Hello Team,

My name is yogesh I have purchased the washing machine (Ad Id :[protected] from Quickr
I have made the payment on tuesday 17th of may 2016. But still I have not got the delivery of the product.I have got a notification message on 3 different occassion i.e on 18th, 19th and 20th providing me an update telling me that the product would be delivered today between 1pm and 4pm. But the sad part was it did not happen.Then I made up my mind and i called the customer support.But my luck did not work special thanks to quickr who dont know how to talk to customers.what I got was just a rude behaviour of the agents and placing call on long hold.

And after returning back would just ask me to wait for one more day each time I called them.

According to its policy it says it must be delivered to customer within 2-4 business day.

So again I called up quickr after taking a day off from work on Thu 19th and Fri 20th May.I was sitting back just to get the delivery of the product.


But again the same result.
Then I spoke to agent named (Shweta from doorstep support) who was not even understanding the issue and wont allow me to speak that too in a very rude tone .This time i was out of my temper.She asked me to wait till sunday 22nd May and also told me that she would get a callback arranged which never happened again I wasted my Sat sun just in a hope that the product would be delivered.


Then On Sunday 22nd May I again called up and spoke to another agent Santosh
I made him understand the issue and this was my 7th call now everytime I made the call I wasted on an average 30 mins on call.

This is not a toll free number so it was but obvious that the charged were applicable So u can calculate 30*7=210 approx mins just to get one issue resolved Again the resolution was not provided .I am new to bangalore I am basically from Mumbai so it was again roaming charges were applicable.


I asked the agent to raise a complian for poor cust service and asked for complain number and he told me there is no such complain number and just gave me the email Id. So I wrote an eamil and I got a reply as follow:

But as I already knew nonthing was really going to happen As promised by Santosh from doostep I did notgot any callback neither they reponded back to the email sent by me.
So again I called up today I.e tue 24th may 2016
I was asking to escalate this case and I spoke to Shekhar who told that he is floor supervisor and asked me wait for 48 hrs and that was the end of my temperament.

Now this was not a free delivery case they have charged me Rs 400 as a delivery charge but had failed in each and every aspect of customer service.

I have each and every right to ask for compesation.

For amount of time wasted and also for wrong information being delivered to me

I would request you to look into this.

    Amount not refunded after several call and mail to quikr.
    They are not even replying and customer care does not have any information.
    Payed 3 times for the same product due to transaction fail.

    Dont know what there finance department are doing or these bacamen habit of quikr of not refunding money in given time frame.

    I can see same people are facing same issue and they are not getting there refund.
    May be this is the way quikr earn there profit by keeping customer money and invest for there profit for longest period they can.
    Still waiting fo my rs. 5000 for last 35 dsys.

      Hi,

      I did not receive payment for the product sold via quikr. Buyer received the product on 7th may 2016.
      For mails, they will reply asking for the bank details. Once i send it, will get an acknowledgement mail saying amount will be reaching your account in 3 - 5 days. If we mail again, we get mails in the same sequence asking for acct details and ack mail!!!

      When we call, they will tell they are extremely sorry and will credit it in 24 hours. I have sent 3 email reminders and few phone calls but of no use, i also mentioned that i will go to the consumer forum if its not credit to my account in few days but these guys have no fear of consumer forum.

      I called up many a times and every time i got the same reply - within 24 hours we will credit it.

      Pathetic service.

      Please help get out money, it seems they are running a scam and there are many such consumers like me, some of them has raised their voice here in this forum but many have forgotten about their money as the amount could be low.

        Quikr Team,

        I still didn't receive amount after more than 40 phone calls and email follows ups. Your customer care people are telling same stories again and again like initiated, please wait fir 24 hours like that. It's almost 1 month and still I am waiting for my money. How can I resolve this issue . People should have some Shame to tell these many lies.

        I am getting frustration by each day passing.

        Everyday I am sending emails and not getting any response. Calling everyday and getting same stories everytime.

            I hv placed an order from quikrx with order i'd 10158235 at the time of placing order it is mentioned on their site that i will get my order within 2-3 days but still now (2weeks of placing order) i m unable to get delivery of my order they are fraud they are making excuses of area managers etc pls kindly take action on quikr they are making people fool.

                Quikr picked my item 2 months back and they have not paid any money.
                I have sent around 30 emails to quikr doorstep id now. I am calling quikr bangalore customer care almost daily now.
                The customer care people whom i have talked with are kanchana prakash, shruti, rahel, navya, arif, abdul. They are just well trained to tell false promises.
                We cant believe what they tell over phone or what they write in email.

                I have raised many complaints against quikr in this forum. They just respond to it saying something which is of no use. Nothing has been done from their side for justice. But still i have no option than continuing raising complaints about quikr wherever possible.

                  I feel disgusted to tell you the level of customer support from you. First things first, i'll be talking about:

                  In short i want a very simple thing and that is "cancel my order and refund my money"

                  I am the buyer, me & the seller combined have called you people more than 100 times and still the issue is not resolved.
                  Is procrastination the work culture that you people follow?
                  I paid booking amount for the order of redmi note 3 on 8th may
                  You picked it up 2 days late on 10th may
                  The phone was supposed to be delivered on 15th may
                  And it was not delivered and since then i am calling you again and again listening to redundant responses of highly unprofessional and unaware customer support.
                  It took higher authorities 3 days to figure out exactly where the phone was and then you returned to seller.
                  That is fine.
                  But what you intentionally forgot is to "refund" my booking amount.
                  And i have called several times and also dropped mail at [protected]@quikr.com
                  They gave a token number that is:
                  [protected]
                  I mailed them again, and there is no response whatsoever.

                  I want a very simple thing and that is "cancel my order and refund my money"

                  I don't understand how difficult it is for you, and i don't want to...
                  I want my money back.

                  And this is the exact mail that i sent to [protected]@quikr.com
                  O please don't advice me to send more mails elsewhere, bear some responsibility and do your job.

                  Yes, your representative did call and told the same that has been told several times. He told me that the refund has been initiated on 21st May and i will get it soon.

                  you know what now I am just sick of your lies, you and I both know how much time a refund takes that has been initiated to be realized. I know you never initiated the refund that is the only case when it won't be realized.

                  you haven't even cancelled the order yet, I still see that my order is being processed. If I call your customer care even they tell me that my order is being processed... lol

                  Is there any one in your company that is aware of what's happening in the organisation...
                  you are telling lies cold, blunt lies to the face of your customers.

                  let me put it again

                  I want to see my order status as cancelled and everyone in your organisation should be made aware of it. I don't want to explain it again and again that this order has been cancelled to anyone now.

                  and refund my Rs.1000 asap.

                      Quikrr recommended service provider for Samsung washing machine repair is a fraudster. Eminent services- Prabhu is the guy who came home ( koramangala 1st Block) took the motherboard and another part for a check at the service station. Next day received a call for replacing the motherboard and costs 15000, we refused and asked him to return the parts. It's been 8 days now and both Prabhu and his manager are non responsive and do not intend to return the parts. They are not providing us the address for us to come and pick it up as well. Contact details- Prabhu- [protected], his manager - [protected]. Request quickrr's intervention and they should be black listed. Please do a basic hygene check before providing their service provider details.

                        This is Sandeep Reddy [protected] from Bangalore, I had registered for driver services from Syndicate Drivers by paying Rs 11000/- and signing their agreement. They sent me bad behaving, inexperienced, still learning drivers of which one of them damaged my vehicle as well. They send the drivers without even giving them the knowledge about their rules that they had promised me. After patiently waiting for their services and once I realised that they are not customer centric company, I asked them for the refund which they said I will receive a cheque within a month (to buy more time)which didn't happen. Later talking to them regularly in the fone and i heard several false promises. Now that I have lost all my patience I want to take an action not just for the eleven thousand but for the trauma that has caused to me and for the fact that they are fraudulent.

                          I have transferred and said he is arranging agreement, he called and informed next day he is coming around 1 pm and when i been near to the home his no is not reachable and he was not responding to my calls, in that flat no one is owning flat in the nam eis Debasish Mishra, later ngt he called nd said his friend had accident so couldnt come down, and said today he will come, till now no updates on top he blocked me everywhere.                           Hey Divya,

                          I interacted with this guy as well and he duped me as well. He is a fraud and he took 5000 rupees from me as token advance. It was for the same property. When i went to the house, i found out that this property is being occupied by the 3 people and is a 2BHK not 1. None of the houses in that building belong to him and he seems to be making money off someone elses property. I filed an FIR against this person in the police and i was ridiculed there about filing such silly complaints. I still insisted on getting an FIR filed. This man must be sent to jail.                             I am calling and emailing quicker from previous 10 days. Because i had ordered second hand study table but unfortunately order was cancelled by seller after the payment had done. And evertime i call quickr for my refund they say request is processed and amount will be refund in 4-5 working days and after the 8 days hey say they didnt get bank details yet. As u can see i already mailed everything in first email...

                              I am narsing, i am buyer. I done payment of rs -13601.00 for iphone 5s gold 16gb on 22-apr-16.

                              Unfortunately seller rejected my offer after my payment done to quikr.

                              I request you to refund my amount back to my account asap as its almost 13 days over.

                              Hi natasha,

                              Sorry for saying that, i am very unhappy with your poor service. Dam i need to talk to higher authority regarding this issue.

                              I am following up daily but no one response. When i call to customer care and ask about the status, they says that your request for product is in pending status and one more person says that your bank details are missing please provide your bank details so that we will refund your money back.

                              And as i mention each and every details in my first mail. (Transaction id, amount, payment date, and my bank details, etc).

                              And now you are saying that rs 520.00 will be refund in next working day.

                              I paid the amount of rs 13601.00 (Thirteen thousand six hundred one rupee) but you people are saying we will return rs 520.00. Are you people joking with customers???

                              I don't know any thing i don't want to talk with you people any more, i need to talk with your nodal head immediately.

                              Arrange a call for me. I pretty on your service.

                              For reference find attachments of my credit statement and transaction id details and mail reference which i receive from quikr regarding payment confirmation.

                                I paid money of rs. 10000 for quikr service (Loan) to mr. Rajesh ([protected]) quikr employee from bangalore.

                                According to my requirement they never provided me any leads all the time i called and they said they will resolve but they didnt.

                                And after taking money they are not even responding well.

                                Im calling this rajesh who is a sales officer - he is ignoring and disconnecting.

                                Now i need money back.

                                  I had posted my ad for sale of samsung note 3 neo. Quikr verified the phone thru an app and then on on 25 april, i received a phone call that quikr is buying the phone for rs14359 /-. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from my house on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day.

                                  But till date no action is taken and all mails and phone calls i get copybook type answer that team will contact you soon.


                                  How can they do such things if they cant manage???

                                    You are lucky to get a response from Quickr. Keep following up and try to get it, because quickr is certainly not a reliable portal to do any kind of transaction, remember for any future needs.

                                      Respected sir/madam,

                                      I am sold one product in quikr with ad id :[protected]. The item delivered to buyer on 22 april, 2016. But my amount of rs: 3500 not credited into my bank account. I have sent so many mails to quikr regarding my amount they are just saying like "we will initiate the payment on next working day as we have again highlighted the issue to our finance team". These type of mails i am receiving from so many days till now they are not credit my amount into bank account.

                                        I had posted my ad for sale of my mobile thru the quirk guaranteed purchase on 18 may 16. I received a confirmation that quikr is buying the phone. I was also told that i should not sell it to anyone and they will collect it from me on next day. Confirmatory mail also received same day.

                                        On 18th the call center told that they had all relevant details. However on 19th they say they are missing imei and cancelling their purchase.

                                        When i asked the call center how can they just do this, he told me to go sell my phone elsewhere..

                                        This is a very agnostic and pathetic response by a call center. Also the procedure quikr is working is very bad. Is this quikr service quality??
