Dear Team,

I had brought a phone with you guys and payed the amount for the same of Rs 1200 but then the seller did not ship the product and refund has to get processed but it has been 2 months that i am waiting for the same.

It has been more than 3 months now Please do something about it.

        On being suggested by quikr delivery guy, that product is not meeting the required standard, i cancelled the order. on asking for refund, quikr says that they have already delivered the item to me, hence, no refund.
        In spite of repeated follow ups, no solution is being provided to me by customer service. it's very irritating to experience such a lower grade of customer service.

          The transaction of sale has completed but no payment has been received for the same.
          Quikr has been very lazy in providing any support on time. delayed mail replies as well.

            I had booked dressing table AD ID is[protected] on 25/05/2016 but more than 5 days quikr is not delivered the product so i cancelled the order and asked for refund of Rs.1500/ which i am transferred to them. But till now they are not given the product or refunded the amount. whenever i call to their customer care they tell that it will be refunded in 2-3 days and some time they say product is delivered there is clarity among them. So before doing transaction with QUIKR PLEASE BE CAREFULL THEY ARE CHEATING PEOPLE.

              We have called Zoya washing machine service provider with phone no - [protected]. the service engineer visited our home on 3rd july and told there is problem in the switch panel and he told it will cost around 1200 and took advance money of 1000 and the switch panel. he told that by friday he will fix that is on 8th july from then onwards his no is coming switched off . in between we have loged a complaint ot quicker as well his name was sultan from customer care who took the complaint and the engineer called back and told that with in two days he will return every thing .
              but still now he has not returned and again the no is coming switched off.
              kindly help us in getting out switch panel and 1000 rupees advance he has taken. we are suffering without washing machine since 2 weeks .

                Hi team,

                I had ordered iphone 5s (32 gb) with an exchange of moto x play on 08th jun 2016 (by making the partial payment of rs 17049) and that order was cancelled on 15th june 2016. while still amount which i have payed is still not refunded to my credit card account. every time when i call the customer care they inform that it will be done with in 2 to 3 days. now it has been almost a month and still i have not received my refund of rs 17049.

                  I have puchased item from quikr doorstep (ad id :[protected]. it was damaged in transportation and i rejected the delivery and asked to refund my money. it has been 12 days iam following with customer care, few of your managers aswell and my money is not refunded yet and no response from any of the quikr team.

                  Also logistics guys when the itrm was picked from seller, they didnt update status in tracking. after me rejecting delivery they didnt return the item to seller. because of the logistics and transportation guys my money is blocked for more than 12 days now. i am really frustrated and now ready to complain to any legal authorities.

                  Till now quikr guys asked 5-7 days time first and then 2 days and i gave 4 days and again they asked 2 more days. and now there is no update yet.
                  Whose money who is blocking and for what reason? i paid using credit card and now quikr has to bear the interest for that amount and the telephone call charges that i made to quikr till now.

                    Hi all,

                    I am really frustrated.

                    Quikr doorstep guy collected the phone yesterday and today the buyer called me and said the battery was bulged out. looks like the doorstep guy has replaced the battery and handed over some old fake battery to the buyer.

                    I am going to the police and media (i have known contacts) if you do not pay me rs. 4000 which the buyer has already paid to quikr.

                    This is regarding the ad id #[protected] for selling my samsung galaxy grand i9082 model with all original accessories like original battery, original ear phone, original cable, original charger with original bill. the buyer already paid rs. 4000 to you (quikr) and yesterday (12th jul 2016), your doorstep guy has collected the phone from my home (i was in office at that time). while collecting the phone, your doorstep guy told my wife that “arey! madam, ithna acha phone aap sale karraha hein kya.. sab kuch bohath acha lagra hahein… mey iss phone ko le saktha hoon magar kuch nahin kar saktha”. sorry we do not know hindi but i just translated what he told my wife. he said to my wife that “madam, this phone looks brand new with no scratches, with all battery, accessories….”

                    Now, the buyer called me and said i have cheated him.

                    I am so frustrated. i called your customer service and she just keeps saying that “sir, please send email to [protected]@quikr.com”

                    Kindly help to get rs.4000/-. i already shared my hdfc bank account details in the same ad.

                        We got contact details of biplab mitra (ad id[protected] from this site-quikr who claims to be a professional dog trainer from dum dum, kolkata is an absolute fake person who duped us with money, giving fake promises to train our 4months lhasa apso. repeated calls were left unanswered but when called from other number he would easily take calls. more over the day he came to meet us treated our puppy very harshly.

                        Its been more than a month he avoids taking our calls, neither he returned money(though every time when called from unknown number would say he will return money but that never happened). his contact number- [protected]

                        He has duped us with rs500/- in pretext of advance and bringing collar belt for the puppy training, i want my money back and stop him from cheating other people. i want some serious action against this biplab mitra else it would be difficult for us to take service of quikr.

                          This was the first time i used quikr and i'm already regretting it.
                          I liked a bed, talked to the seller and paid 200 while offering. The seller accepted my offer. And now when i want to make the full payment i'm unable to do so. Talked to their call center but they can't do anything.
                          They are not even refunding my money.
                          This has been a harrowing experience for me.
                          Quikr is a cheat and a fraud.

                                Hi we have sold our tv cabinet through quikr around may 12th and the product was picked up by driver sunny kumar (truck no dl 1l w 2048) however the driver has mismanaged the product and broken it on the way due to which this product wasn't accepted by the purchaser; the quikr manager has called us and offered us to return the broken product which we denied as it was in perfect condition when it was lifted from our premises. the manager has assured that he will compensate us by taking necessary appropriately. we have chased this guy and he has informed that he has been sacked and the case is assigned to new manager karam veer kashyap [protected] ([protected]@gmail.com) who has taken bank details from us multiple time and assured payment by june furst week then june 15th and june 30th.

                                On july 1 he has informed us that his services has been terminated and this case has now been given to amit rawat [protected] who is extremely rude and non committal on resolution of the issue as againt other managers who were at least apologic about what has happened and often cited procedural delays in making the payment whilst this person who seems to be thinking as he is doing a big favour to us and after understanding the story (for 100th time) he again asked for our bank account details and provided an email id to send the confirmation of receipt of payment ([protected]@gmail.com) he didn't transfer the money and now for last 2 days he has stopped taking our calls.

                                We request sacking of this guy as these kind of persons will never do good to your company and making our payment at the earliest. the cliam form which reflects that the company has accepted the error and has directed the persons to make the payment is attached.

                                    Refer to my previous complaints. these are still unsolved.

                                    Social media representative ms shweta called me and asked me to provide an ad id which against which a delivery was made successfully. for this she told that she will call back later, but after two days she has not called back and quikr still continues taking benefit of my hardly earned money.

                                    Once the order dated 27 jun 16 can be delivered within two days successfully, how can the order of 24 jun 16 was denied by quikr for non sense reasons of pin code error?


                                    What type of business is done by quikr?
                                    Whr is the relationship manager ms vinita who posted the ad[protected] and advised me to pay for fast delivery. after getting payment she is out if range tiol now. why she never replied back if such pin code error was found?

                                    Why such kind of non sense problems are told to customers only after payments?
                                    Cant they inform customer about its loopholes in advance?

                                    Who wil answer my questions?
                                    Whr is the ceo? is he sleeping with piece?

                                    One vegetable seller is far far better than these fellows because they run their business very honestly and not by cheating strategy.

                                    If you people are real citizen of india and love your job, you must wake up and stop cheating your customers.

                                    Reader of this messge must convey this message to quikr's top management and its ceo mr. piyush.
                                    I dont understand what type of iitian he is?
                                    If this much education is making people selfish and cheaters, beggers are better than you ppl.

                                    I am still waiting for social media team to respond for my two pending orders which are not fulfilled due to pin code error (as said by quikr scheduling team and social media rep ms shweta)


                                    Quikr's all teams seem to be non effective. it only supports money making no matter how much a customer suffers financially or mentally.
                                    Starting from top management,
                                    Its fellows are cheap and cheaters who always try to make people fool.
                                    I have already mentioned their names.

                                    Niether quikr has delivered the items not it returned my money.

                                    I am working hard to earn valuable money but quikr is cheating and indirectly looting its innocent customers who believe on its service.

                                    There is no faith on its social media team. it failed to provide help regarding my two issues pertaining to

                                      I've purchased a package from quikr to post adds as premium. but they have not given to me a single service. every time they told me technical issue and nothing else. now i'm asking for refund but no one responding to me. please do not trust quikr. after so many calls and all now they are saying to edit my profile completely frustrated with them.
