This is in regards to complaint # [protected] already raised to quikr 3 days ago. Quikr delivered a damaged washing machine to my address, the delivery was a closed box delivery and the delivery person did not allow me to open the box as well, saying that they do only closed box deliveries and will take it back if i want to open the box. Upon opening the box found that the drum of the machine is dislocated and a part was lying outside the machine. Raised the complaint to quikr, after investigation they agreed that it was damaged in their warehouse, since then i have been following up on the complaint and the only thing they are doing is increasing the timeline of resolution, earlier it was 24 hours then it went to another 24 hours and now they are saying that i need to wait for another 48 hours, not sure why a customer has to wait for 4 days when its the fault of quikr delivery for the damage, the refund should be made asap when they know where it went wrong. This is pathetic customer service, they do not even have a live customer care number, you make a request and you get a callback in 2 hours, the real team handling the issue does not contact you, the agents get in touch with you who have no idea whats happening with the complaint in the background. Quikr team please initiate the refund for the product asap.

Updated by Ankit_1990 This is the sixth day since the complaint was submitted and still haven't got resolution/refund from quikr . All they have to say is they are working on it and will update soon.

Updated by Ankit_1990 Seventh day and no updates yet, i did call the customer care and they are still asking for more time, not sure what proof quikr needs to intiate the refund, this is the worst customer service, no one gets back to me and whenever i ask for updates they ask for another 24-48 hours .
