I am serving in Army since 14 years I have purchase many thing on your site you are the best and good for customer but I have order quicker doorstep on Lenovo laptop which configuration is Lenovo y -50 -70 1 tb hdd 8 gb ram and 4 gb graphic card which I have purchase from seller but I have recived Lenovo laptop bc40 which copnfigeration is too low and appx 4000 price complain with quicker doorstep customer care whos reply contact with seller and seller not pickup the phone I have pay 25050/- on cash to delivery boy when open the box delivery boy told we cant return open package you call the coy when coy told we are collected but coy told talk to seller seller not pickup the phone may I go with consumer froms for further clearfication or you do some thing I am waiting your reply please do some thing fast either I will complain with army higher authority and go to the media trail also

    I registered myself for 51 leads for my life insurance business and paid Rs.4650 for this service on 9th May, 2016.
    Since then, I have been following with them for genuine leads, but not a single lead was delivered to me. I tried to call the person who assured me to provide leads- Mr.Anubrata Sil. But he was unable to help me. He gave me his boss Mr. Mithun's number. But he blocked my number and refused to even receive my calls!! I was informed that he is the Service Head of Pune office...!! God save such company, whose Service Head behaves like this..!!!
    I am now helplessly waiting for any justice and value for money paid to Quikr. com
    I request you to help me come out of this situation..!

      Hello, i'm fed up of following up with quikr. My product had been picked up and delivered to the buyer in locked state (Study table-drawers locked) as the quikr doorstep person took a good tip from me and carelessly lost the key somewhere. Buyer has cancelled the transaction, no one has a clue where my product is.. And till now it's been 3 weeks and i have to follow up every day only being promised for a call back.

      No money, no table, plus a paid a tip. Thieves.

        I did biggest mistake by putting a Paid Ad on Business Services category on Quikrr and next fine day their representatives started calling me to convince to take bigger Ads pack . false sweet commitments given their representative Mr Vikas Patel Mob No. [protected]

        I want to bring this to your notice that one of your sales representative has made some false commitments and gave wrong information about number of ads to post on Quikr, when I let him know about the differences between commitments & deliverable, he assured me to get the same corrected by raising this to his team leader but after 2-3 follow ups he started avoiding my calls and now he is not answering any of my phone calls.
        Such unprofessional & cunning behavior from a representative of a reputed company like Quikr was never expected.
        I am a businessman and I understand, how important it is to have mutual cooperation between clients & service provider.
        I am sure, company will not allow any such person to malign its brand image and take appropriate action to avoid any future consequences

I got confirmation mail on 16 June to your relationship manager Mr. Vamsi b said that my product is sold and delivery team will come on 17 June to pick up . But nobody has come, I have contacted so many times to your quikr Bangalore number but no proper response.
          Is this kind of service you are providing to consumer . I feel very bad to this kind of service.

            Hi,

            this is regarding my doorstep transaction:

            Item: Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

            I am the seller.
            The item was picked up from me on 4th June.
            It was supposed to be delivered to the buyer by 9th June.
            Today is 18th June, and the item has not yet been delivered. The buyer informed me that he too had been struggling with quikr trying to get the product after paying them for it. Now he has cancelled the order.

            I haven't got my product back. Neither any money. I'm not sure if the buyer got his money back.

            I have called your customer care many times and also e-mailed them with all the documents they required. But no response from them. They seem to be clueless.

            Please return my item. Or at least refund me the money if you have lost it.

            As was told to me, Quikr initiated refund to the buyer when he complained of non-delivery of the item and they were unable to trace it. But the package had already been delivered to his neighbor in the meantime while he was away. He informed Quikr as soon as he got to know about it few days later. Quikr has recommended a direct bank transaction between me and the buyer to close the matter.

            Update:

            As was told to me, Quikr initiated refund to the buyer when he complained of non-delivery of the item and they were unable to trace it.               I had posted my ad for sale of sony xperia z3. Quikr verified the phone thru an app and then on 04 june, i received a phone call that quikr is buying the phone for rs 11363/-. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from my house on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day.

              But till date no action is taken and all mails and phone calls i get copybook type answer that team will contact you soon.

              How can they do such things if they cant manage???

                For exchange of cell phone order was confirmed with id[protected] on 14th may 2016 with sub order id-260240 and i have paid rs 11, 939.00 by hdfc credit card. But the salesman cancelled the order and company has confirmed the order by email dated 23 may 2016. But till date i have not received the paid amount of rs 11, 939.00. I have requested for refund of amount several times by mailing them but they have not responded till date.

                  A lot of the advertisements for jobs are posted by phony and fake companies and all of the are demanding an initial deposit to complete a typing work. The reviews for these companies are all negative on Google and yet, there are ads being posted on Quikr everyday. I suggest you check the background of the companies that are posting ads and then put it on the website. A lot of people are losing their money thanks to you guys.
                  This is very disappointing and very, very irresponsible.

                    Dear sir,
                    This is himanshu sharma from udaipur. I am wanting to complain about quikr employer who do premium ads marketing mr. Harvinder singh. I have sent a ad on quikr. After that he called me and said that you have posted me which ad you should convert into a premium ad then you would get good response. So that time i refused his proposal but he was convincing me daily and premises surely that don't worry i will take responsibility about 3-4 customers with me. I will sent for you in your location anywhere in udaipur which contact you daily from you. Than after i said ok. Than he offered me that one pack is 1800 rs n you will get 30 ads for 3 months only free and daily to daily i give you customers its my promise.
                    After that on 13, june i have transfered online 1800 rs in quicker india pvt ltd. He told me your ad will be visible within 24 hours live, he said after that i have waited and from quicker side received verification call and he also said to me same such all this things within 48 hours but i checked till my ad is not live.
                    After that i am still calling mr. Harvinder singh but don't know his not picking my call from 2 days. I have all proof about him conversation which i am sending you all details. Even than also money slip and today i have talked with him on wtsapp because his doing chating with me but not receiving my call. And he was talking with me very bull, uncntrollbe or disrespectfully words that i will not give your money do whatever you can do, just do it i would not give you. He said that also just go and take your money from quicker. Sir i am not accepting this type of irresponsible behaviour.
                    So, its my kindly request to you that please do action as soon as possible.

                      Quikr has not refunded money of rupees 4000 for the ad id:[protected] and the transaction id: [protected] for wooden dining table which was booked on 16th of april 2016. Their wasn't any call to me regarding the delivery from quikr doorstep delivery team even after 10 days of the order, by which they should have delivered the dining table. I have sent mail and called them several times regarding the delivery but there was no response from them, they even didn't call seller for the pickup of the dining table, so i have sent a mail on 27th april 2016 to [protected]@quikr.com to cancel the delivery of the dining table for the first time and asked them to refund the money. I got the ticket id [protected] with tat of 24hrs, but even after waiting for 10 days and calling them several times they failed to refund the money back. Every time call center associates used to tell me to wait for 48hrs which was of no use.
                      Every time they used to tell me different stories once they told delivery team has not updated any status of delivery cancellation and used to tell me they have escalated the issue and will be solved. Again after 10 days of the first cancellation request mail i have sent another mail for cancelling the order as per their request on 8th may 2016 and in return their was a mail to me with ticked id:[protected] with tat of 48hrs and their isn't any response from them till date and stopped replying to the mails as well. I have called them more than 50 times for the same and every time they ask me to wait for 48hrs and tell me this time for sure money will be refunded and again it is the same old story, if i ask them to transfer the call to manager they never transferred the call.

                        I have experienced one of the worst service from quikr. Their sales team contacted us for a very long time to buy their premium package. Almost 3-4 days a week I would get calls from them to buy the package. Finally we decided to buy their package upon their commitment that our ads will be high lighted on the top most for one month and after one month the ad will move down but will still show up on their website, they also said if any person types our consultancy name on google they will reach to our ads or even words mentioned in our ads, typed by an individual on google will get link to quikr and proceed to our ads. They made us pay 4500 rs and provided the package later from then 3 days with no calls not even answers to our calls. Then they credited our quikr account with ads. For more than a month any ads we posted were never visible after complaining every single day thru mail since they have no other contact numbers for premium package customers. They returned us 5 ads out of 10 ads saying that it ain't their fault yet they are being helpful by doing this. Rather than arguing any more we proceeded but when i checked the ad details on google it never linked me to my ads. And after 15 min of the ad being visible it will automatically be visible or invisible because they say there are more than 1500 real estate consultant in Chennai. (This was not informed by the sales team, the person in-charge Mr. Reynold at that time it was mentioned the ad would be on the top most of all ads, also once he made the sale he never attend the call made to him for any assistance) Other than that to waste the ads we have each of our ads posted gets duplicate posted 4-5 times and whenever mailing them to refund ads there is no response. This issue has arrived again from more than a week its not been refunded to me.

                          I have never had faith in online transactions or online shopping and I've finally been proved right.

                          Last Sunday I came across a used table and chair for Rs. 1400 and after speaking to the seller we settled at 1200. After finalizing the purchase, I received an online bill of Rs.1600. They charged me a shipping fee of Rs. 400 within my own city and for a distance of around 10kms. I didn't mind it much because I was desperate for the table and chair. They assured me that it would be delivered by Wednesday in the 4pm to 8pm slot. I made three to four calls just to confirm that my time slot and address details were updated. I waited all evening on Wednesday and then called up the office and a lady said that it has not yet been picked up from the seller.

                          A notification or a call or a message would have been much appreciated in case there were technical issues causing the delay of my purchase. But i wasn't informed of this until I called the office.

                          I have also been sent an invoice bill charging me for an additional Rs. 450 as conveyance charges. When i asked the lady what it was about she said i had to pay it to the men who deliver it to me. Only after insisting that i have already paid for the shipping, she checked and said that i have paid and they made a mistake by charging me extra.

                          Im waiting for my purchase which is supposed to arrive tomorrow. I really hope it does. This was a very disappointing event and I'm surprised that a well known company such as Quickr has such an untrained customer service and transportation team.

                            But the charges of rs. 195.50 has been deducted from my account.

                              I have sold my Trademill through Quikr.com for Rs 12000 on 14/05/2016. Quikdoorstep charged 400 from each buyer and seller site. That means i will be getting Rs. 11600 and Buyer need to pay Rs12400. Both i and buyer was agreed for this charges for smooth delivery. Buyer had paid the amount on 14/05/2016 and confirmed me by forwarding the mail which he got from quikr . Then quikr called me for scheduling the pick up trademill for delivery. Then i asked them how i will get my payment.Then they told at the time of picking up the product i will get Acknowledgement receipt and after sucessfull delivery they will send me a payment link through mail, and i need to complete my bank details on that link. And they will credit my payment within 3 to 5 working days. So 16/05/2016 they confirmed the schedule time, and delivered the trademill to buyer on 16/05/2016. But i didnt get any payment link. Then I called on same day that i didnot get the link. Then they told me to send an email to [protected]@quikr.com for requesting the link, Then i send the mail. Reply came saying to provide bank details in same mail thread. But they didnt send any link. So i provide my bank details in that same mail thread. Then they replied they sucessfully received my bank details and it will be iniated and i will get my payment within 3 to 5 working days. but i didnt get my payment. I Mailed again on 20/05/2016 asking status of my payment. They replied saying sorry for the delay and your payment will be initiated in next working days. I called again on 21/05/2016, but my payment was not initiated. and after that eveytime i called they told me wait for 24 hrs you will be sent payment link or wait for 48 hrs you will be given payment link, please fill and send that and you will get the payment within 3 to 5 working days, But i didnt get any link. If the link was so important why theyl didnot sent me 1st time.I called them many times . Sometime they says wait for for 2 hrs, some says wait for 4 hrs, some time says wait for 24 hrs or some says wait for 48 hrs. After that i can receive my payment link. But i didnot received that. Then I spoke to their supervisor, I told him my problem and i also told him i have already sent my bank details, so why you people cannot update this. Then He told me they already send the link but for some reason i not getting this. I dont know how it is. Anyway he told me to send a mail saying quikr is unable to send the link so please update my bank details. So i forwarded my previous mail with all my bank details on 02/06/2016. And i got replied on 03/06/2016 saying they received my bank details, now it will be initiated within 48 hrs. and i will get my payment within 3 to 5 working days, But i didnot get my payment, On 09/06/2016 i again call to supervisor . he said i will get my payment on 13/06/2016. On 13/06/2016 i called and they said bank details is still not updated. So i called again on 14/06/2016. And asked the supervisor why it is not been credited. He said now my case is reffered to VP for approval. I dont know when and how i can get my payment, I dont know what exactly is happening to my payment. Please Please please help me so that i can get my payment.

                              They have given me the payment link by sms. And as soon as i filled that link by providing the bank details amount is credited to my bank. I called many times to customer care of quikr for solving this issue.

                              Hi, as per the above comment from quikr i have sent mail to [protected]@quikr.com. But no reply came yet. Still they didn't give my money. When i called them they gives new excuses daily. Pls suggest how can i get my money from quikr.

                                I had sold a sofa on Quikr for INR 7000 and the pick up happened on June 8th, I didn't get the payment for a week and once checked on Monday, June 13th about the status, got to know that the buyer didn't receive the product. I got my product back on June 14th however the condition is bad. It is torn and broken now.

                                Who is responsible for this condition?

                                  Dear friends,

                                  Dont advertise in quikr.com as premium add in services category. Now they are started to earn in mutiple ways. We dont get any advantages of this. This people is selling as listings and leads.

                                  Now they made search option difficult in loans category, for average interent knowledge customer cant reach you deffinitely so dont advertise with them at any cost. You will loose heavily

                                      Payment not received for ad ID :[protected]. Called Quikr customer care number of times. Buyer has confirmed he has received the product the same day it was picked up. Product was picked up on 30- May. Raised ticket id : [protected]. Same response that the logistics team has not updated about delivery. The logistics team is an internal Quikr team. Can Quikr team look into this?

                                      Money was credited to bank account after follow up calls with Quikr Doorstep. But no internal co-ordination between Quikr teams and the customer service representatives give a different answer everytime. I will think twice before posting an ad in Quikr.

                                        Quite possibly the worst service, ever. If there was a rating below 0, i'd have probably given them that. Delivery guys don't contact you, or show up during the scheduled slot. Make you wait the entire day, and still don't show up. Order was canceled once previously because neither quikr nor the delivery guys could be reached, buyer could no longer wait. Customer service is of no help whatsoever, they themselves have no clue of what the status of the order is. Don't even call you back with the information after assuring they will. Any public company/website that doesn't value its customer's time or patience doesn't deserve to operate. Spoke to shilpa and shruti. Order id:[protected].
