I am consumer of BSES resides at Gali number 6, Zakir Nagar, New Delhi-110025.My CA No.[protected].
I have just noticed that some body in our neighbour has made a cut in our incoming cable and joined a cable and carrying the cable to his home. This require your urgent attention so that this power theft can be stopped and our cable is saved from over heating and subsequently burning.

      There is too much power cutt off at vipin garden approx 8 to 10 hrs daily in every time morning afternoon midnight, why the bses not solving this problem. I have small kids and they are not sleep properly, i leave in kashmir colony located at vipin garden from last four years. I notice in every summer power cutt increase, this summer exhausted just because of electricity supply is not proper

        We are facing no electricity issue in our area vijay vihar, uttam nagar, district vikas puri, we are going to our offices and works without even bathing, students are having their exams and they can't study properly. You were seriously being too "chutiya" in our case, people are very angry, if we are going to suffer in few more days, then we have a serious and sincere warning for you we are going to burn bses bhawan, nehru place.
        So i want you to please take care of our issue otherwise you know what's going to be happen!

          I m residence of d-block gali no-12, harinagar extension part-2, badarpur-110044. The street light is not in working condition since 4 months.. And the street light pole (Pole no - svr/ r114) is tilted on the common street. It's on verge of breaking down... We are having problem in parking our vehicles... And in any time one can suffer from accident any time... It's a humble request.. Kindly repair it as soon as possible.

            Sir i am going to bses office hari nagar so many time for complaining but no one heard that and nothing action will taken by any officer after that i am checked our electricity meter to someone by paying in cash he said your meter is fast you have to complaint to bses for change that meter but no one officer from bses is taken action for changed that or atleast check in your lab we don't have ac we don't have any heavy voltage consuming product in our home we are just 3 members in our home

            We complaining from last year after replaced our old orange colored meter now it's blue and it's too fast without any ac how to consume 500 units in a month

              This is to inform you that above said meter is installed at my flat at first floor of 1470, gali nawab sahab, farash khana, delhi - 110006. The flat is used for residential purposes only, hence electricity charges is being charged accordingly. But my electricity bill has been made under the category of non-domestic, which needs to be corrected.
              Hence, it is requested to kindly correct the tariff category of my meter to make me comfortable to pay accordingly. I am enclosing herewith copy of latest bill along with payment receipt for your ready reference and record. I am also giving my meter detail hereunder.

                Hi,

                I am very frustrated from bses service.in daily we are facing 5 -6 hr breakdown in r3a mohan garden uttam nagar.

                I don't know in delhi city we are facing this issue then villages or small city?

                I would request to you bses if you are incapable for provide satisfaction services to your customer then surrender your company front of govt.
                And also i would request to you govt please note in series note. We can not tolerate this type of things.

                  Its been a month that we are facing power cut problems and it is very much problematic as my exams arw going on and i am. Not being able to study properly. Due to frequent power cuts inverters are also not getting charges properly, also if i do complain in the call centre they are not even aware what solution they can provide us or the details i. E by when the light will come back. Frequent power cut destroyed my television too due to low voltage supply on a fluctuating basis.
                  I think bses has its work till the time we don't pay electricity bill only, other than that they dont care what problems people are facing abd how to help them overcome that.
                  Area - east uttam nagar, deep saloon lane, near pali factory gurudwara.

                  I am from Om Vihar Phase-5 Uttam Nagar area and there is power cut from Dt 22.05.2018 10:30pm.Power supply is not provided yet. Custmer care not responce.phone is always busy.very confusion. wrost company.
                  I want to complaint about a resident of Sunder Vihar address 5/196, first floor,
                  having 3 to for AC at her floor but, i am shocked to see her bills which are at very lower side. I am sure that this a case of theft with the help of BSES employee.

                    Dear sir,
                    As bses rajdhani supplying power in my residence area the electricity wire supporting pole which is just place opposite to on going lane, actually it was earlier electricity pole but noe it was just supporting the wire between two poles.
                    The major problem is that it was placed in front of my door, therefore it was creating problem to taking anything inside house. Kindly send your person to re palced somewhere or placed just few meter away from my door.

                      I am residing in A2 residential block chhattarpur. We are facing long hour power cuts in this area. Due to power cuts there is scarcity of water also. It's not okay to cut power for so long in this heat. Plz do the needful

                        The electricity poll which is installed just next to the distance of our balcony. The connectivity of this poll wires are not covered properly with an excess of wires hanging down, leakage of heavy current, possibility of human touch, children playing in the street can cause major accident.
                        This is the third time there has been a short circuit on this poll and fire took place.

                        We request you to take immediate action for the above as it can cause major accident in future.

                          It is to be informed to the concerned authorities that in street no. 13 balbir nagar extension shahdara delhi-110032 there is only one pole assigned in the 150 feet long street. The one and only pole is located at the end of the street as the street is closed from one end and is the only source for the light in the street in the nights.

                          The pole has one yellow colored light facing the dead end side and a led street light for the making visibility at entrance side for people.

                          The lights are not working since last 7-8 days and has been raising concerns for the households' safety and vehicles' safety along-with safety of residents. At night the whole street becomes dark and anything is barely visible as it is a closed street.

                          I sent an email to bses on the following email ids :

                          2. [protected]@hotmail.com

                          On 13th may 2018 but till 16 may there has been no response over email nor the lights have been repaired by the authorities.

                          I have even made complaints via phone calls to bses and edmc on 14 may but still on 16th may there has been no response by the authorities.

                          I am attaching a few photographs clicked by me for the reference of the pole number and the darkness that has been caused by non-working only street lights in the street. Also i am attaching the complaint numbers that were provided to me by bses and edmc only for passing their time and completing formalities of the officials sitting on the helplines and giving false assurances to the customers.

                          I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter as the residents are facing alot of security issues. Kindly escalate my complaint to higher authorities and get these street lights fixed as soon as possible.

                            This complaint is in reference to the untimely and unnecessary electricity cut-off in our area for a long time.
                            We face untimely electricity cut & very late restoring of electricity supply in our area. Whenever there is rain even if it drizzles and even if wind blows electricity supply is cut immediately within no time in our area. This is happening for a long time.
                            For example like yesterday 09.05.18 stormy winds and rain was there the electricity was cut at around 4pm and then power was restored at 9.15 pm around. The winds were there hardly for 1.5 hour why the supply was cut for 5 hours because of this we were not even able to fill water tank because the water supply opens between 5 to 9pm maximum sometimes less than it.
                            Just opposite to our area there is electricity from different region (Dwarka) if electricity is cut there it is restored immediately.
                            When we do the complaint to customer care of bses they say "technical fault" and give time of 1.5 hours to resolve complaint but nothing happens.
                            Regarding complaint last week i filed complaint to bses (Complaint no. 1032) for no supply at home at morning 6 am. There was short circuit of fuse on pole at 3am in morning so i did complaint in morning 6 am but i tried complaining customer care till 12 and following up but there was no resolution from them then finally we got number from neighbor of line man of our area and we asked him to come. But there was not even a single call or effort from customer care about the complaint.
                            Including me other people also raised complaint about the problem but nothing happened. They do not even care to respond.
                            Due to untimely electricity cut-off we face trouble in daily works.
                            If there is a cut customer must be informed in prior so as to manage the works accordingly.
                            Request to look into this matter and take action also give apt resolution.

                              I have applied for a connection for my flat in Vasant View Apartments, Mahipalpur Bypass- Near CISF camp. Details can be seen by quoting the reference no:[protected].

                              I have submitted all my documents and got a confirmation that the documents are processed and need to submit the payment. When I visited the office for payment, I was informed that I will not get the connection.

                              My concern is what is the reason of not providing a meter, when the rest of the flats in the same building have electricity meters installed.

                              What further process should be followed when all my files are already submitted?

                              Please help, as I am facing a lot of issues personally because of this.

                                Omplaint against electricity bill. Since we had name transfer request existing registered consumer mr/ms suneeta malhotra and rachna grover against ca no.
                                [protected] on march 27, 2018. To name is ajay kumar verma vide ca no is[protected] and r/o house no t-60 top floor param puri uttam nagar west delhi 110059. We received the electricity bill for the period of 13.03.2008 to 18.04.2008 and i got the bill shaw i. E. For rs 1020/-. I was paid till march 27th 2018 of inr 320.00 towards payment of electricity charges. Uniits which was consumed from the march 2008. I am domestic consumer and my electric consumption is very low. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill so that i can able to make the payment immediately.

                                  Pole lights at service lane (Back lane) of m 550 to m 560 are not oprational since more then two years, all other lights of the area are replaced with led lights but even after so many complaints no body is care about this and back side of this lane is very un safe without night light and recently 2-3 robbery’s are happened in area, so, please installed this light asap to avoid any other mishappaning took place.
