I am amazed at the service a company as huge as Quickr provides. I have been kept waiting for a pickup since past two days with no communication. This is highly unprofessional and I will not recommended this to any of my known people about Quickr again.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to above stated payment ID No. for which I booked one order i.e. LED 40’ Sony with one year guarantee. I paid the initial amount and I got the confirmation of the same on my mobile & email. The SMS & the email clearly states that “we pick up & Deliver free”. I received at least 5-6 calls that the dealer is not picking up the phone & at last they said dealer is saying that I should come to him directly and by making the complete payment I have to collect the product.personally.

    I placed the order through your site & I don’t know the person who has to deliver it. Now your people have cancelled my order and I got the SMS that we have cancelled your order you can contact us between 10 AM-7 PM immediately, whereas the message came at 7.55 PM (I have all the proofs and screen shots)

    I am left with no other option but to go legal. I requested all your representatives, but of no. result.was obtained.
    This is something that is never expected by the company who states that they are very good. (I have proof for everything)..

    This email will be followed by a legal notice if no solution is made with in 15 days.This is a clear harassment.

      Dear All, This to highlight one of the bad experience that I has with quikr few days back, I had posted an ad for sale of some house hold items, I got a call from one of your representative on 3rd Feb asking me to update the pictures of items that had posted, unfortunately I was in a meeting so I told him I will have to speak later & disconnected the call, he immediately called me back from a different no & started questing me the for disconnecting the call, I once gain told him that Iam busy in a meeting.

      Post this he immediately posted an add on my profile for sale of activa, I was never aware of such vehicle & only realized when I started getting back to back calls from different people enquiring about Activa, I immediately called up the call center & the advisor helped me to deactivate the ad

      My worry is how safe is our profile with Quikr, there are bank details that are saved with you through which you make payment as a gateway between two customers, how safe is our account, how can you access a customer account & post irrelevant ad on their profile.

      Iam copying consumer forum, cyber security team & Police so that they are aware of the incident, need a strict action against the person & compensation for all the trouble that I have gone through

        This is my 2nd bad experience with Quikr. Initially I paid 4000 for a fridge with the AD ID[protected]. That order stated that it was with Quikr storage and express delivery. I waited for almost 6 days and the Quikr came up stating that the seller was not available for pickup and they processed my refund after several followups. If the Item was not picked by Quikr then why did they mention as its "This item is in Quikr storage" ?? This is some kind of cheating...

        Now, I made another payment of 1000 for Ad ID:[protected]having still faith on Quikr) and I was told that my product would be delivered on 11th Feb in between 1 to 4 and it did not happen. No one from quikr called me and I myself called quikr 5 times and every time they were telling it would be delivered before EOD and it was not even pickedup. I spoke to seller and he also confirmed that he did not get any call regarding pickup and he had been waiting for them the whole day. I was given the driver number and he responded as if he don't know about quikr.

        This is unacceptable...I want some quick actions on it.

              I bought a dressing table under add is[protected], and the one delivered to me is not the one I bought. The customer care is giving me multiple numbers and email ids but not the resolution. Do something if you people can, else stop cheating your customers. A good way to cheat people.

              His many times shall I write to you guys ? Add id[protected]. Please check out from the log as your customer care have told me multiple times that they have updated some log with the details.
              AD_ID :[protected] is pending for scheduling from more than 10 days and nobody is responsible. I have made the payment of 8000 and I am trying to contact to Quikr people but nobody is answering.
              I even mailed to support IDs and [protected] this no. is useless wast of time and money.
              will I have to go CONSUMER FORUM to get my money.

                Quickr is allowing fake sellers.
                Quickr seller told me I Give u iPhone 6s in Rs.29160 with brand new with 1 years shop warranty n I trust them n 1st deposited Rs. 14500 n then again say pay Rs. 12000 for clearance charge of shipping n I did that also
                N now saying me I have send your parcel n tomorrow morning you will get n now saying me Pakistan customs caught your goods n u more need to pay Rs.15000 for releasing your goods n I think he is fake n he message me in my WhatsApp no. By his WhatsApp is +[protected]
                so please sir I request u to help me

                  The goods were picked by Quikr against the above ad ids on 21st Jan. The goods have been delivered to the buyer. As per the agreement with Quikr they state that payment will be made within 3-4 days after delivery to buyer.

                  I have still not received any payment and on follow up have been told that the money has been refunded to the buyer ! Their systems do not seem to be in place, they have no method to track what has happened and inspite of repeated complaints they have still not approached the buyer to get the money.

                  The buyer has confirmed to me that she has got the refund from Quikr. The buyer obviously having received the goods without any payment is in no hurry to clear the matter.

                  But I am stuck, as there is no action being taken and no response from Quikr on the matter.

                  Since their agreement states that payment would be done within 3-4 days post delivery, they must stick by that. If they have no system to track that payment was refunded to buyer and inspite of that they picked up the goods from the seller, then why is the seller made to suffer !

                  This is only going to discourage sellers from selling on Quikr as there is no guarantee of the payment coming in. Quikr seems to take no responsibility of the same.

                  Also post pickup of goods, I had received a call to confirm that the goods were picked up, so they did reach that point wherein they confirmed the pickup.

                    I've attached the product I purchased through Quikr. Request you to help to initiated the Cash Refund from Quikr.

                    Quikr is cheating by not paying the money.

                    Payment of Rs. 5000 on Quikr was successful

                    Payment of Rs. 12000 on Quikr was successful

                    So they suppose to refund me back 1000+500 = 1500 Rs.

                      I am Praveen Singh and this grievance is regarding Quikr AD ID:[protected]
                      I am going to drag Quikr to the court and also write mail to the central government. After reading hundreds of complains on grahak seva im sure Quikr behind this scam where they take funds from customer and keep it with themselve .This s clearly a big scam where Quikr is making money and customers are becoming fools since there is no grievance redressed on Quikr site.
                      I sold HP laptop on Quikr and the buyer made payment on 14th Jan 2016. I have not received the payment yet. They acknowledged that they have done payment to wrong person and they will make payment to my my account soon. I have sent hundreds of mail and phone .Everytime they say they that the payment will be done tomorrow but the tomorrow never came and it has been nearly one month.
                      I request grahak seva to help me and take action against Quikr .

                      I have sent hundreds of mail since one month and the same copy paste reply I get from you ''we are looking in to the matter'' the same copy paste message as you did now.


                      I want the date by when my payment will be credited . I have already initiated legal action for recovery. I will do FIR on Saturday for fraud and suit file for compensation


                      I am tired with the follow ups . Now no more follow . I will proceed for all legal action and claim for compensation

                        Product baby walker (Ad[protected] was mentioned to be in mint condition and product delivered by quikr after my payment has 1 wheel missing, thereby unusable.
                        I also spoke to seller and he mentioned to deal with quikr regarding this as it was delivered intact by him to quikr delivery team. Kindly deliver missing component or collect the item and process refund.

                            Am Hariprasad J am purchased on sofa set ( Ad Id :[protected] in quikr on 26.01.2016 and i made a full payment on same day (Transaction id -[protected].) and next day i got a call from quikr your delivery schedule on 30.01.2016 time 5pm to 8 pm. on Saturday 7.30 i got a call from quikr people from seller place sofa is heavy we can not give delivery today because sofa is heavy Sunday morning with in 10 am we will give a delivery like i said ok. but Sunday am waited in my home whole day and i called delivery people customer care gudgav for std call they also not respond again Monday i got a call from delivery team they said sorry for inconvenience we will give delivery today like Monday also no delivery, no Tuesday again i called quikr c c they telling every time they are telling we are escalated ur complaint like after that also no delivery finally i called quikr c c they said i[censored] want u can cancel ur order or wait 2 more days otherwise we will refund ur money back after i write mail for cancel order on Thursday 04.02.2016. Then after canceling order i got call from delivery team we are reschedule ur delivery on Saturday like. See this is first time am used quikr but its worst worst service but still am not received refund amount. please don't use quikr its my humble request. and they are using Child labor also please authorize person take care of this. And the higher authority contact or communication also not ready to given.concern person pls take serious action and solve the problem.

                            Again am telling u people seriously don't use quikr

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I have taken a contract with them to hire a driver. As per their contract they will refund my deposit if I cancel the contract (copy attached). The driver they assigned to me left in between & they were unable to provide a replacement as per the contract. So, I had to cancel the contract.

                              They are ignoring my phone calls & are making up all possible excuses to delay the refund of deposit (email transcript screenshot attached). It is way past time for the refund to be done as per the contract. Details as below:

                              Contract end date: Dec 19, 2015; refund to be done by Jan 19, 2016

                              Request help in getting my refund.

                                This is kajal Ghosal complaining from chandannagar hooghly. I had given an ad for the sale of my house. When i installed the app of quikr i was shown if you wish to make a payment you can make it. As per the instructions i made the payment of ₹807 to quikr for 60 days through my debit card of PNB. After the payment within a minute or 2 i got a call from your executive asking me to make a payment of further 2400 (total 3200 including 807 as well). He kept on convincing me to make the payment. He said to pay last of all only 1200. He was going to share me a link of payment. Although during the payment i was said the payment is done for 60 days i was said by your executive that the payment will be active for only one month and next one month free. I have given the ad on quikr for the sale of my property. But after the payment when i asked my sister to view my ad on quikr she said she can only see the price and photo of the property nothing else. My quikr ad id is[protected]. If my ad is not going to be shown i would be pleased if i m paid back my money. Please let me know everything related to this complain as soon as possible.

                                  I have posted my laptop in quikr. And buyer bought it for 12100 and paid online through quikr. Quikr guy came & took my laptop and delivered to buyer. Buyer got laptop but quikr is not giving my money which buyer had paid. And saying delivery details had not been updated.

                                  quikr is cheating sellers by not paying thier money... Pls dont sell trough quikr online. u will become big bakra .

                                    First Incident (Quikr AD ID[protected] This is a complaint regarding the way delivery of a single bed sold through quikrr was handled. I had dismantled the bed and kept the parts ready to be picked up. The delivery personnel forgot to take one piece ...I called them back and they said they will try to pick it up the next day. The next day no one came ...when I called the person ([protected])who had called from quikrr to confirm delivery previous evening he never picked up the call...it was always answered by someone else who seem to talk like he doesn't understand anything. Then I got a contact named Harsha VS from the Delhivery personnel... Harsha VS never picked up my call nor replied to my SMS. Finally I had take that part to the buyer and delivered it to him. During the whole day even he tried calling Delhivery Team but no one responded. I emailed my experience to [protected]@delhivery.com and got a reply from Anupam Acharya stating he was sorry and this wont repeat.

                                    Second Incident (Quikr AD ID[protected] Bought it on 30Jan, was promised a delivery on 31st Jan...it was not delivered till 3rd Feb even though every morning I get a call from Delhivery assuring that it would be delivered without fail. So i emailed Anupam Acharya about my second experience and replied saying he was sorry and also informed that the item was not picked up from seller hence it could not be delivered.
                                    Now about my second experience I do have the following observation:
                                    1.The team who kept calling me to schedule a delivery yesterday had no clue that the seller is not available however they still had to call me and schedule an appointment for delivering nothing OR
                                    2. Quikr feels "There is no need to keep the BUYER posted about the status of the delivery" OR may be
                                    3. Quikr does not think it is important to check if the Product is EVEN Picked up before Calling someone else for Delivery and assuring consecutive two days of infallible service.

                                      before buying a i called then they told me that they will be selling a country of origin will be India but they send me a country of origin of Singapore
                                      when i asked for replacement they arranged a reverse pickup but they send me back the same phone by saying there is no problem But there is a issue that battery is draining down fast . As the frequency and voltage supply is different
                                      They are not even listening to that . If the battery damages and mother board is affected who is going to take the responsibility, Even i have send them the mail for all issue even my talk with apple that the battery need to replace or else it will damage .

                                        As I was out of town when I received above SMS and as I didn't see any expiration or deadline to worry about, I decided to sign up at Paytm.com after I returned from my vacation on 2/1/2016.

                                        Please provide me answers to below questions:

                                        1. Show me where it's mentioned in your site that Paytm account needs to be created before the transaction. I didn't even get any information that cashback will be done on the "paytm" account for me to prepare for it.
                                        2. Show me where it's mentioned that there is expiration associated with the cashback. You just cannot tell me now that it's expired on 28-Dec.
                                        3. Show me where it's mentioned that after expiration of such cashback, I'm no longer eligible for the cashback that you are talking about.

                                        You just cannot make a rule over the email, it has to be properly communicated to the consumer. Expecting a proper response from Quickr.

                                        My concerns:

                                        1. First of all, it was never communicated to me that Quikr will be using Paytm.com for the proposed cashback for allowing me to sign up to that site upfront.
                                        2. Nowhere I was informed that if I don't sign up to Paytm.com before 28/12/2016, cashback will get expired.
                                        3. Nowhere I was informed that after cashback gets expired, Quikr cannot re-initate the cashback and my cashback offer will no longer be valid.

                                        All Quikr did is reacted passively after I started enquiring about my cashback. All their excuses are baseless as they were never communicated to me well in advance for me to act on it properly. I request consumer forum to help me on this as Quikr customer service is not able to resolve my issue here. They keep on repeating the same comments again and again.
