Hello,

My ad id :[protected] is single bed (Seti) and transaction id:[protected] as per show photo in deal or advertisement not delivery same one product.

Got product is totally different one and also me talk will seller mohan bhimani ([protected]) he tell to me only used 1-2 month single bed but product me got will may used around 2-3 year and it much old one. Please don't give my payment to seller. So. What the process of return product and get back my money.

Please reply me positively.

    Quikr picked up items (double bed, dressing table, mattress) from my home after sending me a message that money will be remitted to my account in 2 days. inspite of telling them to bubble wrap they didn't do it. later the buyer refused to take goods inspite of initially signing the pod. quikr picked up the items from buyer inspite of driver telling me that nothing was wrong. i have lost my goods and didnt recd a single penny.

      I ordered a product and paid a token amount of Rs.1000 on 27/9/16.they called and told seller is out of station so will deliver the product by 3/10/16.no one called me on the day. i called the customer care and enquired about the status. they told the vehicle been went for pickup.i waited till evening again no reply. call backed the customer care, they told we could not reach the seller on time . i started shouting at them. each and every executives is giving wrong commitments. one fellow is telling we deliver the product today, immediately i am receiving SMS stating product will be delivered on 5/10/16. even i have awaited for 2 more days . today is 6/10/16, still now no response from the useless company. i asked for cancellation also they are not agreeing. the product which i bought could not be tracked in my list. so i dont have the option of cancelling also. worst service. worst company...i suggest dont go for any product with QUIKR even if its available for free...

        Some idiot is posting loans for car, spot. Cash like that and asking for theft vechile... He ask to come and cheats the people and then do something illegal.. If we asked he's threatening... As i said i'm a advocate he didn't reply... People please beware of these dogs which they will use our emergency situation and grabbing from us...           I have sold an item (Ad ID[protected] on Quikr (doorstep delivery), I negotiated with buyer for INR1500 and Quikr said they will pay me PayTM money INR50. In the transaction they made a mistake and paid only 1349 and PayTM 50, I contacted through email and someone called and told me a different problem and said they will credit 50 more in my PayTM wallet. They still owe me INR101 which I have been trying to get contacting them through the same email thread but no response.

          While 101 is not much of an amount, it is still my hard earned money and considering Quikr doing it in large scale it would add up to a large amount from many people. This surely is a fraud.

          Received call next day from Quikr, when I didn't pick up they emailed asking my convenient time which I feel is the right thing that I'd expect. Talked to them and resolved my issue in couple of days. Thanks!

            • 3rd Oct 16 evening one person from quickr called me and booked a time on 4th eve 8 pm
            • On 4th one person is call [[protected]]me at 12 noon and saying am standing outside with your fridge
            • I told him this is not my slot, he says I hardly bothers am taking is back
            • After that I have call quickr customer care two times they are saying our log team will come back to you

            At least respond these question
            • Where is the fridge ?
            • When it was booked for evening why you bought it at noon?
            • When are going to deliver ?

              My ad id is[protected], i sold an item through quikr doorstep on 29th september 2016. The item got delivered to the buyer on 30th of september. Till now i didn't get the amount credited to my account. I called customer care on 3rd and they are saying the amount will be credited on 5th october, i called again on 5th they are saying the amount will be credited on 7th october. The customer care executive was saying they really cant do any thing because they have initiated the procedure from their side on 1st. If on 1st the procedure is initiated and the amount is not credited by 5th, they are not supposed to track it from their side?

              Also the doorstep pick up guys were not professional, the amount for pick up and delivery is already paid by the buyer, but when they come to pick up item they were demanding extra money from seller side. I would have let it go if the overall experience was smooth with this site, but that is not the case here.

                I have purchased a motorola moto g mobile from quikr online for rs 3128.00. When i received the phone it was seen that the battery was totally damaged and not working. I contacted quikr for exchange of the mobile as per terms & condition of quikr replacement policy which provides 6 months warranty.
                I have contacted quikr more than 6 times over phone to replace & over 4 times through e-mail with all details to replace. But with regret i wish to inform that quikr is not responding.

                  Please give the proper attention on my payment that according to your Ad id[protected] [protected] = Rs.6011.(refund initiated) on 30/09/2016, whereas this amount is not in my account till now (Mini statement of state bank of India from 15/09/2016 to 04/10/2016 are attached herewith enclosed) related to information I have given to you again and again and also we got reply with not satisfied.
                  If I am keeping a complaint about my payment it means, I didn’t receive said amount. It is your duty that find out about this problem.

                    Problem: received refurbished used mobile. box imei number differ from the phone imei number

                    i ordered mobile dated 25-aug-2016 through delhivery courier received dated 3rd sep 2016. the day received, i made a complaint quickr customer care regarding my purchase. as per the guidance i have sent a detail mail to this mail id. now the date 03-oct-2016. till now i haven't received reply mails and return pickup. almost 38 days gone. I dont know quickr support is functioning or not. They people really working or cheating buyers. all the photo images and necessary document i have sent to your mail id. as per quikr website commitment all the necessary document submitted within 7 days you have arrange return pickup and replace the mobile or refund the amount. kindly do the needful.

                      I have purchased a product bearing Ad Id[protected] and Order Id[protected], and made payment for the same but I did not get the product on given delivery time and called customer care and told me that pick up will be done on 15th April but not done and not expect to get in 48 hours.                             Extreme harassment by quikr: forcing damaged product which the delivery people damaged during transit

                            Ad id[protected]: 15 days old sofa, brand new. Buyer personally visited my house to inspect the product before making a deal for inr 10500. Quikr damaged my product during transit to the buyer and hence buyer rejected the deal.

                            Now quikr (Almost 20 executives so far) are harassing me everyday to forcibly accept a damaged product which got spoil due to their negligence giving me logic that they have repaired the product. Why should i accept a damaged product, it's not my mistake. Fault is completely of the quikr personnel so why should i suffer. If a buy a shirt from myntra, tear it and sew it back again and return to myntra, will they take it back. Will it be a new product anymore. Will they be able to get the same price for it as new product???

                            Quikr has fully indemnified the buyer but harassing the seller (Me) who placed trust in quikr's services, gave my brand new product to be delivered and here i am harassed to accept the damaged product. Why does the seller suffer for loss or damage of product during transit.

                            They damaged the product, spoiled my deal with the buyer and now not releasing the payment of inr 10500.

                            This is an extreme case of harassment and exploitation of customer. Totally against their propaganda of 'ho befikar, bech quikr'.

                            Somebody please help me and get my payment released from quikr.

                            I am NOT complaining, but rather COMPLIMENTING the excellent service that was offered to me for TV repair. As promised, they arrived at my home on time and picked up my 32 inch LCD TV and returned it a few days later, but it works perfectly. When he came home, the price was quoted to me, and I am very impressed by the work.
                            Quikr is Fraud, crook and cheater company, Do not use any of its services i[censored] dont want to cheated by a Quirkr whichh is a crook company Give Wrong advice, take payment from the client & then don't answer calls, this is the Quikr culture. A bunch of cheats & in efficient employees. #quikrfraud #cheat #Patheticservice #inefficient #fraudcompanies #scamsters
                            Got my TV repaired a month ago and it's not working again.
                            The repair person won't pick the calls anymore.
                            It's best to find a repair store and get it done rather than hiring someone who is not verified.

                              Quikr is providing despicable doorstep delivery service. I had bought a queen size double bed and wooden foldings sold via ad id:[protected]. I have already made the payment of rs 19299 to the quikr escrow account on 30 september, 2016. After receiving payment, an employee from quikr called me regarding the cancellation and provided no alternate solution. This shows how pathetic customer service is being provided by this company.
                              Loyal customers are being let down by the company because of such unprofessional employees. As i have already made payment, now they are asking me to again buy the same product by paying additional amount, while the payment made previously will be lying idle for a week with quikr. For a salaried person it is an undue burden.
                              I request you to take necessary action and do the needful by either refunding rs 19299 intantly (Within 1 day) so that i can again use the amount for placing another order or by making arrangements for the transportation of the product (S) for which i have already paid.
                              You can't just use the excuse - 1 product per advertisement policy. As if it were the case, you shouldn't have allowed the transaction to happen at the first instance.
                              I am being harassed unnecessarily.

                                Quikr is the worst and most pathetic website to deal with. I had posted my add with a Sofa set along with TV unit for sell. I have a buyer who has made the payment to Quikr for the product but now when it's on a verge of selling they have it declined saying its a multiple product which can't be sold in one ad. I spoke to customer service and explained them my situation i.e I'm serving my dad in hospital and didn't knew about this policy. But they understood and informed me as one off request they would get this picked if it's the same address. So on there instruction's I dismantle the product and was waiting for the scheduling team to get this picked up. But later again the next day I get a call stating this cannot be done and there would be a need to re-post the ad with 2 different products wherein I was given assurity that the product will be picked up and there is no need to re-post the ad. I have been calling the customer service team again and they fall into arguement with me and said they cannot do anything for me wherein it was 2 representative's from theer end assuring me the multiple item would be picked. I spoke to Thasmiya a floor supervisor and she asked me to wait for 1 hr as she would call me back with a solution. I waited for 2 hr and didn't get a call back and hence I called again and she informed me to speak to Rajesh who is the Team Leader. But he too wasn't any help and disconnected the call. The next time I call again and speak to Balaji who was a TL from Scheduling team and he informed me there is no Team Leader by name of Rajesh in that Organisation. This is a clear fake activites happening in the Quikr team and it's unethical to transfer the call to any other colleague. I am shocked with how the organisation is working and there is no provision to help the customer wherein it's a wrong information provided by there team. Please need to see strict action taken against the team for faking the call by handing over the call to fake supervisor who could have possibly be faking many things with other customer's as well. And need a help for my products to be picked up and I should get justice against this pathetic service provider "Quikr".

                                  I live in goa margao.i had seen an add of iphone 7 clone on quikr.com and i called one of the deller of iphone 7. we had a talk about the mobile and i wanted this mobile the deller name is sachin kumar and his phone number is [protected]. after that he send me his bank account number and ifsc code to send money to his account .i deposited rupees 9000 to his bank account and we had a talk on mobile for something 4 minites after it but after that he didnt even call me and when i called he started rejecting it .sachin started keeping his phone swich off andc i started wooring about it i have his bank account . his back account number is[protected] and ifsc code is icic0002355 of icici bank. please help me

                                  Issue resolved... parcel was lost due to invalid address later on parcel was found as mistake of courier boy in Delhi Head Office and delivered to me.DIGITAL PACKERS marked Believable and true seller across All Over India Shipments

                                      I paid 15110 on 26sep 2016 for iphone 5s to quikr doorstep for Ad id:[protected] but due to customer denied to give product because he needs cash, my order was cancelled on 27sep 2016 but i do not get even a message or mail regarding my refund.

                                        Absolute Thugs and Cheats! They have taken Rs.12650 from me giving sweet talk and not delivering on service, no driver and no service. It has been 2 months and I am following up for repayment. No response to my emails as well.

                                        No one answers calls and if they do and no seniors available for discussion. Always common response is that we will get back.

                                        I have decided to file an FIR and book them for fraud. enough of waiting

                                        My earnest request to all of you is to not use their services if you care for your money.

                                        Damodar, Manjunath, Ramesh and Gourav are people in their office who lie and cheat customers.
