I have children's in my home it's my humble request to shift this poll as soon as possible otherwise it would be dangerous for someone life ur department would be responsible if any one cause harm...           Hi Sir/Madam
          I am a residence of b-113, St no 06, meet nagar, delhi - 110094. There is a elctric pole in the middle of my street which is not of any use as there is nothing on the pole. I tried to give a complaint for shifting the same but my application was not accepted and I was informed that we will not be able to remove it.I just want to share that this pole is almost in the middle of street and blocks the passage.
          Request you all to take necessary.I can provide the acceptance of all the street members as well if required.

            Payment deducted from my account but not credited and showing failed. I paid through debit card on bses portal bill desk. Kindly refund my amount or credited in my payment of bses. Ca no is[protected]. And transcation amount is 760 rs. Awaiting for reply.

              Hello, i tried to pay my bses rajdhani power electricity bill with ca number[protected] for the month of august 2020 through axis bank debit card on bses portal bill desk gateway. However the transaction failed and still inr 760 were debited from my axis bank account with reference number ecom pur/bses rajdhani/mumbai/130920/17:47, please refund this amount of inr760 to me or credited in my payment of bses.                     Dear sir/mam,

                    This is with regard to bses generated bill for ca no.[protected].

                    We have received bses bill for the months august september 2020 which is wrongly calculated for 1275 units instead of 859 units which were actually consumed. I'm attaching a copy of the bill for your reference.
                    I request to kindly address this problem at the earliest and rectify the bill amount accordingly.

                      Dear Sir,

                      This is with regard to BSES generated bill for CA No.[protected].

                      We have received BSES bill for the months March-August, 2020 which has come to Rs. 35310.00, which is extremely excessive. The usage has not been high especially since the premises wasn't occupied for all months.

                      Further, if we see bills before March, 2020 then the average consumption is not more than 500-600 units and therefore the consumption from March-August 2020 cannot be around 5632 units.

                      Also, if you are sending cumulative bill from March-August, 2020 then the calculation per unit rate is also higher which is an incorrect way of calculation and it leads to a higher bill amount.

                      Request to kindly address this problem at the earliest and rectify the bill amount accordingly.

                          My bses bill (No.[protected] in july was rs. 1380 but it jumped to rs. 5020 in august 2020. This shows that even after post lockdown, it has continued to charge on the basis of last year average calculations. This is second time the earlier being april 2020 when bill was of only 930 rs. It seems there is no normalcy as claimed by bses. Is there any solution? Could it be corrected?

                            BSES has sent me wrong will, they have not allotted unit amount paid by me.
                            I have paid two provisional bill but no unit allotted against it and they have taken reading after 3 month and unit is 1646 they have calculated as below
                            for 1st 594 unit @3=1782, for next 594 unit @ 4.50 that make rupees 2673 and last one for unit 458 @ 6.50 =2977 and total amount is 9377.6 they have deducted amount paid by straight forward without allotting units against my payment so net bill payable to me is 9377.6-2815.87= 575o.
                            if they have allotted against my payment than nothing will fall in last category of 6.50 so round figure the bill of approx. 3000 is reduced straightforward.
                            lets take an example if i take 3 per unit for the amount paid by me so unit against will be 938 units so after reducing it from 1696 i have to pay for 758 units but they have not allotted single unit, they have deducted amount straightforward, their is nothing like this in BSES act that they can deduct straightforward the amount paid by me. SO i want BSES to allot unit and sent me correct bill.
                            I have given written complaint to BSES Rajdhani but no proper action taken and they insisting me to pay the bill and they are asking mw to pay the bill and nothing can be done. At the point view of customer this is totally incorrect

                              Amount and number of days are wrong in the bill.The current bill is wrong, amount is overcharged and bill is for 140 days, but i payed previous bill and previous bill was also wrong.I request to look into this matter and inform me aaap.

                                In the month of may my meter reading was[protected] to[protected] up to this month we have paid Rs. 20 also. In June also they have mentioned 349 units consumed and amount is Rs. 870. That amount also we have paid on 2nd July. But the bills cannot opened.

                                Again they taken the reading on 6/8/2020, mentioned the amount 3860/. there the period of charges is mentioned (13/03/2020 to 06/08/2020) How can it possible? two three time they have taken the reading. For the month March, April, May, June they received the amount. Now again they mentioned march to August. We can't understand. How is it possible? Please guide me regarding this.

                                    In the month of may my bill was of 540 rupees, in the month of june it was of 1200 rupees and in the month of july all of a sudden its exceeded to 5680, we are living in 1 bedroom flat, the only decices running are 2 fans, 2 tubelights, 3led bulbs, 1 ac thats it. And all of the sudden my bill exceedsto tripple of its amount? How is that possible, and now in the month of august i have recieved the 9860 rupees amount of bill. How is this even possible, the metres in my building are fitted by bses only, that what is my fault in it? One of the reading takers once told us that if you want we can do something with your metre so that you will recieve lesser amount of bill, but i denied, and now i am receiving this 9860 amount of bill. Other neighbours are recieving bill oh 40 rs, 100rs 450 rs. Thats it. What is this system?? And how is this even possible??

                                      On 16th jul'20, payment attempts were being made for ca no.[protected] for an amount of inr 10020/-. However the payment was deducted 4times (10020, 10120.20, 10120.20, 10120.20). 3failed transaction and 1 successful transaction.
                                      The refund on account of failed transactions has yet not been credited to my account.

                                      Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
