Hi, this is regarding my doorstep transaction: Transaction Id:[protected] Ad Id:[protected] Item: Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse I am the seller. The item was picked up from me on 4th June. It was supposed to be delivered to the buyer by 9th June. Today is 18th June, and the item has not yet been delivered. The buyer informed me that he too had been struggling with quikr trying to get the product after paying them for it. Now he has cancelled the order. I haven't got my product back. Neither any money. I'm not sure if the buyer got his money back. I have called your customer care many times and also e-mailed them with all the documents they required. But no response from them. Jun 28, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved As was told to me, Quikr initiated refund to the buyer when he complained of non-delivery of the item and they were unable to trace it. But the package had already been delivered to his neighbor in the meantime while he was away. He informed Quikr as soon as he got to know about it few days later. Quikr has recommended a direct bank transaction between me and the buyer to close the matter. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. As was told to me, Quikr initiated refund to the buyer when he complained of non-delivery of the item and they were unable to trace it. But the package had already been delivered to his neighbor in the meantime while he was away. He informed Quikr as soon as he got to know about it few days later. Quikr has recommended a direct bank transaction between me and the buyer to close the matter.
