I have purchase hp laserjet printer from delhi by quikr doorstep delivery facility. I paid amount as per quikr rule. Online paid by netbanking. After this process quikr self cancel my order. Online transfer detail 21-sep-2016 to transfer inb quikr india pvt. Ltd [protected]ig0csziwc3 4, 424.00 this amount not refund by quikr in my account at present.

    Guys, I done the payment of a Sofa set on Quikr doorstep for delivery on 20/09/2016. They committed delivery on next day i.e.21/09/2016. I was very happy that product is coming early. But till 8pm I haven't received any delivery or update on that. So I called them. Customer care executive said sorry for inconvenience we will deliver the product tomorrow i.e. 22/09/2016. When I called next day, executive was very rude when I asked him about my delivery. i told them to cancel my product and refund my money. That executive even agrees for that. (Quiker if dont bother about customer complaints then why you kept customer care support.)
    I got call on same day eve to sort issue (Just because I gave missed call to disappoint number) so he tried to convenes me not to cancel the order. I accepted that.
    For a change i received 2-3calls & messages on 23/09/2016 from quikr regarding delivery & at the end delivery again schedule for 26/092016.
    Today is 27/06/2016, Still I havent received my delivery or any update.

    Quikr people don't even bother about it.

    I strongly suggest not to purchase anything from Quikr Doorstep. They will take your money and then you own have to take follow-up for your order.

    Also they don't even have any facility to check your order. As per app, you haven't purchased anything.

    Guys why are you giving false commitments???

    Today 27/09/2016, I again got a call exactly after an hour when I wrote first complaint i.e. at 5:30pm.

    Lady committed to make delivery today itself. She said delivery person already left with the vehicle to sellers place. As per her statement, my sofa set is so big that they need 3rd person. Thats why I didnt received delivery on 21/09/2016 & she also said that they have sent 3 persons for that today.

    Now its 12 midnight, still no call after that. No updates.

    Guys if you are buying anything & asked for delivery, make sure you can not lock your place for next at least 2 weeks as you will be waiting for delivery.

    Quikr, What reason will you give now ???

    Shall I take my steps further???

      I had ordered the mattress over offer id of.[protected] and made the full payment after inspection of item for doorstep delivery.once I got the mattress it was torn in multiple location which was not their when I had a inspection. Please look into this matter and revert at the earliest.

      The delivery guys were handling mattress very unprofessionally.it wasn't covered or protected in any sense.

        I have purchased Lg nexus 5 16gb excellent condition, but the phone is not even turn on and I send a mail to [protected]@quikr.com regarding my problem with invoice copy, Imei number and image of phone that I received. I didn't get any reply and more over when I call to quikr customer care they cut the call suddenly after hearing my problem. My order ID is 10176265. I want replacement. Such a poor customer support.

        I had ordered Refurbished Nokia Lumia 620 (Order No[protected] on 13/09/2016. I paid via Debit Card. But till date i didn't get any Confirmation of getting delivered. I called QuickrX customer care 3-4 times, but they every time they answer me " We will inform you soon, if its dispatched" . There is no COD option too. Please help!

          I have used doorstep service of quikr. Quicker sold my product from my dor step and promise to give payment in thee days.
          I have not received Payment of My Advertisement ID[protected] even after 10 days.
          This was not excepted from quikr and very disappointment for new quickr user.
          Very pathetic response to mail from quikr... no action till date.

              On 18th Sept 2016, Doorstep delivery persons took the product from my (Seller's place) after my signatures.While loading they dropped the product and it got damaged as per the pictures and buyer refused to take the product.Now the damaged product is kept in the warehouse and no responsibility or action is taken for the damage.

              I have raised Ticket No:[protected] on 18th Sept even after repeated calls, no action is taken.Product after damage itself has lost values.

                Unfortunately the seller already sold the item, but quikr do not hesitate to accept from customer for no reason.

                No product purchase. Amaount paid: Rs.3299 on 14 sep 2016

                Quikr customer support promised to refund my money within 4 working days.

                But still i am waiting for my money. I did a big mistake using quikr services.

                If i did not receivedmy money back within two days, I will take legal action for this third class service of quikr doorstep.

                  I have bought a refrigerator through quikr on 6th september. Its been weeks since the product is not delivered to me. Every time i call customer care to deliver the item, they will say each excuse and assure me that product will be reached soon. They made me wait 2 days at home on scheduled time, but no one arrived. When the seller contacted quikr, the customer care told the seller that they called me 10 times but i didnt pick up the phone. First pathetic service and top of that putting blame on us, rather than servicing it. This is still continuing and the product has not reached me still.

                        I ordered an unboxed moto g3 mobile and got it on 20-Sep-2016.Whatever Quikr have mentioned on website nothing is matching with item.I don't know how do quickr verify the product before sending to customer.I really disappointed with Quickr. I mailed and called them several time but they are asking unneeded information every time.They don't believe on customer instead of taking action they are asking too much information from me.

                        Phone:- Not working(asking previous mail id as phone is already used and phone looks old)
                        Charger:- Damaged not working
                        Earphones:-working but old

                        Kindly find the attached images of received product(1-12) and quickr faqs regarding unboxed phones.

                        In sort nothing is in working condition apart from old earphones.Please take my issue as urgent and resolve it as soon as it is possible..

                          I sell a sofa on the ad id of :27478568.
                          The product war delivered to the buyer but payment is not credited in my account still.

                          I contentiously calling cust. Care but they are just following up my issue since last month i. E. Aug 23rd. They are simple escaping by seeking time for two or three days more.
                          I submit my bank details more than 10 times. But they sisnt updated my bankj details till now. Its worth of 14000/-

                          They gave me an utr no.. Which is in wrong format.

                          I lost my good as well as money very fraud service.

                            I heard a lot about Qwikkr doorstep so I picket this site ove other sites like olx. In spite of the fact that other sites were offering me the same thing at lower prices, I opted for this site because of its fast doorstep delivery features. I am sorry but I am highly disappointed using this site. I receive 100 of mails from this site everyday, some regrading the products similar to my searches, some regarding the products offer prices and some regarding fixing an appointment for the product I have bought. From the past three days I am getting a call plus mail that my bought product will be delivered to me around 4 to 6 pm.so according I alter my work plans and sit back at home just for receiving the product.but the team fails to deliver the product everyday. What astonishes me most is that the cc team can't even inform about the delivery details and they are not even apologetic for not being able to deliver and my loss of work..

                              Hi. I had purchased a wardrobe. The item was supposed to be delivered on 20th sep 2016. The lorry driver called up and said he cannot deliver it today as they have less manpower. Has quikr really ensured the ontime doorstep delivery by partnering with a trusted 3rd party logistics? If not then its time to partner with one. Unprofessional 3pl compromising quikr's credential will let down the brand. Please do take care.

                                Representative from Quikr called and assured that if I pay 500INR my AD for house rent will become premium AD however nothing such happend. After making the payment neither I got any mail from them nor any call. Whenever we call they say we will look into it. Its been 2 weeks now and no action has been taken. Its a fraud company. After writing to them also didn't get any response. From this only we can know what kind of service these guys provide.

But since it was on bakrid he told banks are closed will surely do it on next day. Now he is not reponding over call and not ready to pay back my amoutn

                                      Pathetic and worst service by quikrx.
                                      I had ordered MOTO X PLAY 16 from them in EXCELLENT CONDITION, but when I received the phone it has a dent on the top right had side. I was asked to send an email to [protected]@quikr.com with all the photos and tne IMEI no which I did on 12tn september 2016 and since its been 5 days now and no one is calling me back or sending me any mai. Response. I am calling the quikrx team every day but everytime they are asking me to wait and I will get a call back. 5 days no reverse pickup nothing and m still waiting for someone to call me till now. They have Lready got my money and now they dont bother after giving me a defective handset.

                                      I have spoken to numerous agents from quikrx and also mr.Dadha Jhonson from their escalation team but no results at all.

                                      I am stuck now please help in this fraud and cheating.
