Extreme harassment by quikr: forcing damaged product which the delivery people damaged during transit
Ad id[protected]: 15 days old sofa, brand new. Buyer personally visited my house to inspect the product before making a deal for inr 10500. Quikr damaged my product during transit to the buyer and hence buyer rejected the deal.
Now quikr (Almost 20 executives so far) are harassing me everyday to forcibly accept a damaged product which got spoil due to their negligence giving me logic that they have repaired the product. Why should i accept a damaged product, it's not my mistake. Fault is completely of the quikr personnel so why should i suffer. If a buy a shirt from myntra, tear it and sew it back again and return to myntra, will they take it back. Will it be a new product anymore. Will they be able to get the same price for it as new product???
Quikr has fully indemnified the buyer but harassing the seller (Me) who placed trust in quikr's services, gave my brand new product to be delivered and here i am harassed to accept the damaged product. Why does the seller suffer for loss or damage of product during transit.
They damaged the product, spoiled my deal with the buyer and now not releasing the payment of inr 10500.
This is an extreme case of harassment and exploitation of customer. Totally against their propaganda of 'ho befikar, bech quikr'.
Somebody please help me and get my payment released from quikr.
Can i have number of marketing guys!!! Where are the customer relationship department?
