Hi,

I was trying to purchase sony playstation 2, i sent the offer to seller with the token money of 99 #ad id[protected] transaction id - [protected] and seller refused the offer and cancelled it at the same time, now i am waiting from 8 hrs i didn't get my amount back yet so
Kindly take action and refund my money back.

Hi,

I paid #99 rs token amount to quikr for ad id[protected] # transaction id - [protected] seller made the counter offer of 3000 and i sent a new offer of 2900 rs and seller accepted and i paid 2950 rs with transaction id - [protected] but i didn't get my 99 rs token money back neither it's adjusted with seller accepted offer of rs 2900.
I call to quikr doorstep they said your amount wouldn't refund.
I would request you to kindly refund my money back and take action against quikr.

Caution - do not trust quikr doorstep, it's a scam and fraud company in india.

    In spite of heavy follow up you have not given proper response. I'm just fed up with quikrr slow response.
    Kindly revert as soon as possible to avoid further escalation.

    If I'm not getting quick response from your end I may have to move to next level of complaints.

      I have paid rs. 7500/- to quikr for 200 leads in 9 months but this details no where mentioned neither in bill nor in my my quikr account.

      My question is how can i know that how many leads you have given and how many more to come.

      My premium ad pack pt159052ghao6066614 is already activted.

      Please clarify.

      Also since activation i have not received any lead from your side as promised by your employee.

      I read same comment from other property dealer that they too not getting any response.

      It is not fair.

      Please reply immediately.

          I ordered a refurbished One plus X from Quikr with OrderID: 272702 and payment through credit card.It was delivered on date 15.07.16(Friday).

          It was written that refurbished phones can be replaced within 7 days i[censored] have any issues (Snapshot is attached).

          I got this product with a sharp dent on upper corner of phone.
          I mailed them on regarding issue then they told me that this product can not be replaced because it is refurbished, we only replace UnBoxed phone.

          Omg..!! What is this .Its like i cant replace what so ever u have delivered me within that box...so funny.

          I really want this phone replaced or return money back.

              I have purchased a refurbished oneplus one mobile. Which is going to restart automatically in some while. I have submit complaint regarding to this in quikr but no one response to me on mail. I called them and told my problem they said the courier boy will come and take my mobile and after some while they will replace the product around 15 days are over but till now no one had come yet. They also give me the duplicate charger with phone. Its nearly one month completed to buy a phone and for launching a complaint but no one respond me.

                Hi,

                Ad title: semi automatic washing machine for sale, ramagondanahalli, bangalore

                I have order one washing money on 25th june 2016 by paying rs. 3401.00/- online through my credit card. after sometime one the same day i got the message that the product will be delivered shortly (screenshot of message received is attached). i waited whole day no one called and i called the quikr support team[protected] for delivered of my product. they said it will be delivered by tomorrow (26th june, 2016) and i agreed. i didn't received the product even next day. i again called quikr support team for the delivery, they again said to deliver shortly. i again waited and but i could not received the product. i mailed to [protected]@quikr.com regarding the delivery (screenshot of all mails attached). i continuously mailed to quikr doorstep team and quikr support team during the period of 7 days (25th june to 01th july 2016), but i didn't received the product. i am attaching the screen shot of the calls made to quikr support team (on[protected].

                I totally got frustrated and decided to cancel the product. i mailed on 1st of july to quikr doorstep team (screen shot attached) for cancellation. i got the acknowledgement for the same that money will be refunded within 5-7 working days. after some days around 10th when i didn't receive the money, i mailed but no response, i again mailed on next day but no response. at last i mailed to [protected]@quikr.com to escalate the issue. but again no response, from that team also. (all screen shot attached).

                Again i called the quikr support team[protected] for the status, they whatever said was shocking to me. they said the product is processing, but i maid the cancellation request. i again called quikr support team[protected] numerous times to get the product cancel. after struggle of 7 to 8 days the product somehow got cancelled. again next step is get the money in my bank account. but even after 5 to 6 days they said the money has not been initiated yet, its in pending state.

                I am totally fed up with the service now, whatever i am facing since past one month is totally intolerable. the kind of cyber harassment i am facing is making me upset on daily basis. i am calling the quikr support team[protected] which is a paid call and have spent more than 200 rupees on that. will quikr pay that money. this is totally poor service.

                There are a lot of other stuff that i can't tell here.


                Please help me in getting the refund or help me in filing case in consumer court.

                  Hi have posted an ad on quikr which got an offer and i accepted. I got a message from quikr that the buyer has made the payment. Accordingly, i have provided my bank details to quikr and scheduled a quikr doorstep pickup today (22 july 2016) in the time-slot of 10:00am-12:00pm. I have been waiting since morning for the pickup guys to call me, but i did not receive any calls. I called quikr customer care for quikr doorstep on the phone number[protected] and complained the same. They keep saying that they will get back in 1 hour but i get no response. This has repeated throughout the day. I have kept the item ready for pickup today and wasted my whole day waiting for the pickup to take place. Very bad customer service and response! It is 4:00pm now, and i am not sure if they will ever pickup the item or not.

                    I made a payment of rs 5500/- for used mattress on 14th july, 2016.

                    Whenever me or buyer used to call to quikr helpline[protected] they used to say we don't have the details yet and the scheduling team will callback in an hour. this happened for few days and then i finally requested to refund the made payment on 18th july and they said i will receive confirmation message for the same. no sms or email received as expected for refund so i called them back on 20th july and they said to wait till 21st july even somebody named afsar (floor supervisor) came on call to assure me that i will receive a confirmation by 12pm on 21st july. still nothing has been received. i have sent them emails too before calling for refund but no response, please check attached pictures.

                    It seems that they are taking it casually and not willing to return the money or deliver the product. i just want the complete money paid to be refunded.

                    I didn't received any communication from Quikr. As soon as i poated this complaint yesterday i received a call and the person said Quikr has intimated him for initiation of the refund. Today in the evening i received Sms from confirming credit of the complete amount. Thanks Consumer complaints and Quikr for sorting this out.

First asked to pay 1/3 amt via given bank acct. Again asked almost full amt, thereafter asked for double of the amount, which you advertised. Theteafter any of the dealer number functining.                         I want to register a complaint against quikr. I ordered a phone on 12th of july & then they cancelled it on 16th of july, but then they delivered it on 17th of july. I haven't received my order. I think someone else has recieved my order. I tried contacting their customer care but they are not helping & also they are not providing any info regarding my order. I just want my money refunded to my account.

                          I bought a dressing table with study table.. The id is above i did the payment on15/07/2016.. Recd a call that they will deliver it on 16th between 4 to 6. Being a working lady.. Had to take halfday to collect this... Then get a message that its too heavy so they will get it the next day... Next day they say that its not in good shape... Sent me some pics on whattsapp. That person said you say no and you will get the refund. Now the thing is atleast quikr should ackwoledge me that it will refund the money or send me the mail. I dont know whats going on. I want to order another dressing table but now i feel you aii are unreliable... I have sent many messages to quikr but no response... Now i found out this complain cell... If there is no response from here then i will try locating the place where i can complain... You can understand how frustrating is this... First i do the payment... Then ur people say its too heavy they cant carry... Then convinced to get it cancelled... And now i have loist my money.

                          After registering a complain here I recd a call from if not mistaken Mr.Vikram...who convinced me very well that he will scrutinise into this and later even acknowledged that the refund procedure is on as your other quikr people said.I have come to a conclusion that u all only talk and send message that its done but with my experience I feel you all are fakes.I am writing this so that I can show all this to consumer court if the refund is not done this week.We are defence people and we dont have spare money to donate you all.
                          you can understand my frustration...and in this anger I am going to take serious steps against you all.I am in touch with SWetha, Abdullah, Mohammed, Sahana...All their convincing mails are with me

                                I bought a washing machine in quikr which i have checked in seller's home and it was worked fine then i made payment, but the product i received is not the one, because it is not working properly and sounds alot and all gathered next to my home and we switched off the device.

                                  I am as a small consultant in real estate. I had paid rs 56250 thousand to quikrhomes for getting sm 150 verified leads for one pr. Builder novell and i bought their leads package jointly. And now neither they are refunding money nor giving leads. And they are harrassing me n compelling me to talk to different people within organisation. Smtym i hv to spk to their local sales man in delhi n smtym in bangalore... I m having all emails and invoices. I dont need any leads now. I want my money back immediately.
                                  Can anybody suggest what action should i take to get my money back??

                                    Sir/mam,
                                    I purchased an item from quikr x service of quikr.
                                    Sub-order id - 271271. Item - mobile phone
                                    I received a different item instead of what i ordered.
                                    The customer care is not bothered with giving a proper reply to my questions.
                                    It keeps on delaying the resolution. I want a replacement for the product or refund to my hard earned money spent over it.
                                    Please help me get my money back.

                                      I bought a ray ban glasses where description said "original ray ban aviator"

                                      When the delivery guy arrived, he called me at the junction and delivered the packet in haste as he was already in a traffic queue. i opened the packet within 3 mins and found that product was a cheap low quality ray ban counterfeit (and not original ray ban). i immediately called delivery guy and he said he would check with quikr and call back. later when i called him he informed me that quikr has told him not to pick the item.

                                      I also got it confirmed with ray ban service centre, indiranagar and could confirm that it was a duplicate ray ban.

                                      I contacted quikr helpdesk to stop the payment. they are not supportive on this issue and asking me to deal with seller directly. seller is saying he had handed over original glasses to quikr and i could deal with quikr. i am not sure if duplicate item was sent by seller or original item was replaced by quikr delivery. this could be only tracked if quikr can track where the fraud happened.

                                      Attached Email response from Customer Suport. In short Customer support asking to deal with seller.

                                      Also, Here are serious of events how Quikr is making it impossible for buyer to resolve an issue.
                                      1. 2:15 pm - Delivery guy calls up mentioning he is in a hurry and come to nearest junction
                                      2. 2:34 pm - Hands over the parcel (wrapped and cello taped in bubble wrap) only after taking signature against the delivery paper. The parcel was handed over while the vechile was in a busy traffic signal queue (at mahadevpura Total mall signal, Bangalore). Guy didnt even get down of vechile making it obvious that he cannot stop any more as the vechiles are honking from behind
                                      3. 2:37 pm- I open it right there and called exactly in 3 mins after delivery and called delivery guy. Delivery guy informs me that he needs approval from Quikr to collect the item and he would call.
                                      4. 2: 50 pm - I call the delivery guy and he says Quikr has asked him not to collect the parcel.

                                      And now:
                                      1. Quikr customer support asks me to deal with seller as I have signed for getting the delivery (email attached)
                                      - Dear Quikr, Signature was taken before handing over the parcel and while the vechile had halted for a 5 secs to deliver in a busy traffic queue.

                                      2. Seller said to check with Quikr as the entire transaction was via Quikr. Now doesnt pick my calls.

                                      3. Delivery guy says He is contractor of Quikr and not right people to discuss this.

                                      Isnt this a total Deadlock for the buyer? and Isnt it obvious that this issue CANNOT be resolved with out Quikr (who was the mediator in the entire transaction)?

                                      Company backing out when its time to resolve such a serious issues seems really unethical and also explains company's customer satisfaction.

                                      Again received a reply from customer care.they again backed out from resolving this issue. Asking me to solve it with seller.
                                      Disgusting. Wonder what is customer satisfaction % of this company?
                                      After discussion with seller realised that original sunglasses were sent by seller and were replaced by quikr . As quikr has backed out from resolving this, it's a loss I need to bear.
                                      Company doesn't have focus on customer satisfaction and aims at making quick bucks.

                                        I am the seller. The item was picked up delivered to the buyer on 2nd of april (I had received the confirmation email for the same on 02nd april itself) and till today i (Seller) have not received any payment from quikr.In-spite of several emails and over 50+ calls to customer care and four and a half month of frustration and mental torture, the issue has not yet been resolved. The customer care is useless and ineffective they have not even updated the add with status yet and they make false promise that your issue will get resolved in 48 hrs you will get a call etc. (All fake lies) similarly no one (Kanchana) replies on the email. Whats wrong with you guys? Your company is a big scam.

                                        I need full compensation for the money wasted on phone calls and the mental torture along with the payment for the item.
