As I wanted to sell a furniture product I had posted an AD in quikr and opted for their free storage facility which has a tie up with boxmyspace. My product was picked up by quikr team by mid of January. Many buyers were able to make offer to the product but as quikr claims "due to some technical difficulty" the payment couldn't be done and as a result my product never got sold. As a solution from quikr they asked me to repost AD, which never solved my issue and later asked me to post another AD with same details, but as my AD id is mapped to the product in their warehouse, if I create a new AD then the mapping is lost and quikr dint have a solution for the same. I mailed to quikr support team but after initial replies they stopped responding to my mails and customer care came to no use at all.
So, finally the product which was supposed to be sold for (2, 500/-) is still in quikr warehouse, where they are unable to drop it back to me or let any buyer make payment to it due to their technical issues.
I would want the highest amount that any buyer had made an offer for or simply drop the product back to me so i can find a better portal to sell my product.
