I am one season ticket holder in madurai to virudhunagar .Daily basis I am park in my two wheeler madurai junction main stant but last 15 days closed abovementioned parking but I am parked at western entry .that's stant is not enough space so I am and lot of passengers facing parking problem kindly take necessary steps open main two wheeler parking.

    On 3 july 2016, 11.30 am we (myself, wife and my brother) went to drop my aged grandfather to drop at tripunithura railway station. i just line-up our vehicle nearby entrance, off the road and wait for my brother to drop grandfather just inside. while the car was in idle, a lady staff of (kudumbasree) parking-fee collector suddenly came and ask me a parking fee of 8 rupees. i told her, i am waiting for my brother, he went to drop grandfather just inside and we will go back immediately. she suddenly get angry and started abusing me. i didn’t expect such a harsh language especially from lady staff. she is that much arrogant in a manner she is the complete authority of the total area. when i warned her that i will make a compliant about it, she said she is a kudumbasree (lady) staff and there is no one who can take action against her. all these incident happening within 2 minutes, while she abusing us my brother came back and we move out station. such situations can be easily avoidable if there is well behaving lady instead of her. i happen to hear more complaints about this lady staff with public from auto-drivers parking in the station. i went to the station-master room to file a complaint against this lady. i explained about the incident to the lady staff siting the master’s room, she told me to lodge a complaint about misbehaved parking staff. while i was talking to the lady officer and preparing to write a complaint, other railway staff (wearing white uniform) pulling me out of the room. i don’t know why this official staff interfering in this matter and manhandling a person who came to file a complaint. i am the victim of this injustice.
    Sir please look into the matter and take necessary action.

      People living in thiruvallur district highly suffer due to the lack of train services especially in the morning hours mainly in the time between 7:00AM to 7:30AM, more office-goers and college and school students suffer alot because of less trains or no trains in the morning.Please do increase the coaches in local trains or kindly start to send a new train in this area(to chennai central from arakkonam/Tiruthani/Thiruvallur).Please do take fast action and help us sir.Kindly accept our request.

        Sir
        I am traveling from cherukara to ernakulam south twice in a week,
        The passengers are suffering shortage of ticket to ernakulam south/ north for a month, from cherukara railway station, it's very risky to take two times tickets for a one sided journey, or more expensive than actual ticket, also there is chance to lose train if i'm talking two times!! It's ok if only one or two days. But one month is really inconvenience to us!!

          Local train first class compartment is fully occupied by railways staff who dont have valid first class pass. Ttr's are not questioning them just bcos they are railway staffs. Worst part of it is that staff's travel along with entire family members in first class compartment.

          Its a kind of public nusense creating by some of the railway staffs. Requesting to teach and guide the people who are violating the ruels.

          Any action on this will be greatly appreciated.

          Please make sure u know evrything before raising an article. The railway staffs are provided with railway 1 st class pass and its applicable for most of all, evn the drivers and only by using that they travel. The ttr isnt asking any questions to thm cause they already knew that those people are working at railways and they have pass with thm. Thats the reason they move on to new faces to check over them. And most of the railway employess has arranged a family pass by subsiding some money from thr account, which is also specially designed in nature to identify that as family pass belongs to an railway employee, through which the family members(husband, children, widow and old retired parents) can travel. The railway also provides students railway 1 class pass for the wards of railway employee who r currently studying in school or college. As a loyal worker of railways, a huge network, we r given privilege to use certain facilities and wat is wrong with that? Dont anyone use the priviledges given at work place.

            Sir,
            My family travelled from ernakulam to patna on the 13th of july 2106 and we sufferd a severe rat trouble during the travell of 3days.

            My luggage was severly damaged by the rat and caused me a lot of financial trouble. Despite registring severe complaint no action has been taken yet.
            I was travelling in patna - ernakulam super fast exp (22643).

            So kindly do any help that can be done.

              I am sure that this should have been already registered as a complaint.

              I booked to parcel my Bike (Yamaha Alba) from Chennai (Egmore) to Trichy through train.

              I was provided a bill for Rs 187 and was asked for Rs 650.

              There was 2 guys who were acting as Agents and doing this.

              I knew that they are charging more and asked them about the same, but there was no proper explanation.

              Please look into this issue, which is happening in Chennai Egmore Parcel office.

                I had booked an e-ticket to travel from howrah and yeshvantpur on 09th may 2016 and the date of journey was 14th may 2016. The ticket was booked in class 3a for three passengers. All three tickets were in waiting list while i booked. However after chart preparation only one of the ticket was confirmed. Since all the tickets were not confirmed we did not travel and filed a tdr on the same day. However the tdr status is showing as tdr repudiated. I want to know the reason why this has been repudiated. Below are the details of the transaction:

                  My family travelled from ernakulam junction to panvel on 1st june by mangala lakshadeep express train no 12617 by a/c 2 tier. The coach allotted to 2nd a/c was a worn out one - bearing no 04060. There was no water supply in toilet blocks from the originating station and we had a hell lot of problems. The toilet blocks esp western style was found dirty and it seems that no scavenger had ever entered the toilet block to clean it prior to its journey to destination.

                  Monsoon has already set in kerala and when the train reached calicut, there was heavy rain and water seeped into our cabin through the emergency exit window. This was brought to the notice of the on duty train ticket examiner who in turn arranged a personnel from next halting station. A roll of gum tape was brought in and tried to seal the window but it could not withstand the flow of invading water. Our cabin was flooded and luggage was drenched in water. We had to keep the luggage on the upper berth thereby giving up our right to sleep at night. From this you will appreciate that this is a sad commentary on the part of your department not providing a water tight coach for a journey to nizamuddin station from the southern tip of the country. There is a feeling among the people of kerala that the railway administration is giving a step motherly treatment to the travellers from kerala by providing such uninhabitable coaches which is even unfit to carry animals. I request the chairman of railway board to review the allotment of coaches to kerala and put an end to this nonsense with immediate effect and treat the people of kerala as human beings and indian citizens.

                  A copy of this complaint is being sent to hon. Prime minister and railway minister for their info and quick action to avoid such inconvenience in the future.

                    Sir, i am working in avadi and in govt establishment. I used to travel by emu local from chennai central to avadi every day in the morning either by 0740 thiruvallur train or by 0750 avadi train. For the past several months there is a terrible dale lay in the morning which leads to i variably 15 to 20 min late. Most of the time i am applying half day cl leave. I was told that the signal on the newly laid tracks will be ready by mid april 16th and the problems will be solved. Till june 2016 there is no vicinity of new tracks and signal system. This is posing problem to commuters like me availing services for more than 20 years and it is worst now. I do not know such problems are high lighted and pl resolve.

                      Nowadays you know the crowds are very heavy in all suburban trains specially the avadi - arakonam mark during peak hours. Where as the emu trains running at 19.10 and 19.30 hours are provided with 8 (Eight) car, this was really very hardship to travel aged people like me. This may kindly be arranged to provide with 9 (Nine) car passenger train.

                        On 04.05.16 at 11.30am i went chennai central station platform no.11 to send off my relative..while i was on a last minute hurry I was forgotton to taken up a platform ticket. When i was asked for platform ticket that time only i realised and informed that wanted to pay 350.00. I said ok and waited for few minutes...on a 10 feet distance selling of water bottle shop is there...i was informed to the checker tobill it meanwhile i'll purchase some water...he think of that he is a policeman and im a criminal caughted by him and shouted like anything... when i was arguing he suddenly beaten up in my neck and he pushed me to his office to handed over to the railway court. I said nothing afterwards... see how brutually behaved in the public... this was even recorded in the CCTV systems... railway officials can check if they want... in thier office they want me to write a apologise letter and they dictated so many things like various sections numbers i have been offensed... i dont know these sections are what for...what could we do as a common man...they have threatened like so many things... paying 10 ruppee for platform ticket doesn't matter. When they have forgotton and ready to pay the fine, few of the ticket checkers treated like them as a criminal and they wants to be respected highly by the public by tie our hands infront of them...

                        He is looking like athletic, but very stupid and idiotic... age within 26 to 30. White in color... his mind and heart is worster than drainage...

                        Now my question is who is going to control these kind of fools...

                            I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Ernakulam on 27/4/2016 at train no.12521 from bahaur to ernakulam express.on sleeper class s8 seat no.21, 22 when I came inside the seat no.s are removed manually.And the seats are occupied with passengers they don't book any ticket. I feel like some one laughing at me.it is so embarrassing situation.also there was no ttr to examine the situation.and I don't know why this complaint is short this is the maximum that I can explain about the situations.

                              The demu train is vanished from the first day of starting the train service by the railway minister. Later memu came in place of that which is running time on time on maximum days. From last two months that also got disappeared saying that it was send to Chennai for servicing. In replacement of that Normal passenger train came and very sorry to that the train had a very delayed start of minimum 15 minutes from piravom road. When we lodged a complaint on new launched complaint number by the railway, they are keep on sending 10-15 thank you messages for registering the complaint.our concern was not resolved till date and the now the delay is more than 20 minutes due to lazy attitude of the service staffs. The train which is coming to piravom road from ernakulam is delayed by 15 minutes and which is affecting majorly on the return trip. Please let us know when the memu is coming back in operations or kerala people not deserving the service of memu or demu trains as per southern railway officials. Please provide a quick reply how u people are to resolve our grievances.

                                  Today 01.04.2016 I travelled in mayavaram to trichy passenger train. The train departed from tanjore at right time. But for no reason the train is delayed more than one hour and still it is not reached trichy. Why such a delay. The passenger traveling in passenger train is also a human being. Your attitude of giving preferences to the delayed express train made a hardship to me.Please enquire and send me a reply.

                                    KZK Railway station in Trivandrum district, Kerala state, every day a big crowd will be there to get into Vanchinad Express (from TVC-EKM). Chennai mail, Guruvayoor Intercity are the other trains just before to Vanchinad, but there is no stops for these at KZK. People from Technopark phase1-pahse2, Infosys campus, Kazhakootam ITI, other school, college students at kazhakoottam have only one option is this Vanchinad express.more than 150 ppl gather every Fridays(weekend) and many miss the train.. Inside the train also condition is too hectic. Request to allot stop for Chennai mail (train no: 12696)and Guruvayoor intercity in the evening to solve this issue.
                                    Usually govt take decisions only after a strike /man loss in the case. Kindly consider this before making the issue worse.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I’m K. Murugesan boarded Mysuru express(Train No 22682; S5 coach) on 10th March at 11pm from chennai central station.
                                      I had kept my baggage below my berth which contains all by personal belongings.
                                      After reaching Bangalore I was shock to see that my trolly suitcase was missing and I guess that it would have happened between 3-5am on 11th March.
                                      Then I called the helpline and raised a complaint immediately. They advised to give a detailed compliant at Mysore police station also but they refused
                                      to file the same due to jurisdiction of place because they predict it may theft near or before we reach Bangalore hence they asked me to give
                                      this complaint at Bangalore station.
                                      I still trust railway department, Kindly do help me to get my baggage.
                                      Below given are my the contains at my trolly suitcase:

                                        How ever on the day of travel my booking waitinglist status is mentioned as 211 pushed back by 87 nos.Current booking status is mentioned as 46. How could the waiting list status change after initial confirmation as no.124 to 211. Finally I couldn't board the train because of no reserved seats and has to miss my close relatives marriage. Lots of Heart ache and has to cancel confirmed return journey also.
