I feel disgusted to tell you the level of customer support from you. First things first, i'll be talking about:

In short i want a very simple thing and that is "cancel my order and refund my money"

I am the buyer, me & the seller combined have called you people more than 100 times and still the issue is not resolved.br...

I sold my mobile phone on 30th April (ad id[protected]but not received money till date. I call several times on your customer service and they said that payment was initiated on 3rd may but money not received, I also enclosed my statement of account which shows that the payment of Rs3200 is not received through mail on [protected]@quikr.com but getting no response from you Please reply me....

Quikrr recommended service provider for Samsung washing machine repair is a fraudster. Eminent services- Prabhu is the guy who came home ( koramangala 1st Block) took the motherboard and another part for a check at the service station. Next day received a call for replacing the motherboard and costs 15000, we refused and asked him to return the parts. I am calling and emailing quicker from previous 10 days. Because i had ordered second hand study table but unfortunately order was cancelled by seller after the payment had done. I paid money of rs. 10000 for quikr service (Loan) to mr. Rajesh ([protected]) quikr employee from bangalore.

According to my requirement they never provided me any leads all the time i called and they said they will resolve but they didnt.

And after taking money they are not even responding well.

Im calling this rajesh who is a sales officer - he is ignoring and disconnecting.

Now...

I had posted my ad for sale of samsung note 3 neo. Quikr verified the phone thru an app and then on on 25 april, i received a phone call that quikr is buying the phone for rs14359 /-. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from my house on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day.

But till date no action is taken and all mails and phone calls i get copybook type answer that team...

I ordered 1 product through quikr, but the order was canceled by the seller, that time i called to customer service helpline they told me it will be refunded by 6 to 7days but its already reached 11th day no refund came..

Respected sir/madam,

I am sold one product in quikr with ad id :[protected]. The item delivered to buyer on 22 april, 2016. But my amount of rs: 3500 not credited into my bank account. I have sent so many mails to quikr regarding my amount they are just saying like "we will initiate the payment on next working day as we have again highlighted the issue to our finance team". These type of mails i am receiving from so many days...

I had posted my ad for sale of my mobile thru the quirk guaranteed purchase on 18 may 16. I received a confirmation that quikr is buying the phone. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from me on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day.

On 18th the call center told that they had all relevant details. However on 19th they say they are missing imei and cancelling their purchase.br...

I am the seller for a queen sized bed and have been waiting since monday 16th may for pickup which has been delayed for one reason or another.

Initial pickup was supposed to be monday 4-8pm. I have taken holiday from office on monday for the pickup.
Some body from quickr calls me up in monday morning and says that delivery is not possible on monday and it will be done on tuesday.

How can you put sale add to my car without my knowledge.who gives permission. You note the prize your own. I advertise my car in OLX website only. You stolen my add as well as my details. It is not fare. It is not shame for first of all just delete my add otherwise I will go to consumer court. There was a delivery scheduled two months ago payment of which was made online. The delivery hasn't been done and neither has the refund been given since two months.

No representative has got in touch with me, and neither have they replied to the several emails sent to them.

Quikr has neither cancelled the order, nor delivered it, nor refunded the money that they clearly stole.

It was cancelled by quikr itself on 28th april, 2016 without the knowledge of seller n myself. On further talk with the customer care people, i came to know that my payment will be credited back to my ac within 5-7 business days. After that time period, i called the office again, then...

I have sold one washing machine on quikr whose ad id is[protected]. Its been 8 days now, when doorstep team has picked up the product from my place and delivered it to the buyer on the same day. Now past 8 days i am doing multiple followup with your customer care team and every time they are lying about payment transfer.
I am frustrated with the services they are providing. Awaiting for the reply....

I have sold an item on quikr ad id is[protected]. I have tried to reach to quikr many times but they always responded with the answer that "the payment has been initiated on 28th april 2016." however during this period there is no amount is credited in my account.
After many follow ups quikr stopped responding to my mails.

I have bought a product using quikr. The product was in a bad condition, so i returned the product. I filed a claim for my refund but i did not receive any refund as of now. Above all the quikr customer support are making fake promises daily that i would receive my refund tomorrow and it has been months since i received any refund.

Please do take required action asap...
