Extreme harassment by quikr: forcing damaged product which the delivery people damaged during transit

Ad id[protected]: 15 days old sofa, brand new. Buyer personally visited my house to inspect the product before making a deal for inr 10500. Quikr damaged my product during transit to the buyer and hence buyer rejected the deal.

Now quikr (Almost 20 executives so far) are harassing me everyday to forcibly accept...

Quikr is providing despicable doorstep delivery service. I had bought a queen size double bed and wooden foldings sold via ad id:[protected]. I have already made the payment of rs 19299 to the quikr escrow account on 30 september, 2016. After receiving payment, an employee from quikr called me regarding the cancellation and provided no alternate solution. This shows how pathetic customer service is being provided by this company.

Quikr is the worst and most pathetic website to deal with. I had posted my add with a Sofa set along with TV unit for sell. I have a buyer who has made the payment to Quikr for the product but now when it's on a verge of selling they have it declined saying its a multiple product which can't be sold in one ad. I spoke to customer service and explained them my situation i.e I'm serving my dad in hospital and didn't knew about this policy....

I live in goa margao.i had seen an add of iphone 7 clone on quikr.com and i called one of the deller of iphone 7. we had a talk about the mobile and i wanted this mobile the deller name is sachin kumar and his phone number is [protected]. after that he send me his bank account number and ifsc code to send money to his account .i deposited rupees 9000 to his bank account and we had a talk on mobile for something 4 minites after it but after...

I paid 15110 on 26sep 2016 for iphone 5s to quikr doorstep for Ad id:[protected] but due to customer denied to give product because he needs cash, my order was cancelled on 27sep 2016 but i do not get even a message or mail regarding my refund.
Customer care said that you will get text and mail in 24hrs. But it exceeds 24hrs now my refund is not initiated yet.

Absolute Thugs and Cheats! They have taken Rs.12650 from me giving sweet talk and not delivering on service, no driver and no service. It has been 2 months and I am following up for repayment. No response to my emails as well.

No one answers calls and if they do and no seniors available for discussion. Always common response is that we will get back.

I have decided to file an FIR and book them for fraud. enough...

I have purchase hp laserjet printer from delhi by quikr doorstep delivery facility. I paid amount as per quikr rule. Online paid by netbanking. After this process quikr self cancel my order. Online transfer detail 21-sep-2016 to transfer inb quikr india pvt. Ltd [protected]ig0csziwc3 4, 424.00 this amount not refund by quikr in my account at present....

Guys, I done the payment of a Sofa set on Quikr doorstep for delivery on 20/09/2016. They committed delivery on next day i.e.21/09/2016. I was very happy that product is coming early. But till 8pm I haven't received any delivery or update on that. So I called them. Customer care executive said sorry for inconvenience we will deliver the product tomorrow i.e. 22/09/2016. When I called next day, executive was very rude when I asked him about...

I had ordered the mattress over offer id of.[protected] and made the full payment after inspection of item for doorstep delivery.once I got the mattress it was torn in multiple location which was not their when I had a inspection. Please look into this matter and revert at the earliest.

The delivery guys were handling mattress very unprofessionally.it wasn't covered or protected in any sense.

I have purchased Lg nexus 5 16gb excellent condition, but the phone is not even turn on and I send a mail to [protected]@quikr.com regarding my problem with invoice copy, Imei number and image of phone that I received. I didn't get any reply and more over when I call to quikr customer care they cut the call suddenly after hearing my problem. My order ID is 10176265. I want replacement. Such a poor customer support....

I have used doorstep service of quikr. Quicker sold my product from my dor step and promise to give payment in thee days.
I have not received Payment of My Advertisement ID[protected] even after 10 days.
This was not excepted from quikr and very disappointment for new quickr user.
Very pathetic response to mail from quikr... no action till date.

I had bought 2 AC and one Kindle from Quikr, unfortunately the seller had sold it on some other site so I was told that I'll get the refund in 2-4 days but I have no idea when will my refund come.

I have not received any refund for the following

On 18th Sept 2016, Doorstep delivery persons took the product from my (Seller's place) after my signatures.While loading they dropped the product and it got damaged as per the pictures and buyer refused to take the product.Now the damaged product is kept in the warehouse and no responsibility or action is taken for the damage.

Quikr customer support promised to refund my money within 4 working days.
