I am really frustrated.

Quikr doorstep guy collected the phone yesterday and today the buyer called me and said the battery was bulged out. looks like the doorstep guy has replaced the battery and handed over some old fake battery to the buyer.

We got contact details of biplab mitra (ad id[protected] from this site-quikr who claims to be a professional dog trainer from dum dum, kolkata is an absolute fake person who duped us with money, giving fake promises to train our 4months lhasa apso. repeated calls were left unanswered but when called from other number he would easily take calls. more over the day he came to meet us treated our puppy very harshly.

This was the first time i used quikr and i'm already regretting it.
I liked a bed, talked to the seller and paid 200 while offering. The seller accepted my offer. And now when i want to make the full payment i'm unable to do so. Talked to their call center but they can't do anything.
They are not even refunding my money.
This has been a harrowing experience for me.
Quikr is a cheat and a fraud....

Quikr x is fraud company.. dont buy any unboxed or refurnished mobiles from quikr x.
They don't provide proper solution.. not answered in email, call, twitter, fb etc.
I already returned my phone for replacement or refund.. but they are just ignoring every time.

I have sell my sofa set through Quikr Doorstep but it's rejected by the buyers, after 5 days return back in damage condition. I have confirmed with the buyer they said product is in damage condition that's why i rejected. Whether I sold my brand New sofa set not a single scratch on it. Social media representative ms shweta called me and asked me to provide an ad id which against which a delivery was made successfully. for this she told that she will call back later, but after two days she has not...

I've purchased a package from quikr to post adds as premium. but they have not given to me a single service. every time they told me technical issue and nothing else. now i'm asking for refund but no one responding to me. please do not trust quikr. after so many calls and all now they are saying to edit my profile completely frustrated with them.

I have account with quikr.com registering my mobile number [protected]. now when i log in to my account to post ads for requirement of candidates the registered e mail id is shown something different from my original registered e mail id but my mobile number is shown with some other e mail id. i am not able to log in using my registered e mail id. i am afraid to give any further ads in quikr....
