Ad[protected] this was promised to be delivered on sunday July 3 between 4 to 6 pm, i made 7 calls till night 9 pm no response customer care is so arrogant and there was no proper reply, i will not suggest quikr to anybody. It is not a small money that Quikr get for delivery, and all payments made a week before and even the delivery time was fixed by Quikr. If it is not delivered there should be a sorry msg from customer service instead no proper response when calls were made.

    I am one of the user of quikr for advertisement for my shops by paid service for Rs .1850/-, now i am not getting any response from neither from quikr nor from external customer for asking about details.
    before i make payment they told that they will assist in my advertisement and manage my quikr advertisement account in such a manner that i will get tenant for my shops which i am willing give for rent.
    I have wasted my money by believing quikr now nobody form quikr responding from my mail nor for phone call.
    It's clear case of escaping from responsibility after receiving amount.
    I want make people to this kind of services render by quikr team.

        Its been around a month since the item against ad_id[protected] got picked up from my home. Since buyer cancelled the transaction, I would have got the item returned. But till date I have not got the item back.

        I followed up with Quikr Team many times via emails and phone calls for the same but was not able to get any resolution.

        I must say Quikr is harassing it customers unnecessarily.

        Feeling frustrated and disappointed.

            Sir,
            Complaint has been lodged against non displaying my ad under premium ad.
            After submission od free ad on 27th June 16, another premium ad has been booked as suggested by your Mr Arvind on same day. Rs 1001 has been paid through net Tax inv ID No PT154464KOLO5923355 Pack ID 154464 for Garia and Hazra Road on 28 th of June. No body contacted me to take prem ads matter, as commited by Arvind. Matter also mailed to [protected]@quikr.com and also send whatsup. Moreover matter has been lodged to [protected]@quikr.comon 29.6.16.Got But till date nobody contacted me inspite of assurance from you through return mail. I am very much dissapointed as inspite of paying money the ad has not been displayed as preim sales for both properties.As a result no return received for the month of July16. Please take action immediately.

              Hi,
              I have sold some household article on 22.06.16 through quikr ad id[protected] and the buyer has already made the payment but that amount of rs.600/- has not been credited to my bank account till date after sending several mails to "quikr doorstep" team.
              Mr. prem & md. shartaj alam asked me to update my bank account details and i followed the same but still my problem is not solved.

              I want to get a solution asap.

              Please cooperate me.

              I think this is a malpractice of quikr company.

                  Hi Team,

                  I had Ordered Microsoft Lumia 435 on 26th May 2016 (by making the Partial Payment of Rs 2120) and that order was cancelled on 4th June 2016. While still amount which I have payed is still not refunded. Every time when I call the Customer care they inform that it will be done with 2 to 3 days. Now it has been almost a month and still i have not received my refund of Rs 2120.

                    Hello this is shahnawaz, yesterday i got a call from one of quikr executive named (Ajay) from delhi regarding the premium ads.
                    I was convinced after he mailed me officially & with official quikr email id.
                    I paid my money online in the name of quikr india pvt ltd.
                    He told me my package would be activated within 24 hours.
                    But my package has not been activated till now.
                    Nor i got any invoice.
                    I am also attaching my payment details.

                      I bought the refrigerator with ad_id[protected] on 3rd june 2016 and the product is delivered on 4th june 2016.

                      During the purchase, quikr representative mentioned that the shipping charge will be refunded within 7 working days. However still i didn't receive the payment back.

                      I called quikr and registered complaint and followed up several times but response is not good.

                        I have been cheated by them. I paid 4000 online for an amazon kindle September last year, Quikr was bound to deliver the item to me.But it was not delivered to me within one month. hence I cancelled the order in mid October and wanted my money refunded.Neither they delivered my product not refunded my money back. I am not getting any response from them despite several calls and mails. Every week I call them and they tell me the same thing 'We are checking the issue, will get back to you.' but they haven't communicated ever.

                          Hi,

                          I had put up an ad for selling my smartwatch. The watch was picked up on 4th June. The system still showed that pickup is pending. I contacted the customer support many times about it, but only got false assurances, that it will be updated in the system. A few days back the transaction was cancelled for no reason. I again contacted quickr customer care, but again same false assurances that my product will be returned. But that didn't happen. Now my as has been deleted and I still haven't received my watch back. I am very much furious. What shall I do.

                            myself Dibya ranjan mahanta, brought a samsung fridge Ad[protected] today. i trust quikr team and their quality check. your team told that the fridge will start cooling after one hour. i trust them and i think why should i waste their time, i signed the receive voucher. but after 4 hour it is not cooling. the seller said that the quikr team has checked and took.

                              I ordered Refrigator 7400/4400 INR from quikr on 21st and 25th June 2016. Even after a week the product was not delivered. I cancelled the product on 23rd and 25th June 2016 and also received the confirmation mail from the quikr. But its over 7 days now and I still didn't get the refund amount.

                              I made daily calls to the customer care but everyday they told me that the refund will happen tomorrow. But the tomorrow never came.

                              The customer care service is one of the worst of its kind. Everyday they ask you what happened and I had to tell the story from the beginning.
                              There systems do not save any details about the purchase, transaction, complaints etc and every time they ask you what's the issue.

                              Some of them said they are not able to pull any details about my purchase, . Some say that the refund process has started and within 24 hours it will be refunded.

                              I am really unable to bear with this.

                              I even talked to the senior level people and they too told the same thing but nothing happened.

                              After numerous calls and mails,


                              The details are as follows.

                                Product delivery was promised 5 days ago and it kept on getting postponed till today. Till now it has not been delivered and we are facing many difficulties as we are new to the city. Quikr says it is a logistic issue which is highly unreasonable. You not getting a vehicle to deliver the product is highly non sense. I want my product today itself.

                                    I have never had faith in online transactions or online shopping and i've finally been proved right.

                                    With in a month 3 times i came across a used refrigerator for rs. 5000, 7000, 4000 and after speaking to the your rm we settled at. After finalizing the purchase, i received an online bill. They charged me a shipping fee of rs. 400 within my own city and for a distance of around 10kms. I didn't mind it much because i was desperate for the refrigerator. They assured me on every purchased that it would be delivered by given date and time. I made three to four calls just to confirm that my time slot and address details were updated. I waited all the days then called up the office and a lady said that it has not yet been picked up from the seller. Sorry we are going to cancel your product and refund will initiated in 5 to 7 days.

                                    A notification or a call or a message would have been much appreciated in case there were technical issues causing the delay of my purchase. But i wasn't informed of this until i called the office.

                                    I m waiting for my purchase which is supposed to arrive today. I really hope it does. This was a very disappointing event and i'm surprised that a well known company such as quickr has such an untrained customer service and transportation team.

                                    I have receive call from your rm umesh kumar and dinita and assured me about my purchase but no one is going help me out every time i am making oline payment which is stucked to quikr and product got cancel. What is this why quickr making fake commitment to the customer.

                                    I am really dissipoint with the customer service of quickr.

                                      I had ordered for an Item in Quikr and made the partial payment on 18th June. The Ad ID is "[protected] ". I was promised the delivery on 20th June. The driver who was about to pick up didnt call the seller for the pickup. I insisted them to pick up the item on 21st, to which the customer care agreed. But again on 21st, they told that item will be delivered on 22nd. But on 22nd again, the item was not delivered and neither the driver picked up the item. The customer care gave phone number of driver, but driver denied being on duty on 22nd.

                                      Even after speaking to the customer care and raising a compliant ( Ref [protected] ), no one has reached out to me.

                                      Hopless delivery system .

                                        I posted an ad[protected] on quikr for selling the item "queen size bed + matress" on 27th april, 2016 and the item was sold on 28th april, 2016 after a buyer made the payment to the quikr website. The quikr people took the item from my home and delivered it to buyer. But even after almost 2 months from selling date, i have not received the payment for the item sold.

                                        I have contacted the company customer care on several occasions and each time i was told that they will escalate this issue. I also emailed them at "[protected]@quikr.com" and i was told to provide with my bank statements. I send a copy of bank statement to them, and they replied that their finance team will look into it. But even after repeated reminders, i have no clue where my amount is and when is it going to be transferred.


                                        I am also attaching the email conversations i had with quikr representatives:

                                        Why am i facing this harrassment of continuously begging you for the amount through emails and calls to customer care? Is quikr company so irresponsible? I have been told repeatedly that quikr finance team will look into this, but i did not get a concrete rely even once stating a final payment date.

                                        This matter is certainly going out of hands and i have now lost patience with your irresponsible team.

                                        I called up hsbc office today to inquire about this. They told that no transaction has happened from "quikr" to my account. Then i enquired about utr:[protected], they told that a utr is allocated even when the transaction fails, and no further information was provided.

                                        They further asked to enquire about the transaction statement from quikr side.

                                        I am attaching the bank transaction history after 13th may with this mail.

                                        Just to add, i received a call from quikr representative long time ago saying she is unable to transfer to hsbc account, and then she asked me to provide another bank account details so that she can transfer again. I then provided emailed the new bank account details (Sbi account) to quikr doorstep, but since then nothing has happened and i am being told that bank account details are not changed and you have transferred on 13th may.

                                        I am sure there is a lack of communication happening at your end. Please clarify everything as soon as possible and transfer the amount to my account. At the end of it, i am the one who is suffering due to this delay.
