Hi sir i have sold my product on quikr th­rough quikr doorstep on 27st may 2016 pro­duct was taken by quikr doorstep courier ­guy my product ad id is =[protected] produ­ct was in mint cond and was shown to the ­courier guy it was mint cond was fully wo­rking was tested buy the courier guy u ca­n ask the courier guy the name of the per­son from the quikr courier guy came to pi­ck up the product was mr. Sachin walzade­ his numb is = [protected] the coustomer w­ho was going to buy my product cancelled ­my order on = 01 jun 2016 // on date 07 ­june 2016 the quikr courier guy came back­ with my product the same person who took­ my product on 27th may my product was f­ully damage i showed the courier person ­he also saw the product because he only t­ested my product which was fully working ­and was in mint cond and i have provided­ my product console images when the couri­er guy came to pick up the product the p­roduct has taken back buy the courier guy­ he told me that will show it to the boss­ so he took the product back its a reque­st please help me quikr im very upset qu­ikr because my whole console is damaged t­his is what u do with the quikr coustome­rs product i have attached the images o­f my console when courier guy came to pic­k up my console u can have a look it was ­mint cond i have taken 2 images of the pr­oduct when it was damaged u can have a lo­ok i have collected my pocket one every bit please help me to get my refund very bad quikr 😭😭 i want refund collected my pocket money and fot this console i want my redund i called many times quikr no rply snd mail no rply they told will call u in 24 hours no call it almost 20, days past please help me

as i complained through consumer complaints next day only i got call frm quikr number was08067364545 they said they will solve the problem as they told me u dodge complain on consumer complain we will help u to resolve ur problem next day lady called me i told him the whole story she said will conferm with the courier guy and will help u to get refund next day i got my refund people who ever use quikr door step please notedown the number and the courier guy name and click the images of the product when u give to courier guy important because quikr ask every thing to solve the problem i got mail frm this id For any clarification or query write to us at [email protected] or just give a call 080-67364545 thanku u consumer complaints thanku very much and thanks for quikr refunding my money for damaged product

    I had made full online payment of rs 10400 on 15 may 2016 at 0755 h by credit card for purchase of fitbit surge large watch advertised on quikr website and app (Ad id[protected]. Due to unresolved differences in the manner of levying charges and terms and conditions over a series of communications, i cancelled the transaction on 15 may 2016 at 1911 h. A confirmation mail of cancellation from quikr was received on 17 may 16 at 1041h against ticket no [protected] of initiating refund and transferring full amount in next 7 days to my account. However, till date after repeated correspondence through mail and telesupport, refund has not been initiated and telesupport reps are unable to provide a reply.

      I am the premium customer for my car sell. My ad id is[protected]. But ddnt give a single response from quikr. I wanted to talk with premium team regarding some queries so I mailed quikr so many times, i called to executives for arrange the call with premium team but still I ddnt get any response or any single call.
      Only 5 days left for my service & still not getting any single response from customers & premium team. After that I put my ad on olx (free of cost) & same day started getting calls.
      Really quikr service is very bad, pathetic. I am very disappointed. If still i dnt give response & call from premium team then i will nt use a quikr service in future.

        Waiting for a refund from quikr for the last 50 days. Paid on 24th april and the seller didn't sell the item and i am still waiting for the refund. Already sent many mails and made many calls as well. Whenever a mail is sent, they ask me to wait for few more days. This is really annoying. Transaction id is [protected]. Refund the amount soon. Really lost the trust in quikr.

          On 8th of june i have done online payment on quicker for product kitchen utility cabinet which delivery sms received on 9th june that delivery is on 10th june between 1pm and 4 pm which not done and still waiting for delivery
          Called customer care number [protected] to check but no update they have which is so disturbance and customer care executive is unable to hear or either not understandable.
          I would not give any ratings for such pathetic services of quicker.

            Made a huge mistake to sell products on quikr doorstep

            Neither i have received the money nor i have received my product back. I spoke to customer care and they are telling 1 mobile is in warehouse which they will return back in next 24 hours(It seems quikr's warehouse is on mars so its taking more then a month to locate the mobile) but still it is not delivered, for another mobile they are unable to track,

              I had advertised on quikr for a sofa ad[protected]. Received an offer for the adv and scheduled a pick up on 04 june 2016. The delivery person called me in the evening and said its been delivered. I called quikr customer care and they informed me that i would receive my payment in 3 to 5 days. Waited for 5 days called customer care on 8 june 2016 they told me its already late and would not be able to check today with logistics and would take 48 hours. Called them again today 10 june 2016 the customer. Care person was very rude and said it would take another 24 hours and refused to give me a complaint number. Some one has been using my sofa for the last one week and i don't have money in my account seems fishy to me... Either they have to pay the money or say this is how we make profit so you forget the payment.

                I took this business package (Svc102496lp050960hyd0051ind) through mr. Naveen, territory manager, somajuguda, hyderabad on 25th may 2016. He promised me i will get 51 leads in 2 months time... But its been 1month 15 days (45 days) and i have received only 7 leads (Out of which only 4 are genuine). How can do business which such service. I have paid the total amount and now i am getting no proper response or support or any assurance from quikr.
                This is the worst kind of service for such a brand... Its pathetic.

                  I have bought a bed on quikr.com on 6th june 2016 and the payment have been done on the same day but till now i have not received any call from quikr for the delivery.

                  My complaint is:
                  1. If they are taking money on the day of booking then why they are scheduling the delivery.
                  2. When i call them, they just say that it will be schedule in next 24 hrs. I do not understand even after 48 hrs, i have not received any call from quikr.

                  I would request you to take strict action against quikr because they are using public money inappropriately. They should pay the interest for the number to days delay in delivery.

                  Dear Quikr,

                  I have called your customer care for more than 10 times in last 3 days to schedule my delivery. Every time your customer care person says that you will get a call after 5 minutes from our logistic team but i have not got any call from them.

                  It is very frustrating and disheartening to see lack of professionalism with your customer care person. This was not expected from quikr. Your Customer Care person does not keep record of complaint and because of which i have to explain my problem again and again.

                  Please request you to help me to get the delivery by tomorrow (11-June-2016).

                        Sir,
                        I ordered a mobile phone iphone 6 64 gb for 31001 inr from quikr on 21 april 2016. Even after a week the product was not delivered. Product was cancelled on 28th april 2016 but it’s over a month now and i still didn't get the refund amount.
                        I made daily calls to the customer care but everyday they told me that the refund will happen tomorrow. But the tomorrow never came.
                        The customer care service is one of the worst of its kind. Everyday they ask you what happened and i had to tell the story from the beginning.
                        There systems do not save any details about the purchase, transaction, complaints etc and every time they ask you what's the issue.
                        Some of them said they are not able to pull any details about my purchase, some say that the refund process has started and within 24 hours it will be refunded.
                        I am really unable to bear with this.
                        I even talked to the senior level people and they too told the same thing but nothing happened.
                        After numerous calls and emails, they told me to update my bank details for making the refund which i did.
                        And even after a month i still didn't get the refund amount.

I ordered a mobile from quikrx it is exchange for old mobile and we will get a new mobile ..and my mobile was good in condition ..making silly reason like sightly scratches they are offering price is reduced to half of the price and they are not ready to exchange the mobile for that..making the people fool and time waste for us ..I don't y quikrxx has been introduced by quikrx..just to show off there business in the markets and playing with people ...people don't buy anything from quikr

                            I had ordered a table from quikr doorstep on ad id[protected] on april 28 and made payment. After 2-3 days company called back saying the order has been cancelled as the seller has refused to deliver and they promised to refund rs1600 in 2-3 working days. It has been a month now and after repeated calls and emails to customer care i have still not received refund. Don't go for quikr doorstep.

                              I have purchased a premium ad online for one month paying rs.266 + s. Tax (Adid:[protected]. The ad got posted in the premium segment as soon as the payment was processed.

                              But as soon as i have made the payment, i got a marketing call from quikr executive offering me an ad with 4 months validity with 10 ad posting. I have asked for an email from him (His name is vipin kumar [protected] as he has advised me... But the mail was sent from the id of akhilesh yadav (Kumar). After getting the mail and confirmation, i have made the payment of rs.1200/- using a citrus link he has forwarded me with reference order may3108a on 25th may, 2016.

                              And now, not only my first ad which i had converted to premium (Adid:[protected] is missing from the premium segment but also the new premium ad promised me with 10 ad posting and 4 month validity for which i have paid rs.1200/- has not made available to my account.

                              I started communicating with vipin first, then another executive mr. Abrar saleem has spoken to me a couple of times. But nothing has happened yet.

                              Why is this so from quikr? How quick can i get my issues resolved and my advertisements will be made available to my account?

                              If not, please process the refund of my money which comes to a total of rs.1504.57.

                                I have ordered dining table through Quikr doorsteps (Order ID :[protected] date on 31 May 2016). With extreme frustration I am writing this mail. This is the fourth consecutive bad experience that i am having with Quikr. Everything will go smoothly till you make the payment at Quikr. Once your payment is done, then suddenly everything go wrong and after 2 days Quikr say that either your order has been cancelled or seller is not interested to sell the product and your money will be returned in 4 - 7 working days.

                                If it is 1 or 2 time occasionally, I may not take this issue as serious. But this is the 4th consecutive experience. Does Quikr has any intention/monitory benefit on keeping our money for 6 - 9 days? (imagine if average Rs. 5000 worth has been cancelled for minimum of 1000 members per day then it will come around 50 Lakh/day). I am on serious doubt of Quikr's reliability/ integrity?.

                                My final suggestion to the customers: Please dont go for Quikr and particularly Quikr doorsteps.

                                  I am frustrated with quikr! I sold my bed, almirah, mattress and pillow (Ad id[protected] on may25 and it was delivered on may27 to the buyer itself. But still i haven't received any link where i need to update my bank details. Everytime i call them, i get a different response with promise of resolution. But no action has been taken. So essentially my bed, almirah, mattress and pillow is gone, and i have not got any money for it!!! I have attached the slip that was given to me by the courier person. Please help!!!

                                    In april, i had put an ad on quikr to sell my lg washing machine. On may 11th 2016, i had accepted an offer of rs.8000 from a buyer and on the same day, the buyer paid the full amount to quikr. (The buyer confirmed with me on the same day.) on may 12th 2016, the workers from quikr came to my house to pick up the washing machine. The buyer confirmed that the washing machine arrived to them and was accepted on the same day. Quikr doorstep assured that the money would be transferred to my account 2 to 3 days after the product was delivered. I called the quikr customer care number after a week had gone by, as the money was still not received. They told me to wait for a few more days. I waited, but still no payment was made. I called the quikr customer service almost every day, but the only answer i got was 'the payment will be initiated soon'. The representatives of quikr were absolutely uninterested and did not help me at all, instead they only gave me false promises. Today is 3rd june 2016, and when i called them today they wasted my time again, instead of trying to solve my problem. I am extremely disappointed with quikr and its service. They have made me lose interest in online buying and selling. I am 100 percent sure that i will never use quikr ever again after this traumatic experience and i will make sure to tell everyone i know to avoid quikr too. I want my payment to be in my account within the next 24 hours.

                                      I have offered and buy this product. On 03-jun-2016.
                                      I have made the payment and checked in my transaction status but the payment is showing lesser than what i paid.

                                      I didnt even received any call regarding the further process of delivery.

                                      Attached screen shot. Even the portal shows the transaction id is different than what i have received in mobile.

                                      I have all details of my transaction and payment details with transation id.

                                      Dont copy paste the default reply to all the complaints.
                                      If you actually shared then get it corrected on screen of portal, why is it showing the different amount and different transaction ID.

                                      After all why there are so many complaints, if you intended to do fair and transparent business, why your systems do fail after so much IT involvement. It deliberate attempt. some thing fishy.

                                      Again Quikr didnt not called the seller, inspite of i have paid online. as a result the seller has sold to another buyer, and now my money is still with quikr only, on top of it, i had paid to quikr so that they can pick up and drop at my door, but instead quikr has caused to I loose the offer and mental stress and money has not yet reveresed.

                                      Only a quikr worker calls immediately and says we are solving issue, now I have paid on Friday, and buyer wait till saturday and he sold to another and quikr says if buyer sell another then within 2 hrs my order gets cancelled and i will get an email, but I didnt get any email confirmation till now regarding the my order cancellation,

                                      Do you quikr really work on fair and ethical principles or only mislead people is basis of by hook or crook earn technology.

                                      We pay in seconds and you required days and weeks to proceed?

                                      I called to quikr on saturday whole day and had fought four why did they not pickup, then the scheduling team, called to seller and seller has told that he has already sold. and scheduling team not says that order will be cancelled and i will get full refund. when will you deposit.
                                      NEFT transferes occur within 2 hours, RTGS transfer occures within a second, IMPS within microsecond, Cheques cleared next day, which kind of payment you follow, do you follow only earn interest payment and then pay at end day just to get rid of Govt Norms and and penal action.

                                      cant you be as fair as people.?

                                        I want to make an appeal either quikr should stop their pick up and delivery service or do something about it so that people like me can be saved from torture of booking things through quikr.

                                        They are a cause of mental harassment. It's the second time in one month that i have to complaint about them. I don't understand why promise something you can't deliver. Do you think consumers are fool or something?

                                        I booked a TV cabinet through them made the payment on 17 may 2016. they Even after repeated attempts calling them so many times sending them mail they couldn't just schedule the pick up and delivery as a result i was so fed up of these people that i had to cancel the order.

                                        again i booked a double bed, They called scheduled the delivery for 2 june 4-8 p.m same result. just sit at home keep waiting for them but they never turn up. They are a pain for customers.It's highly irritating and so so frustrating . You feel helpless and pathetic.

                                        I request people who are running this company save some thought for people like us. Don't make us feel disgusted. You charge 400-500 from seller for pick up same amount from buyer for delivery and what is the end product endless calls which we make endless mails endless wait you guys are so pathetic.I am absolutely frustrated with your service.
