i contact that number and using what's app there is no reply .Again and again i contact that number there is no reply for me.Totally i was loss more money .then i see quikr ads again .that wrong person was changed the name but same mobile number added quikr ads and posted new ads .                       Oneplus One camera has some dust in the lenses and it's bad pictures worst than samsung j2 i don't know why they have sent me the defected piece of Oneplus one. in the ad it clearly wrote that "Each phone that we sell passes through a set of rigorous quality checks" but it's not true it's fake they just know how to make money. i have sent him mail for this issue but they don't replied n i have also called them 5-6times but they attend only once and told me to call later we r checking mails. it's really really bad things they have not read my mail. please resolve this issue. i know they wait for end the 7days replacement guarranty. take any action for this case thank you.

                        Hello,
                        I had a very bad experience with Quikr Doorstep .
                        I put an advertisement in Quiker to sell my iPad and someone send me an offer of 12000 and I accepted that .
                        And after that he did the payment to Quikr and I got the confirmation . After that it was scheduled to pick up from my home someday between 10 AM tp 1 Pm .
                        And that day I got a call from someone that we are coming to pick the product .
                        And he came around 12 and he took the iPad and gave me a slip .I saw he has all Quikr papers with all my ID and all .
                        And after 2 hors I got another call from some one else, that we are coming to pick the product .

                        I told I already given the product someone else .
                        Then after sometime I got an sms saying that " Your ad has been cancelled as seller already sold the item ".

                        After that I contacted many times to Quikr for this issue and the did not response .
                        After calling around 10 times (20 days), they said it is not the correct receipt, hence we are closing the issue .
                        Tahts all, it is finished . I lost my item .

                        Then I called again and asked how a outsider coming to my house with all Quikr papers and that to same day and within the time which was scheduled by Quikr ?
                        Then I got no answer ..

                            Hi,

                            I want to return this phone as there is a problem with the Mic. My voice is not being heard at the other end of the receiver. This phone was delivered 3 days back and problem identified on day 1. Checked phone for 2 days and problem is intermittent. Please return.
                            Also, get's heated soon - low usage. I'm a phone user for 20 years and know for sure it's not to do with high usage.
                            The touch screen responsiveness is not at its best.

                            IS THIS HOW YOU ACTION A 7 DAYS RETURN POLICY?

                            First I have called support over a phone call and was advised to write an email. Which I don't understand why that would be different.

                            Then an email is sent on 30th Aug'16 and TILL DATE N TIME there has been no response from your team???

                            IT this how you treat and handle 7 day returns? You will allow complains to be made and 7 days die away, so it becomes void for a device to be replaced or refunded for.

                            CAN SOMEONE from your team call me or ESCALATE this to someone RESPONSIBLE???

                              I sold one Item (AD ID[protected] on Quikr on Sunday, 21 Aug 2016. There was at-least 10 calls and 10 SMS on my mobile until the item was picked from me (obviously the buyer made the payment of INR 750 to Quikr before that). Once the item was picked from me, the excellent service of Quikr started.

                              There was no communication to me that item has been delivered to Buyer and how I will get my payment.

                              Hence I called Quikr Doorstep on Monday, 22 Aug on[protected] to know the next step on me to get the payment. I was asked to email my A/c details to ​[protected]@quikr.com and to wait for 2-3 business days. But after waiting 2 days as there was no communication that whether Quikr doing anything to release my payment. Hence I called Quikr Doorstep on Wednesday (24-Aug), I was confirmed that Quikr received my e-mail and payment will be released soon and to wait for 2 more days.

                              As there was no response, I called Quikr Doorstep again on Friday (26-Aug) to know the progress. To my surprise, I was told, that A/c details not updated to release the payment. On my request the CC Guy consulted the back end team and assured me that I should get my payment in 2-3 days.

                              Again, no luck. Hence I called on Tuesday (30-Aug) evening. Can anyone of you assume what I was told !!! Sir, you are calling on wrong number (Quikr Doorstep[protected] your product was sold by Quikr RM not by us. So call at [protected]. Anyway there was no other choice, so I called this no., but even trying 10 times no luck, every time the call was getting diverted and after waiting 2-3 mins getting disconnected all the times.

                              So I called Quikr Doorstep again and requested this time to transfer the call to any senior person. I talked to Purshotam John (Floor Manager), he told me same thing, that my product was sold by Quikr RM not by Quikr Doorstep, so I need to call on[protected]. On my request, he promised that he will follow with Quikr RM Team and he agreed that Quikr RM Team is a part of Quikr Doorstep.

                              When I called at[protected], calls getting disconnected just after 2 rings every time. Surprisingly, I got a call back immediately (no delay at all) asking me any help I want to post a ad on Quikr. Simply WOW ! OMG, they were speaking from Ad posting department, not from Quikr RM Team. Hence they are so responsive. On my request, after listening whole story, the guy assured me that he will speak to his seniors regarding my payment.

                              So here are few Questions to Quikr-

                              1. You people are very responsive to the customers, to pick the product or to get an Ad. After that just forget the customer, because customer is simply a fool and free to have follow up with you people ?
                              2. To get the payment, how many times one should call and to which department and on which no. Why this was not made clear before collection of my item ?
                              3. Which department is this RM, why no info about it on http://bangalore.quikr.com/html/contact.php.
                              4. Should I think that I have been cheated and I should forget my money, as after Googling, I found 100 cases like of mine.

                              Can anyone from any team, connect me to Quikr RM team, as I am not able to reach to them, after my best effort; I really want to speak to them, irrespective of Quikr will give me my hard earned money or not.

                              I will try my level best to reach Mr. Pranay Chulet (Quikr CEO) by FB / Twitter, not to get my payment (I already thought that some thieves have stolen my money), but to convey my message to him, how good / highly qualified / cheater team, he has.

                              Also I will do my level best to educate people about Quikr Service.

                              This is my first experience with Quikr, and it it is really awesome !

                                Hi quikr and all its customer, i would like to share my experience with you all. i wanted to get my dog trained and asked for the help of a professional trainer, i saw an ad on quikr by a person with Ad ID:[protected], i contacted him and he responded immediatly. he came to my house the very next day and said that he would charge 4800rs as fee and asked us to pay 2400 in advance and later pay the rest in two shifts, we paid him 2000 and after coming for just 5 days (a total of 3hrs n 45min) he was forcing us to pay the remaining amount finally and was creating a lot of nuisance when we were trying to talk sense, we paid him another 400 to get rid of the trouble he was causing to us. to top it off he was boasting very gloriously that his family income was in lacs and he didnt need to train dogs for money but he was doing it out of passion, so we were forced to shell out 2400 bucks as a tribute to his sacred passion, so guys be careful with such imposters.

                                  For the Ad Id[protected] with the heading "Dining table with 6 chairs - Hyderabad", i paid the complete amount of Rs.2199 via online & i was told that the delivery call be receiving within 24-hrs.

                                  However, on the other side, i received an e mail with the invoice copy asking me to pay the amount of Rs.706 under "convenience fee". I didnt understand, what exactly is this?

                                  Why should we pay such extra amount? find enclosed copy supporting the same, for your convience.

                                      Cancellation request for my order (Ad_id[protected] was raised on aug 24th and cancellation confirmation (Ticket no:[protected] ) was acknowledged by quikr team on aug 25th morning mentioning that, cancellation is approved and refund would be initiated the next working day (Please see the attached image)

                                      It's almost 5 days and i haven't got my money back . I would like to escalate this to a right person as i'm not satisfied by the service provided by quikr.

                                      Simple question : " when would i get my money back?"

                                        I bought a refurbished oneplus one mobile from quikr on 20/7/2016. It was delivered and i found that it was a faulty one & i returned it to quikr the same week. They told they will send another phone after receiving the faulty one. Now its one month finished and still they have not given the phone or the refund. The biggest cheaters saying lame words that asap the issue will be cleared.

                                        Many false advertisements are posted in this site. Company has no checking system to ascertain the genuineness of the ads. In many cases, item is different from that is in ad. Address of the person giving ad should be available.

                                        Yes they are 200% cheaters & after receiving money they delivered a faulty phone and sending back the phone they are not resending the good phone nor the money . Eating other peoples money . The greatest cheater are quikr & their suppliers
