I took this business package (Svc102496lp050960hyd0051ind) through mr. Naveen, territory manager, somajuguda, hyderabad on 25th may 2016. He promised me i will get 51 leads in 2 months time... But its been 1month 15 days (45 days) and i have received only 7 leads (Out of which only 4 are genuine). How can do business which such service. I have paid the total amount and now i am getting no proper response or support or any assurance from quikr.br...

I have bought a bed on quikr.com on 6th june 2016 and the payment have been done on the same day but till now i have not received any call from quikr for the delivery.

My complaint is:
1. If they are taking money on the day of booking then why they are scheduling the delivery.
2. When i call them, they just say that it will be schedule in next 24 hrs. I do not understand even...

I ordered a mobile phone iphone 6 64 gb for 31001 inr from quikr on 21 april 2016. Even after a week the product was not delivered. Product was cancelled on 28th april 2016 but it’s over a month now and i still didn't get the refund amount.

In april, i had put an ad on quikr to sell my lg washing machine. On may 11th 2016, i had accepted an offer of rs.8000 from a buyer and on the same day, the buyer paid the full amount to quikr. I want to make an appeal either quikr should stop their pick up and delivery service or do something about it so that people like me can be saved from torture of booking things through quikr.

They are a cause of mental harassment. It's the second time in one month that i have to complaint about them. I don't understand why promise something you can't deliver. Do you think consumers are fool or something?

I was trying to buy an almirah from Quikr doorstep on 11 may for 2950/-.While the payment was deducted, the order was not confirmed.Quikr was supposed to refund the amount to my account but the refund is still pending.
I have wrote dozens of email to [protected]@quikr.com, but no response from their side except for a Ticket No.s([protected]).I don't think they even care about this ticket ID.

I purchase a showcase worth 2500 and payed 3 times for the same product because transaction was failed from there end. But amount deducted 3 times from my account that is 7500.
I also rcv msg from quikr that they accepted the 3 transaction for same product. I call customer care they told me to wait for 3 days you will get the refund of 5000.
