Hi, I am Aryan. I have purchased a iPhone from Quikr. As per the Quikr policies, I can get refund under 5 days of delivery. But when I dial Quikr customer care number, no one is picking up phone. I email them, and they said you cannot get refund because if you want refund then you have to contact us under 48 hours of delivery. I have contact them after 1 hour of delivery. This is not my fault. I want refund....

A quikr reseller who had advertised a bolero car for reselling and asked to pay him 7k for sending the car to our place from his and gotta know that he had provided all the fake details. And now he hasn't even sent the car for demo yet.
We have paid him 7k for sending us the car to our place but producing every details as fake as original is too damn astonishing that how these people can be like this so....

This is regarding quikr ad id:[protected]. I had reposted this ad latest in sept 2019 and a buyer had contacted and agreed for purchase. The product was a samsung smartwatch. The buyer had made the payment to qukir and the product was picked up from my end at 22 sep and date of deliver was 29 sep.
Today is 14 of oct, not only the product was not delivered but itis being returned to me.

I registered on quikr to find jobs but unfortunately didn't get any suitable one. So, i unsubscribed from their site. But still they are sending emails. Every sunday they use to do this. Not only that, their partner companies also send emails through quikr.com. Even i didn't get any option to deregister on their site. That's too annoying. Please resolve this issue....

But i didn't get any resolution yet. Everytime they said to convey it to their respective team and get back to me but nothing has happened yet.

I ordered iphone 7 unboxed condition mobile from quikr assured mobile from az enterprises but i didnt got the unboxed condition mobile. It looks like a old phone due to so much dents on its body.. Its maximum battery capacity is 88% where in a apple new condition mobile its 100%. The earphones are also cheap quality which aren’t supported and not competible by this mobile.. This is my second complaint on consumer forum as there was no action taken absolutely by quikr for my first complaint. Quickr claims they have submitted my documents at rto bangalore but when asked about the receipt for submitting my documents/refunding my amount, there has been no response.in the case of being unable to deliver the services, quikr should revert the amount and the documents that were taken but they claim that i should be...

I registered for duplicate rc service from quikr. Somebody from the quikr team called me same day and provided the payment link for the requested rto service. I made the payment (Inr 2400) and haven't heard from them ever since. I tried calling their customer helpline number, but that has probably been deactivated. Needless to say, they don't respond over email either — even their designated points of contact!
