Date of purchase - 16th November, 2015
before buying a i called then they told me that they will be selling a country of origin will be India but they send me a country of origin of Singapore
when i asked for replacement they arranged a reverse pickup but they send me back the same phone by saying there is no problem But there is a issue that battery is draining down fast . As the frequency and voltage supply is different
They are not even listening to that . If the battery damages and mother board is affected who is going to take the responsibility, Even i have send them the mail for all issue even my talk with apple that the battery need to replace or else it will damage .

This is the most pathetic response to a query. In hindi we call it "Goli dena"
i have even send the phone back to you guys but after 13 days got the same phone by saying there is no problem

i need new replacement to be done in a week or else i will strictly file a case which can end up trouble for you guys !!

Hello, I had converted ad to premium for 30 days & paid 158 INR but they said they did not receive it. i have got bank statement as proof of it. Txn No:[protected] i want my money back.

    I had purchased used LG washing machine from Quikr on 17/12/2015 (AD ID:[protected]. I chose the payment via Quikr which provides free home delivery of the product as well as cashback of Rs. 500/-. In the email which I recieved from Quikr on 17/12/2015, it said:

    [protected]@gmail.com has confirmed your offer of Rs. 5000 for AD ID:[protected] using Quikr Assurance. Get your product by paying money securely using "Pay Now". Offer Amount: Rs. 5000 Pay online and get Rs 500 cashback.

    Please note the next steps: 1) Make the payment. 2) The listed item will be delivered to you faster than you can say Quikerrrr! 3) Only after your confirmation, the payment will be released to seller.

    On 23/12/2015, I received SMS from VM-IPAYTM saying "You have received Rs. 500 Paytm Cash from Quickr. Sign up at Paytm.com with [protected] and use Paytm Wallet to recharge, pay bills & shop online"

    As I was out of town when I received above SMS and as I didn't see any expiration or deadline to worry about, I decided to sign up at Paytm.com after I returned from my vacation on 2/1/2016.

    After I signed up on Paytm.com, I didn't find any Rs. 500/- cashback in my registered mobile number (the same mobile number I used with my Quikr purchase).

    I immediately wrote email to Quikr Service but I saw no response from this after waiting for couple of days.

    After I asked for further details from Quikr, I got below response from them on 9/1/2016:

    On 23rd/Dec. We have initiated cash back on xxxxxxxxx. But the paytm wallet was not registered from your end that's the reason amount of Rs500 was not credited as its gone expired on 28th/Dec 2015.
    We are extremely sorry you wont be getting the cash back for this transaction.

    Hi,

    Please provide me answers to below questions:

    1. Show me where it's mentioned in your site that Paytm account needs to be created before the transaction. I didn't even get any information that cashback will be done on the "paytm" account for me to prepare for it.
    2. Show me where it's mentioned that there is expiration associated with the cashback. You just cannot tell me now that it's expired on 28-Dec.
    3. Show me where it's mentioned that after expiration of such cashback, I'm no longer eligible for the cashback that you are talking about.

    You just cannot make a rule over the email, it has to be properly communicated to the consumer. Expecting a proper response from Quickr.

    Thank you for writing to us.

    We regret for the inconvenience caused.We have already initiated the cash back as it is automated . It is a promo offer as it will get expired within 5 days. Please contact paytm care for terms and condition's.

    My concerns:
    ============
    1. First of all, it was never communicated to me that Quikr will be using Paytm.com for the proposed cashback for allowing me to sign up to that site upfront.
    2. Nowhere I was informed that if I don't sign up to Paytm.com before 28/12/2016, cashback will get expired.
    3. Nowhere I was informed that after cashback gets expired, Quikr cannot re-initate the cashback and my cashback offer will no longer be valid.

    All Quikr did is reacted passively after I started enquiring about my cashback. All their excuses are baseless as they were never communicated to me well in advance for me to act on it properly. I request consumer forum to help me on this as Quikr customer service is not able to resolve my issue here. They keep on repeating the same comments again and again.

    I've written multiple times to [protected]@quikr.com and all relevant emails were already pasted in my original complain above in this consumer forum. The phone number you gave has never worked for me[protected]; I mentioned that also in one of the email that I sent, but got no response on that.

      Hi I want to inform everyone that I had ordered a computer on 23 Jan with my invoice no inv[protected] and as committed that I will receive it on 26 Jan. But in spite of repeated calls I didn't get my computer and they lie to me that it will be delivered to me in 2 hours but they did ot turn up. It's a fraud company and I will teach them a lesson for cheating me. Please don't order anything thru Quiker and I will soon file fir against this company

          I have purchased a chair on quikr. They esured free delivery of it within 2 to 3 days. The courier person still has not picked up the product from the seller. Quikr customer care person giving reasons such as vehicle was not proper and all. The delivery was fixed on 29 th but still there is no action taken from quikr.             Dear All, I would like to inform you about the shocking incident happen with me. I had ordered on 9th December 2015 through QuikrX certified Phone from online website of Quikr.com. They have delivered my mobile after a week and on the second day itself I have returned the order due to damage of smartphone. As per there policy with in 7 days they can return the money or replace the mobile. But till day I have not received my money or mobile. Guys please share this incident with all people across the India and save yourself from online fraud company.

              I got a call from Quikr on 27th Jan that the following order has been cancelled for which I have made full payment of Rs. 3500. Not sure how the order got cancelled despite the product being in Quikr storage. Before purchasing the item I had confirmed with Quikr support that the item available for purchase and cannot be cancelled by seller since it is in quikr storage. Very bad service from Quikr. Please initiate my refund as soon as possible.

                Hi,

                I am really surprised to the quikr with the delivery. The promise date was within 3 to 5 days, but already it passed more than a week and since last 4 days regularly I am getting call from quikr transport team that today we deliver your item and everyday at the end of the day I get upsate because not received my item.
                And from last 3 days I am requesting from quikr transport team to please deliver my item and everyday they are raising my complaint on highest priority. But everyday I get know nothing, I am really surprised that in is this a way to handle the high priority complaints handling process.

                Unfortunately I am first time user so that's why I am sufferings these problem I hope in future I will not repeat such type of problems. And I will try to make complain in all social website to be aware of quikr so no can make stupid for next time.

                Hi buyer and sellers

                Am Hariprasad J am purchased on sofa set ( Ad Id :[protected] in quikr on 26.01.2016 and i made a full payment on same day and next day i got a call from quikr your delivery schedule on 30.01.2016 time 5pm to 8 pm. on Saturday 7.30 i got a call from quikr people from seller place sofa is heavy we can not give delivery today because sofa is heavy, Sunday morning with in 10 am we will give a delivery like i said ok. but Sunday am waited in home whole and i called delivery people c care gudgav for std call they also not respond again Monday i got a call from delivery team they said sorry for inconvenience we will give delivery today like Monday also no delivery, no Tuesday again i called quikr c c they telling every time we are escalated ur complaint like after that also no delivery finally i called quikr c c i[censored] want u can cancel ur order we will refund ur money back after i write mail for cancel order on Thursday 05.02.2016. Then after canceling order i got call delivery team we are reschedule ur delivery on Saturday like. See this is first time am used quikr but its worst worst service but still am not received refund amount. please don't use quikr its my humble request. and they are using Child labor also please authorize person take care of this. And the higher authority contact or communication also not ready to given.concern person pls take serious action and solve the problem.

                Again am telling u people seriously don't use quikr

                  Sold my sofa through quikr for 14k + Cashback of 1k from quikr.
                  However never got the Cashback. When contacted customer care o was told i will not get it as i have not registered my mobile no.

                  If i have not updated my number then how did quker contacted me for deliver or pickup. Have also mentioned my number with the bank details.
                  Now this is upto quikr to register the no or not. I can only submit it in the required fields which i did.

                  This is purely a case of cheating customers. Let's assume i have not submitted my no anywhere then how did you contact me to pickup the stuff.
                  And if you have promised a Cashback then you should release it post all the necessary verification. Why hassel the customer stating you didnt do this or didnt do that.

                  Coz of this i am at loss of 1000.

                    I have sold a furniture on quikr on 15Jan 2016. Buyer has made full payment to quikr on 15Jan2016. However, after following up with quikr for more than 10days now all they will say is that "LOGISTICS TEAM HAS NO UPDATE FOR THE PAYMENT THEY RECEIVED FROM BUYER".
                    I have received no payment nor any update and customer support has not helped in any way either. NEVER WILLI AGAIN SELL ON QUIKR NEITHER SHALL I SUGGEST ANYONE EVER!!

                        This is really a worst experience what I had with the quikr ... I am into real estate business as on the same path a person from http://www.quikr.com/...
                        The way he promised and things happen are really different and also after making the payment also to activate the account they have taken 10 days time to activate.. The executives are well trained to pass the wrong information .. once the payment is done there behavior are changes they behave like rowdy's ... the very worst thing is I posted some properties on DEc 29 th till to the date there is no Single LEAD has been generated when I asked the same to the manager shockingly he answered wait for more 15-20 days lets we see... The too worst portal in real estate page Never i saw with out any out put ... So please never and ever please dont buy any such products from " Quikr homes "
                        shocking you will never find any contact details of there higher officials to complain for this as they are into cheating path so they hided there details, , , , , , Tooo Worst Quikr ..My money 5000 rupees are wasted

                          Sold Wardrobe on Quikr, Payment was given by the buyer on 25-Dec-2015 i was waiting for my account credit since then, After 2 week followup got mail from Quikr that they have initiated payment and same will credited within 4 days. So i waited for 4 days to pass. but the payment was not credited. after 2 days i raised mail which was again replied with same sentence. i again waited for 4 days but no reply. then i got mail from quikr stating my bank details were incorrect. To my surprise the bank details provided by me were absolutely correct. infect quikr had confirmed the bank details earlier mail. still i provided my pass book image to them. in reply they said they will credit my account after 2 days. I again waited for 4 days thinking they will do the needed.. but to my surprise it did not happen.
                          Today i again sent reminder to them i got a surprising mail stating that they will initiate payment within 24 hours !!!

                          This so pathetic site it does not even have grievance email id on the site.
                          Consumers are simply on the mercy of one pathetic email id which does not even help.

                          I just waiting for right time. i am going to consumer forum and will charge them huge penalty for mental harassment!

                            I Arvind Bartaria owner of apartment in project Life Republic in Pune, bought a premium ad space by paying Rs 2142/- online on 9th Jan 2016 to sell my flat. In a few seconds I received a call from quikr call center (female name Tejaswani Gaud-ph [protected] email- [protected]@gmail.com) who told me that your ad will only be visible in Pune so better I should buy the one in which the ad will be visible in 10 cities in Maharashtra. I agreed and paid the remaining amount of Rs 2877/- ( total paid Rs 5019/-)

                            After a day when I tried to contact her she did not reply but a received a call from Nahid baig (ph[protected]saying that I should contact him instead of Tejaswani, I told him that my ad was supposed to be visible in 10 different cities in Maharashtra. So what he did was he himself gave ad in 10 different cities but each ad said the apartment was in that city, also he selected some locality in that city on his own.When I called him to correct this he says it cannot be changed. I am receiving a number of calls since then for a flat in thane or navi mumbai or sholapur or nasik or nagpur etc. Also the ad says I am a broker.
                            Later Nahid called me and said that he has removed all the ad from 10 different cities and now I should make the changes on my own. I am trying to change the city and locality in the profile but it cannot change. I emailed and tried to contact him for the same but no reply from his side.

                            Since then my ad is not displayed even after paying Rs 5019/-

                            I request you to either correct my ad and make it visible for three months as per the receipt or return my money back.

                              This is regarding the order I had placed with Quikr on 19th January 2016

                              I regret to share with you that this being my first experience with Quikr, hasn't been a pleasant one at all.

                              I had called customer support on the 19th and they assured me that the delivery will take place in 3-5 days. Unfortunately there hasn't been any progress since the day of booking and neither are we informed of the same.

                              Can I suggest that you have a portal where the customers can view real time updates. Currently, am completely clueless about my order and we have to keep chasing the logistics team to give us an update.

                              There is a reason we opted for quikr because it offered a convenient service of free delivery. If this is what customers are being put through we would rather opt for competitive sites that deliver what they promise.

                                      I brought a product from Quikr on 13th Jan at Rs.10001(Product AC: Pickup Location: Thane, Mumbai and Delivery to Goregaon E, Mumbai), and since then everyday I am chasing to Quikr Customer Care for delivery status and they are keep saying from day 2 that we have forwarded your order to delivery Team and they will get back to you shortly, but till date Seller and me have not received any call from Quikr/Delivery Team...till date i have made more than 25 calls and sent 33 emails but no action taken.
