I have placed a order of moto e2 unboxed mobile with order ID 10095947 which was deliver after 10 days but expected delivery was 2 days on Feb 5, 2016 when I got the product the camera and speakers of the phone are not working so I decided to replace the phone on Feb 16 I HV sent the product for replacement after 10 days I m unable to reach them their lines are busy all time they r saying that they are out of stock again and again now on 12 March they are saying me that they have sent money to my bank and I will get my money within 48 hrs but till now 16 th March I have not received my money yet. Fraud company Quikr donot anything from this company they are totally fraud they are beggars fraud people's.

    My Ad ID is[protected] . I have paid the amount on March 11th 2016 and i was told it will be delivered on March 13th 2016.Then they again called and told it will be delivered on March 16th 2016 but when i contacted the seller, the product itself is not picked by the Quickr.

      Hi, I'm from Trivandrum, Kerala and on March 7 2016, I posted a premium ad (Ad ID:[protected]; urgent & top) of Rs 249/- for my real estate property. Even though it was listed as an urgent & top ad in the search results, when clicked on the ad, it showed the message "we cannot show this listing right now".

      I raised the issue with the customer care SIX times in a span of a week and so far, no action has been taken in resolving the issue. Everytime they'd say that the issue would be fixed within 24 hours but, nothing happened. I took the premium ad for faster response and sale of my property but, this issue has further affected my chances. I've surely lost a load of potential buyers in the past week due to Quikr's negligence. Please help me out.

          Hi Team,

          I would like to log a complain against Quickr delivery service team,
          I bought a table from Quickr website and soon after that I received a call from their logistics team to schedule a delivery time and we did that, we received a text confirming that the product will be delivered between 8PM -10PM on Tuesday 15.03.2016 but from afternoon my wife has received call at least thrice from the delivery person that he can't deliver the product at that time and he is going to deliver it in the afternoon, if there is no one to collect it then it will be delivered tomorrow, which according to me is a clear case breach of agreement and would like consumer forum to take necessary steps against it so that people don't get harassed like us by the Quickr team.

            I bought a refurbished mobile from Quikr but the screen freezed, once I tried to reset the phone.I asked for a reverse pick up and that was done.Its been 3 weeks since they picked up the mobile, there is no response from these guys.
            I called these guys and they keep saying that it's going to get delivered buy tomorrow or in 3 days or by Friday, but I didn't get the product yet.These people don't even know how to talk to customers.

              My ad ID :[protected] . I have sell the product on quikr and buyer had made the payment on 25th FEB. The product was picked up on next day 26th of FEB.
              After not receiving the money for a week I called the customer care and come to know that product was cancelled on 2nd of march. After that contacting customer care to receive product back, they keep saying we will get back to you in 24 hrs. And no one get back to me.

              I asked them if there is any complain number in which I can register complain regarding it. They says we don't register complain I have commented on your product as higher priority. I don't understand is this the way company operates. It's been 20 days I have neither received the product back nor got the money. On contacting buyer come to know product was cancelled on 2nd march and he also didn't get the refund.

              I want you guys to please look into my problem. I don't know what to do get back the product.

              Hi there,

              It's been 4 days since you have said to resolve the complain. But, I am not seeing any actions have been taken from your side. Now the customer support team also after hearing advertisement ID start hanging up the phone.
              It's going to be one month product hasn't been returned back to me. Guys please look into my problem . I think quikr have meshed up with my product and therefore not returning it back.

              Today is 22nd march and still no actions have been taken from quirk side. They are not concerned about solving issue. They have mailed me regarding solving issue by Monday and still no actions. What type of company is these which aren't concern about returning my product. Its been a long time and they aren't responding at all.I think I need to make complain in consumer court.

                I had ordered a cot in quikr. I checked with the product before ordering for it. it was worth to buy it. But while transportation it was damaged. i raised complaints thrice and called many times. but there was no response from quikr for past 2 weeks. There was no reponse through mail also.                   I had sold a Usha Sewing Machine for 3200/- on Quikr.com. Initially the buyer had made a payment of 1000/- and agreed to pay remaining 2200/- through COD. But the buyer misguided/cheated by making the payment on initial request he had made on 1000/- link. Unknowingly I accepted and now I have not received the remaining amount at all. Quikr is also not ready to help me sort this issue. When I try to reach out the delivery person, he is not picking my calls and is putting his phone on switched off mode. The buyer is also abusing over phone when I ask about payment proof or details.

                          Please don't use quikr payment. They are fake. Quikr asks the buyer to pay and book the product, once the buyer pays the money they are collecting the product from the seller not delivering to the buyer, by this they will use this money in some other way(kind of rotation) and earning money using buyers money. Like this they are cheating the people's

                              I purchased 5 seater sofa set through quikr and paid the amount on 8.3.2016 to quikr. The delivery of sofa was scheduled, resheduled, resheduled and resheduled and it is still going on. There are three replies from quikr on SMS. 1. Seller was unreachable. 2. Buyer was unreachable. 3. Quikr is trying to contact both but call was not answered. I am waiting endlessly. Bitter experience. Unprofessional shameless people.

                                  Same happened with me (but in my case the display was not working) and when i asked them about replacement they are telling me that it will take 15-20 days. Moreover i think they are selling the returned phones again and again after getting it back without repairing it.
                                  They are making fool out o[censored]s.
                                  I think we all should file case against them in consumer forum.
                                  Complaint not yet resolved and nobody gave me a call

                                    I received a refurbished smartphone sony xperia z1 compact
                                    seller cellphone house of quikr x
                                    first of all this seller is horrible . he should be terminated
                                    how can u even tell this phone has gone through 30 quality checks
                                    1)display is flickering
                                    2) gap between touch panel and body
                                    3)camera also has yellow lines
                                    4)proximity sensor not working
                                    5) white patches (spots) on screen

                                    on 10th march a guy calls me tells me the they received the phone and the problem exist and he said he would refund the money after he talks to his manager .
                                    later i called quikr care and notified them this .. they told me they never made the call .. and they said they have no refund only replacement
                                    i am tired of calling them .. there miss call number never works . if it works also . i get a call after i called them 5 to 6 times .. if i call there care number . its cost a lot .. everytime they just place a call on hold . care number is not toll free .. this cellphone house seller is just horrible
                                    i purchased a galaxy y which is in such a bad condtion
                                    later a moto g unboxed where the second sim doesnot work
                                    and now this sony z1 compact .
                                    m sure u goona replace i will get a phone worse than this
                                    anyways ur quikr staff told me i should wait for 12 more day
                                    in this fast age .. 12 days i should wait
                                    . i am phoneless
                                    more importantly i even wanted to exchange this sony z1 compact with lenovo a7000 turbo by ur exchange policy . the excutive refused to accept the product .. if quikr itself is not accepting the product what they sold . why should we suffer . i want my justic done immiediatly

                                        The worst, idiotic and stupid service I have ever seen is quikr.
                                        Is This company running a business or jus playing with customers?
                                        I have placed 4 orders and none of them received.
                                        Its merely looking like a childish game you guys are playing with customers.
                                        Am gonna complain in consumer court -If at all you guys don't react on this.

                                        1.Order ID[protected] order placed around 45 days back and i have been said, the order will be
                                        delivered in 4 to 5 working days.I never received this order and more over its still in my basket and not allowing me to cancel it either.
                                        2.Order ID[protected] said order has been accepted and cancelled by quikr - with out intimating me.
                                        3.Order ID[protected] said by quikr order has been accepted and no reply after that.its still not dispatched.
                                        4.Order ID[protected] have confirmed the order and cancelled by them.
