              huge and unauthorised wiring on pole (near our house)

              Dear sir,

              I am residing at sadh nagar - i, palam colony (Gali no -14/5) infront our house there is one pole and there is a huge bank of wire power cables due to the electricity pole situated adjacent to my home.

              As on one pole, there is approx 20 ~ 24 connection allowed but on this pole, it has huge/ many more connection, kindly see the attached photograph.

                      It is very important to bring into your knowledge that my electricity bill has been coming in very high for some time and this time the limit has become so much that i am writing you a complaint mail, due to covid-19 in the last few months we did not run ac or any heavy electrical item, only fan runs, even after that my bill is of rupees 7210. I am very disappointing to see this bill.

                      Why bses is overcharging, and generates unnecessary bills.

                                My ca is[protected]. I already paid bill amount of rupee 12940 for month feb and jan 2020 on 15 march 2020 using google pay by scanning qr code that is given over the printed bill and the transaction id[protected] against this bill is
                                Bses center is not rectifying my bill of month march and april.
                                They charged me full jan feb march and april 2020 bill by mentioning covid issue. They told me to cut my electricity if i am unable to make payment. I already write an application regarding the same but they are not taking any proper action and they are not even taking my application. I am unable to pay that much of amount.

                                  Due to lock down brpl has decided to issue provisional bill or on basis of reading of meter sent by consumer. However taking unfair advantage of situation the next bill is being issued/ added in earlier bill without waiting for due date of earlier bill to be over. This will make consumers to pay 2 months bill together as if another bill is added to first unpaid bill without waiting for due date of first bill to be over liability of consumers for payment of bill will multiply 2 to 3 times as once another bill is added in first bill the amount has to be paid together. The electricty company brpl - bses rajdhani should be prevented to take advantage of lock down situation and should issues bill as per past practice of dates etc and should also raise provisional bill's on reasonable basis and should not collected inflated amounts from consumers in name of provisional bill and consumers should be saved of inconvenience to pay amounts which ought to have become due after about 15 days or so.

                                      This is the 2nd complaint against your employee amit panwar emp code is bs-7493.
                                      Amit panwar and his parents cut my room ac plug and switch board...
                                      I called bses guys nearby me but amit panwar never wants me to correct the ac plug and switch board.
                                      I don’t knw what should i do with me and my kids.
                                      Amit panwar is not a good employee. He and his parents makes such a nusense.
                                      Amit panwar insist me to pay electricity bill and then after your electric switch board and ac plug may get corrected,,,
                                      Sir pls tell me what is my mistake...

                                      I would really appreciate to take the necessary step against amit panwar.
