I resident of Pocket B Dilshad Garden, Around the central park there are many trees covering the electric wires and poles and these trees are very old and anytime the branches can fall on these electric lines and can cause casuality.
Request you to kindly send a tram to cut theexcessive branches....

My request no. for new connection is [protected]. I applied on 5th Nov. 2020 but no one has come for the survey. I want to have this new connection for construction on my plot.

One misc. document was missing so I got the mail from BSES to upload the complete chain of GPA which I already did on 12th Nov. 2020. After uploading, the complete chain of GPA still no one has come for the survey.

We would like to inform you that we are facing problem of electricity power cut. Power Cut before 3 hour at 12:58
Our electricity devision is khanpur. And they are cut the power supply mostly.
Its not for one day. Its happening on daily basis.
I called in my devision office khanpur but did not received positive response.

Workout any intimation the cut the power supply. This is very irresponsible behaviour...

I would like to inform you that we have been facing very difficulties due to passing the high tension wires over on my Balcony/roof/home. In the bill for the month of Oct'2020 for CA#[protected] we have got additional "other charges" of 11997.04. rupees. On inquiry we have been told it is a security deposit for load increment, however we have not made any request to increase the load. When we requested to correct the bill we are being asked to visit the Janakpuri District centre office during this PANDEMIC of corona while no fault of our own....

A bill of rs. 8960 was received for month Oct 2020 due on 23oct 2020 on the address of house no. 18/17/9 old govind pura delhi 110051 which seems inflated. Our reading is 1202 only one month how is possible that. Please look into the matter

In 1 KW my reading average consume between 200 to 400 units per month, but in this bill there 1670 units consumed in July month of 27 days only, How is this possible. I have prepaid meter, after produce this bill they had cut our power connection, that is why I paid this bill. This is heavy bill for me . Please make this payment refund as early as possible/ give me rebate.

CA No:[protected], I have paid unnecessarily and fault bill from July 2020, after that I requested to Testing Meter request, I raised complaint in this matter both online and offline mode in September 1st week, today 25 October, they are sending me notice to cut Power. there is no solution in this matter till yet.

I have done one transaction on 29th June of Rs. 5090 against BSES rajdhani through Google pay. Money has been deducted and payment status showing failed aa per attached image.

Kindly support on high priority. It is pending so long from last 4 month....

In my house we have stairs which connect to the first floor, the meter is put on the wall and the wires supporting the meters are upfront to the stairs and coming in the way which constituting problem every time we go on the stairs.

This is my request to you to kindly rearrange the wires and meter so then we can move to the stairway freely.

I want to draw your kind attention towards this issue we are facing here. In this area we generally face the problem of messy tangled power lines over the electricity poles. This could be really dangerous as it dangles perilously close to the residents.
Kindly pay attention towards it and fix it real soon. For further reference I am attaching some pictures...

I have an electrical wire going through my balcony. It connects one electricity pole with another. It was not there yesterday. The wire seems dangerous and if it snaps or breaks is dangerous....
