I had ordered a cot in quikr. I checked with the product before ordering for it. it was worth to buy it. But while transportation it was damaged. i raised complaints thrice and called many times. but there was no response from quikr for past 2 weeks. There was no reponse through mail also. Bloody horrible customer service....

I had sold a Usha Sewing Machine for 3200/- on Quikr.com. Initially the buyer had made a payment of 1000/- and agreed to pay remaining 2200/- through COD. But the buyer misguided/cheated by making the payment on initial request he had made on 1000/- link. Unknowingly I accepted and now I have not received the remaining amount at all. Quikr is also not ready to help me sort this issue. When I try to reach out the delivery person, he is not...

I'd purchased a washing machine from quickr.com and it was not delivered since approx 15 days and inquired about it and 4 times they just asked they'll give a call back and never recived any call. Again inqured and they aksked to mail @ [protected]@quickr.com and did that no response.

I paid 600 rupees for this chair on 9th till now it didn't reached me and the customer service is too bad giving false statements that seller is not reachable but I am able to talk to seller at every time I never got unreachable to his number...none are responding to my calls properly..I am frustrated now..I want to file complaint...

I requested for a electrition they said they wil send electrition bwtween 4 to 6 till now response yet even i called but still no response ... Worst and first experience with quickr... Un satisfied and hopefully no use...

Please don't use quikr payment. They are fake. Quikr asks the buyer to pay and book the product, once the buyer pays the money they are collecting the product from the seller not delivering to the buyer, by this they will use this money in some other way(kind of rotation) and earning money using buyers money. Like this they are cheating the people's...

I hade posted ad in quikr for selling high chair.my ad id is[protected].They offered a pick up of my product and keep it in warehouse for 2 weeks .it was picked up on 4th feb 2015.Now it has been 38 days and they have not returned it even after multiple follow ups from my side on email and phone.i am fed up of this and very disappointed with such unprofessional response....

I purchased 5 seater sofa set through quikr and paid the amount on 8.3.2016 to quikr. The delivery of sofa was scheduled, resheduled, resheduled and resheduled and it is still going on. There are three replies from quikr on SMS. 1. Seller was unreachable. 2. Buyer was unreachable. 3. Quikr is trying to contact both but call was not answered. I am waiting endlessly. Bitter experience. Unprofessional shameless people....

I have received the delivery today but at the outset I would like to highlight the below issues which is a question on the quality of the delivery services, and is unexpected by Quikr or Delhivery.

1. The delivery was 1 hour late due to which the receiver had to undergo image tampering in office. False commitment made by the delivery team.
2. The goods delivered were not packed where I was...
