I was contacted by quikr through Hero Motorcorp since I wanted to exchange by old bike for a new one. He introduced as Sameer from Quikr and evaluated the vehicle after test riding the vehicle. The negotiations happened in front on Hero sales person and finance person. After agreeing 4500 Rs for my old bike he said they can reduce that from downpayment as he will make pay it on the day of handing the bike over. We agreed to do this on Wednesday. He was on leave due to his festival and asked me to go ahead with the purchase and he will meet me on Thursday to complete the deal. He requested me to park the old bike in hero showroom. Since the manager denied it due to the riots issue going on in Bangalore, I parked it in my office. I called him on Thursday and he said will collect it in the evening. After that he didn't pick the call and one of his colleague called back saying they cannot buy the vehicle as there is no demand. I am now with two bikes in my office waiting till 7:30 PM late evening keeping my work aside. I want a strict action to be taken against this employee and want the money promises by him. I have contacted Hero Motocorp and they assured that they will be with me on this as they were witnessed the negotiations.

    Hi,
    I had ordered an Unboxed ONE PLUS 2, 64gb through Order id : 10172913 on 30th Aug through Quikrx, via Cash on Delivery .I got a call from the Delhivery courier on 03rd Sept that My courier has arrived and I need to make the payment. I paid the courier person in cash and to my shock and utter dismay when I opened the box later, I found nothing but plastic wrapped around a box with a DETERGENT BAR inside it. I immediately filed a complaint in both Delhivery courier and Quikr. With subsequent calls and following up with Quikr, they are denying any refund claims against this issue as they think delhivery courier is the one to be blamed for this goof-up. It's frustrating to know these people are not accepting the fact that my order details were leaked through the courier THEY chose to deliver me the product and hence I got the fake package. It's either Courier's fault or Quikr's but I want either my phone to be delivered without any charges or a refund for this fiasco.

      I have made the transaction against Ad id[protected] on Aug 29th payment id is [protected]. Product was cancelled by seller and i have not received the refund of Rs 1699.00

      I had been following up from last 15 days through email however they have stopped respond on email. Please stop cheating with customer as neither you are delivering the product nor refunding the money back with in the promised timeline.

      Please initiate the refund and provide the status on the same asap

        Quikr is very Fraud company . Quikr staff (sales staff MR Rahul Kumar Upadhyay is very very fraud such big cheater, I have purchased premium Ad for computer & IT product Services from Quikr person Rahul, he committed us 50 premium ad and 50 leads but he cheat with us, But he given us only Ad, that is worthless no any response . How can such company still stand with so many complaints of fraudulent against them. They are organised robbers.

          It is very painful for me to say that my experience with quicker is very bad.
          Quicker has schedule my item to be deliver on monday dated 12.09.16; which was not made. I have called 3times to customer care till 7.30pm but lastly they informed that the delivery will be made next day.
          Next day mean 13.09.14, i was coming early from office to receive the bed but the bed was not deliver yesterday also. When i called to customer care they have given the number of delhivery man. I came to know from delhivery man that he is on other job. The same i update to quicker which is totally unprofessional activity by quicker team.
          Last two days quicker team just wasting my time,
          Again quicker has given todays schedule and repeat the same thing.
          This is very unprofessional activity by quicker. I have never expect this kind response from quicker.

            - description - i had purchased a cupboard yesterday through quikr, and immediately called the seller inorder to send across images of the cupboard from the inside as well. She claimed to have bought the product one year back for 20500/- and the product hasnt been used at all. The only scratch is near the key hole area and has not taken photos of the cupboard from the inside.

            When the quikr delivery team went to pick it up from the sellers house, she gave me a call and confirmed the delivery and said that there was paint going on at home and there would be a paint stain so i would have to clean the same from my end.
            I received the product today on the 13th of december, and to my notice there were only scratches on the product and the product doesnt even look a year old or that it was purchased from a store, but looks like the same has been made at home using cheaper wood.

            I have paid 6799/- rs for a product which is totally unacceptable.

            The same seller is also selling a two door cupboard. I would request you to take strict action on the same and ensure the seller does not cheat any other consumer. And have the seller refund back 3000/- rs for the product.

            I just received a call from quikr, and the lady accuses me of harrising the seller by adding a complaint on the portal. And also tells me that quikr is a mediator and does not check the products for the consumer and it was my responsibility to go and check the cupboard.

            I would want a complete refund on the cupboard and the seller is also ready to take back the same. I require quikr to initiate the same immediately. I have messaged the seller and have attached the images. Please initiate the same as soon as possbile.
            Request some one to connect with me as i would wasnt to return the cupboard and require a refund on the same.

              I ordered lenovo vibe p1m mobile on 4 september 2016, it's dead mobile, order id 10173851 i called twice everyday they asked us to send email our backend team will work and replace the handset but after tried couple of times no response i have attached bill and mobile imei number pictures, there is one contact number on the bill but that number is no more work.

                From is add[protected] i purchased goodrej 2nd hand fridge fridge was good there was no issue in that but at the time of pickup and drop the carelessly delivered at my home because of that it whole gas was pull out and it is not working i called to a fridge repairer he told that its gas is pull out i asked him can you tell me is it went out now or the perilously its having the problem he told that before some time only i thing during delivery time it went because the oil is coming out now so gas went or re filling they he charged 1800rs its a waste of time and money in that price i can buy a new fridge i really want a proper solution on that.

                  They say your bank details are not updated..

                      I sell a sofa set which is 3 days old. i got an offer and the product was delivered to the buyer . but i didn't receive my payment till now .

                      It happens 20 days ago. Very poor customer service. No coordination between the employees. Worst followup.

                      They simply escaping by telling that ...' we initiated the amount in ur account and it is already credited in ur account .. check with ur bank'.

                        I ordered two beds form Quikr mentioned in this Ad Id. Seller is very good.
                        but Quikr's service and delivery is very poor.
                        they send 1 person for deliver of 2 Single beds 6*4 size with storage.
                        I don't understand how 1 person can deliver these items.
                        Now I am following up Quikr and not getting any satisfactory solution and they also cancelled my order without informing me.

                          Hello,

                          I made an order for a sofa on the 6-9-2016 with the ad ID, I have provided in the email. The seller had accepted the offer. Quikr took the sofa from them. However, the sofa was not delivered to me. I am thinking that the employees of Quickr have bought the sofa, kept my money on hold for 7 days. They refunded my money. This is bad business. Very bad strategy.

                            I bought a mobile HTC M8 32GB from QuikrX order Id[protected]
                            and got the delivery on 29th August.
                            On checking the mobile it was founf to have a lot of faults.

                            1) The power on/off button is faulty. I have to press nearly 10 times to make it work once.

                            2) The upper speaker is faulty, it makes a cracking sound.

                            3) The mobile is rooted, it is a sprint carrier mobile which has been rooted to work in India.Hence rooted mobiles do not get ota updates.

                            4) The mobile description on the quikr site showed 2.5ghz cpu (The Indian version comes with 2.5ghz) but when checked it shows 2.3ghz cpu (The Sprint Carrier version of the mobile is 2.3ghz).so the description is misleading.

                            5) No Charger and No Box provided with the mobile.

                            I have been contacting them daily on their customer care number and sent many emails for replacement/refund but they are not responding back.
                            The customer care representatives are giving wayward answer since 13 days.

                            It has been 3 days and still no response from Quikr Support team. I am calling them regularly and they have the same reply everyday (1) Our system are down, please call later (2) The escalation team is not available at the moment, please call later (3) We have sent the matter to higher officials and awaiting their response, wait for 2-3 days (4) Today is a holiday, call back tomorrow.
                            It has been 15 days, How long should I wait? yesterday I called the Quikr X support and they told me to wait for 2 minutes and kept me on hold for nearly 35 minutes, later told me that the higher authorities are not available.
                            This is certainly not the way of reaching out to customers and developing trust. Please help
                            Just now i have posted my ad and made payment through net banking Indian bank,
                            The next screen appears as payment failed please try again.
                            But my bank statement shows debited by Rs.1143
                            Please do the needful help as soon as possible.

                              I have posted an advertisement on http://pune.quikr.com/ on 7/09/2016
                              My quoted price is 5000 but for Auction I marked the base price 3500.

                              I received 3 message of Bids from Quikr Portal, the highest who won is 3650. as it is a one day auction I received the confirmation from Quikr on message on 8/09/2016.

                              Now because that person who bid the highest amount not paid the money because of any reason but Quikr taken no initiative to send me the updates post 8/09/2016 and when I given them the call on 12/09/2016 they asking me to contact that highest bidder rather than tacking an action by them-self.

                              If I did the same than they might have tortured me as putting things on Auction and than not selling its legally fraud specially if you agreed on all terms and condition of the Auction Model.

                              This is the link where it clearly updated that it has been sold through doorstep but only Once I called them I got to know this.

                              Its there duty to update me and take the appropriate action on the highest bidder.

                              I wasted many personal offer because of this but they are very casually and fearlessly saying that they don't have any problem even if I complaint about them and they clearly said they can't do any thing in this.

                              Plz I need some action to take related to this.

                                I got a call stating that it's a metro job but you have to pay 250 before your interview and after my interview I got a call that I have been selected however I have to pay rs 1650 as a security amnt. I even paid that however after that those ppl were not picking up phone. Than I spoke with customer support Mr. Mangesh daily he is saying I will let you know abt this however till now even he is not having any answer. It's a fraud site and customer support is also worst. Plz don't trust Quikr better to believe on naukri and monster. Plz don't trust FRAUD SITE WITH FRAUD EMPLOYEES.

                                    I bought an Amirah as per the details mentioned below from Quikr (Doorstep). I mentioned the delivery time after 06:30 PM. In spite of that delivery person reached at around 02:30 PM.
                                    Delivery person named Ravi called up me for doorstep delivery and told that material cannot be shifted at home through lift due to bigger size. I told to him that deliver the material via ladders but he refused to do so. Then I told him to deliver the material at ground floor only by stating the same on delivery receipt. Eventually, he, himself decided to go back and to deliver item at a later time. In the entire conversation, he misbehaved with me and with my family as well.
                                    Delivery person returned the item to seller (Manoj). Later on, I came to know from seller that delivery person told that buyer rejected the item and hence returned. In this way he misguided the seller with false statement.

                                    Please investigate the issue and let know,

                                    1. Why item was not delivered as per mentioned time?
                                    2. Why returned to seller with false statement?
                                    3. Why delivery person misbehaved?

                                    It is not expected from Quikr team to behave like. It caused inconvenience to seller and buyer. Faith which Quikr gained is not worthy and disappointing customers.

                                    Request you to share corrective action against each root cause. Material need to be delivered or Refund of payment should be executed. Quikr should be fined for a fare amount and that amount to be transferred to my account.

                                      I have used the Quikr Doorstep delivery for selling one of my product. Buyer has made a payment & Quikr Delivery team picked up and deliver to the Buyer.
                                      It's has been more than 5 days, the payment has not made to my account.
                                      Following up with customer care, you will only get one update that there logistics team needs to update in the system and then only the payment can be released. However there is no action. I feel like cheated. On Mail I gets a reply that It is waiting for pickup reschedule from my house.
                                      Quikr has stolen my money. Worst services. They start with a concept but dont maintain the service.
                                      On asking them to follow up with Buyer and get the confirmation, Instead I gets a reply the I have to call up to Buyer and ask buyer to call quikr.

                                      There should be strong action taken against these companies. This is just making customer loosing trust from online transaction where other end we want to digitized. Hope strong action taken against Quikr so that it is not repeated with any other customer.

                                        I ordered a mobile from Quikr Doorstep AD ID:[protected]. I received a faulty mobile with faulty display. Quikr customer care said, I had to check the mobile before accepting the courier, whereas the courier person said this can be replaced afterwards as well. I didnt realize the faulty display untill a couple of hours later, as there were spots on the display and there was no way that I could have identified it when the courier person had came to deliver mobile to me.

                                        This mobile should have been verified for faults even before it was picked up and sent for delivery to me. After I complained to the customer care, I was blandly told tha I will have to take up with the seller who is in a different city and with whom I dont have any contact!

                                        It is quikr's responsibility to either refund the amount for the phone or get it repaired for me.

                                        Discussed with the Quikr support person. It was a complete waste of my time. As per her, Quikr is not responsible for the seller. If Quikr is not responsible, then why have the Quikr Doorstep in the first place. If Quikr is not taking responsibility that the product would be as described by the seller, why should any buyer buy the product from Quikr Doorstep? She was asking me to check for the product before making any transaction, which didnt make any sense, as this was inter city transaction (Pune - Hyderabad) facilitated by Quikr. I am not sure if she meant me making a trip to Hyderabad before paying it on Quikr!!!

                                        PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM QUIKR, is my last statement to everybody. I will be posting this on every forum in India so that other buyers do not suffer as I have.
