Have seen a job in quikr website saying - "maruti suzuki ltd. Company hires candidate for office management". I have applied for that job. Then i have got an sms saying opportunity for you, your resume was selected for maruti suzuki post: office asst, manager, front office sal - 21k-48k, contact ruchita-[].
‭+[protected]‬ i called her and she told me to send id proof and image pictures on email, and she told me that i have to face an interview by phone call. And i have to pay money after selected in the interview. I have sent my id proof and photo and my resume to the email address - ruchita. [protected]@gmail.com. The other day she called me and told me that the hr will call and will take an interview. After some time i have got a call from another mobile number. I was interviewed by other person, and at the same time she told me that i was selected in the interview. And she asked me to pay money for the dress they give me for the job. After that the sejal, whom i first called, asked me to pay money and sent me the account number details. But i got a doubt and i didn't paid the money.
I have checked in the official website of maruti suzuki and i saw a notice that there are some frauds.
Can i know whether it is fraud or true.

    I paid 2500 for ownership transfer of my car on 11th october. Since then i am getting dilly dallied, and the documents are not getting picked. Earlier documents were supposed to be picked the very next day, but thereon they kept delaying it.

    There phone numbers are not being picked, and their canned email response is not helping either.

    They are not responding to the request for callback either.

    With all this going on, i am not sure if i should trust them with my original rc!

    I paid 1500 for a RTO service to transfer my 2 wheeler ownership. It is been 1 week now I have not got any response what so ever from Quickr. Is this a scam run by a reputed company
    I have applied for jobs in quikr. now I am getting too many calls from Quikr. Which is really irritating. Plz delete my account or
    Otherwise plz remove my number.

      Dear team,
      I have posted an ad_id[protected] on quickr for selling of air cooler. The quickr door step picked up the air cooler on 10th oct from my house. After confirmation with quickr customer care, the product was rejected by buyer and was ready to returned back to me. It has been more than 10 days since i have not received any updates from quickr door step regarding the returning of product item.
      Also, i didn't hear any call back from quickr door step about the returning of the product despite of several time call back requests.
      Please look into the issue.

        This is in regards to complaint # [protected]. Ten days have already passed since i raised this complaint and this is my second post on consumer complaints since they have stopped replying on my first complaint. Quikr has already failed on their timelines and have not provided any resolution until now. I have given all the images as proof still they have kept my money stuck and not agreeing on the refund until their investigation is done. It is pretty evident that it's been damaged by them during the course of delivery yet they are not taking responsibility of it, they are apologising for the inconvenience caused but nothing has been done to rectify it. I will have to move to the consumer court now if it takes any more time to process the refund back to my bank account.

          I had saw an ad of 2018 maruti alto 800 from [protected]@gmail.com. I contacted him and make deal on 1, 40, 000. I asked him to deliver at address but he said that he will send me through parcel and asked me to pay 6240. Day after he another person called and asked me to pay another 11000 for gsp service that will be returned back once vehicle will be delivered at home. I found it little suspicious. Then i enquired and found that they are group of fraud. Since i have friends in law enforcement, i came to know this the racket from bharatpur, rajasthan.

The order I'd num is[protected] So he told me to pay advance 999₹.i paid that and then after that he told me to pay again all money for the total transaction.. After the whole transaction he kept is phone switch off. Plzz help me with the refund. Its been 20 days

            After i have made the payment of inr. 8, 361 against ad-id[protected] on 11th october 2019 seller was not accessible to the calls of quikr doorstep delivery team, therefore order got cancelled. As per the quikr process i had initiated refund of inr.8, 361 on 12th october 2019 and same is accepted by quikr and sent sms and email communication to me that refund amount will be reflecting in my account from which i had made the initial payment within 4 to 7 business days.
            As stated in quikr website that they work between 9am to 9pm in all days between monday to sunday means maximum limit of 7 business days completes on 18th october 2019. Instead of getting refund into my bank account one of the representative from quikr called me on 18th october 2019 at 06:15 pm and told me that quikr has re-initiated the refund process on 18th october 2019 and i will have to wait for next 5 to 7 business days starting from 18th october 2019. This call from the quikr representative clearly indicates their intention to hold back my money.
            I request this platform to help me in getting my refund back from quikr immediately.

              I had purchased an item from quikr and also paid them the exact amount. On the day of delivery of the product i was informed by the delivery guy that product is not dispatched yet however the status on the app showed that the shipment was on time. I contacted the quikr customer support through queries and phone calls 4 times to which i never got a reply. I contacted the customer support again and they said we cannot help you on this you must wait for the reply on the queries you have raised. I haven't received my product and there is no option to cancel it either. No working professional can sit at home waiting for a product forever. I feel cheated as a customer by quikr.

                  On oct 9 2019, upon redirecting from a quikr ad regarding sale of refurbished iphone x, i came in contact with mr anil (+[protected]. A deal was made for iphone x 128gb for rs. 19, 800. I paid the amount upfront and was expecting a shipment tracking id and eventually product to be delivered.

                  However, product was never received and refund was also not processed. I made the payment through googlepay and have all the transaction related details (Which can be used to nail down the culprit). I am also attaching the bill provided by the seller.

                  I can see that multiple complaints have been registered against the same seller on this platform. Few of them are -

                    Hi, I am Aryan. I have purchased a iPhone from Quikr. As per the Quikr policies, I can get refund under 5 days of delivery. But when I dial Quikr customer care number, no one is picking up phone. I email them, and they said you cannot get refund because if you want refund then you have to contact us under 48 hours of delivery. I have contact them after 1 hour of delivery. This is not my fault. I want refund.

                      A quikr reseller who had advertised a bolero car for reselling and asked to pay him 7k for sending the car to our place from his and gotta know that he had provided all the fake details. And now he hasn't even sent the car for demo yet.
                      We have paid him 7k for sending us the car to our place but producing every details as fake as original is too damn astonishing that how these people can be like this so.

As the norms told to me i waited for 90 days but now 90 days are finished and yet i have not got any refund money or call for the same.                         I have paid an amount of Rs.1, 999/- for idea online home works for providing assignment, they forwarded an agreement to my e-mail and ask for another Rs.3, 310/- for Delhi High Court charges. When I questioned the High Courts never ask for any charges, they changed the voice and allotted the work which is fake and they switched off their phones. their phone numbers are [protected], [protected]. The culprits are Laxmi, Chaudhary, Sharma, Gautham, Ajay Jaiswal, Ateenk Tiwari.

                          This is regarding quikr ad id:[protected]. I had reposted this ad latest in sept 2019 and a buyer had contacted and agreed for purchase. The product was a samsung smartwatch. The buyer had made the payment to qukir and the product was picked up from my end at 22 sep and date of deliver was 29 sep.
                          Today is 14 of oct, not only the product was not delivered but itis being returned to me.

                          The reason quikr and ecom express (The courier service hied by quikr) is saying that the buyer could not be reached/ he was out of station. The worst part of this is that both quikr and the ecom service is lying about this.

                          I was in touch with the buyer almost daily he says they called him once or twice scheduling a delivery but never showed up.

                          Is this the service that i am being offered for which quikr is charging 200 rs convenience fee.

                          It has been almost an month and after this much time the product is being returned. A buyer who had paid the money did not get the product. Now when the product is back i have to spent time and energy to put ad again and try to sell the product and 1 month more means the value of the product will go down.

                          How can quikr and their service provider be such liar and this unprofessional. Who will bear my loss? I want a full cost of the product to be reimbursed to me and they can take the product.

                          This is regarding my Quikr Ad no[protected]. This is the second time I am posting a complaint in this platform regarding the same issue. Quikr was unable to deliver the product which I sold to the customer. The reason they and their logistics service partner(Ecom express) gave is that the buyer is out of station or not available. I am still confused how this can be as I was in constant touch with the buyer.
                          However, for whatever reason they could not deliver. My grievance is that Quikr is not returning my product back to me. It was collected from me on 22 September and today is 23 October. I have no clue where my product is for a month. I was initially worried if returning the product late by a month will reduce is fair market value. Now I am worried if I will get back my product at all.
                          I say this before because of the below reasons;
                          1. I never get to talk to Quikr customer executive when I dial in. They inform that they will give a call back.
                          2. When they called me back after a day, they put me on hold for 25 mins and they dropped the call. This is the height of disrespecting a persons time and value
                          3. Finally when I was got to talk to a customer executive, the person is not aware of the product's status and asked me 24 hours for getting details. Today is the third day after that conversation.
                          Quikr.. Where is my product. I am spending time and effort everyday to understand the status of the product which I entrusted you to sell. It was disappointing enough to realize you didn’t sell the product but they way you respond has made me lose all my trust in you.

                            I have applied for the ownership transfer process for the bike vehicle no : ka05jl8354 on march.

                            I have paid in total 2700 for ownership transfer process and hp removal.

                            Payment process done by - amogh. [protected]@quikr

                            Nawazulla. [protected]@quikr collected all my original documents and rc of the vehicle.

                            And i have been informed to contact to the following people for any queries and updates.

                            Whenever i contacted these people they didn't respond properly it been around 7 months they are working on this process. No improvement at all.

                            Now they are not picking up my calls and not replying to my emails also.

                            Help me out to complete this process or return my original documents.

                            Take necessary action on it and update the status to me.

                            Attaching the necessary documents.

                            If nothing is working out i will register a police complaint regarding this issue.

                                This is in regards to complaint # [protected] already raised to quikr 3 days ago. Quikr delivered a damaged washing machine to my address, the delivery was a closed box delivery and the delivery person did not allow me to open the box as well, saying that they do only closed box deliveries and will take it back if i want to open the box. Upon opening the box found that the drum of the machine is dislocated and a part was lying outside the machine. Raised the complaint to quikr, after investigation they agreed that it was damaged in their warehouse, since then i have been following up on the complaint and the only thing they are doing is increasing the timeline of resolution, earlier it was 24 hours then it went to another 24 hours and now they are saying that i need to wait for another 48 hours, not sure why a customer has to wait for 4 days when its the fault of quikr delivery for the damage, the refund should be made asap when they know where it went wrong. This is pathetic customer service, they do not even have a live customer care number, you make a request and you get a callback in 2 hours, the real team handling the issue does not contact you, the agents get in touch with you who have no idea whats happening with the complaint in the background. Quikr team please initiate the refund for the product asap.

                                Thanks but this is the response that i have been getting from the doorstep team since past 4 days, not sure what time does shortly quantify to . Can you let me know a time when i will get the resolution for this ?

                                This is the sixth day since the complaint was submitted and still haven't got resolution/refund from quikr . All they have to say is they are working on it and will update soon.

                                Seventh day and no updates yet, i did call the customer care and they are still asking for more time, not sure what proof quikr needs to intiate the refund, this is the worst customer service, no one gets back to me and whenever i ask for updates they ask for another 24-48 hours .

                                  I have booked a property advertisement and the ad i’d is[protected], i have paid for the one year platinum subscription package but every month i need to beg for a the activation of my advertisement.
                                  This month till date my platinum subscription is not showing platinum tag, the payments being made by me is through cross cheque against your written email proposal. This seems to be unfair.
                                  Please do the needful asap.

                                    Our company, cybrowse digital solutions pvt. Ltd, had registered for quikr easy business services on 21.02.2019. Under this service contract, quikr was supposed to share genuine business leads to cybrowse digital solutions pvt. Ltd. The contract copy is attached for your reference.

                                    The details of the contract is provided below:

                                    Listing type : premium
                                    Services: website development (Under software development vertical)
                                    Tenure : 6 months (180 days)
                                    Amount paid: rs. 10000 + 18% gst = rs. 10360
                                    Payment details: paid by cheque no. 000107 drawn on icici bank limited dated 21.02.2019
                                    Service activation date : 22.02.2019
                                    Service end date: 21.08.19
                                    Committed no. Of leads: 30 per month or 180 leads in 6 months (Refer to mail below)
                                    Total leads delivered during the period of contract: 5

                                    Quikr sales representative (Mr. Uruj ansari) had assured that we can expect about 30 leads per month for 6 months (Total 180 leads expected/ committed by quikr in 6 months). The total number of leads delivered by quikr during this period was just 5. And these 5 prospects were not looking for any website development services (Or these were fake leads). Please find attached copy of email committing 30 leads per month.

                                    Intermittently (At least 3 times in 6 months), we had registered our concern with the quikr business team regarding poor quality & poor number of leads and every time their representative assured us o[censored]pgrading the plan to ensure more/ quality leads. Finally, after 6 months of substandard/ poor services, quikr representatives called us to renew & upgrade the contract with additional payment. We were amazed to see their shamelessness.
                                    We were strictly against additional payment to this fraud company, as we had already burnt our fingers by paying them rs. 10360.

                                    Frankly speaking, we have been cheated & fooled by quikr team. We would like to get 100% refund of our hard earned amount paid to your company.

                                    We have full belief in the legal/ judicial system in india and we are sure you will take extremely strict action against the quikr team, which is into minting money by fooling small size businesses across india with this business model.

                                    We are looking for justice through this consumer complaint.

                                      On 8th aug i discussed with cristybal xavier das and same was hilighed to him by email that i got call from quikr team and they asked me to pay the amount for job and same was paid by me after that wrong dublicates offer letters and muck more share by the team after that i cancelled the request but as per your excutive your payment will be refund within next 45 days but still i have not received the same. Find the attached details for your reference and refund my payment on high priority.

                                        I registered on quikr to find jobs but unfortunately didn't get any suitable one. So, i unsubscribed from their site. But still they are sending emails. Every sunday they use to do this. Not only that, their partner companies also send emails through quikr.com. Even i didn't get any option to deregister on their site. That's too annoying. Please resolve this issue.
