My whirlpool washing machine has been picked up on 11th august with thorough check by the delivery boys and acknowledgement recipt provided and it has been more than 8 days i did not received the amount in my account.

And when i complained at [protected]@quikr.com they said the product will be returned to me although it has been 7days from the date of delivery. Now i dont know the condition of the product and i cannot take back a product that has been delivered.

They are just cheating and doing fraudulance with customers. Once the product has been picked up the amount should be credited at the next moment.

The entire online users should e aware and not deliver the product to quickr untill payment has been made.

I have all the evidence, receipt and snaps taken of the delivery boys taking my product. Surprised we provide them the products for trust and timely payment should be made instead they are just cheating.

They have no communication address to file a complain. Just below

    I was interested in the ad id:[protected], while i was considering buying it, quikr said, to show your genuine interest for the product pay rs.51 now and pay the remaining amount when the seller accept for your rates, if he is not accepting the rs.51 will returned to you. The actual rate of the product shown as 0. Rs., yet i proposed rs.90 for it, and if the seller is willing, i will pay the remaining money and get the product.

    But the seller ad id: ad id[protected], keep on sending me messages like pay 1, 00, 000, or 1 crore for the product, when i called the customer care, they give no response, they said call other department, i almost called all the department but none of the department shown any courtesy towards customers... If you want to complain, go ahead they say, they are not afraid of it, that is how a woman rep talked with me at 9.40 am, when pressing 2 option.


    I want my money rs.51 and want to stop all idiotic sms of the seller named as in quikr: collectible. Antiques1, no correct phone number is given.

    I wanted to buy a book by Rhonda Byrne sold by the ad id: Ad Id[protected].

    The original book cost is 300 around in Amazon.

    But the seller asks 99999 for it. I paid rs. 51 in advance, I need that money back. my contact number is [protected].

    Kindly look at the pictures.

    quikr sent me this link to pay for the product which costs less than 300 rs.

    How idiotic? Quikr is sleeping...

    I published an ad in quikr the id is[protected], I paid the money for the premium, as it is said it is refundable to my paytm wallet, but it is never done. A buyer came though OLX and I sold the cycle, so I don't want the ad anymore in quikr, and I need the refund of Rs. 186 either to my bank a/c or paytm wallet. Regarding the same I wrote them many mails and called them several times, they said within two working days, I will get the refund, but nothing happened, .

      The details of my order:
      A. order id: 10165908
      B. date of delivery: 25th july 2016
      C. date of return: 25th july 2016
      D. product: apple iphone 5s 16 gb (excellent condition)
      I bought a apple iphone 5s 16 gb from quikrx which was tagged as being in "excellent" condition. on receiving the phone i find out that it was not in "excellent" condition. it has the following problems:
      1) charging adapter given is not working as insert cable slot is moved to up. adapter seems to be duplicate
      2) as given in specification this phone is in excellent condition but i can see large visible dent above headphone input slot
      3) as given in specification this phone is in excellent condition but i can see screen pop out from top right hand side
      4) quality of camera is not matching to the apple iphone 5s. i had inspect picture taken from this phone and same picture taken from another iphone 5s and there is quite large blur images with red line
      5) focus in camera is not working at all.
      6) charging cable provided is not certified as when i try to connect it, it shows error as "data cable connected is not supported or recommended."
      7) home button is "pop up", it gives noise while click.
      I called the customer care and explained them about this, they request me to drop an e-mail to "[protected]@quikr.com" with details of issue. as per their request i sent an e-mail. after waiting for a week i again call to customer care where they said, they are waiting for higher authority approval and quality manager approval. for 2 weeks they are just keep on hold by various reason like "issue in bangalore so we don't have team to approve" or "our team has just left the office, call us tomorrow morning". after various calls and request finally they arrange reverse pick up. so they reverse pick up phone on 09th aug. now its been again more than week but no update. when i call customer care they said "waiting for defected phone list" to come, after that only they will raise replace phone order for me. when i asked why list not been come to you they don't have answer for this. when i asked to transfer my call to concern department and let me talk they said "sir we can not transfer your call to any department". i have spend more than 500 rs. on just calling their customer care number which isn't even toll free.
      It's been month and i am just waiting for phone. multiple e-mail been sent to quikr but no response.
      This is something unexpected behavior from such a good and knowing firm.
      Now i am planning to register a complaint with national consumer helpline against quikr.

      Hi i have taken a add in realestate category they have called me and said make a add into premium you will get responses and if we pay they activate in a day so i have paid to convert my add into premium but they not properly responsing after they get payment till my add is not activated quikr is wrost for advertsing.
      Any person post a tv add with my number and people calling me. So I very disturbed.please removed my post . [protected]

        I sold my item (ifb fully automatic supremo dx) on 02nd july'16. quikr guys (krishan [protected]) already check and confirmed washing is ok and seller also confirmed after receiving to quikr guys machine is ok but after few days customer call me for timer not working so refund this product and i received my product by quikr on 06th july'16 but my product is totally damaged so same day same time refund my product on the same.
        But still haven't receive any update till yet.

        Fed up to follow-up last one month not received a response yet.
        The last message i received on 6th july'16 your amount refund with in 48 working hours.

          Dear Sir/Madam
          My name Rachesh S. Hallad. My complaint is about quikr sms alert.
          Few months ago i myself registered with quikr for job searching. After that i am getting daily sms alert about job. still i was happy. and i got job with one company. the problem is that after getting job quikr still sending me daily sms alerts on my number which i don't need now. I replied with that sms STOP and sent it they given number to stop this alert. but it dind;t worked, one day i called quikr customer care and he told your alert will be stop within 24 hours, but this did not worked again. and i am still getting this alerts daily. i don't understand why they are behaving like this. please stop this alerts please. my number is [protected]

              I bought a nexus 5 32 gb from your quickr refurbished phones . And with all tax and all i bought it for Rs 8695 . But its battery is not working and Its draining fastly
              One of your representative call me before the delivery .she told me its in excellent condition and if any thing means i can replace it . So of you are neglecting means i will go for consumer court and more i didnt get box, headset, and its original charger also . The charger i got is duplicate and its damaged also.

                I have placed ad on quicker doorstep (Ad no:[protected] on 5th june for sale o[censored]sed cot and mattress and there was a response online to buy the same from someone for a price of rs.12, 500/- for which i have accepted. Quicker doorstep has picked up the cot and mattress on 7th june for delivery to the buyer and communicated that the sale proceeds will be credited to the bank account which i have shared. But, even till now i. E, 12th aug, i have not received the payment nor product is returned back. The buyer has confirmed that the product is delivered to him and the payment is made.
                There is no convincing or satisfactory response from quicker to my mails and phone calls.
                Now, i request to expedite the payment due along with interest and also compensation for pain and agony caused as i am not sure to buy the alternate cot and mattress for the use of my family due to uncertainty of delivery by quicker. The amount i expect to be settled is rs.25, 000/-

                My above complaints is not yet resolved. I have cooperated with Qucker team by giving all the required details and also shared the seller confirmation copy. But, i regret that no response is received from Quicker team.
                I demand to confirm immediately that whether the product is picked up from my home by QUicker team or not? Whether Mr Ravi, who has signed acknowledgement, is part of Quicker team or not. Enough time is given to reply to the above questions. Your silence to the above queries is deemed that the product is picked up by Quicker and there is deficiency in services, if i do not receive the reply by 5 pm of 20th Aug and will be basis for further legal action.

                I have not received reply so far. It is astonishing that Quicker is not able to identify the person who picked up the product and delivered to the buyer. I have placed an ad on Quicker and is accepted by the buyer. Except, Quicker team, others do not have access to the buyer and seller information to pick up and delivery. This incident brings into light the serious security lapses in your office procedures and systems. If this is not checked and controlled may result into robbery, murder for gain or assault on women at home, as persons with access to information on Quicker platform entering the premises of public and Quicker team has no clue about these persons.

                Hence, i am compelled to send the complaint to police today narrating the complete incident and potential threat to the general public by Quicker door step services.

                  I wanted to sell my 2 psp's which are different models. I made different ads for both of them and the second one automatically got deleted without nay notification or anything because they thought I am reposting the same thing. This was really frustrating because it took my half an hour to think of all the details, click the pictures and do everything and some moderator at quickr simply removed it. This is the major problem of these "small Indian companies". They keep uneducated people who dont know what they are doing and hence thought that both of my ads were same.
                  I dont simply understand how dare they remove the ad without even a notification or consent of the user. I am not going to use quikr anymore because of such people.

                    I have not seen such a pathetic service from quikr. Their technical team is incapable of managing the transaction on the system. The product was delivered more than a week ago and i am still following up with the team to receive the payment. Despite the buyer confirming the product delivery the status still shows waiting for pickup. Calling the customer care has been my daily routine with no results.

                    I would advise other consumers to be beware about the service quality from quikr. They will give you sleepless nights even for a small value transaction.

                      I sold a product single wooden cot on quikr 20 days back
                      ad id :[protected]
                      the product was picked 20 days back and delivered on the same day to buyer.
                      buyer got a confirmation call from quikr and since then i have not received the payment
                      i have numerous communications with quikr with daily follow up calls ( twice )
                      only to her from the guys when can this be picked .
                      the status on the ad shows it is in their warehouse
                      shwetha and harish and now balaji asked me to send a mail to [protected]@quikr.com
                      i am not getting a response.
                      i have also marked the buyer and she also confirmed this on the mail to [protected]@quikr.com
                      but quikr guys are not responding.

                      i also provided the truck number guys but they are saying we will check with our back end team.i was even ready to patch and do a concall with the buyer but they dont want that .

                      the complaint number with quikr pending for 10 days is [protected]

                      Please help on the subject.

                      Also let me know how i can file a consumer case, i will also file a complaint in the nearby police station for fraud and sec 420 case .

                        Hi all,
                        Quikr has pathetic customer support and now it is worst company.
                        I am a buyer and i recently brought product ad id:[protected] and it was written the product is new and was sold by the seller.
                        But guess when i received this product it was pathetic, dirty, torn and rusty.
                        I got this product on 8th august 2016 around 8pm and it was received by my brother. As the delivery person called me up and said he will delivered my product by 6pm and even though i was having an urgent work i stayed for him at home by 6:30pm but he didn't turned up and i left for my work and then he arrived around 8pm and my brother was not knowing that the product should be in new condition as mentioned in seller's ad and he signed the delivery slip.
                        When i saw that product and called quikr they first told me to drop a mail. After dropping them a mail and showing them the proof they are trying to fool me that product can't be return back and they just kept on transferring my call to other executives.
                        When i told them i directly want to talk to their manager one of the executive told me to hold on line and he will transfer. He kept my call on hold for more than 15 mins.
                        Do quikr think that the customer is a fool or sitting ideal or what they trying to prove by keeping customers on hold for so long?
                        Even if the quikr plays a role of intermediator, it's their work as well to check the product as per the mention in the ad.
                        If they can't do this then it seems that quikr is supporting seller to fool buyers. And it's a shame on such a big company.

                        I want my money back and take their product.
                        Please take an action as they are just fooling customers so their delivery charges don't go waste.

                          I paid 5079 rupees to quicker for a long cabinet. I did not get any long cabinet from quicker side. I called quicker for payment. They are saying that already sent me money but i got no money in my account.
                          I sent mail my account statement of one month all transaction
                          To quicker.
                          But no reply from there side. I call after two days they are saying same..
                          I got no payment from quicker side.

                            Its been so problematic and so much fake promises in purchasing from quikr that many of my friends who purchased from quikr previously (as we get transfer very frequently) stopped purchasing and moved to olx.

                            Now I am in same issue and I keep on sending emails to your people and they keep cheating me(track my emails if possible in your mailbox). I am not going to loose just because of false promise.

                              Have put a ad in your quickr yesterday night.. Today morning one person from quickr called me and said that pay 1500 your ad will be highlighted and i asked the details about that.. He said 100% car will be sell within 1 month or else your amount will be refunded to paytm account.. But another staff called me regarding this premium and i asked the details of about refund she said that the refund option is not there sir.. Please mail us ur queries... So you can cancel my premium and refund my money... Or else i want to know the details of that staff... He also said that he will send the personal number and you can be in touch with me till ur call us saled... So you should take action on this request as soon as possible... I am ready to file a case in my station (Adyar branch) if you provide me the details of that staff who spoke to me today morning.. This the number the call came from

Don't like your service because before a week back you called us and brain wash us to pay the premium amount that you said you pay premium rs:1500 you will receive more calls and you will be highlighted and we will modify andol.. But nothing has been done... You can even delete my account..
                              I am really sad about your service and i want my premium amount back to my payment gateway because no one called me from quickr side.. But received many calls from olx.. I can't even log in to modify my profile.. So i request you to delete my ad and you can check whether my car is sold or not... I really got bad impression on quickr... And you should not cheat us... I want my refund back... You can take any action i am ready to face it. And i am not willing to speak with the staff you called me and said to pay rs:1500... The words he said was very good but he did not stand up in his word... I can't even understand about the premium and he said many customers will call... I am saying this as promise none of one customer called me yet.. Rs:1500 is not a matter but money is money it should be valuable...
                              Sorry this was my first ad in quikr.. This made us bad impression.

                              Hello i got a call from yepme [protected] ...And they asked for my card number to refund the amount i gave card details and they debited 15000 of money..If the amount is not credited again to my account i will make a severe action as going legal if even my life gets spoil i wont leave this issue...Now i gave a complaint in near by police station in the name of kabir(Delhi)...After receiving the a/c number of the cheat i will proceed with a case in high court ...

                                A bunch of bad people sitting at quickr customer care including the executives and the managers.
                                Worth mentioning “bharat” who was super arrogant, giving foolish answers, contradicting his own statements, giving unrealistic timelines as if it was his personal interest there.
                                Quikr passed the pick-up info to the supply chain people late by 24 hrs. Hence the pick-up did not happen. I have called quikr customer care 5 times for my pick-up, not to forget each time call extends to 20 mins because of the longggggg hold. To sell my product on quikr spent lot of money on these std calls. No one gives a concrete answer when called up.
                                Faced a hell lot of hassle in the process and yet the pick-up has not happened which will lead to delay in my payment as well.
                                High quikr needs to realize that there is a strong competition out there. Such poorest service will lead them nowhere.
                                Quikr is responsible for the precious time & money that i have wasted dealing with quikr in last 3 days and yet the process is not completed.

                                  I was frustrated, lost patience, time and money.

                                  I have paid to deliver an item through quikr, but seller removed ad. when i am trying to contact seller mobile switched off. When i contact quikr, you asking me to contact seller for cancellation but seller simply switched off mobile. I called quikr about 20 times but you simply direct asking me to contact seller. when i ask quikr to return my money seller has to cancel. why dont you call seller and return my money. at last several attempts seller picked call and asked to cancel event though quikr took 1 month to return my money.

                                    Recently i purchased a ps3 from quikr doorstep AD ID:[protected] and when i received the item, it was without the ps3 box and was damaged.

                                    I contacted the seller and seller told me that ps3 was not damaged and he was giving it with the box but pickup person who came to collect the ps3 didn't pick the box. Pickup person made the excuse that its a small item and he do not have space for the box and will inform me about this at the time of delivery. and picked the ps3 without the box. because of that item got damages in transit and i didn't receive the box.

                                    I dropped several email to quikr but didn't receive proper response. i also called on the customer server number and support person after checking the details assured me that it got damaged from quikr side and i'll get the refund for that. just wait for 2 days.

                                    I waited for 3 days but didn't receive any call or email. then i tried to call again on customer support number but nobody picked the calls/calls got disconnected after few rings to customer support person.

                                    I didn't pay for damaged item and now i'm stuck with damaged item.

                                      Issue with ad id[protected] every time I call your customer care no they put my call on hold and come with only one answer we haven't got the updates from our delivery department. They picked up the product on 3rd Aug from that time no updates I have not received payment confirmation.
                                      2nd issue with ad id[protected]
                                      While picking up the product today your guys broken one of the table. Now I don't think so buyer will accept the product and again it will be a big issue. Is there anybody who can sort out the issue.

                                        I am escalating the issue with reference to Ad Id:[protected]

                                        I made full payment of the Metal bed and also for the quikr delivery to happen. I got a call from Quikr and my delivery was scheduled for yesterday between 12 to 2 pm.

                                        I took an off from the office for the delivery to happen, but quikr delivery never happened. I called the seller, he too got no information regarding pick up.

                                        I called up quikr, and they kept giving me false promises that ' vehicle has been dispatched', the delivery will happen by yesterday only. It never happened again.

                                        Who will pay for one day off?

                                        Yet no action has been taken by Quikr.

                                        Pathetic service from Quikr. You have lost a loyal customer.
                                        If you guys cant deliver my product, give my money back.
