My neighbor using wire with the pole and transfer, due to this my and others some electricity things like inverter, tv, etc. has been destroyed. BSES has already removed his meter due to non-payment of his electricity bills, now, they using wires in night. the address is RZ D-II/ 68, Gali no. 03, Mahavir Enclave, Palam, New Delhi-110045, you are requested to kindly come with enforcement and stop this all things. with thanks

    Disruption of power is being reported in Alaknanda Area of Kalkaji, New Delhi (South East District) since last 3 hours (10:30 AM) today (27th Jan 2014) which is not normal. Upon speaking with customer service department of BSES Rajdhani Power who is responsible for supply & maintenance of electricity in this area; they informed that there is a power shutdown in the area and electricity supply would get normal only by 5:30 PM. Upon asking whether the public has been informed in advance about the power shutdown and maintenance activity being done by BSES today they do not have any answers and said they are sorry for our inconvenience. This is outrageous that without informing their consumers prior to shutdown they started their god knows what maintenance activity. This is a common practice of BSES to do load shedding and make it appear as a maintenance shutdown to general public. Why they never informed their consumers via a public announcement in advance before the shutdown? Who should be held accountable for this?

        I am a resident of J-Extension Laxmi Nagar. On Saturday, 18-January-2013 when I reached home around 6:30 PM there was no electricity in my flat. But there was power in the whole building and colony except my flat. So, I registered a complaint on the customer care no. of BYPL[protected] at 6:30 PM and my complaint no. was 3915 and I was asked that my query will be resolved within 2 hours as lineman will come and give you solution. But, nobody turned out till 8:30 PM. I again called up and they re-registered my complaint with another reference no. Sorry, I am not remembering the second complaint no. and they asked that I have taken it on priority and you will get a call within few minutes. But, neither anybody called me up nor came to my place to resolve the query. Now, it was 9:30 PM, I again called up them on the same no. and I was told that your against your query we sent line man in West Patel Nagar instead of Laxmi Nagar. I was shocked but wanted solution as without electricity eagerly as it was very difficult for us to survive without power specially in the night. I again requested them and they gave me another complaint no. 4463 and I had been assured that the resolution will be given within half an or so. I feel very sad to inform that even then no action has been taken. I tried many times after that but now nobody picked up my phone & when they picked up they disconnected it. After sometime, me and my cousin tried shaking wires on the pole with a wooden stick and electricity came. But, till now nobody has reverted us on the same, I am very angry that if power had not been started by my efforts what would have happen and even on sunday morning nobody came and today is tuesday. AAh I want to lodge a complaint against BYPL. Please take a proper action. thanks

        Today, I got a call from Asst. Manager, Ravi Kant from Mob no. [protected]. He suggested me not to call up the customer care because they don't forward the complaint on time and redirect the complaint to other regions. According to him these mistakes are often by the customer care so need not to call them for any assistance.

        I wonder, why BSES has formed a customer support team if we can't contact them if they can't solve our problems. It is very serious matter and we should take proper action against this.

        It is even worse than telephone customer care of reliance...

          Electric Pole No 985 located at Rama Park, Gali No-9, Mohan Garden, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59 are seen Continuous Sparking due to loose connection and raising a continuous sound.             i had deposited Rs. 50/= with application no. [protected], Condumer ref. no. [protected] as per tariff on 23.07.2013. The testing should be done within 15 Days but no testing done till date. I consulted at nazafgarh ofiice in the last week of September where they told that testing work will be done within 15 days. But I am unable to get any messages regarding this. Please help me to solve this problem I have no time to visit again and again in the BSES office.

              I HAVE PAID RS 3070/- THROUGH BIIL DESK VIA INTERNET BANKING (AXIS BANK) FOR BSES POWER LTD. THE BILL WAS FOR THE MONTH OF SEP 2013 AND IT WAS PAID ON 2 OCT 2013 AT 1:18 pm. THE MONEY WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT AND INSTANTLY I RECEIVED MESSAGE FROM BANK SAYING THAT RS 3070/- HAS BEEN DEBITED AGAINST BSES AND THE PRN NO IS [protected]. I ENQUIRED BSES ABOUT THE PAYMENT BUT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SAME YET. I REQUEST YOU TO MAKE PAYMENT TO THE CONCERNED COMPANY AT THE EARLIEST. I HAVE THE PAYMENT RECEIPT GENERATED WHILE PAYING THROUGH I-BANKING. PLEASE HELP.

                Respected Sir, I want to draw your attention to towards my those problem which is given by BSES. Dated 16th of sept,2013 enforcement team called us to sort out this problem at Andrews Ganj but there they were just threatened and imposed us all that allegation which was mention in their latter and they force us to easily accepted all their unnecessary and fake allegation. They rudely told us that this amount Rs of 67,574.00 you have to pay. We have already told them that we have not done any mistake then why should we pay this amount .I am not understand ,What do they want to do, I am very disappointed and frustrated from this problem. I don’t know that what can i do for this problem. I have already sent lots of mails regarding this matter but, I didn’t get any satisfactory response from, they imposed me lot’s of allegations. Actually on 4th of july 2013, enforcements team came at our house that was preplan by BSES and framed us only. When they did not found any problem in our meter, they gone from there but suddenly after 15 mints they came and said to my father that we want to change your meter because this is outdated meter they have an order to changed It and they installed new faulty meter which has lot’s of problems. Actually my father is not an educated that’s why they were making videography of our whole house and got signature on some documents by providing wrong knowledge, so that they can save themselves, after that they imposed to us i.e. (Existing meter was replaced with new meter during the inspection & old meter was sealed in a gunny bag for further investigation in Lab.Lab declared the meter as Tempered as an illegal PCB circuit found connected inside the meter. As BSES said here that they had found Illegal PCB circuit and which is connected inside the meter . that is totally unacceptable and they can check our consumption pattern as well our bills record which is a strong evidence that our meter has no circuits . secondly we have not any big appliances or any machines which consume heavy electricity . so how we can assume that we are stealing electricity even we are paying heavy bills .only for their ego they framed me and shown consumption pattern 5 kwh. It is totally wrong. and enforcement team’s charged 67,574.00 /- on us. in which their consumption pattern was absolutely wrong. They just shown their power and ego only . I have raise my voice again and again but they always denied this matter with funny way. Mr. Abdul Rehman Ansari (DGM) said to us that you are over smart .And he also told us that BSES is not a small organization, ravel to BSES is not easy . Many customers like you come and gone in short time, they just save their employee meter reading person JAY BHGWAN because he is responsible for that. Sir it is think to only their allegations which was planed by BSES but when we complaint about our fast running meter their word is below mentioned. As regard to alleged fast running of meter, Your existing meter was also got checked for its accuracy on 12/07/2013 & the results found within the tolerance limit. Hope this addressed your concern of alleged fast running meter. On this point i challenge the BSES to come again at my premises and check again the consumption pattern of my household appliances and then you can find the big difference between consumption and the readings. They have sent some document in meter checking form I think they made it at their office because in meter checking form “NO SIGNATURE OF CUSTOMER” so it is clarify that “how BSES is genuine”. my fast running meter’s problem still pending and they have updated my new meter’s bill is Rs of 17,460/- which is only 28 days .Could you believed on it. Sir we are not using any air conditioner or any those equipment which is gives high unit this is big difference in the electricity consumption and units shows by electric meter. Recently our new meter showing above 60 to 70 unit’s consumption per day which is very higher side and once we checked the units. After turning off all the lights and appliances even though the meter was generating the units. at this time we are totally irritating and become so frustrated. Please let help us to sort out the problem instead saving his employees on their wrong acts . Whenever we had gone to BSES office they didn't accept my complaint. starting to end no body sort out our genuine problem , my father have tired to go everywhere but no body listen his complain. My father also gone at DERC but they also denied our problem. And they clearly supported to BSES. To said by Mr Ansari Ji (DGM) that I just looking that ..HUM BHI DEKHTE YE LOG KITNE EDUCATED HAI AUR KYA KAR LENGE HAMRA BSES HAMARI HAI KAAM HAMARE AACORDING HI HOGA.. ASHE HI DGM BANKAR NAHI BETE HUM. They are using these words because they have support to their senior I could see this clearly in their mails and personal hearing. They just intentionally target us …. Because they known that we from slum area how far they gone. At finally I want to said that in our family have 9 members and earning persons are only 2 one of my father who is running small shop. so we are not earned so much we are live in slum through all sources we not able to pay this large amount …which imposed by BSES. 67,575 and 17,460. Approximate 1 lakh sir we not running any huge organization so how could be pay this amount. Sir I am sending to you some attachment which is clarify lot’s of thing.                   Sir, I have been complaining about street light in my area since last four months at BSES Comlplaint No. 39999707. I have telephone them several time but no action is being taken. Recent my complaint No. are [protected] dated 3.9.2013 and [protected] dated 5.9.2013. Every time I complaint them they give new complaint no. and give assurance that your call is being forwarded on urgent basis. But till date no action has been taken. .

                    Dear sir I want to know that how much time can be taken by bses for 1 meter reading to next meter reading. Is there any predefined criteria or bses will do it on their on terms and condition. The estimate time was 60 days or so according to my knowledge. But in this month we have received electricity bill of 3 month duration. Due to that we have suffered from high unit rates becoz of long time period our reading crosses the rebate slab and we have got bill of twice amount. So I want to know who will take the responsibility for reading the meter late. If you provide me the maximum time which bses can take for meter reading I will be highly obliged. RITIKA

                        BSES Rajdhani — voltage in neutral in supply line

                        I got a new meter installed in my premises.I am getting high voltage in neutral
                        line in the supply line.My tube lights glows in night . The consumption in the meter reading will be more and I will be made to pay more for the problem of

                          निवेदन यह हैं कि पिछले १० दिनो से सोनिया विहार ई - 2, पुस्ता - 5( नियर ग्रीन डे पब्लिक स्कूल ) बिजली कि कटोती गलत टाइम पर क़ी जा रही ! रात को 10 बजे से 12 बजे तक, रात 3 बजे से 5 बजे तक और 6 बजे से सुबहा 8 बजे तक ! पूरी रात बिजली का इंतजार करना पड़ता हैं जिसकी वजह से लोगो को बड़ी दिक्कतो का सामना करना पड़ता हैं ! जेसा क़ी आप जानते हैं कि वयस्क लोग गर्मी को सेहन कर सकते हैं लेकिन छोटे छोटे बच्चे इस गर्मी का सेहन नहीं कर सकते ! मेरा 2 साल का बच्चा है पिछले 10 दिनो से बिजली की कटोती के कारण वह रात को प्रॉपर सो नहीं पता क्यूकि वह इस गर्मी को सेहन नहीं कर पता एसे ही सोनिया विहार, चमन विहार और अदर कोलोनिया जहा बिजली रात को कटी जाती है वहा के लोग परेशान तो होते ही है साथ ही बच्चे बीमार हो रहे है !

                          BSES करवाल नगर, डेल्ही ऑफीस केइ बार बिजली की कटोती की वजाह जननी चाही परंतु कोई भी सही इन्फर्मेशन देने को राजी नहीं होता ! कभी - कभी तो वहा के ऑफीसर गलत भाषा का परयोग करते है वह कहते है की किसी को भी कंप्लेंट कर दो बिजली तो कटी ही जायेगी !

                          हम सभी यह जानना चाहते है कि रात को ही क्‍यू बिजली क़ी कटोती क़ी जाती है हम लोगो को रात को ही क्‍यू परेशान किया जाता है हमारे बच्चे रात को परेशान होते है और बीमार हो जाते है !

                          डेल्ही सरकार यह दावा करती है कि डेल्ही मैं 24X7 बिजली प्रवाइड करवाई जा रही है परंतु सोनिया विहार ई - 2, पुस्ता - 5, और चमन विहार के कुछ इलाके एसे है जहा 4 घंटे भी बिजली नहीं दी जाती ! एक बात बड़े दुख के साथ कहनी पड़ती है कि सोनिया विहार के विधायक श्री मोहन सिंग बिस्ट है इनेह भी सोनिया विहार ई - 2, पुस्ता - 5 मैं रेहने वाले लोगो क़ी कोई चिंता ही नहीं है !

                          इसलिये, हम सभी सोनिया विहार ई - 2, पुस्ता - 5 के रेसिडेन्स रिक्वेस्ट करते है कि BSES यमुना पवर लिमिटेड करवाल नगर के ऑफिसर्स के खिलाफ सक्त कारवाही क़ी जाये !

                            In our locality there is very frequent break down now a days.which is very disturbing and uncomfortable in this humid and scortchy summer. break down range from 1/2 an hours to 10 hours.our complaint center is jafrabad under division karkarduma. I want to bring to kind notice to authorities following points as under;
                            1.complaint is not booked under pretest "supply picche se band he" . we want they should give some reference no. so that we can show the concern higher authorities how many break downs are taken place now a days.
                            2.why these frequent break down occur in our locality when we are paying thousands of rupees of electricity bills particularly in three street of Balbir Nagar connected to "khate wale transformer se" i.e. from street no. 1-3.
                            we request to higher authorities to kindly look into the matter personally and take all necessary action to give a sigh of relief to this important utility of public.

                                CONNECTION PENDING
                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                I have applied a new connection for my home, on dated 03rd May, 2013. and on Dated 19th May, 2013 the electricty person came and removed our building temporary meter and cut the electricity of our home. On dated 11th May a person Mr. Gaurav ([protected]) came to us for vitrifaction , as per me he is accepting some bribe for verification but we did't offer any type of bribe to him, when my temeperoy meter was disconnected then I called to customer care of BSES rajdhani to confirm the status about my connection status but they told that your application was reject, because I did't offer any of money to any BSES or 3rd party person my application was reject, then I again submitted the my all document to BSES on dated 27th May , 2013 . But still I did't get my connection till now , I am living on upper ground floor and my neighbor who is living on ground floor they apply new connection after me and they get new connection on 01st June,2013 because they gave extra amount to BSES people.

                                When I visited to BSES office they told that your building bill is pending so they can't process my DD. After that I pay Rs.1706 against bill no [protected], but we did't get any positive reply from BSES people, but I 'am not able to understand that if the building bill was pending then how my neighbour get his connection so far and we are still waiting for electricity. I have written a mail to 4-5 time but they did't reply whey they unable to give me my connection.

                                My Old parents are living with me So, I appeal yourself to provide electricity on priority basis so the old people live peacefully.

                                BSES — BRIBE

                                I have applied for meter name changed in BSES, it almost took 2 month to complete this. But when the BSES person came to visit my home site, he said that your document is not sufficient and this would not be complete, but suddenly he said , if you give me 400 hundred Rs, I would accept this document. other wise you this work will remain pending for long. My mother is not literate and she gave him 300 hundred after bargain. And he accepted 300 hundred Rs. This is the reality of india. A 74 year old man is fighting against corruption (ANNA HAZARE) and the rest is doing the same thing. I have sent mail to CEO of bses, let's see He will take any action or he is from same category.

                                  BSES Rajdhani — Street lights remain on during day

                                  I live in B-10, Vasant kunj. For past several months, I observed that the street lights remain on during day time not only in B-10 but most surrounding areas.
                                  I have brought it to the notice of some officials but no change.
                                  Who pays for it-BSES or us??

                                  This is sohan lal ( Sr. citizen) residence of A-38 Sanwal nagar near sadiq nagar new delhi-110049 we are facing problem because of a tree which is almost destroyed and hanging with support of BSES wires it can be dangers for my building and others person also someone can lost life because of it. it is situated on main market road which does busy all time even we did complaint in horticulture department for that they came for cutting tree but because stuck by Heavy BSES wires they denied to touch it they refused and said BSES wires can damage and risky for them so without BSES support tree wont remove please take action.

                                    I tryed to make complaint online from site ( http://www.bsesdelhi.com/bsesdelhi/csNoSupply.do) but fail to ragister it after so many trails it says sorry try again later. When i try help line 39999808 they said there no status of power supply in your area but they ragister my complain with the no 789 dated 08-05-13 at 06:28 am.After 30 min i cheked for satatus they said they dont have any response from the area. Now please tell me i am facing the power cut since 5:30 am and there no response from the BSES people till now(7:40 am).

                                      Iwas employed in bypl delhi as an out source employee through addeco flexione workforce solution from 01/03/07 to 14/02/08 i applied for pf claim in june 08 but no claim or information recieved also final settelment done was improper salarty of only thirteen days provided but actual last working for salary 19/01/08 to 14/02/08 that is seventeen days

                                        I am staying in C Block, Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59. We are facing frequent power cuts in this area. Phones are not attended by the staff at the respective department office. Unknowingly if they attend the phone, they vaguely give an answer that power will be restored within 2 hours or so and keep the phone engaged.

                                        Really fed up.
