Hello,

I had handed over my phone to collecting agent of quikr from parcelled.In on 10th may 2016.

My transaction details are as follows -
Ref no - 10597
Pickup slip no - bn76143567
Ad id[protected]
Name - yashovardhan
Location - mumbai
Phone - samsung galaxy a8

Today is 18th may. And even though my phone has been delivered as per the tracking detail on the website i have still not received the invoice or confirmation mail or sms from quikr.

For some reason the tracking shows that the phone is being sent to some mr neelesh in bangalore.
I have sold my phone directly to quikr and for the quikr guaranteed price of approx 23, 500.

The only proof that i have that i have handed over my phone is this slip and the tracking status online.

The call centre team has no clue about this and are just saying that i will receive my payment within 5 business days.

They never sent me a link to give me bank account details and the call center team asked me to send it myself to [protected]@quikr.com, even after sending there is no reply or confirmation from quikr.

Now since monday (16th may) your call centre team is saying that the department which recieves the phone has not updated the status of the phone online so they cant see it. Now they are not sure when that will be updated. They are so dumb they dont even respond properly. One guy said if you want to get angry and post a complaint he cant stop me in a very arrogant way.

There is no transparency in their processes and the customer has no idea what is happening.

I have found that there are hundreds of similar complaints on consumer complaints forum as well as your facebook, twitter page.

If i would have seen that before i never would have trusted this brand because of this totally unprofessional approach towards customers.

I had just got a phone call from quikr that quikr is buying the phone at quikr guaranteed price and there is nothing on mail mentioning that.

The call centre team says in mumbai they are not giving invoice which they normally give because of some technical glitch.

If you dont have people and systems which can cope up with your services and schemes then why do you offer such services??

Expecting some quick response and solution.

Please help.

Finally after a lot of followup I received my payment from Quikr after a month. Better late than never.
Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Hy am Mukesh Sachdeva ad no[protected]. I have pay full of payment 7may, 12901 Rs but mobile not received .so plz cancel my order and cash back .
@ConsumerComplaints, @Quickr - Pls note I have yet not received any communication from quikr. The Call Centre Team is saying that the status is not getting updated due to some technical issue. Payment cannot be processed without that. I feel cheated and helpless. PLS HELP!

    I am the seller for a queen sized bed and have been waiting since monday 16th may for pickup which has been delayed for one reason or another.

    Initial pickup was supposed to be monday 4-8pm. I have taken holiday from office on monday for the pickup.
    Some body from quickr calls me up in monday morning and says that delivery is not possible on monday and it will be done on tuesday.
    So i step out of the house to for some other work. Then around 3 someone calls me and asks whether i am ready for pick up and informs me for the first time that the product needs to be dismantled.
    I ask him to call at 7, to confirm pickup since i did not know how much time the product will take to get dismantled.
    I do not get any call but get a sms directly at 8 saying that the i was not at home when they tried the pickup.

    I dismantle the product that day and try to schedule it the next day 1-4 pm. Again i cannot go to office on tuesday.
    The truck comes with one driver and 2 labourers but says that the truck is too small and they need a larger truck. This was a dismantled standard queen size bed. He goes away promising that he will schedule for someone to come early next morning.

    Nothing happens next morning. I call up customer helpdesk and they say that the status for yesterday was that product was not available!! I schedule pickup for 10 to 1 pm. Again i have to stay back home for the third day.
    Now when i call transport henpdesk they say they can only schedule pickup from 1 to 4 pm
    I call up transport help desk at 4 and ask for details. He assures me that the pickup is on the way. I ask for drivers number and he says that he does not have that.

    I keep waiting.. Nothing happens till 5 pm

    I again call up transport hepldesk and this time i get the drivers number!
    I call up the driver he says that he is not sure whether he will be able to pickup today! He assures that pickup will be done tomorrow morning!!

    Problem is tomorrow never comes with quickr
    This is really pathetic customer service from quikr

      How can you put sale add to my car without my knowledge.who gives permission. You note the prize your own. I advertise my car in OLX website only. You stolen my add as well as my details.         There was a delivery scheduled two months ago payment of which was made online. The delivery hasn't been done and neither has the refund been given since two months.

        No representative has got in touch with me, and neither have they replied to the several emails sent to them.

        Quikr has neither cancelled the order, nor delivered it, nor refunded the money that they clearly stole.

          Sir/ madam
          I made the online payment of rs.[protected] +400 delivery charge) for a dinning table wt 4 chairs in quikr.com bangalore on 21st april, 2016. It was cancelled by quikr itself on 28th april, 2016 without the knowledge of seller n myself. On further talk with the customer care people, i came to know that my payment will be credited back to my ac within 5-7 business days. After that time period, i called the office again, then they told me that it will take 7-10 business days. Even till today, 18th may 2016, i hadn't received back my payment. When i talked with the customer care people, first they were like sorry, will schedule the payment as soon as possible. The very next day when i called, they told me that the payment has already been done on 28th april, 2016. Till now i didn't get my money back.

Its been 8 days now, when doorstep team has picked up the product from my place and delivered it to the buyer on the same day. Now past 8 days i am doing multiple followup with your customer care team and every time they are lying about payment transfer.
            I am frustrated with the services they are providing. Awaiting for the reply.

              I have sold an item on quikr ad id is[protected]. I have tried to reach to quikr many times but they always responded with the answer that "the payment has been initiated on 28th april 2016." however during this period there is no amount is credited in my account.
              After many follow ups quikr stopped responding to my mails.

                I have bought a product using quikr. The product was in a bad condition, so i returned the product. I filed a claim for my refund but i did not receive any refund as of now. Above all the quikr customer support are making fake promises daily that i would receive my refund tomorrow and it has been months since i received any refund.

                Someone has posted an fake advertisement on my mobile number and the company without any confirmation has posted that advertisement .. Now from last week I have got more than 50 calls .. This is really mentally tiring .. Please help

                  I have ordered double bed from quikr.com and paid 6400 rupees on 10th of may.

                  Next day i got one call and she said seller don't want to sale his bed, and we are processing your refund.

                  But after dropping hundreds of mail to this company and calling uncountable times, not received any response and my money back in my account.

                      Every time while i purchase a phone from quikr. Every time i get the call from quikr door step executive that seller is cancel the order becuase he already sold the phone.

                      I made a payment to quikr in advance and after 2 days i get the mail from quikr 3rd time that seller is already sold the phone to other one and my payment is stuck for 7 days. Quikr is doing fraud with his customer to do like this cheap tricks.

                      Payment is stuck for 7 days means like me n number customer is getting cancellation from quikr and the whole money if you think that stuck for 7 days means quikr is use that money from some where else for other business purpose. And while we talk with executive they said that its a standard process of quikr.

                      So my concern is quikr is doing this kind of cheap things na government have to take action again quikr. Becuase while my order is cancel means i want my money with in 5 min than and than i can purchase other phone. But what quikr is doing they will give your money after 7 days. Undersatnf the cheap tricks

                      My genuine complaint to ceo of quikr (Pranay chulet). Please look at in this matter and change your platform. Because you are loosing a customer pool

                      Quikr — Issue regarding delay in refund of money

                      I'm ordered Sony xperia mobile costing 17500'they send a damaged product.Same was returned back in September, now it is November till date my money is refunded.

                      I had paid 1500 Amount to make my ad premium via citruspay. on july 13, 2016 at 11.10am. for making its coverage to entire kerala for 3 months.I haven't received any information on this. Please do the needful. Either make my ad premium and with full coverage of kerala else revert the entire amount.

                        I had put an almirah for sale at quickr. It was sold and i was told for pick up yesterday evening. I have been waiting for the person to pickup the same since last two days but these people giving some random numbers of drivers. We get response that the driver is either on leave, or will nor come for pikup today, or has not been scheduled today.
                        Customers are treated like fools here as if they are sitting free.

                          I ordered one mobile from quikr website but they delivered different mobile for me which is not i ordered . i getting so much upset

                            This is with regards to ad id :[protected], its for a nokia 9300i that i bought used from quikr, i made a payment of rs2401/- on 6th may, 2016. I got a call on 8th may that product cannot be delivered on 8th and it will be delivered on 11th may. After the product was not delivered on 11th, i called the seller and he said that the product was picked up on 12 may 2016 by quikr.
                            Ince then i have been contacting customer care and scheduling team, i have been promised callback in 5 mins and 1 min but no one called back.
                            No one knows if the product is picked up and if its picked up where is the product. Please help me out in getting the product, i would like to receive the product rather than getting refund.

                              I purchased a washing machine using doorstep facility via quikr. I clearly mentioned in my address that i stay on second floor. quikr customer care executives even called me to confirm the address and schedule the delivery. When the driver and his helper came with Washing machine they refused to keep it on second floor. I called the customer care first they put me on extended hold then gave me a different number to call on. The lady then says they provide service only till ground floor. I told her that i was never told that this is the policy otherwise i would have never booked the machine. She said she can't do anything. The driver and helper i requested them to help me but started asking extra money to keep it till second floor. I had a nightmarish experience that day. I felt cheated and feel that i committed mistake of lifetime using this doorstep service. I need to know where in it's policy do they say they don't deliver at your doorstep if your door is on any floor above ground floor.

                                I bought a washing machine via Quikr. The price i settled was on 7200. They also charged 400 for delivery. The receipt shows that i paid 7201 though i paid them 7601. I mailed them so many times but they are not clarifying about these 400 rs. I need an official explanation from these people about the 400/- they have charged me. Some people say it's cumulative charge which is 200 from seller and 200 from buyer. They say its the charge for pick up and delivery. If so then why are they charging it individually. In any case i need a bill and explaination. If they have charged me more i need a refund.

                                  I payed 2500 using online debit card option with icici banking. I tried 2 times and it was failed from from the payment gateway though the amount is deducted.

                                  Again i tried to pay 2500 through credit card option and same thing happe ned. Below is the details of transaction.
                                  I purchase the product on 21st april. Its been more than 25 days of request and i didn got the amount 5000 return to my account.

                                  Customer service is not responding properly. They keep asking for transaction id and after that they reply that u will get response by tomorrow. But its been almost 1 month and I didn got any call from quikr.
                                  Worst service from quikr.
                                  Purchased unboxed moto e mobile from quikr which has ear speaker problem.have 6months certified warranty for it and when contacted regarding this issue till now no action taken on it.suborderid141667 invoice date08th Feb.invoice number[protected]
                                  Order ID[protected]. I ordered for exchange on 29th April. As per online tracking it shows order is delivered to area manager on 2nd of May, 2015. i already made my phone ready for exchange for 10 days.
                                  Worst delivery support from quikrx. Still product is not delivered and customer support also sucks on the same.

                                    Ordered: oneplus one 64 gb on apr 23 2016 by order id: 245491

                                    I received my order today morning (26th april) but when i opened the packaging, it had a 16gb oneplusone box. I thought that it's some error with the box and maybe the phone inside is in good condition but to my surprise, there was even no phone inside.

                                    The order was for a 64gb oneplus one. The packaging i received had 64gb written on it but the actual box inside the packaging has 16gb written on it. I've attached the necessary pictures.

                                    I've complained quikr multiple times but they are not willing to provide me a replacement or refund. They are saying that they sent a phone but i didn't receive any. Now i am stuck. They aren't responding to my emails and twitter complaints anymore.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      I would like to inform you that I was given 3burner gas stove on 10 April to quicker door step service for selling. After that I am not getting any upadate from quikr I called about 10 time ( chargeable no) customer care update to senior level we got post update with 24 hrs but still I did not get any update. I will request you to please help me as soon as possible. How will get back my producat .

                                      This is regarding the quikr ad id:[protected]. I've ordered the product by paying online but the seller sold the product to someone else. I had a word with quikr customer care for the refund and they are delaying it like anything.

                                        On 19th of April, I purchased a Godrej Refrigerator (Ad id:[protected], price 5000 Rs.) through quikr. Due to some problem in payment gateway I ended up in paying two times for the same product (5000 + 5000 Rs.). Next day (20th April) I got a confirmation of two payments from quikr. But the same day I was informed by seller that she has sold that item to someone else. Immediately, I informed quikr customer care regarding this. They told me that in this case I will receive my money within next 24-48 hours. After 24 hour when I contacted them back, they told me that seller has not cancelled that order yet so they can not initiate refund. I requested seller to cancel that order, which she did on 26th April. On 28th of April I received one refund of 5000 Rs. against order cancellation. I contacted again to quikr customer care and they told me that they don’t have my bank detail. I send them that detail also. On 3rd of May when I talked to quikr customer care they told me that I will receive my refund in 48 hours.Since then I am waiting but have not received my refund yet. Whenever I call to customer care they assure me that I will receive my refund within next 48 hours.
