    I had made a payment for an order that included an Iron Rack, chair and few other furnitures on 19th february at 12.02 am.I received a call from quikr team on 19th morning that they will deliver the product by 4 pm.I work in rotational offs hence I took an off and waited for the whole day.There was no call/message from quikr and when I called they told me that due to transport issues they were not able to deliver.After my severe attempts, I received a call from quikr delivery team from Gaurav, who mentioned that the product would e delivered to me by 20th february at 9 pm.I felt bad and took a half day on 20th February and asked them to deliver the product any time. In.In the morning by 1 pm I received a call from the quikr delivery boy and he said that the product would be delivered by 4 pm, I requested him to deliver the product on time as I had no leaves after that to which he said he was out for delivery.After waiting the whole day I called them again and got a very irresponsible answer from the delivery team that the product will be delivered the next day i'e 21 st February. This was sheer irresponsibility and when I asked him to deliver by 9 pm as promised earlier he said that was not possible and asked me to cancel the product and laughingly asked me to complain anywhere I wanted.
    This is terrible.I have to get my salary deducted not to take care of irresponsible attitude from this highly publicized company.I asked them to send an apology in written or a text regarding delivery as sent any all the delivery companies ut they rudely refused.
    I need compensation !

      While browsing the web i found ZTE z9 Nubia mini @Rs100 on quikr sold by Excotron And i ordered the same using COD
      But after some days i received the messsage that your order has been cancelled automatically.

      When i called the customer care they are asking for Rs.11000 and told me that due to system problems they have posted such an offer.

      This is not fair they are making us fool.

          I am so disappointed by Quickr. I had posted an ad for which I got no notification. Post which my product got sold & I was told that the money is on it's way on which there has been no update since last 2 days on it. The product was scheduled to be picked up yesterday between 4 -8 PM. I kept following up with customer care incessantly who were clueless & kept telling me that the on-ground team would call & pick it up. However, I didn't receive any call or any sort of communication from them. The call centre team gives a scripted response & there is no sync between the call-centre & the on-ground team.
          This was the first time that I had listed the product however, looking at the service & the plight that I had to go through, I would never recommend this to anyone.
          Highly unprofessional.

          You are definitely not sorry.
          This post is for all the people (including me) who have been fooled by Quikr into believing that they provide hassle free & seamless selling & buying experience. It is anything but hassle free. After making at least 47 calls to call centre, I got an sms saying that my ad has been cancelled. When I again called up the call centre(48th time), I was updated that it is the system who automatically cancels any request that hasn't been attended for 5 days. Now, quikr people are not coming to pick the furniture up for 5 days & instead of apologizing & taking the request up on priority. The schmucks went ahead & canceled my booking. I asked for the manager's no & upon calling him that he would make sure it's done today (This is the same scripted response that every person in Quikr gives) He just asked me to call him up today again to remind him.
          I have now called him atleast 19 times since morning but he chose to ignore my call every single time. This glorified manager is Mr. Raghvendra.
          This is my sincere request to everyone : Do not get fooled by the marketing gimmicks that Quikr is using to lure customers. They do not care about the seller or the buyer. The worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

                “Double bed metal cot” - AD ID:[protected] Price Rs 5000 Paid through internet banking

                After taking my money as of 9-Feb-2016 and failing to deliver the product, this after scheduling delivery slot for 3 times, and failing each time, I have been told 20 minutes back that my order has been cancelled. Refund of my money has no set timelines.
                This is my 1st transaction on your site and I am not sure of the authenticity of all the transactions and how they possibly take money to make interests out of it.

                Also they have the most unhelpful set of people sitting on the phone who do not know how to handle and provide a solution.

                  In quikr.com, 'loans & insurance' category, chennai, Some suspicious persons from north india like Rajasthan, delhi and uttarkand is posting paid advertise as loan service providers and collecting money from chennai customers and cheating, i am doubting that quikr.com is also partner with that person to make cheating. Loans can do only chennai locals not even tamilnadu too

                      Hi my ad id is[protected]. Its been 2weeks i am asking for my own tv which I had given to quikr to get it sold.

                      I have called them several times and several emails I have sent but they always say they are working on it. Still they are unable to return my product it's almost more then 2 weeks.

                      Beware don't do any transaction with quikr they are fake.

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          I bought the above mention product on Quikr website on 11/02/16. The product supposed to deliver and confirmed by Quikr delivery team at my place on 15/02/16 between 1 Pm to 4 Pm.

                          15/02/16:- Yesterday I called ([protected]) more than 10 times and the concern department didn't know what was going on and advised me the wrong information every time.

                          They said that "Operational fault was going on in Bangalore"

                          Even on the last call at 6pm the delivery service center executive advised me that the product will deliver before 8 Pm on 15/02/16.

                          Two numbers were provided by the delivery team for delivery concern in Bangalore but nobody picked up the call:- [protected], Raghu. [protected] Harsha.

                          I sent an email to support team and got support number #574685 with no success.

                          Today (16/02/16) in the afternoon one of the delivery service center employee advised me that the above mentioned product was cancelled by the company. Without my permission, how this thing is possible ? I am the buyer I paid Rs 1000 online under transaction number [protected] and waiting for the product whole day and in the end Quikr team members cancelled the delivery? Why?

                          This is not a professional attitude. Company need to advise the buyer before cancelling and refund the money on the same day.

                          But I haven't received any confirmation call, message or an email from Quikr regarding cancellation or for refund.

                          Seller contacted me and advised me that Quikr team didn't come to her place to pick up the above mentioned product.

                          2nd Product transaction ID:- [protected] (Glass Dinning Table):-

                          I have paid Rs 1000 online again for the above mentioned product on 16/02/16.

                          I bought the above mentioned product from Quikr. My product supposed to deliver on 16/02/16 in between 4 Pm to 8 Pm. I requested them to deliver before 6 Pm and delivery team says "yes sure" we will do it.

                          I called at 5 PM 16/02/16. Delivery team says they will deliver tomorrow as Operational fault is going on".

                          I have spent Rs 2000 for two products. No customer support no management help.

                          I have sent emails to their all different departments with no success.

                              This is really frustrating after I spent 15, 000 rupees and the phone is of no use. I picked up a Quikr Certified Iphone 5 as a gift for my wife's birthday. They sent me a first phone which was carrier locked and couldn't be used. I had to return the phone the same day and wait another 2 weeks for them to deliver the next phone as they were out of stock. They then delivered the 2nd phone and it turned out that this had a defect and I wasn't able to install any apps and the phone wouldn't turn on. I raised a complaint again and returned the phone the same day. I could neither give my wife a birthday gift, surprise nor could I give her a proper phone & had to wait another 2 weeks. The 3rd phone - comes in and within a month, I have a white line on the screen - top to bottom and have been following-up with their customer service reps with at least 8-9 calls. They are least bothered now and they claim these are "Quikr Certified" mobiles. This is really frustrating after I spent 15, 000 rupees and the phone is of no use.

                                I had posted an Ad to sell of an Old Cot + mattress. A buyer made an offer on 8th Feb and it was picked up by Quikr and delivered to him on the 11th Feb. Quikr confirmed me that the item was picked up (pick up note attached) and I was also informed over phone the same day evening that the buyer accepted the delivery and I would be paid the amount directly to my bank account by Saturday the 13th or the latest by 15th Feb Monday. I have from Monday called Quikr support and mailed them number of times. Support ticket 850477 open but no attempt made by Quikr yet to contact me or inform me on whats wrong. No traces of payment too. Being a first time user of Quikr, I feel cheated by Quikr as their support process seems to be unfriendly compared to other service desks as there is no focus to understand or fix an issue. Please help.

                                  My bad experience with Quikr. Initially, I paid RS 800 for a chair n table (AD ID[protected].) I was told that my product would be delivered on 13th Feb in between 1 to 5 but it did not happen. No one from quikr called me, I myself called quikr 5 times and every time they were telling it would be delivered before EOD but it didn't happen. I was given the driver number and he responded as if he don't know about quikr.
                                  I got a call from Harsha (logistics department bangalore- ph [protected]) that "goods are in worst condition so we cannot deliver it to you. You can cancel this order as we are unable to deliver it".
                                  When I contacted your Quickr department they said goods have already been delivered to you.
                                  How can it be possible when I haven’t received the goods.

                                  This is unacceptable...I want some quick actions on it.

                                    I bought a quikr certified phone and condition is that they give description for ffree service of replacement but they wanted3000 or more why???still they don't give my phone
                                    Hlw I don't get my monet with in 28 june, I go to PM office, go to consumer care office

                                      Hi sir, order id 10059170. I ordered i phone 5 64 gb on quicker x, I received the product on december 18th but the mobile is damaged and i requested them to exchange my mobile. They send some person to pick up my mobile on 23rd december. after that i called them so many times for the mobile they didn't answer me properly and after that when i called them they always put my call on hold. Few days back they telling we are not able to send the mobile we will refund your amount shortly. its already 2 months gone but still they are not responding properly. please am requesting you all don't purchase anything from the biggest fraud company quicker.

                                        Hi, this is regarding AD ID.[protected] a single bed, which has been delivered to me 09 Feb 16. But the fitting screws were not received to me. From 09 Feb 16, i called Quikr delivery support 05 times but no one responded to my complaint, kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.
