Hi,

I purchased the product worth Rs.1200.00 by paying online to Quikr by transaction id for this payment is [protected]. In the Ad it was mentioned that we are going to get cash back, Once I made the payment they are telling us the cashback is 0nly for above purchase of Rs.2, 000.00, but in the it was just mentioned pay online now & you will get Rs. 400.00 Cash back.

Hi,

I purchased the product worth Rs.1200.00 by paying online to Quikr by transaction id for this payment is [protected]. When do I receive cash back & the product of ₹1200 from Quikr Foldable Steel cot (4 ft x 6 ft) (Your payment was successful: Ad_ID[protected] on 2/26/16. Quikr promised they are going to deliver product on 2/28/16 still they do not processed anything. The service level is very poor.

    I am seller, I have sold item with item #[protected],

    product got delivered to buyer on 21st Feb itself, still I have not received payment from quikr, instead of me they have transferred amount to buyer only,
    called several times to CC, they are always putting me on hold for 30 min and then they disconnect calls, it is very frustrating to me, I have to log complain in Police now.
    CC Persons are : Manish, Aisha, Parvat, Karan... these people do not update wright things to their customers and they are avoiding my calls.

      My Name Raghav Kochhar, i Placed an order on Quikr X, I placed the order on 8 feb 2016, My order ID 10097167, Today's Date 26 feb 2016, the product still not Delivered, i called them many times they said, product is in process, product delivered in delhi on 15 feb still they not deliver it, Today 12:35 PM i called them they said product will deliver to you today in 1 hour company will call u, still they didnt deliver it, i called again at 3:20PM, Now the Worst Part after waiting 19 days, they said we cant deliver your Order, your product returned back to the seller, they have no answer why the product returned, why they said before your order is processing, why they said your order delivered in delhi, why they said product will reach you today, , i want to abuse them too much, , there is no value of the Customer, we Waited too much for this

        I have ordered Mobile from Quikr website and paid online with credit card. It is almost a week and i haven't received the product. The courier tracker number which i have received is wrong and i call to courier company and they are saying the tracking number belongs to different customer and address.

          Hi All,

          I sold my Dining Table through Quickr website 3 weeks back. Quickr delivery team has picked up the product and during transit they have damaged the product. I keep on calling Quickr Support to know the product delivery status but the response was not proper. They have asked to contact Quickr delivery team by sending email to the [protected]@quickrcom. Even after sending multiple emails they are asking to send the pictures of the damage product which is already at the Quickr Storage.

          Quickr has to pay the compensation amount but they have not initiated the compensation for more than 10 days. This shows the way Quickr handles the product and the support provided by them for seller.

          Service provided by Quickr is worst and the delivery team doesn't even know how to safely handle/deliver the products.

          Quickr policies are good for buyers but not to sellers. I request sellers not to use quickr website otherwise you will also face similar kind of problem.

          There are many other better websites which provides better support compared to Quickr.

The product has come for delivery but i have rejected the same due to not issue with product, the returned product has been delivered to seller but i have not received booking amount refund, i am continuously touch with customer care but there is no proper response, they just hold the phone & after some time disconnect the same.

              It has been more than 45 days.As the items weren't sold, I need my items to be delivered back to me immidiately.


              I also need a sr.executive to make a follow up on this issue.

              But, there is no call back & also quikr isn't returning my items.

              Quikr is a scam.

                I ordered the items in the captioned ad on 17th February and the order was suppose to be delivered on 19th February but it did not deliver.
                I received the call from Quikr delivery team and those guys told me that it will be delivered on 22nd (Monday) between 8pm to 10pm, but I received the call from delivery guys in the morning on Monday at 9:30 am for delivery, but I was not available as I was in the office and also I was not expecting delivery in the morning because I was informed that the product will be delivered between 8pm to 10pm in the evening.

                After several follow ups with delivery and customer care team, I have not received any response and I don't know when my product will be delivered. This is the first time I bought something from Quikr and it has been horrible experience as of now. Also the customer care team is really the worst among all the businesses in India, they are really unfriendly and unhelpful. I have also dropped a mail to [protected]@quikr.com (Ticket No:[protected]). Please help in getting my product delivered today, because I stay alone and cannot wait everyday for delivery because of other career-related commitments.

                  I found an AD for study material for various exams at low price. I asked for the course material of IES. They told me that they have left the city and therefore shall send it by courier. They demanded for 1000 in advance which I paid. But now they refused to send it. They operate from various part of Country. They have same mail is and contact number. They chat and than after trap innocent students.

                    I had sold the cellphone through quikr. The product never reached the buyer but the customer care people are saying that the product has been rejected by the buyer.
                    I talked to the buyer, according to him he never got the phone delivered to him, rather he received a message from quikr that the booking has been cancelled.
                    His refund has been initiated but its almost more than two weeks I haven't received my phone week.

                    The customer care has stopped receiving my calls. They don't even know what is the issue with this. They just say today i will get the phone.

                      I have sold my apple i phone 5 silver on quikr and till now i have not received the payment, As i was told by quickr that the payment is successful on 4th jan 2016,

                      I have not received any call back or any mail form Quickr, i am regular calling and sending them mail, Even after calling customer care again and again they told that they will excalate the matter and will be solved in 24 hour, i have attaching the screen shot of No revert from Quikr.

                      don't believe these people on delivery thy waste time for and make u calll thm several times to increase the call flow and to show how thy are wrkng on answering calls for funding and make money but thy say sorry sir we understand the concern but thy dnt do really and no manager or Tl'S are ready to take calls for the customer complains its very bad experience for 2 time and thy take good product and send u useless onces saying only this was mentioned in the add its already 4 days of delivery of sewing machine till now date no one knw wts the issue thy just say we ar looking into ur issue but no call back or resolution given.

                          I have a complaint for the AD id[protected]. The product supposed to be delivered on Friday but till now it is not picked from the seller only. Quickr fixed an appointment thrice but they couldn't stick to their words since their delivery team is worst in service. One of the worst service I have never come cross. I will till evening if is not happening then I have to cancel the product.

                          Yesterday Evening, I called them and asked about the delivery but their CSR told the my order has been cancelled. How can you cancel my order without any prior notice? that too I paid the full amount through the card. I want the refund immediately. I assure you that next time I don't buy anything in Quikr and don't suggest to anyone.

                              It was pathetic to business with you. I have paid the money at 18th Feb and the same day I received a call from your side that your are giving me the delivery of the product by 19th Feb around PM.
                              I have not received the product on 19th Feb from your side. From 20th Feb we are following up with No of guys from your side named Prashanth, karan, Saranya and few of other guys . Every time they are telling all the lies like already we are on the way to your house etc, though it was not picked from the sellers location also. Every time your representatives are lying and making up to following up like a dog. Even today the same thing is going on.

                              Still now we have not received the order nor any intimation from any team of your side. We have frustrated with your service and we don't want your service. I will put the same review everywhere Facebook as well as twitter like how you guys are dealing now. And why every-time we are receiving the wrong commitment from you guys? Are you guys running some cheating business. Or is this the way of professionalism? Or you guys are complete liers and running scams?

                              Guys please dont buy anything from Quikr and share the reviews everywhere so that their business should stop.

                              We have called several times . But no resolution. And it has wasted more than 20 hours of m time. All those excuses is not going to help me anyways neither compensating me. I need compensation due to the wastage of our time.

                                  I had placed an ad to sell a mattress and opted for storage service.
                                  It is now more than 20 days and my mattress has not been returned back.
                                  It was supposed to be returned if not sold in 14 days.
                                  There is no number to contact anyone.
                                  This amounts to theft!

                                  Still no response.. Have sent mail to the requested ID along with my contact number. Attaching the receipt of the storage which is totally unprofessional and looks like scrap paper.

                                  After putting this complaint on this website, I did receive a mail from Quikr saying my stuff would be returned back as it has not been sold.
                                  Then I got a call on the 24th saying it will be delivered on 25th between 1-4pm. Unfortunately no one turned up the entire day.
                                  When will it be returned?? Are you guys even planning to return my mattress??
                                  Mattress received back finally BUT in a pathetic condition. Mattress was torn from one corner and completely dirty. It is of no use now as no one would buy it in this condition. Quikr..Please discontinue with the storage service is you are not able to look after the customer's goods in the condition it used be kept in.

                                      Initially i ordered my phone and being the online payment mode they confirmed my order . Then after few days they cancelled my order and after interrogating they said it as technical glitch. Now how would i know if they were promoting the product and when asked provide the cancellation details in written they refused it.

                                        I have placed an Ad through Quikr for selling of a high back chair. Had received a text message from Quikr about an offer from buyer for 3500 rupees. I had accepted the offer. Quikr then asked me to fill in my bank details which I had promptly filled in. Quikr then picked up the item and informed me that the payment has been made by the buyer and it will be credited to my account in 3-5 business days.
                                        After I did not receive the payment, I contacted Quikr and they stated that the payment of 1000 rupees has been made. I informed them that the amount agreed was 3500 and not 1000 and also that I have not received any payment whatsoever.
                                        They asked me to submit my bank statement but I informed them that I cannot provide them my statement but asked them to provide me the transaction details along with the transaction number so that I can chase it up with my Bank.
                                        After couple of communications they informed me that there was some issue at their end and they will be remitting the money. However I have not received the payment and they have stopped responding to my mails.

                                        It has been almost a month since the item has been sold and am yet to receive the payment. Have sent all the details to Quikr but am yet to hear from them. Look like filing a case of fraud against Quikr is the only option left.
