It was supposed to delivered on sunday itself, this is really disappointing service from quickr

    I am Really frustrated with the Quikr service . I have not seen such pathetic service before . Very poor delivery and customer service.

    My Ad I'd is[protected] for which I have made payment on 04.03.2016. After which I got a call from Quikr and my delivery was scheduled for Sunday and same time the seller was informed that product will be picked on Saturday. But no calls nothing till Sunday night .So Sunday night I called and the delivery was rescheduled for Monday (between 6 PM to 10 PM) but same thing happened on Monday as well. After that I called so many times to quikr doorstep and Quikr Delivery support centre but every-time I got the same excuse that Bangalore operations is having some issue and my order will be delivered within 24 hours but till today night (10.03.2016) I didn't received the product . This is really cheating customers. It's 7 days over. If Bangalore operations is having such issues why don't they shout down it.

    Today morning when I called they said because of the operational issue they have cancelled the order without informing me.

      Hello All,

      I have received the delivery today but at the outset I would like to highlight the below issues which is a question on the quality of the delivery services, and is unexpected by Quikr or Delhivery.

      1. The delivery was 1 hour late due to which the receiver had to undergo image tampering in office. False commitment made by the delivery team.
      2. The goods delivered were not packed where I was told that they would be packed by bubble plastic.
      3. The delivery guys asked the receiver to pay Rs. 100 out of nowhere, he settled for Rs. 70. Want to understand, why are they asking for money from customers? are you not paying them their salaries?

        My Ad I'd is[protected] not yet delivered, I have made payment on 02.03.2016, I didn't received the product yet.I called so many times to quikr doorstep they are saying your product will be delivered within 24 hours. But not delivering my product. This is really cheating customers. It's 8 days over.

        Even after so many complaints they are not even arrange to deliver, every day they are start giving new promise that they will deliver Tomorrow.

        I want my item urgently withing 1 or 2 days otherwise i will cancel my order.

And on top of that you guys lie by sending as SMS that "We came to pick up your item but you weren't there..." Show me a proof of your arrival ! Better work professional or face legal action.

                One of my orders had to be delivered on Monday. But they cancelled it without any intimation. I call them next day, some Anurag Tyagi from delivery team picks-up and assures that he'll get it delivered on Tuesday. Not receiving any confirmation call, I call the customer care no, now some stupid Parvat attended my call who again assured of tuesday delivery. Again I called back to confirm, another stupid CS Mani picks-up assuring the same. In the end I came to know that they can deliver it only next morning. I wasted my time from morning just for one delivery in priority as the entire situation arose because of them and i'd be leaving the next day. These CS guys do not give any proper info and give wrong expectations to the customers.

                  Hi,
                  Subjected Add item was to be delivered yesterday-7th March 2016, however, I got a call that it was re-scheduled for today. I got a call from seller that the same has not happendd.

                  Called[protected], spoke with Syed who after 30 sec of discussion and saying it will get delivered in next 24 hours, disconnected the call and now the number says" the call cannot be completed at this moment" for last 30 minutes.

                  I called Quikr Helpline[protected], spoke with Rahil and his supervisor Manish, scenario doesnot change, no ownership and same statement gets repeated within next 24 hours and has been given above number and [protected]@delivery.com mail id to be contacted. This is incorrect business practice, seller wants to giv away the product now due to this delay and the answer I get it, the amount will be refunded, NO OWNERSHIP AT ALL.

                  If Quikr cant stick to their commit, they should not take money and let both seller and buyer go through this nightmare. We can surely arrange this in our capability.

                  Need this to be addressed ASAP or else it is a breach of trust.

What are my legal rights. Have twitted to pranay chulet as well... So customer care informed... Date missed mutiple times... Misguiding customer and finally the product is sold off by seller even after i have made the payment. People contacted... Rahil executive, manish escalation level, syed from delivery, gunjan from delivery today, no intimation yesterday and mis communicating today.

                    Ordered a Lenovo A7000 from QuikrX in exchange of my Blackberry Z3 on March 1, 2016.

                    Received the new mobile on 4th March 2016, at 8PM. Handed over my old mobile to the delivery executive.

                    Just after an hour I reaslied that the speaker of the new Lenovo phone was not working. There was no ring for an incoming call, nor could i play any music.

                    I wrote an email to Quikr stating the problem.

                    Next day 5th March, I receive a call from the customer care and I explain the problem. They tell that will call back.

                    Numerous other times I call up the customer care and receive vague responses.

                    I receive another call from a person named Sunny, and I am informed that I have cancelled the order then how can I claim that I have received a defective mobile phone. Also the in the order details the payment mode has been changed to COD, but I had paid the difference amount by credit card. They had messed up with the order big time.

                    I can guarantee that the order status was changed to cancelled after 6PM on 4th March. Since I had checked the status before that by logging on in my account on Quikr.

                    I make them understand that I have not cancelled the order. They disconnect the call saying they will look into the matter and call back in 30 mins.

                    2 hours passed and nobody called. I call the customer care again and still all nonsense vague responses. One of the guys even said to visit the authorised service centre for getting the mobile repaired. I reminded him of the 7 day replacement guarantee.

                    Then some guy named Saiyad from customer care told me that the mobile will be replaced by Tuesday, 8th March. He assured me. He also told that I can use the existing mobile phone untill then. A delivery boy will get a new mobile phone and I can handover the defective phone to him. I get assured and wait for Tuesday.

                    Monday, 7th March I call up the customer care to confirm the delivery of the new mobile. Since there are no updates in my account on the quikr.com website.

                    To my surprise the guy told me that a delivery executive will visit me on 8th March and collect the defective phone. They will then find out whether there is really a defect in the phone and then provide me a new phone. This whole process will take 1 week.

                    Now, the problem arises that I do not have any spare mobile phone.
                    And, if they had to follow this process why was I told that the delivery of new mobile and collection of the defective piece will happen at the same time.

                    Very bad service by Quikr and its representatives. Ill informed customer care executives. One guy was utter rude. Since all calls are recorded all my claims above can be validated.

                    I want Quikr to get me a new Lenovo A7000 and take away the defective phone on the same day and I want this to be done on the same day.

                      As you told me that this iPhone is iPhone 5s. after that conversation i am doing checking online and taking help of my friends then i came to know that you make me fool and cheated intensely. Which is unethical.

                      You sold iPhone 5 instead of I paid for iPhone 5s and given accessories also not genuine. Which also I notify to you as well but you got your money and ignored my questions as well.

                      I want seller has to take back else quikr need to action against him. how can he miss lead the deal.

                      i want to purpose below as well .
                      Before going to court i am giving to few options to avoid inconvenience and unwanted hassle.

                      1. You take back your Iphone and refund my amount INR 15000/-

                      2. You Take back this Iphone 5 and give me HTC phone - AD I.D[protected] on quikr

                      3. You refund me INR 7000/- which you have taken extra for claiming that iphone is Iphone 5S .(as Iphone 5 is a obsoleted/outdated phone which is no value as present.- you can keep 8000/- and balance return via ECS.

                        Stealing of property by quikr. its been 3 weeks and i havent received my item back. quikr, after picking he product from my home, told me that transaction has been cancelled, (wonder how possibly that is viable). so now, neither did i get the money nor my product back.later after waiting for 5 days, i called up customer care as well as delivery support and all they have for an answe was
                        -i will receive a call in 24 to 48 hrs(which never came in 3 weeks)
                        -i myself have apparently "said" i dont want my product although they do not have any proof of that
                        -false promises and lies from a Mr. Prashant Suman And Mr. Purushottam C
                        The most frustrating part is that they do nt have a system where complaint numbber cn be generated neither do they have an account of the numerous times i have called or any trace of my complaints.every time i call, i have to start from scratch.

                          We posted an id through Quikr to sell our queen size bed and the deal was made at 9500 Rs.
                          Quikr hasn't initiated the rest of the the refund yet. They just refunded 1000 rs on 29th Feb. Thats it. The product got delivered to the buyer on 27th Feb and he paid the full amount of 9500. Everyday day we are calling and emailing back and forth with no answer. The customer Care rep says they have technical problem in their finance department. Till today that is 7th March, we haven't received the rest of the money yet.

                            I am the buyer of[protected] Ad a " used metal almirah"

                            I would like cancel my order, Ad Id is[protected]. Reason because this product is not delivered. As i check with Quikr delivery team they said the this product marked as delivered. But this product is not picked up from Seller nor delivered to Buyer.

                            I spoke to Seller, he said this item is picked up from his location.

                            Me (Buyer) and Seller has been escalating this matter from last 15 days almost everyday (check ur call records and emails) to Quikr support and Quikr delivery support but there is no progress and now i have no hope of receiving this product and the worst part is seller already left the home and he left the this item there.

                            Now i don't have any more patient to hold and escalate with non working

                              Hello, Frnds beware of quikr listing as they are listing fraud/scam adds on their website which gives attractive prices and great offers to attractive customers.

                              They are hell lot of adds available on quikr who are fraud and scam and quikr is also 1 of them.

                              Add Details - Apple iPhone 6s + 64 GB factory unlocked with bill - Hyderabad

                              This is Nigerien and fooling customers while asking ti transfer money and he will give Apple i phone 6s 64 GB at Rs 25k only as they intend that these phone are imported directly from apple that these guys are giving at such discounted price, they also offer buy 2 get 1 free and i am getting buy now option on quikr for this particular add and i tried placing order for this on quikr but there was technical glitch at quikr website the payment didn't went through. after this i called quikr customer to ask about this add and they said please update you profile and then payment will be done, i did this but still same issue and quikr customer care executive told me to call seller directly and ask for product and buy from hi directly i did that and this nigro guy pretend as he is Indian and his name Sandip Gupta and he told me to transfer the money to his SBI Chennai account but i was not sure about the person that he is fraud or Geniun i transfer some amount after asking from him, i transferred 25 k as we all trust quikr that they will not encourage such fraud adds like this, and after transferring the amount he told me that his boss is not letting the shipment out of delivery because i haven't made half payment of ordered value, i denied to transfer the amount and i said to cancel my order refund the amount but he said the order cancelled now and i have to make balance payment immediately but he denied and forcing and abusing me to make the balance payment... i will lodge police complaint quikr because they are encouraging such adds like this and hello quikr you guys have to refund my money now because you are helping these scams taking place in India here. i have all whats app chat conversation recorded with me and i have all invoicing and other proofs

                                  Rinesh Mathew, my quikr ad number is,[protected]. I scheduled a pick up today at 10 am, after that from 2 to 7 pm I called quikr many time, they r tell they will call in 10 minutes, but no body called, finally I called seller they told they have schedule the delivery 10 am but no body pick the product, today the whole day I waisted my time waiting the product it's very irresponsible behaviour, I already paid 6000 rs to quirk online .                                     I called in the following number but the complaint is still unresolved:

                                    Delivery support:[protected]

                                    Me and the seller got several fake delivery related sms. The item named "king size bed"[protected] has not been delivered still, though i made the payment 1 week back. It has become a frequent phenomenon for quikr delivery team to miss scheduled pickup and delivery.

                                    There is another product named "sofa lounger" ad id:[protected] which has not been picked up from the seller. I am quite concerned that the seller might sell it so someone else if this delay continues.

                                    I have called at least 30 times for the delivery of the above products and still i am being patient because i believe that quikr is doing a service to us by giving free delivery. I really appreciate your efforts. But i would request you to start a privileged paid service along with this free delivery service to ensure that customers get delivery with 24-48 hours of making the payment.

                                    Kindly stop providing fake delivery sms and commitments of pickup and delivery. If you need 10 days to delivery then kindly communicate this honestly to the customer, we would really appreciate your honesty. But after committing a delivery please don't fail to turn up, because we would loose our valuable time due to this. And in case you fail to deliver then kindly let us know through a phone call.

                                    In case you need any suggestion on your delivery model then kindly let me know. I would be happy to help you voluntarily

                                    Secondly, revoke the concept of maximum_selling_price. If you look at your records you would understand that products actually gets sold for much lower cost than the msp, thus the seller's expectation on is not met all the time. This is the reason why buyers prefer olx than quikr.
                                    Instead bring something like optimum_selling_price(A reasonable value). Lure the buyers because the traffic of your website is majorly contributed by buyers. Lure the buyers and the sellers will automatically come.

Made payment on 01 Mar 16 product picked up from seller on 04 Mar 16 by quikr doorstep. Several calls and to customer care and answer is that product is in transit. Where the hell does it take 6 days to deliver a product 10 km distance. Poor services and response from quikr doorstep. Need a resolution pl.
