[Resolved] Quikr Doorstep — Product sold through quikr doorstep, but money not received | |||||
I have sold my Trademill through Quikr.com for Rs 12000 on 14/05/2016. Quikdoorstep charged 400 from each buyer and seller site. That means i will be getting Rs. 11600 and Buyer need to pay Rs12400. Both i and buyer was agreed for this charges for smooth delivery. Buyer had paid the amount on 14/05/2016 and confirmed me by forwarding the mail which he got from quikr . Then quikr called me for scheduling the pick up trademill for delivery. Then i asked them how i will get my payment.Then they told at the time of picking up the product i will get Acknowledgement receipt and after sucessfull delivery they will send me a payment link through mail, and i need to complete my bank details on that link. And they will credit my payment within 3 to 5 working days. So 16/05/2016 they confirmed the schedule time, and delivered the trademill to buyer on 16/05/2016. But i didnt get any payment link. Then I called on same day that i didnot get the link. Then they told me to send an email to [protected]@quikr.com for requesting the link, Then i send the mail. Reply came saying to provide bank details in same mail thread. But they didnt send any link. So i provide my bank details in that same mail thread. Then they replied they sucessfully received my bank details and it will be iniated and i will get my payment within 3 to 5 working days. but i didnt get my payment. I Mailed again on 20/05/2016 asking status of my payment. They replied saying sorry for the delay and your payment will be initiated in next working days. I called again on 21/05/2016, but my payment was not initiated. and after that eveytime i called they told me wait for 24 hrs you will be sent payment link or wait for 48 hrs you will be given payment link, please fill and send that and you will get the payment within 3 to 5 working days, But i didnt get any link. If the link was so important why theyl didnot sent me 1st time.I called them many times . Sometime they says wait for for 2 hrs, some says wait for 4 hrs, some time says wait for 24 hrs or some says wait for 48 hrs. After that i can receive my payment link. But i didnot received that. Then I spoke to their supervisor, I told him my problem and i also told him i have already sent my bank details, so why you people cannot update this. Then He told me they already send the link but for some reason i not getting this. I dont know how it is. Anyway he told me to send a mail saying quikr is unable to send the link so please update my bank details. So i forwarded my previous mail with all my bank details on 02/06/2016. And i got replied on 03/06/2016 saying they received my bank details, now it will be initiated within 48 hrs. and i will get my payment within 3 to 5 working days, But i didnot get my payment, On 09/06/2016 i again call to supervisor . he said i will get my payment on 13/06/2016. On 13/06/2016 i called and they said bank details is still not updated. So i called again on 14/06/2016. And asked the supervisor why it is not been credited. He said now my case is reffered to VP for approval. I dont know when and how i can get my payment, I dont know what exactly is happening to my payment. Jun 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They have given me the payment link by sms. And as soon as i filled that link by providing the bank details amount is credited to my bank. I called many times to customer care of quikr for solving this issue. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Hi, as per the above comment from quikr i have sent mail to [protected]@quikr.com. But no reply came yet. Still they didn't give my money. When i called them they gives new excuses daily. Pls suggest how can i get my money from quikr.
