Southern Railway — train service

i write this complient on behalf of all people who are using train service from chengalpet to beach. the service for this commuters is low therefore we request to take the necessary action to ease this pressure. please provide PC's in ladies compartments

I HAD FILED A TDR BECAUSE THE PASSENGERS WHOSE NAME APPEARED IN THE TICKETS HAD NOT TRAVELLED DUE TO SUDDEN DEATH OF A RELATIVE. I HAS GOT THE REFUND OF ONLY 796 AND THE TOTAL COST OF ALL THE PASSENGERS COME TO 3006.

AS PER THE RULE I SHOULD RECEIVED ATLEAST 50%.
I HAD GIVEN THREE REMINDERS NO REPLY.

WHEN I CONTACTED MR SHARAD KUMAR WHO IS IN THE CHARGE OF REFUND DEPARTMENT

AT RAILWAYS IN CHURCHGATE ,HE REPLIED SO BADLY THAT WE WERE SLEEPING FOR ALL

THIS TIME,AND HE SAYS THAT TWO PASSENGER HAVE TRAVELLED BUT NO ONE HAS

TRAVELLED. THIS IS A PURE CHEATING DONE BY RAILWAYS. I AM LIABLE TO GET THE

BALANACE REFUND.IF CONSUMER FORUM COULD HELP ME.
