Dear sir,
I buy a Refurbish phone by kwikr order Id.[protected] Samsung note 3, 32 G.B ) But i Recived 15.8.2016 Samsung note 16 GB with Heavy scratches mark- When i complaint on dt 16.08.2016 no Responce immediate also i sent e-mail, After many time try then kwikr care say send him some screen shot for varification 21.08.2016, I do same But no responce 3 days .
I cotact with customer care they say system busy, I call later after 1 Hrs, when i try call not reachable ( 24.8.2016- Till time ) by my Registered no. [protected]..
It is full Rubbish kwikr...
I try Different number then, I able call customer care ...Why so,
why not i able call with my Registerd mobile number .

I want Re-fund or Re-placement ...

    Hi, I want to logde a complaint against Quikr Door step service as it is a useless fraud service. I have purchased a (DSLR Flycam camera stabliser) online on Quikr Ad ID[protected]kolkota) on 30th July. I have paid the amount of Rs 1549 thru HDFC Banck Card.(transaction ID [protected]). I got the confirmation mail from Quikr that the product will be deliverd by 8th Aug, but it was not delivered. I called Quikr to check the status they said sorry, they were not able to pick the product from the seller but assured it will be picked on 9th and I will get it by 18th Aug. I did not get the product on 18th also, so I called Quikr on 18th and I got the same reply that we are very sorry for inconvinence and again assured that it will be definately picked up by there logistic team tommorow and I will positively get the delivery by 23rd Aug. I did not get the product on 23rd Aug again I called up Quickr and was told that the product has already been picked from the seller and it is in transit, I will get it in few days. Today ( 26 Aug) I gat an SMS from Quikr saying (Unfortunately, the pickup/delivery city is not serviceable. Not to worry we're going to refund your money in 4-7 business days). So I have to wait for another week to see If I get my money back. I would like to Alert my fellow friend's not to buy any products from Quikr Door step service, as they are cheating people with false claims and pathetic service and using our hard earned money for so many days . I would like the concerned department to look in to matter and Book this Company for doing such frauds.

      Ok so on 20th aug i ordered an iphone from quikr doorstep and made the payment via debit card. on 23rd Aug i received the product but it was not original. it was a replica of the actual phone so i told the delivery guy to take it back and said that i want my money back. On 24th Aug i called up quikr to know the status of my refund. they asked me for my order ad id and after telling them my order id, they told me that my order hasn't been cancelled yet and then they asked for 24 hours. Next day there was no such response from them so i called up again and asked for he status, still they told me its under processing so i waited for another day, today i called quikr again and got to hear that my request is still not processed. i have no idea when will i get my refund back.

        Quikr is selling telephone numbers to telemarketers unauthorisedly causing grave inconvenience to people. People registering on quikr are forced to put up with unauthorised telemarketing calls. I received a call on 26/08/2016 from someone from [protected], when I am already registered with Do Not Call Registry under Category 0 (Meaning no calls allowed).
        The caller clearly told me that he had received my mobile number from quikr.

          This portal is more of a non performing one. These guys came to my office and told me about their product.. We finalised a 200 credit package for ₹ 25000.. While discussing with me, after making an offer, the sales rep makes a few phone calls and tells me sorry I cannot deliver it to you in 25000, now I need more money.. Strange but true.. I should have withdrawn there itself.. But I continued the negotiation and closed in ₹ 26000. What happens later is they don't give me 200 credits as discussed. I received only 180 credits and I had to spend the next one month explaining theae guys that I have a bill stating I should get 200 credits but I've received 180 only.. No this sales rep (Noor Alam - [protected]) seems to be so busy with his work and personal life that he doesn't have any time to answer my phone.. He's either in a meeting or on a holiday everytime I message or call him.. All thought this was happening.. I didn't give up.. I decided to list me properties and atleast start working on the portral.. I usually work with magic bricks, 99 acres as well. I listed my properties on all websites.. It's been 2 months today.. No response from common floor after having 27 listing on the website.. And these guys keep giving me service calls saying my listing score is low and I haven't uploaded any photos and what not! What is funny is that with the same limited information, I was able to get results for the SAME properties on magic bricks and 99acres..

          Now, I pulled up some phone numbers from the internet and tried calling their zone head and area heads about this whole scam. All sweet talked me into don't workk and we will sort this for you.. Don't worry about your refund etc. We have along email thread and finally, one fine day, these guys stopped responding to me in totality..

            Hi Team,

            I have seen below dialog under 'Make an offer'….
            "Pay ₹ 51 advance to show genuine interest. Get refund if seller does not accept. Block other buyers & get Item faster if seller accepts."

            And I believe on Quikr and have made 3 payments of Rs.51/- against 3 ADs as given below;
            1. Ad Id[protected] Sandisk pendrive seal pack 16 gb pen drive - New (Payment Dated: Aug 16, 2016)
            2. Ad Id[protected] Hp brand new 64gb pendrive - Mumbai(Payment Dated: Aug 17, 2016
            3. Ad Id[protected] Pendrive new - Mumbai(Payment Dated: Aug 17, 2016

            Above all offers are unsuccessful.

            Till the date, I am waiting for my refund payment of Rs.153/- from Quikr.

            I have already raised same query through customer support ( phone) and I have not yet get any update as they were committed.


            Hope, QUIKR team will respond and resolve my issue soon.

              Product get damage during delivery with reference ad[protected]
              Product get damage during the delivery by delivery person.
              According the seller pic in quicker the product (Iron showcase) was in good condition. But when the delivery person deliver the product it's totally damage
              Many part of the showcase get damage and scratch.
              If quicker service deliver the damage product then no need to provide the service delivery system.

              There is no responsibility of quicker person to deliver the product in a right approach. One more thing before delivery the product quicker delivery boy call to customer and charging the money for service. While customer already pay the deliver charge during the purchase of product. The driver and helper of doorstep service also asking money to deliver the product. If customer refuse then they are not taking care the product and delivery damaged product.
              Please consider the matter and ensure me that the damage will repair or product will replace.

                I had sold fridge with ad id as ad[protected] through quikr doorstep and the client had made a payment on 29 july 2016. I was asked to update my banking details so that the funds could be transferred. I had updated my details but the payment was not made till 10 aug 2016. After multiple calls to the contact center i was asked to give a different bank account details. I sent an email to quikr doorstep and a ticket was raised with ref no-[protected] and i recieved a confirmation that the payment was initiated on 11 august 2016. But i have not received the payment yet and even after following up on a daily note. I am still being advised everyday that the payment would be credited by 2 business days. Where in it has already been way beyond sla of 5-7 business days. Request your infterference and help in getting a solution

                I got a message for job interview in bandhan bank, on enquiring for the prosedure & place of interview the person responding asked me to come to Ranaghat & call him, he was not ready to give me his office address & name of the company.Please ensure I do not receive such fake messages.

                  I received a msg from quikr about an advertisement of a sofa set. I visited the link provided as in that msg. I was satisfied with the displayed advertisement, collected seller's contact number and called up the seller to have a look at the sofa set directly. I was directed to seller's address. I spent 3hours traveling 30kms to seller place..
                  Finally reached and realized that quikr had displayed wrong details such as pictures and amount.
                  It was way too hectic traveling and after seeing the sofa i was just devastated coz all the energy, and time was wasted.
                  This just din happen with 1 ad. I tried another ad for sofa and even that ad displayed wrong information which terribly misleads sellers and buyers.
                  Quikr is hopeless. The worst experience i ever had visiting online site.

                    I gave my cell to quikr guy (robert mascarenhas) after verifying with customer care that my bank details are updated.
                    Its been 11 days i have not recieved money.
                    Upon calling customer care, answers i am getting are not constant, sometimes she said bank details are not updated and once i was told system is not fetching the data.
                    I havent recieved confirmation mail quikr or customer regarding the payment date apart from invoice.

                      We have been in the business of pest controlling since 1982 and we have been carrying out services to quite a few prominent corporate, central / state government offices and psu's. I handle all of south indian operations. Couple of months ago mr. Satish, sales manager, quikr ([protected]) kept contacting me with regards to getting my company registered with quikr services, a new platform for showcasing my company and also leads generated on daily basis against a nominal payment. As i was registered with another app based service provider and was very much happy with their services, i didn't commit to it at that time. Then as he was repeatedly calling and requesting me, i thought of giving them a try. On 19/05/2016, i registered my company of 101 leads against a payment of rs. 9000/- and invoice no. Qs03808 with 2 guaranteed leads each day.

                      There after everything went for a toss.

                      I was committed that i will be receiving regular calls from the operations team to monitor the lead quality but it wasn't the case. Once my cheque got cleared thereafter not a single call was received from quikr's side. By then 3 weeks had already passed and i only received 12 leads. To my complaint, thereafter next couple of days i started receiving more leads but this time it was the quality of them. Most the leads generated happened to be some random people sitting in some other city who didn't even know what is pest control in the first place. By complaining on this i was put across to miss. Arathi, senior customer support manager ([protected]). Who blatantly just said that there isn't any problem with the leads generated and askedme to make a statement of each and every lead (By then we were at lead no. 40) and give them review on that, what customer said and why they didn't want pest control done. When i gave them some of the details they were not convinced with the same. Then it came to a stage where every other day i was put across to some new manager to whom i explained the same what was happening but everyone would just say that they would get back to me but never did. By then i was so frustrated and asked them to cut the amount of leads generated and requested to refund me the rest of the money, to which i got an answer that they do not have any procedure to refund payments.

                      There after i manually logged in to the app and stopped the lead generation. They have never called me back. Hence forth i am not even looking for any refund but hope none of the other customers fall into their trap.

                      I hope founder of quikr mr. Pranay chulet, sitting at the hq in mumbai knows what is happening in bangalore or is it infact his master plan to scam so extra revenue, to increase their evaluation of their business to find some new angel investors or venture capitalists happening.

                      If he is not aware of this, then i am taking it on myself to let him know about this happening through means of twitter or facebook or any other social media.

                      And if mr. Chulet is aware about this happening then he should change the tag line for his company from

                      Quikr - aasaan hai badalna. To.

                      Quikr - aasan hai customers ko popat banana

                      I bet this will definitely increase the curiosity and you will see an increase in the no. Of clicks on your website and in turn increase your revenue

                      (By the way this is a free advice from an mba graduate from uk as a complementary gift from my side)

                        We had book a slot for 51 ad run for premium ad they ware supposed to run my all 51 ad dividedly in 3 months and they charged for me in advance for all 3 month package but they run only for one month and now no boddy is responding ..plz be awaer for this company if you are paying anything for there website you wont get any service jus collecting money ..my acc is registered with my mobile number [protected] and i have been cheated by quikr premium ad posting

                          I had sold an item for rs. 500 on 17th july. The item has been picked up and delivered on 20th july. But i have not received this amount so far. I have made a complaint under this transaction but no action had been taken till now. Status still shows as: your payment will be initiated soon. It's been over a month now.

                            I purchased an advertisement pack of 500 ads from quikr. It was supposed to be premium. However everytime i am giving an original add, they are still deleting it saying that it is duplicate despite it being original. They are cutting the ad credits for the premium ad but keep deleting my ad under false pretenses,

                            The ad i gave is also given below is a 100% original but this has happened mutiple times where they delete ads and yet take the premium ad credits we paid for it.

                              Please don't use quikr door step.I have scheduled pick up for my product but it has not been picked up.Their customer service is pathetic.I have made more than 10 calls but they will just say you will get a call back from the concerned department soon.But you wont get any call.They will never respond.They will only give false promises.They will not call you back.

                                I odered blackberry q10 from quikr.com (Quikrx) in june and paid them through cod.
                                Order number:10164019
                                They have sent wrong mobile ie blackberry z10.
                                Immidiatly i called them and informed about the same.
                                On! St of july i mailed them regarding cancellation of order.
                                Since then i called them atleast 50 times asking for my refund. Every executive at call centre gives fake commitment that it will be done in 2days or 5days or 7 days. Also they are giving false explainations that please call tommorow as concerned team is not available
                                It been almost couple of months now.
                                I am tired of calling them
                                I have also mailed them atleast 10 times regarding the same.
                                But i am shocked that i am not getting replies for my mail.

                                  When i called the broker he says there is now flats at that rate ([protected]@6000)
                                  and then i asked for another flat details which was shown in there post, he says that we wont give for bachelors .
                                  the broker says in his posts that, it is available for both familys & bachelors

                                    Hi sir/madam.. I gv an ad myself on quikr. 456 rs i had transfered thru my net banking. Everything ok &ad has activated. On 16th aug one of your representative was calling me & gv some offer. He disturbing & sent me many mails. Then i chose that option& i'd tranfered again 2500 rs. Then he didnt do anything i lhave ost my money. How i trust your advertisement company anymore. Never be... Somany advertisement companies in india. Your own staffs doing like this to me. I can spraed this news to everyone. Hurry he asked the money more. Why???

                                      I have saw a mobile phone on quikr the seller was named (clone world) than i chat with the seller and made half of payment via paytm on 7 august and he assures me to deliver the phone in 4 days until now i have not got the phone the seller name is deep chudasama and his phone no.                                         Ad id:[protected]. My dog died, and i called this person for the burial. He demanded rs 4500, which i paid immediately. They buried my dog in a haphazard manner. When i visited the site the next day, i found only the mangled remains of my dogs body as it had been violated by animals. When i demanded them to come there at once, they began to make excuses. Hopeless people. When i demanded them to bury my dog's remains properly, they began to ask for extra charges. Never saw such cruel, insensitive, unprofessional people.
