Rajat Nagpal / Chitra Saxena Nagpal — Pathetic repair service - LG Refrigerator - request id RNA[protected]

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, 1. My LG single Door refrigerator was not cooling properly due to which my husband, Rajat Nagpal lodged a compaint that was addressed on[protected] by one Mr Anand. The Authorized service Centre for Visakhapatnam where i reside is Sri Lakshmi Sainadh Electronics, D No. 24-105/ 6, Gontuvanipalem, Chinnagantyada, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam- 26. I was charged Rs. 2000/- against Retail Invoice dated[protected] bearing Tin No. [protected] and Invoice No. 00398. 3. That thereafter, within 3 days of the said problem being attended to, the fridge stopped cooling altogether. We lodged another complaint on[protected] bearing request id RNA[protected] by Rajat Nagpal (my husband). 4. On[protected], two people have come to check the problem and they have gone back without addressing it saying it is a cooling/ gas problem and only Mr Anand (who had come initially on[protected] deals with the same on behalf of LG in Visakhapatnam. 5. On[protected], after calling him and requesting him many a times, Mr Anand again came in and without rectifying the problem, he went away saying he will come back the next day. 6. On[protected], we had again reminded and Mr Anand has kept on telling us that he is reaching our residence soon. However, after 5.30 pm on date, when your technician still failed to arrive and address the issue at hand, i have called up your LG Customer care at [protected] and spoken with one Ms Pooja. 7. That to my surprise, I was informed by Ms Pooja that Request id RNA[protected] has been closed. On my asking the reason behind the same, she told me that she was not aware of the same and i had to contact the service centre Sri Lakshmi Sainadh Electronics for the said enquiry. She issued a new complaint under request id RNA[protected]. 8. That i called up the service centre at Visakhapatnam Sri Lakshmi Sainadh Electronics on their phone number[protected] and your representative refused to tell me as to why the earlier request id RNA[protected] had been closed without addressing the grievance. 9. That I am calling your cooling gas technician Mr Anand and he is not responding either. Moreover, it is imperative to bring to your attention that at least earlier, my refrigerator was working with some minimal gas leak; however, after your technician has supposedly dealt with the problem on the first complaint on[protected], my fridge has stopped working altogether. 10. That you will appreciate that in the summer month of May, a fridge in sound working condition is a necessity. However, inspite of repeated requests to your representatives and numerous complaints, you have failed to address the same at the earliest. Moreover, (i) the negligent and high- handed attitude of your representatives, (ii) the collection of Rs. 2000/- with unsatisfactory deficient service and thereafter, no suitable response to the same problem occurring again (iii) the unilateral closing of complaint without the issue being addressed are all adding up and eroding our faith in LG.
