Sir/ madam
I made the online payment of rs.[protected] +400 delivery charge) for a dinning table wt 4 chairs in quikr.com bangalore on 21st april, 2016. It was cancelled by quikr itself on 28th april, 2016 without the knowledge of seller n myself. On further talk with the customer care people, i came to know that my payment will be credited back to my ac within 5-7 business days. After that time period, i called the office again, then they told me that it will take 7-10 business days. Even till today, 18th may 2016, i hadn't received back my payment. When i talked with the customer care people, first they were like sorry, will schedule the payment as soon as possible. The very next day when i called, they told me that the payment has already been done on 28th april, 2016. Till now i didn't get my money back.
