Hi,
Subjected Add item was to be delivered yesterday-7th March 2016, however, I got a call that it was re-scheduled for today. I got a call from seller that the same has not happendd.
Called[protected], spoke with Syed who after 30 sec of discussion and saying it will get delivered in next 24 hours, disconnected the call and now the number says" the call cannot be completed at this moment" for last 30 minutes.
I called Quikr Helpline[protected], spoke with Rahil and his supervisor Manish, scenario doesnot change, no ownership and same statement gets repeated within next 24 hours and has been given above number and [protected]@delivery.com mail id to be contacted. This is incorrect business practice, seller wants to giv away the product now due to this delay and the answer I get it, the amount will be refunded, NO OWNERSHIP AT ALL.
If Quikr cant stick to their commit, they should not take money and let both seller and buyer go through this nightmare. We can surely arrange this in our capability.
Need this to be addressed ASAP or else it is a breach of trust.
