Ad ID[protected]: bought an air exercise cosco through quikr for r's 6000/-. Made payment on 01 Mar 16 product picked up from seller on 04 Mar 16 by quikr doorstep. Several calls and to customer care and answer is that product is in transit. Where the hell does it take 6 days to deliver a product 10 km distance. Poor services and response from quikr doorstep. Need a resolution pl.

    I have purchased a dining table online (Refer the add ID[protected] but the behavior of the delivery boys were very weird and they taken Rs 200 Extra Cash money from me to get delivered the dining table at my home.

    Requesting you to improve your delivery service otherwise nobody will use your service in future.

      I mean you cross-checked and found that i was not eligible for the cashback without any reason.
      On second instance you say it was credited into your account on 3rd march, which i never received.
      and third time you told i was not eligible again because i will get it on for only two transaction every month
      the previous two transaction happened in different month. in which i was not eligible even to get the cashback.
      the last transaction happened in feb which was first time i was eligible for a cashback which i did not get.


      are you trying to fool customers on the name of paytm cashback?

      give me any escaltion point of contact.
      resolve my issue. i never recived any cashback for any of my transaction and it is being told that i am not eligible.

        This is regarding my purchase of refrigerator against Ad[protected]. I have done the payment on 29th feb 2016. It was collected from the Seller on 2nd march 2016.The Delivery person name Mahesh costantly forced the seller to cancel the deal as he wanted to purchase but when she refused he picked it up for delivery and comes after 1 day with three men saying there is an accident and refrigerator got destroyed and paid her the money back.without even showing her the product they made her sign to cancel the deal .The refrigerator is with Mr Mahesh now.

        Wat Nonsense is this??????? i mean if you people have opened the service for youself then please find a other way!!! Totally Dissapointed.

          I got a used damaged product for the price of an open box product that quikr comitted to me was a new product but the seal was opened due to checking or some sort of thing it was a part of quikrx program i issued the copliant 10min after opening the product and the product got picket up by the company the net day it was the 12th of feb.today it is 4rth of marchthat is exactly 21 days and since monday the company is delibrately not picking up my call and when i call from some other cell no the company says wait for 2 min and than cut my phone call! I PAID 8, 700 FOR IT THAT is not so small amount for a midiocre person! my order id is10096513 ao kindly never buy a quikr product!

              On March 3rd I bought a 2nd hand MacBook pro 13. 3inch after seeing a post in quikr and checking the details where it was said the person has lost the charger while travelling and be you that the price was negotiated. Afterwards while trying to charge, I felt some issue and checked. That is when I got to know, it was bought from US and the warranty has been expired, also the charging port has problem and that has many screws missing and the charging indicator is been cut off. I tried calling the person, who sold me this and his number is switched off. And I have paid him 28, 000/-. His name in quikr post was Rajiv and his number given was [protected]. Please help me find this fraud.

                  I brought an unboxed mobile for 17k which according to Quikr was a new handset but I hit a used handset.                       I have sold a fridge via quikr, they have started a service saying that they will shift things from owner to recipient free of charge. But thats not the case. They first take some booking amount from recipient and while transferring it to owner they cut some amount saying that it is convenience fees. After a week or two they just send an SMS saying that the convenience fess will be credited to recipient and it will be credited within 3 to 5 days. But in reality more than 2 weeks pass away but you dont get your money. When you try to contact them; they wil say that they have had succesful transaction. When you ask them the details, they dont even provide details. Infact they say that the this is the problem from bank. When I contacted with bank associates they say that they are not able to track even a single transaction for any details I have provided to them fetched by the merchant. Those merchant associates are simply ignore my mails and even after mailing them twice or thrice, they are just not replying back at all. This is a fraud case.

                        I have sold my cot for 4000rs in quikr doorstep. They came on 22-Feb-2016 and picked up the product and delivered it on 25-Feb-2016 to customer. After successfully delivery they suppose to transfer me 4000rs. But after a week they transferred only 1000rs. I dont know why they have taken so many days and transferred only this much. I have all the necessary documents to prove the same.

                        I spoke to customer care several times, now they are saying customer has paid 1000 rupees online transfer, remaining 3000 rupees paid by cash, that is the reason it will take more time to transfer 3000 rupees to my account. If this is the case how did i get the message from quikr that buyer has paid 4000 rupees and handover the product to quikr. This is a big fraudulent activity by quikr. Free pickup and drop is there business tactic to attract customers to cheat. Please let me know how to take action legally against this fraudulent company. Even customer care of quikr is also very rude and rash. When i told them that i will complain in Consumer court, he is saying go ahead and complain, this shows how bad they are with customers. My suggestion is please don't buy and sell anything in Quikr doorstep.I will not leave quikr in this matter until i get justice.
                        this is very bad.
                        Very bad. Quikr needs to take action immediately and teach their staff to behave properly with the customers.
                        This is not good, Quikr cheating customer in the name of 'Quikr Doorstep' service concept...!
                        This is very bad. This way customers will loose trust and one day Quickr and other similar online service providers will collapse

                          As I wanted to sell a furniture product I had posted an AD in quikr and opted for their free storage facility which has a tie up with boxmyspace. My product was picked up by quikr team by mid of January. Many buyers were able to make offer to the product but as quikr claims "due to some technical difficulty" the payment couldn't be done and as a result my product never got sold. As a solution from quikr they asked me to repost AD, which never solved my issue and later asked me to post another AD with same details, but as my AD id is mapped to the product in their warehouse, if I create a new AD then the mapping is lost and quikr dint have a solution for the same. I mailed to quikr support team but after initial replies they stopped responding to my mails and customer care came to no use at all.
                          So, finally the product which was supposed to be sold for (2, 500/-) is still in quikr warehouse, where they are unable to drop it back to me or let any buyer make payment to it due to their technical issues.
                          I would want the highest amount that any buyer had made an offer for or simply drop the product back to me so i can find a better portal to sell my product.

                          I got a call from the quikr box my space team and they are unable to identify my product in the warehouse. He said he ll call me later and its been 6 days and no calls. How can they not even map the product with the Ad id? Isnt there any resolution for this?

                            I sold the item through quickr the item was delivered to the buyer on 19/2/16. buyer has made the full payment against delivery. the payment was initiated by quickr on 19th itself but i have still not received the payment in my a/c. i have called 3-4 times and the only answer they give is that the payment has been initiated and will reflect in your a/c in a day.such poor quality of service is not expected by quickr. i just want to know why there is so much delay in crediting my payment despite buyer not having any complain regarding the product. the latest i checked my a/c was before writing my mail.i.e.1/3/16.

                              I sold a product on Quikr via AD[protected]. Though its been 1.5 months I haven't received the money in my account.
                              I talked to customer care executive and they say they have transferred the money to some other account, while I haven't given some other bank account details.
                              My correct bank a/c details was conveyed to customer care executive via mail as well as on the phone no, on which they confirmed that money will be transferred to the account no as provided by me.
                              Now, they are refusing to credit money to my account.

                                I have posted an Ad for selling my old Samsung TV (ad.[protected] posted on Feb '14. I got a deal for Rs.5000 on Feb 18. Same day pickup and delivery has been done. Amount was also paid by the Buyer to Quikr on the same day (Feb 18).
                                The amount which was to be deposited in my account (So called transaction triggering) has not been done. and on 23rd feb, I got a message from "IX- QuikrE" Stating the amount of Rs.1000.00 transfer has been initiated..
                                each time when I called to Chennai helpdesk and some one picks up and Says the Account dept. Person is not in his seat.
                                Got irritated and Called to All india helpdesk and have been informed that the message triggered was incorrect and Have been asked to wait for a day to get the amount in my account.
                                Follwing up on the next day I have been asked to send a screenprint of my account stmt (I dunno wat to prove to them) I did that too.. Till now (29-02) I didn't get my amount in my account.
                                Kindly sume one out there help me out with a lawyer (in Chennai) as I don't want to leave this cheats just like that.

                                  This is manas. On quickr there is a ad titled 'We are hiring good content writer at high payment'. In the body of the ad there is mail id - [protected]@gmail.com. THIS PERSON IS FRAUD. He makes you work and does not pay you. If you want to stop working, SAIKAT MAJUMDAR WILL NOT PAY. BEWARE!!! I have proof of this. I have mails which show he is not giving money.

                                  Yes, this person has even cheated me. I wrote for him for the total month and then he has not paid any money to me. My invoice amount is Rs 12960. I am going to lodge a police complaint against that bugger.

                                    I had maid full payment of Rs.10, 000 on 27th Feb 2016 and received call from quikr that they would delivery by 28th Feb 2016 but still by evening the item was not even picked from seller and when asked at customer service they simply said no guarantee and would be delivered by 29th Feb 2016. After few minutes I got a mail and message saying that Seller has cancelled the order and same message to Seller but seller alo not aware of the cancellation as he was the first one to call and ask if I canceled the order.

                                    If they cannot deliver then they should not take up this work causing unnecessary delays, and now my money is stuck up for a week until reimbursed. This is causing lot of trouble the families have to go through.

                                      They are total thief. Order for my memory was placed on 1st feb 2016 but still they haven't delivered my memory card yet, even after I received this delivery sms in my phone. Even after repeatedly complaining to their customer care, they are still very reluctant to deliver it. I gave my memory card to them to deliver it to my seller but still it's with them. My ad id[protected]

                                        I have made online payment full amount for above Ad on Feb 27th and opted of free delivery option thinking for max 1 to 2 days to reach. I was told that it will be delivered by 28th before 1 pm. They told that i will be recieving call from delivery team to schedule the timings. But did not recieve till 9:20am. Even after many calls to customer care I didnot recieve the info needed.I kindly request you to address this...I need the product urgently.

                                        quikr service driver has called me that they have picked up the almirah from seller and going to submit in quikr office. Hope I'll get call now.
