Before I begin, here are the details of my order:
a. Order ID: 10162823
b. Date of delivery: 19th June 2016
c. Date of return: 21st June 2016
I bought a Sony Xperia Z3 from QuikrX which was tagged as being in "excellent " condition. On receiving the phone I find out that it was not in "excellent" condition. It has the following problems:
1. Screen popping out from one side. You could see the internals of the phone.
2. Power buttons couldn't be pressed. It wouldn't come out.
3. The volume buttons couldn't also be pressed.
4. One of the dual speakers wasn't working.
5. The screen would go black all of a sudden when a white background would open.
Hoping that these would be minor issues, I took the phone to an official Sony service center but there they told me just by looking at the phone that they wouldn't touch this phone because the full front assembly of the phone had been replaced with cheap market alternatives and I would have to pay another 8000 rupees to get that repaired. Feeling cheated, I called the customer care to take away the phone and refund my money nbut they said the company policy is to first send a replacement and if that also doesn't work, they would return me my money then . I said fine, as long as the money comes back. So they take away my phone two days after the delivery. 4 weeks, 4 weeks is the time that it took me to reach the end of my wits. In 4 weeks, Quikr hadn't even created my replacement ID. So I call the customer care up and after a long long argument on what should they do, they agreed to refund me my money the next week. It's been 3 weeks now. Since that day, 3 weeks. They haven't refunded me my money. Nothing. I call their customer care up everyday. I have been calling them up everyday since I returned the phone and they keep telling me the same thing. "Sir, we just confirmed in the concerned dept., your request is being processed and it will be all taken care of in a day or two". They say the same thing every single time. I have made numerous posts on the Fb page of Quikr. I have sent them 15 mails till now. Telling them about my problem. I am a student, 16000 rupees do matter a lot to me. I have spent more than 400 rupees on just calling their customer care number which isn't even toll free. I am tired. I really never thought something like this could happen to me seeing how amazing other companies like Amazon, Flipkart etc are with their after sales service. It's been a nightmare, but I have decided to stand up for my rights. I am registering a complaint tomorrow with National Consumer Helpline against Quikr. I am also getting information on how to sue this company in court. And I will do it. They can't keep my money for so long without any accountability.

    I took a 26 lead pack under aluminium work on 15 july from pune quikr branch but i am not getting any lead. Quikr employees are not responding. Customer care is also not responding. Please solve my problem in next 24 hours otherwise i will file case against quikr in the court.The branch manager and the employees are not responding at all. This is not the way quikr should deel with the customer.Please improve your service and please solve my problem. Start the leads as soon as possible.My company name is ominteriorsolutions and my registered number is [protected]. The assisstant sales manager who started my lead pack is Aditya Arya([protected]). The promised 26 leads for this they took 4000Rs.

      Hi everyone,

      I want to share one incident and worst experience with quikr doorstep I paid #99 Rs token amount to quikr for Ad Id[protected] # transaction ID- [protected] seller made the counter offer of 3000 and i sent a new offer of 2900 Rs and seller accepted and i paid 2950 Rs with transaction id- [protected] now i received the purchased item which was damaged i didn't accept the delivery and return to the seller and seller received the item and accepted, now it's going to complete 10 days i didn't get my amount refund that is 3049rs and it's not a small amount for me.
      Quikr doorstep customer executive is not give any responses, improper behavior and put the call on hold for 10-20 minutes while i wasted my so much time with talktime balance of the network.
      So i would request consumer complaint to take strict action against quikr doorstep, they are running such kinda fraud online and do not consider this complaint as resolved with out my permission.

      PS- Never trust quikr doorstep.

        I have posted in march/april my ad for tv.
        Ypeople collected it, on doorstep scheme., in original carton with proper packing.
        Since price was not suitable, i info to return it
        They returned it, but without original packing, which i refused to take.
        I demeanded to be returned in original packing.
        Even after numerous calls, the issue is not resolved & product not yet returned.
        Can you check & do the needful.

          I've successfully sold an item on quikr doorstep but have not received the payment for it yet. Few days back, i received an email from them about neft fallout and they asked me to give my bank details again which i gave. Now, its been 2 weeks and i'm fed up of calling them everyday. They make me hold for more than 10-12 minutes (Paid service), and then tell me a lie that payment has been initiated on this date. The fact is that every time i call, they give different dates. One says yesterday then other says today, one says 3 days back the other says 2 days back. They are fooling me. Now they said that payment was again initiated on 26th july 2016 and would come to my account within 3-5 days. Today is the 8th day. Quikr is fooling me. I'm really fed up. I'm not stopping anywhere now until i receive my payment. I'm going to complain in police department and everywhere i know.
          I'm gonna sue quikr if they do not give my money right now.

          Dont advertise in www.quikr.com becaz they are earning by two ways 'LISTINGS AND LEADS' in servicesLoans. So they will get benefited, you will loose..

          friends kindly dont advertise in this website and dont loose.

          they will get high income and if you sucess one loan you will get only 450rs incentiv do dont advertise here

            Hi,

            I ordered a refurbished mobile (samsung galaxy note 3) from quikr.com online by debit card, on 25th july, and the balance is cut from my account for that purchase, but the issue is... ita been 10 days and i am still waiting for my product to receive, i didnt get any message from quikr team, i called customer care they are saying different thing every time i call them, they told me that they have send a complint mail... then i asked about my comp;aint number... they said there is no complaint we provide... what is this... i cant even track my complint mail

            Kindly help me to get get my product as soon as posibble... otherwise ill take legal action against the company as i myself is a laywer.

            This is HITESH, i have purchsed a Refurbished mobile from Quikr.com ( SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3 - EXCELLENT CONDITION ), i have just received my order, but felt cheated by the company as there are many scratches on the phone and they didnt provide me the original samsung charger, infact the charger they provide me is of LAVA company which is not compatible with SAMSUNG NOTE 3, they didnt even provide me the EARPLUGS with mobile phone.

            i request you to please provide me the original SAMSUNG charger and earplug as per the excellent condition of mobile as soon as possible, otherwise i am going to file a report as i myself a government lawyer. This is pathetic.

              There is big problems are
              1. No headset from i ball.
              2. No i ball charger and data cable enclosed.
              3. The font size can not be large size. It is very difficult to read.
              4. No back key and others active key. Only home screen only. So browsing is difficult.
              5. The charger is duplicate. Not original company i ball.
              5. Totally assembled tablet.
              6. It is not use for above 40-60yrs old peoples. Can not game download like talking tom and others (Children games).
              7. Total memory is 6gb only available in the tablet. Rest of the memory where?

              I would like to return the order. Please pay my money.

                I had initiated purchase of a dining table and chair set by paying the price of rs 4200 + 400 (Transportation fee) = inr 4600 on 23rd of june, 2016 against the ad id[protected].
                The amount has been deducted from my credit card but the item had never been collected from the seller. After waiting for a week, i called up the seller and she confirmed that this item had not been collected from her.

                I immediately called up quikr doorstep and demanded the money to be returned. After a few days of hassle, they agreed to return the amount on 4th july, 2016 with the ticket number: [protected]. A lady called kanchan had send the email and after, she never replied to any email further.

                Since then they stopped responding to my emails. Every time i call the quikr doorstep customer care number[protected], they commit that the same will be transferred to my account on the very next day, but the "next day" never appears.

                I called up again on 19th july, 2016. After some though moments with the csr executive, i got to talk to his lead sheikh afsar. This rascal told that i will get the money within 21st july, and he will call me after 2 pm of that very day just to ensure me that my amount is in processing. The day never came.

                Till time i received nothing. Whenever i call, they tell that i will get an email from the finance dept. Where the process is stuck, they have escalated the same and somebody from the quikr will call me soon. This are all bloody false promises and never get shape into reality.

                Now i am thinking for going to court and file a legal suit. I am not bothered of the money now since i held it as lost. But the kind of insult and mental torture they brought to me, i will take every last return of it.

                  Dear doorstep,

                  You guys charge rs 300 for so called hassle free delivery, but i am a victim of your hassles for the past three orders that i have made.

                  The last time my ad id[protected] suffered for a week for delivery to be done in the time slot of 4 to 8pm. The logistic team misbehaved saying they need to go home and they will talk to quikr to cancel this slot for deliveries.

                  This time ad id[protected] is suffering for delivery in 4 to 8pm time slot.
                  When i call up customer care, the delivery unit transfers the call to scheduling department and vice versa and keeps saying you will get a call from our side but that never comes.

                  So i am ashamed to see that the customer has to pay 300rs for hassle free delivery and then keep contacting the delivery unit, the scheduling department, the logistic team and every hassle has to be taken up by the customer.

                  A customer, who works 8 to 6 per day has to leave all his work and keep contacting because quikr cannot assure of a delivery in the time slot he/she has booked.

                  I have decided to further never call back on the customer care. I have paid for the item and if it is not delivered within tomorrow i will be liable to get back my refund anyhow.

                    Very bad customer support, when i try to solve my problem by customer care related fast delivery as i urgent going to out - she custome care mis understanding & cancell my order w/o wait & clear communication, i say stop but she is no responce,
                    Then i try next call & i talk with supervisor but he is not solve my problem the say i got return my payment also seller want to sell her item but customer care say can not re-process..                     It is many time related this - say quikr care toll free but it is chargable...

                      I ordered iphone 4s (Black, 32gb) from quikr refurbished mobile service for inr8329-. I was delivered the product (Sub order id 277341) on[protected]. The sim port, camera and flashlight of the phone is not working.

                      I called up the customer care the next day, where at first i was suggested to update the software and then check if the phone works, but it still didn't.

                      Thereafter, i was suggested to drop an email at [protected]@quikr.Com, which i did by[protected]. But i have not received any response from the team yet. I hope my money doesn't go waste.


                      Pls extend replacement or repair services.

                          I have given an order to purchase vediocon fridge by paying RS 3500 from SBI debit card on July 27th 2016, AD id :[protected], TXN id : [protected].

                          Mean while seller has sold the product to some one. so i initiated the cancellation for that ad on 28th July 2016, Seller has also initiated the cancellation on 29th July 2016. Quikr also acknowledge for that. But quikr didn't cancel my ad till now and also not initiated the return.

                          Whenever i call the customer care, They collect all my details and will tell this will be done today like that, but no any response or confirmation from quikr so far. I have called 6 times customer care, every time i loose 20 rs from my mobile balance to explain the details

                          Please help me to get my money refunded back. I am totally worried that, will i be able to get my money back from quikr.

                            I saw an ad in quikr. I have thoroughly enquired the seller about him selling an iphone 6s 16gb, he accepted all my needs and asked me to make payment for dispatching the product at my home, since he was living in delhi. I made the full payment (Rs.15, 000) of the product through sbi in his account number, but he didn't give proper response of delivering me the product and demanding me more money to process it. This transaction issue is stagnating for more than 2 months time.
                            I have even given police complaint, but no response from their side too. I would be grateful, if anyone could help me in this issue. I have given details of seller below. For more details contact me.

                              Sir sorry uski baato mein aa gaya or payment kar diye..mein quikr.com pe ek premium add tha ..apple iphone 6s clone Korean AAA Version tha dam 6500 .add ka location tha kolkata ..or mein bhi kolkata me rehta hoon ..seller ne mujhe kaha payment karne ke 2 din ke andar mil jayega..aur mein payment kar diya. 2 din ke andar mujhe mobile mila but old & damage mobile tha on nehi ho raha tha.. aur mobile aaya tha delhi se ..seller delhi mein hi rehta hai ..lekin seller alag alag state k location de kar post kiya hai ..please sir mujhe paisa nahi chahiye bo kisi aur ko lute is ke pehle aap kuch karo ...maine seller ko call kiya tha usne bola return kar do mein naya bhej duinga..mene return kar diya. uske bad 1 month ho gaya hai seller na bhej raha hai na call receive kar raha hai..whatsapp me bhi block kar diya hai mujhe...

                                I am utkarsh I have purchased 200 ads for quikr user id :- [protected]@gmail.com 50ad for service 100 ad for car and bike, 50 ads for real estate. I have following points to complain.
                                1) The sales person sold me service by telling lie about the product.
                                2) I requested so many time to change service ads to Car and bike but no one responded to my mail or call.
                                3) Reply which I got for my advertised product are totally fake. I think quikr has appointed some person who reply to paid ads anonymousIy. I dont get genuine customer reply. I also complain about this but again no responce.
                                4). Quikr website has lots of bugs and I am not able to post the ads many time. Even today I was not able to post the ads even I have 87 ads in my account.

                                Please resolve my query.
                                I suggest every one to stay away from quikr as they not only cheaters but also doing fraud through their website.

                                  It's been more than a week now, since I'm waiting for Quikr team to come and do the reverse pick-up of the damaged fridge (samsung
                                  refrigerator In excellent condition 340 litres fridge for sale, AD ID:[protected] that they have kept at my place.

                                  Just to give everyone a recap, "The fridge was dropped by the delivery guy while taking it out from the truck (the big delivery truck, not the mini one) in-front of my eyes due to which the fridge is NOT cooling & has got dents/damage. Over which I called up the customer support very immediately & complained about the same. I was told that reverse pick-up would be arranged very soon. I in-fact, wrote the entire incident over the slip which I was given to sign, still NO action has been taken from their end.

                                  The next day, I received a call from the delivery boy saying, "don't complain or else I'll be fired from job". The non-working fridge is still kept in my house with NO action so far taken from quikr end.

                                  This was escalated twice over the telephone customer support but no one so far has come for reverse pick-up. Every time I call up the customer support, all I get to hear is "we are escalating the matter from our end, your complain would be resolved in 24-48 hours." So many follow up mails have been send along with snapshots of the delivery guy who dropped the fridge along with the fridge dents/damage.

                                  I still haven't received any resolution, apart from verbal commitments.
                                  'Anuj' (+91-[protected]) from delhivery called up and was like "we apologize that the fridge got damaged while taking it out from the truck. The delivery guy is saying sorry for that as it some-how got slipped from his hands."

                                  All that is understood but what's the solution ? Why am I being wasting my time and money for someone else's fault ? Why am I being troubled ?

                                      I ordered a refurbished one plus x from quikr with orderid: 272702 and payment through credit card. It was delivered on date 15.07.16 (Friday).

                                      It was written that refurbished phones can be replaced within 7 days i[censored] have any issues (Snapshot is attached).

                                      I got this product with a sharp dent on upper corner of phone.
                                      I mailed them on regarding issue then they told me that this product can not be replaced because it is refurbished, we only replace unboxed phone.

                                      Omg..!! What is this. Its like i cant replace what so ever u have delivered me within that box... So funny.

                                      You can either replace the phone, return my money back or send me a unboxed phone which you could have replaced happily.

                                      And after getting rude response i again mailed them on 25th but did not get any response.

                                        Hi i am supreeth, i purchased samsung s duos mobile from quikr.com on 26/07/2016. Quikr posted the that item for rs 1049, after this i paid the amount then the transaction was completed, and i got a call from quikr for the confirmation purpose, next day i got a message from quikr that he sellerhas not been reachable, we will try again and keep you posted,
                                        After that i got another message like unfortunately the seller already sold the item not to worry we are going to refund your amount,

                                        Regarding this issue i had some question to them,

                                        1) if the product is sold before why the add post not showing product was soldout,?
                                        2) is it not ur responsibility that u should take of all these stuffs, r u just act like an intermidiater for the money sake, do u not having an concern about buyrs?
                                        3) if do u have seller and buyeer policy what it tell?
                                        4) is this not ur resposnsibality to take care about these type of sellers?
                                        5) is this not ur responsibility that if i bought the item it should be the final transaction and the seller should give the product whatever, is it not come in ur policy (If it is not menstion it should be the fake policy its not for buyer supportive its only for quikr supportive)?
                                        6) now i want to see that add showing like the add is no longer avilabe on 27/8/16, but at morning 27/8/16 and yesterday 26/8/16 post was showing like sold (Ad[protected], i had a doubt on quikr only, is it true?

                                        Regarding this today 28/7/2016 i received the cal from quikr, the first word from their side
                                        Orry u are mistaken its the seller mistake, he sell it throught offline, not via online

                                        Regarding this i had some question,

                                        If seller want to sell the product throught offline, why he posted as ur policy on quikr?
                                        Is it not ur responsibility to take care of all these issue come under ur policy
                                        Is it not ur website where i purchase the item, is that payment gateway belongs to quikr or seller?
                                        How let him to sell throught offline? Is ur policy not menstion this, if it not menstion (I[censored] want any sujjestion contact me)
                                        How much ways do u have to fool the buyers in the name of seller and fake policies?

                                        Finally i thought its my mistake i am planning to buy the product from the quikr. Ha ha ha
